The present embodiment provides a method for managing electronic policy information data, and it can be appreciated that a scenario may be laid in this embodiment, for example, a scenario in which an insurance broker needs to generate an electronic policy according to a phone recording with a client and manage the electronic policy.
Referring to fig. 1, the method includes a step S1, a step S2, a step S3, a step S4, and a step S5, where the method specifically includes:
step S1, acquiring audio information, wherein the audio information comprises audio fragments of an insurance service communicated by an applicant and an insurance broker;
it will be appreciated that the audio information is a telephonic recording of the applicant and the insurance broker, and that capturing characteristic data in the telephonic recording may provide a data basis for generating the electronic policy.
S2, converting the audio information into text information;
it can be understood that the voice recognition technology can be used to translate the audio information into text information, and the technical scheme of converting the audio information into the text information is not limited by the invention.
S3, respectively preprocessing the audio information and the text information to obtain preprocessed audio information and preprocessed text information;
it can be understood that the preprocessing is performed on the information of the two modes of the audio information and the text information respectively, so that the data redundancy can be greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the accuracy of generating the electronic policy based on the application requirements of the applicant is improved.
It can be understood that the step S3 further includes a step S31, a step S32, and a step S33, where specific details are:
s31, processing the audio information by utilizing a fast Fourier transform operation to obtain a spectrogram corresponding to the audio information;
it can be understood that the processing of the audio information by using the fft operation to obtain a spectrogram corresponding to the audio information is a technical scheme well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
Step S32, filtering the spectrogram by using a Mel scale filter to obtain a filtered spectrogram, wherein the filtered spectrogram comprises frequency domain signals with reduced amplitude;
it can be appreciated that the specific process of filtering is:
Figure SMS_1
in the above formula, m represents the number of groups of the filter, the value of m is 1-64, k represents the number of points,
Figure SMS_2
the output value of the filter is represented, and the spectrogram with reduced amplitude can be obtained by filtering the spectrogram through the Mel scale filter, namely, the Mel spectrogram, wherein the Mel spectrogram comprises the spectrum envelope and the detail of the spectrogram as the characteristic information of the frequency spectrum, so that the frequency domain characteristic information is simplified, and the calculated amount of model processing data is reduced.
And step S33, carrying out data enhancement on the filtered spectrogram to obtain enhanced audio information.
It can be understood that the data enhancement of the filtered spectrogram is a technical scheme well known to those skilled in the art, and the technical scheme of the data enhancement of the filtered spectrogram is not limited.
S4, generating an electronic policy according to the preprocessed audio information and the preprocessed text information;
it may be understood that the step S4 further includes a step S41, a step S42, a step S43, and a step S44, where specific details are:
s41, carrying out semantic recognition on the preprocessed text information by using a natural language recognition model to obtain first key field information;
it can be understood that a template vector is preset, wherein the template vector is a feature vector corresponding to the insurance professional vocabulary text; segmenting the preprocessed text information to obtain segmented text information; vectorizing each piece of segmented text information to obtain at least one first feature vector; matching each first feature vector with the template vector, and calculating Euclidean distance between the two matched vectors to obtain a calculation result; and judging the calculated result and the preset threshold information, wherein if the calculated result is smaller than the preset threshold information, the text information is used as first key field information.
Step S42, the audio information after pretreatment is identified by utilizing the trained audio identification model, and second key field information is obtained;
it can be understood that the trained audio recognition model can effectively capture the voice emotion of the applicant, in this step, the preprocessed audio information is sent to the trained audio recognition model to recognize the emotion when the applicant speaks each field, and the applicant has emotion fluctuation when communicating with the insurance broker to apply for the requirement, so that the field with larger emotion fluctuation is used as the second key field information, the accuracy of electronic policy generation can be effectively improved, and it is noted that the audio recognition model can be a unidirectional LSTM neural network.
Step S43, obtaining third key field information according to the first key field information and the second key field information;
it can be understood that in this step, the first key field information extracted from the text mode and the second key field extracted from the voice mode are used together as the third key field, so that the third key field includes the features of the two modes, and the application requirements of the user are more comprehensively captured, so that the generation of the electronic policy is accurately realized based on the application requirements of the user.
And S44, generating an electronic policy according to the third key field information.
It can be understood that by extracting key fields of the applicant from the two modes as basic information for generating the electronic policy, the accuracy of generating the electronic policy is effectively improved, and the problem that the single text mode easily ignores the emotion of the applicant to cause the identification error of the application requirement of the applicant is avoided.
It can be understood that the step S44 further includes a step S441, a step S442, and a step S443, where specifically:
step S441, acquiring policy database information, wherein the policy database information comprises preset service options corresponding to key fields;
it is understood that the policy database is a preset application service database matching the application requirements of the applicant.
Step 442, searching corresponding preset service options in the policy database information according to the third key field information to obtain options to be generated;
it can be understood that in the automatic generation of the electronic policy, the third key field needs to be identified to match with the preset target service options in the policy database so as to automatically generate the target service options in the electronic policy, for example, some policy applicators have different requirements on the security content, the policy database includes personal accidental injury insurance, additional accidental injury medical insurance, additional accidental injury hospitality insurance and other risks, and if the policy requirement of the policy applicator is identified as personal accidental injury insurance according to the third key field, the personal accidental injury insurance can be obtained from the policy database as the option to be generated so as to cope with the application requirement of the client, and meanwhile, the quick generation of the electronic policy is ensured.
Step S443, matching the options to be generated with a preset electronic policy template to generate an electronic policy.
It can be understood that the preset electronic policy template comprises format information of electronic policies of different types of insurance, the format information is a table format of the electronic policies, the type of the electronic policies is judged according to options to be generated, and the corresponding electronic policy template is determined according to the type of the electronic policies; and generating a table corresponding to the options to be generated in the electronic policy to obtain the corresponding electronic policy, thereby effectively realizing the generation of the electronic policies of different insurance types.
And S5, classifying the electronic insurance policy to obtain a classified electronic insurance policy, and storing the classified electronic insurance policy into a database for management.
It can be understood that by classifying and managing the electronic insurance policy, the management efficiency of the insurance broker can be effectively improved, and the problem that the insurance broker in the prior art is low in management efficiency and easy to leak is solved.
It can be understood that the step S5 further includes a step S51, a step S52, a step S53, and a step S54, where specific details are:
step S51, identifying text information in the electronic policy, and acquiring the text information of the electronic policy;
it will be appreciated that text information in an electronic policy may be identified by OCR recognition to obtain electronic policy text information.
Step S52, determining key entity words in each sentence according to the electronic policy text information;
it will be appreciated that the key entity words are not limited in this step, and the key entity words are determined according to a specific application scenario, for example, when classifying the risk of disease, the target entity words may include age, disease name, and the like.
Step S53, calculating according to the key entity words in each sentence to obtain relevancy information, wherein the relevancy information is the relevancy of the sentence corresponding to the key entity word and the electronic policy target class;
it can be understood that the calculation formula of the association degree is:
Figure SMS_3
in the above formula, n is the total number of key entity words included in any sentence in the electronic policy,
Figure SMS_4
And C is the association value corresponding to each sentence in the electronic policy.
And S54, classifying the electronic policy according to the association degree information to obtain a classification result.
It can be understood that the feature vector is obtained by carrying out weighted summation on the relevance between the sentence vector corresponding to each sentence and the relevance between the sentence vector corresponding to each sentence in the electronic policy text information; the feature vector is sent to the trained classification model to obtain a classification result, so that classification management of the insurance broker on the electronic insurance policy is realized, and management efficiency of the insurance broker on the electronic insurance policy is improved.
It may be understood that step S5 further includes step S55 and step S56, where specific steps are:
step S55, acquiring a first database, a second database and access request information, wherein the first database comprises plaintext data of the classified electronic policy, and the second database comprises ciphertext data of the classified electronic policy;
and step S56, judging whether the authority of the database access party passes the authority verification according to the access request information, wherein if the authority verification passes, the first database is accessed, and if the authority verification does not pass, the key information of the database access party is acquired, and judging whether the database access party can access the second database according to the key information.
In the embodiment, when the authority of the insurance broker is used for accessing the database, the plaintext database can be accessed only according to the key data when the authority is not passed, and the security of the data can be effectively improved by encrypting the database, meanwhile, different databases are accessed according to different authorities, so that the flexibility of database management is effectively improved, the insurance broker is convenient for managing the electronic insurance policy of the applicant, and meanwhile, the information leakage of the applicant is avoided.
