In addition, if all the weighing devices of the packaging devices are in the closed state, the server adjusts the state of the recommended device option to be in the non-triggerable state until the server determines that the packaging devices with the weighing devices in the opened state exist, and the server adjusts the state of the recommended device option to be in the triggerable state.
In this embodiment of the present application, after receiving the first wrapper determination request, the server may determine the first wrapper task first, then determine the plurality of candidate wrapper devices, or may determine the plurality of candidate wrapper devices first, then determine the first wrapper task, and in steps 302 and 303, only the server determines the first wrapper task first, then determine the plurality of candidate wrapper devices is illustrated as an example.
Step 304: the server determines attribute information for the item, a packaging complexity parameter for the item, a continuous dispatch parameter for the first packaging task, and attribute information for a plurality of candidate packaging devices.
The attribute information of the article includes: packaging time length information, packaging process information and packaging type information, wherein the packaging time length information is used for indicating the packaging time length of the article, the packaging process information is used for indicating the packaging process of the article, and the packaging type information is used for indicating whether the article is suitable for being packaged by mechanical equipment. The continuous dispatch parameter of the first packaging task is used to indicate the number of times the first packaging task corresponding to the item is continuously dispatched to the same packaging device. The attribute information of the candidate packaging device is used to indicate the proficiency of the candidate packaging device in packaging the item.
After determining the first packaging task and the plurality of candidate packaging devices, the server may determine attribute information and packaging complexity parameters of the article according to the first packaging task, and continuous dispatch parameters of the first packaging task, and determine attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices according to the plurality of candidate packaging devices.
Step 305: the server determines, based on the attribute information of the item, a plurality of third candidate packaging devices that match the attribute information of the item from the plurality of candidate packaging devices.
As known from step 304, the attribute information of the article includes: and the server can screen out a plurality of third candidate packaging devices meeting the requirements from the plurality of candidate packaging devices based on the packaging time length information, the packaging process information and the packaging type information respectively. The process can be realized by the following steps (1) to (3), comprising:
(1) The server determines a plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices from the plurality of candidate packaging devices based on the packaging duration information of the item.
The packaging time length of the object of the packaging task currently processed or processed by the fourth candidate packaging equipment is in negative correlation with the packaging time length indicated by the packaging time length information of the object. The process may be: the server may determine a wrapping time period parameter and a weight corresponding to each candidate wrapping device based on the wrapping time period of the wrapping task currently processed or processed by each candidate wrapping device. And for each candidate packaging device, weighting the packaging duration parameter corresponding to the candidate packaging device based on the weight of the candidate packaging device to obtain the priority of the candidate packaging device to the packaging of the item. A fourth plurality of candidate packaging devices is determined from the plurality of candidate packaging devices based on the priority of each candidate packaging device for packaging the item.
For each candidate packaging device, if the packaging duration of the packaging task currently processed or processed by the candidate packaging device is longer, determining that the packaging duration parameter and the weight corresponding to the candidate packaging device are larger, and if the packaging duration of the packaging task currently processed or processed by the candidate packaging device is shorter, determining that the packaging duration parameter and the weight corresponding to the candidate packaging device are smaller.
The server may order the fourth candidate packaging devices from high to low according to the priority level corresponding to each candidate packaging device when determining the fourth candidate packaging devices based on the priority level corresponding to each candidate packaging device. If the packing duration of the article is longer, the server determines that a plurality of candidate packing devices with a first preset proportion at the rear position are fourth candidate packing devices from the plurality of candidate packing devices, or determines that a first preset number of candidate packing devices with the rear position are fourth candidate packing devices from the plurality of candidate packing devices. If the packing duration of the article is shorter, the server determines that a plurality of candidate packing devices with first preset proportions with front positions are fourth candidate packing devices from the plurality of candidate packing devices, or determines that a first preset number of candidate packing devices with front positions are fourth candidate packing devices from the plurality of candidate packing devices.
In the embodiment of the application, the packaging task with longer packaging time length is distributed to the packaging equipment with shorter packaging time length which is currently processed or processed, and the packaging task with shorter packaging time length is distributed to the packaging equipment with longer packaging time length which is currently processed or processed, so that the situation that the packaging time length of different packaging equipment in one day is unbalanced due to the fact that the packaging task with longer or shorter packaging time length is distributed to the same packaging equipment each time can be avoided.
(2) The server determines a plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices having the target packaging process from the plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices based on the packaging process information of the article.
The target packaging process corresponds to the packaging process indicated by the packaging process information. The process may be: for each fourth candidate packaging device, if the fourth candidate packaging device is provided with a meat poultry packaging process, the server determines that the packaging process parameter corresponding to the fourth candidate packaging device is a first packaging process parameter, and the weight of the packaging process parameter is a first weight; if the fourth candidate packaging equipment does not have the meat poultry packaging technology, the server determines that the packaging technology parameter corresponding to the fourth candidate packaging equipment is a second packaging technology parameter, and the weight of the packaging technology parameter is a second weight.
In step (2), if the item is a meat poultry item or meat product, determining a plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices having a meat poultry packaging process from the plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices; if the item is a non-meat poultry item and a meat product, a plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices having a common packaging process are determined from the plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices.
In the embodiment of the application, because the requirements of different articles on the packaging process are inconsistent, the fourth candidate packaging equipment with the packaging process of the articles is selected from the fourth candidate packaging equipment to serve as the fifth candidate packaging equipment, so that the advantages of the packaging equipment can be fully exerted, and the completion efficiency of the packaging task is improved.
(3) The server determines a plurality of third candidate packaging devices to which the target packaging type is applicable from the plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices based on the packaging type information of the article.
The target package type corresponds to the package type indicated by the package type information. The process may be: for each fifth candidate packaging device, if the fifth candidate packaging device is provided with a mechanized device, the server determines that the packaging type parameter corresponding to the fifth candidate packaging device is a first packaging type parameter, and the weight of the packaging type parameter is a third weight; if the fifth candidate packaging device does not have the mechanized device, the server determines that the packaging type parameter corresponding to the fifth candidate packaging device is a second packaging type parameter, and the weight of the packaging type parameter is a fourth weight.
In step (3), if the article is suitable for packaging by the mechanized equipment, a plurality of third candidate packaging equipment with the mechanized equipment is determined from the plurality of fifth candidate packaging equipment, and if the article is not suitable for packaging by the mechanized equipment, a plurality of third candidate packaging equipment without the mechanized equipment is determined from the plurality of fifth candidate packaging equipment, namely, manual packaging is performed by a person.
For example, the fresh product includes a vegetable product, and the vegetable product includes a melon product, and the melon product may include a pumpkin product, a melon product, a balsam pear product, a cucumber product, a eggplant product, and the like, which are packaged by the mechanized equipment, and a plurality of third candidate packaging equipment including the mechanized equipment is determined from the plurality of fifth candidate packaging equipment.
In this embodiment of the present application, because the packaging requirements of different kinds of articles are different, the fifth candidate packaging device applicable to the kind of the article is selected from the plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices as the third candidate packaging device according to the packaging requirements of the article, so that not only can the loss of the article in the packaging be avoided, but also the completion efficiency of the packaging task can be improved.
It should be noted that, in step 305, only screening is performed according to the packaging duration information, then screening is performed according to the packaging process information, and finally screening is performed according to the packaging type, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application, the order of the three may be adjusted in practical application, for example, screening is performed according to the packaging duration information, then screening is performed according to the packaging type information, and finally screening is performed according to the packaging process information.
In addition, the server may also perform screening according to any one or more of the three, for example, the server performs screening according to only the packaging time length information, or the server performs screening according to only the packaging process information, or the server performs screening according to the packaging process information and the packaging type information, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment of the present application.
Step 306: the server determines a plurality of first candidate packaging devices from a plurality of third candidate packaging devices based on the packaging complexity parameter for the item.
The packaging difficulty of the packaging task processed by the first candidate packaging equipment in the first historical time range is in negative correlation with the packaging difficulty represented by the packaging complexity parameter. The process may be: the server may determine the packaging difficulty and the weight of the packaging task processed by the plurality of third candidate packaging devices within the first historical time range, and for each third candidate packaging device, weight the packaging difficulty of the third candidate packaging device based on the weight of the third candidate packaging device, so as to obtain the priority corresponding to the third candidate packaging device. A plurality of first candidate packaging devices is determined from the plurality of third candidate packaging devices based on the corresponding priority of each third candidate packaging device.
For each third candidate packaging device, if the packaging difficulty of the packaging task processed by the third candidate packaging device is larger in the first historical time range, the weight is larger, and the priority corresponding to the third candidate packaging device is higher. The server may rank the priorities corresponding to the plurality of third candidate packaging devices from low to high, and if the packaging complexity parameter of the article indicates that the packaging difficulty of the article is high, determine, when determining the plurality of first candidate packaging devices, a second preset proportion of the plurality of third candidate packaging devices with a rear position from the plurality of third candidate packaging devices as the first candidate packaging devices, or determine, from the plurality of third candidate packaging devices, a second preset number of third candidate packaging devices with a rear position as the first candidate packaging devices. If the packing complexity parameter of the article indicates that the packing difficulty of the article is low, determining a second preset proportion of the third candidate packing equipment with the front position from the third candidate packing equipment as the first candidate packing equipment, or determining a second preset quantity of the third candidate packing equipment with the front position from the third candidate packing equipment as the first candidate packing equipment.
Before step 306, the server may determine a packaging difficulty interval according to the historical packaging difficulty of the plurality of articles, where a greater packaging difficulty value indicates a greater packaging difficulty, and correspondingly, a higher labor cost for packaging personnel. The labor cost of the packaging personnel can be determined according to the labor unit price per hour, the labor performance per hour, the packaging process coefficient, the packaging complexity coefficient and the good product warehouse-in quantity, the server can determine the ratio of the labor unit price per hour to the labor performance per hour to obtain a first ratio, and then the product of the first ratio and the packaging process coefficient, the packaging complexity parameter and the good product warehouse-in quantity is determined to obtain the labor cost of the packaging personnel.
The method comprises the steps of providing a packaging process coefficient, wherein the labor unit price per hour is labor resource paid for one hour, the labor performance per hour is the number of articles which can be packaged in each part of each person theoretically, and the packaging process coefficient is used for indicating whether the articles are packaged by mechanical equipment or manually, wherein the packaging process coefficient is a first packaging process coefficient if the articles are packaged by the mechanical equipment, and the packaging process coefficient is a second packaging process coefficient if the articles are packaged by the manually. The packing complexity parameter is the packing difficulty of the article, and the packing complexity parameter is the same as the packing complexity parameter, and the quantity of good products in warehouse is used for indicating the quantity of finished products which can be put in warehouse after the packing of the article is completed.
In addition, the first history time range may be set and changed as needed, for example, the first history time range is one day, two days or one week before the current time. Taking only the first historical time range as the previous day of the current time as an example, for each third candidate packaging device, determining the packaging difficulty of the packaging task processed by the third candidate packaging device on the previous day of the current time by the server, and if the packaging difficulty of the object is higher at the current time, determining the third candidate packaging device with smaller packaging difficulty of the packaging task processed by the third candidate packaging device on the previous day of the current time as the first candidate packaging device by the server; if the packaging difficulty of the article is smaller, the server determines that a third candidate packaging device with larger packaging difficulty of the packaging task processed on the day before the current time in the plurality of third candidate packaging devices is the first candidate packaging device.
In this application embodiment, the server evenly distributes the packing task of different packing degree of difficulty to different equipment for packing, can avoid causing the packing personnel to pay according to the piece like this to improve packing personnel's packing efficiency.
Step 307: the server determines a second candidate packaging device from the plurality of first candidate packaging devices based on attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices.
The attribute information of the candidate packaging device is used to indicate the proficiency of the candidate packaging device in packaging the item. In this step, the server may determine priorities corresponding to the plurality of first candidate packaging apparatuses based on proficiency of the candidate packaging apparatuses in packaging the article, and determine the second candidate packaging apparatus from the priorities corresponding to the plurality of first candidate packaging apparatuses. Accordingly, the present step may be achieved by the following steps (1) to (2), including:
(1) The server determines a priority of the plurality of first candidate packaging devices for packaging the item based on attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices.
The process of determining the priority of the item package by the server in step (1) by the plurality of first candidate packaging devices is similar to step 306, and the process may be that: the server determines packaging proficiency parameters and weights of each first candidate packaging device based on attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices; for each first candidate packaging device, weighting packaging proficiency parameters of the first candidate packaging device based on the weights of the first candidate packaging devices to obtain priorities of the plurality of first candidate packaging devices for packaging the item.
In this step, the packaging personnel corresponding to different first candidate packaging devices have different packaging proficiency on different articles, and for each first candidate packaging device, the server may obtain the working time of the packaging personnel corresponding to the first candidate packaging device, determine the packaging proficiency parameter and the weight corresponding to the first candidate packaging device based on the length of the working time, and then weight the packaging proficiency parameter and the weight, so as to obtain the priority of the plurality of first candidate packaging devices for packaging the articles.
Wherein, the longer the working time, the larger the packing proficiency parameter and weight, the shorter the working time, and the smaller the packing proficiency parameter and weight.
(2) The server determines a second candidate wrapper device with the highest priority from the plurality of first candidate wrapper devices.
The higher the priority of the first candidate packaging device, the higher the packaging proficiency of the operator corresponding to the first candidate packaging device on the article is, the higher the packaging efficiency is, therefore, the server determines the second candidate packaging device with the highest priority from the plurality of first candidate packaging devices, and the highest packaging proficiency of the packaging staff corresponding to the second candidate packaging device on the article is, and the highest packaging efficiency is.
In the embodiment of the application, the server quantifies the packaging proficiency based on the working time of the packaging personnel and aggregates the packaging proficiency by the dimension of the packaging equipment, and distributes the articles to the packaging equipment with higher packaging proficiency, so that the completion efficiency of the packaging task is improved.
It should be noted that, steps 306 to 307 are only described by taking the screening according to the packing complexity parameter and then the screening according to the packing proficiency parameter as an example, and in practical application, the order of the two may be adjusted, for example, the screening according to the packing proficiency and then the screening according to the packing complexity parameter, and in the embodiment of the present application, the order is not specifically limited.
Step 308: if the continuous dispatch parameter of the first packaging task indicates that the continuous dispatch frequency of the first packaging task to the second candidate packaging device is smaller than the preset dispatch frequency, the server determines that the second candidate packaging device is the first target packaging device.
The server may determine, through the continuous dispatch parameters of the first packaging task, whether the continuous dispatch frequency of the first packaging task to the second candidate packaging device is less than the preset dispatch frequency, if the continuous dispatch frequency is less than the preset dispatch frequency, the server determines that the second candidate packaging device is the first target packaging device, and if the continuous dispatch frequency is not less than the preset dispatch frequency, execute step 309.
The preset number of times of dispatch may be set and changed according to needs, for example, the preset number of times of dispatch is 3 or 4, which is not limited in particular.
It should be noted that, if packaging tasks of different articles are continuously assigned to the same packaging apparatus, the packaging apparatus frequently switches the types of articles, resulting in an increase in redundant man-hours. If the packaging tasks of the same article are continuously assigned to the same packaging equipment, the packaging difficulty of different packaging equipment may be unbalanced, so that the operation fatigue of the packaging personnel is increased, and the completion efficiency of the packaging tasks is reduced. Therefore, in this embodiment of the application, when the number of continuous dispatch times of the packaging device is not less than the preset number of dispatch times, the packaging device is redetermined, so that the packaging task of the same article can be prevented from being continuously dispatched to the same packaging device, and the packaging difficulty is unbalanced.
Step 309: if the number of continuous dispatch is not less than the preset number of dispatch, the server redetermines the first target packaging device from the plurality of first candidate packaging devices.
If the number of consecutive dispatches is not less than the preset number of dispatches, indicating that the packaging task of the item has been successively dispatched to the first target packaging device a plurality of times, and if the dispatch is not balanced, re-determining the first target packaging device from the plurality of first candidate packaging devices.
When the server redetermines the first target packaging equipment, determining that the first candidate packaging equipment with the priority order in the second position in the first candidate packaging equipment is the second candidate packaging equipment, then determining whether the continuous dispatch frequency corresponding to the second candidate packaging equipment is smaller than the preset dispatch frequency, if the continuous dispatch frequency corresponding to the second candidate packaging equipment is smaller than the preset dispatch frequency, determining that the second candidate packaging equipment is the first target packaging equipment, if the continuous dispatch frequency corresponding to the second candidate packaging equipment is not smaller than the preset dispatch frequency, determining that the first candidate packaging equipment with the priority order in the third position in the first candidate packaging equipment is the second candidate packaging equipment, and then analogizing until the second candidate packaging equipment with the continuous dispatch frequency smaller than the preset dispatch frequency is the first target packaging equipment.
In this embodiment of the present application, after determining a plurality of third candidate packaging devices that match attribute information of an article, that is, after the server executes step 305, the server may determine a packaging complexity parameter, a packaging proficiency parameter, a continuous dispatch number, and a weight corresponding to the packaging proficiency parameter, the continuous dispatch number, and the weight corresponding to the packaging proficiency parameter, and the continuous dispatch number of each third candidate packaging device, and for each third candidate packaging device, perform weighted summation according to the packaging proficiency parameter, and the continuous dispatch number of the third candidate packaging device, to obtain priorities of the plurality of third candidate packaging devices, and determine, according to the priorities of the plurality of third candidate packaging devices, a third candidate packaging device with the highest priority is the first target packaging device. Or alternatively, the process may be performed,
after the server executes step 305, it may determine a packing complexity parameter, a packing proficiency parameter and a weight corresponding to each third candidate packing device, for each third candidate packing device, perform weighted summation according to the packing complexity parameter, the packing proficiency parameter and the weight corresponding to the third candidate packing device to obtain priorities of a plurality of third candidate packing devices, determine, according to the priorities of the plurality of third candidate packing devices, whether a continuous dispatch number corresponding to a third candidate packing device with the highest priority is less than a preset dispatch number, and if the continuous dispatch number corresponding to the third candidate packing device with the highest priority is less than the preset dispatch number, determine the third candidate packing device with the highest priority as the first target packing device; if the number of continuous dispatch times corresponding to the third candidate packaging equipment with the highest priority is not less than the preset dispatch times, determining whether the number of continuous dispatch times corresponding to the third candidate packaging equipment with the second priority is less than the preset dispatch times, and so on until a third candidate packaging equipment pair with the number of continuous dispatch times less than the preset dispatch times is determined, and determining the third candidate packaging equipment as the first target packaging equipment.
Step 310: the server sends the equipment information of the first target packaging equipment to the terminal, and the terminal displays the equipment information of the first target packaging equipment.
The terminal can display the equipment information of the first target packaging equipment on the recommended equipment interface, the equipment information can comprise the equipment name of the first target packaging equipment, and the warehouse management determines to send the first packaging task to the first target packaging equipment corresponding to the equipment name according to the equipment name.
Or the server is connected with the plurality of packaging devices through wireless or wired networks, and after determining the first target packaging device, the server distributes the first packaging task to the first target packaging device. The terminal also displays the device information of the first target packaging device, so that the warehouse management can determine which packaging device the server distributes the first packaging task to according to the device information.
Or, each packaging device is configured with an electronic device, the electronic device is provided with a display screen and/or a voice playing function, the server can be connected with the electronic device through a wireless or wired network, after the server determines the first target packaging device, the server can send the device information of the first target packaging device to the electronic device, so that the electronic device can display the device information of the first target packaging device on the display screen of the first target packaging device, or play the device information of the first target packaging device through voice, and the first packaging task is distributed to the first target packaging device.
Or the terminal is connected with the packaging equipment through a wireless or wired network, and after receiving the equipment information of the first target packaging equipment sent by the server, the terminal distributes a first packaging task to the first target packaging equipment based on the equipment information of the first target packaging equipment. Or the terminal is connected with the electronic equipment configured by the packaging equipment through a wireless or wired network, and the terminal sends the equipment information of the first target packaging equipment to the electronic equipment configured by the first target packaging equipment, so that the electronic equipment can display the equipment information of the first target packaging equipment on a display screen of the first target packaging equipment, or play the equipment information of the first target packaging equipment through voice, thereby realizing the dispatch of the first packaging task to the first target packaging equipment.
Referring to fig. 4, it can be seen from fig. 4 that: the method comprises the steps that firstly, a plurality of packaging devices with electronic scales in an open state are determined by a server, whether the electronic scales corresponding to the plurality of packaging devices are in an occupied state or not is determined by the server, if the electronic scales corresponding to the plurality of packaging devices are all in the occupied state, the plurality of packaging devices with the minimum number of packaging tasks currently processed are determined to be candidate packaging devices from the plurality of packaging devices, and if the electronic scales in the occupied state and the unoccupied state exist in the electronic scales corresponding to the plurality of packaging devices, the plurality of packaging devices with the unoccupied state of the electronic scales are determined to be candidate packaging devices from the plurality of packaging devices.
The server determines packaging duration information of the article, if the packaging duration information of the article indicates that the packaging duration of the article is longer, a plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices with shorter packaging duration of the currently processed or processed article are determined from the plurality of candidate packaging devices, and if the packaging duration of the article is shorter, a plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices with longer packaging duration of the currently processed or processed article are determined from the plurality of candidate packaging devices.
The server determines packaging process information of the article, if the packaging process information of the article indicates that the packaging process of the article is a meat poultry packaging process, a plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices with meat poultry packaging processes are determined from a plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices, and if the packaging process of the article is a non-meat poultry packaging process, a plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices with common packaging processes are determined from a plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices.
The server determines package type information of the article, determines a plurality of third candidate packaging devices having mechanized devices from the plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices if the package type information of the article indicates that the article is suitable for packaging by the mechanized devices, and determines a plurality of third candidate packaging devices manually packaged by a person from the plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices if the article is not suitable for packaging by the mechanized devices.
The server determines a packing complexity parameter of the article, if the packing complexity parameter of the article indicates that the packing difficulty of the article is larger, determines a plurality of first candidate packing devices with smaller packing difficulty of a packing task of a day before the current time from a plurality of third candidate packing devices, and if the packing difficulty of the article is larger, determines a plurality of first candidate packing devices with larger packing difficulty of a packing task of a day before the current time from the plurality of third candidate packing devices.
The server determines attribute information of a plurality of first candidate packaging devices, determines priority of the plurality of first candidate packaging devices for packaging the article according to proficiency of each first candidate packaging device for packaging the article, and determines a second candidate packaging device with highest priority from the plurality of first candidate packaging devices. And then determining whether the continuous dispatch times of dispatching the first packaging task to the second candidate packaging equipment are smaller than preset dispatch times, and if the continuous dispatch times corresponding to the second candidate packaging equipment are smaller than the preset dispatch times, determining that the second candidate packaging equipment is the first target packaging equipment, namely subsequently dispatching the first packaging task to the first target packaging equipment. And if the continuous dispatch times corresponding to the second candidate packaging equipment are not less than the preset dispatch times, the first target packaging equipment is redetermined from the plurality of first candidate packaging equipment. The server determines a first target packaging device, sends device information of the first target packaging device to the terminal, and the terminal displays the device information of the first target packaging device.
In the embodiment of the application, the recommendation device interface may further display a determination dispatch option, and for each packaging task, the terminal determines to dispatch the packaging task to the first target packaging device when detecting a trigger operation of determining that the dispatch option is triggered.
In practical applications, an emergency situation may occur, where it may be necessary to adjust the first target packaging device corresponding to the first packaging task determined according to the above method. Accordingly, a modify device option may also be displayed on the recommendation device interface, and the process may be: in response to detecting a trigger operation that the modify device option is triggered, the terminal determines the selected wrapper device; the selected packaging device is determined to be the first target packaging device.
In embodiments of the present application, a modify equipment option is provided on the recommended equipment interface, and the bin pipe may manually modify the packaging equipment, preserving mobility to address emergency situations.
Referring to fig. 5, according to a predetermined packing sequence of a plurality of packing tasks, a packing device corresponding to each packing task is determined by a method provided by an embodiment of the present application, then the packing task is dispatched to a corresponding packing device, and the packing task is processed by the corresponding packing device. If an emergency situation is met, any wrapping equipment corresponding to the wrapping task can be selected manually, and the selected wrapping equipment processes the wrapping task.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for determining packaging equipment, which determines the packaging equipment according to attribute information of an article corresponding to a packaging task, a packaging complexity parameter, continuous dispatch parameters of the packaging task and attribute information of a plurality of candidate packaging equipment, considers the influence of multiple factors, and does not dispatch the packaging task only by experience, so that the packaging equipment can be determined more accurately, and the completion efficiency of the packaging task is improved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a determining apparatus of a packaging device according to an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 6, the apparatus includes:
the first determining module 601 is configured to determine a first wrapping task, where the first wrapping task is a task of wrapping an article to be wrapped;
a second determining module 602, configured to determine attribute information of an article, a packaging complexity parameter of the article, a continuous dispatch parameter of the first packaging task, and attribute information of a plurality of candidate packaging devices, where the packaging complexity parameter is used to represent a packaging difficulty of the article, and the continuous dispatch parameter is used to represent a number of times the first packaging task is continuously dispatched;
a third determining module 603 is configured to determine a first target packaging device from a plurality of candidate packaging devices based on the attribute information of the item, the packaging complexity parameter of the item, the continuous dispatch parameter of the first packaging task, and the attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices, where the first target packaging device is configured to process the first packaging task.
In a possible implementation manner, the third determining module 603 is configured to determine, from the plurality of candidate packaging devices, a plurality of first candidate packaging devices based on attribute information of the item and the packaging complexity parameter; determining a second candidate packaging device from the plurality of first candidate packaging devices based on attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices, the attribute information being indicative of proficiency of the candidate packaging device in packaging the item; and if the continuous dispatch parameters of the first packaging task indicate that the continuous dispatch times of the first packaging task to the second candidate packaging equipment are smaller than the preset dispatch times, determining that the second candidate packaging equipment is the first target packaging equipment.
In another possible implementation manner, the third determining module 603 is configured to determine, from the plurality of candidate packaging devices, a plurality of third candidate packaging devices that match the attribute information of the item based on the attribute information of the item; based on the packing complexity parameter of the article, determining a plurality of first candidate packing devices from a plurality of third candidate packing devices, wherein the packing difficulty of the packing task processed by the first candidate packing devices in the first historical time range is in negative correlation with the packing difficulty represented by the packing complexity parameter.
In another possible implementation, the attribute information of the item includes: packaging duration information, packaging process information and packaging type information;
a third determining module 603, configured to determine a plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices from the plurality of candidate packaging devices based on packaging duration information of the articles, where the packaging duration information is used to indicate packaging duration of the articles, and the packaging duration of the articles of the packaging task currently processed or processed by the fourth candidate packaging device has a negative correlation with the packaging duration indicated by the packaging duration information of the articles; determining a plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices with a target packaging process from the fourth candidate packaging devices based on the packaging process information of the articles, wherein the target packaging process is consistent with the packaging process represented by the packaging process information; and determining a plurality of third candidate packaging devices to which the target packaging type is applicable from the plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices based on the packaging type information of the article, the target packaging type conforming to the packaging type indicated by the packaging type information.
In another possible implementation manner, the third determining module 603 is configured to determine priorities of the plurality of first candidate packaging devices for packaging the items based on attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices; a second candidate packaging device with the highest priority is determined from the plurality of first candidate packaging devices.
In another possible implementation manner, the third determining module 603 is configured to determine a packaging proficiency parameter and a weight of each first candidate packaging device based on attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices; for each first candidate packaging device, weighting packaging proficiency parameters of the first candidate packaging device based on the weights of the first candidate packaging devices to obtain priority of the plurality of first candidate packaging devices for packaging the item.

a fifth determining module, configured to determine a plurality of packaging devices in which the weighing device is in an open state, where each packaging device is configured with a corresponding weighing device; a plurality of candidate packaging devices are determined from the plurality of packaging devices, wherein the candidate packaging devices are packaging devices with the weighing device in a non-occupied state or packaging devices with the least number of currently processed packaging tasks.

the acquisition module is used for acquiring sales information of the articles and packaging completion quantity parameters of the first packaging task within a first preset time range in response to the fact that the recommended equipment options are not triggered yet after being displayed for a preset time period;
and a seventh determining module, configured to determine a second target packaging device based on the packaging duration information, the sales volume information, and the packaging completion volume parameter in the attribute information of the item, where the second target packaging device is used to process a second packaging task.
In another possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
an eighth determining module for determining the selected packaging device in response to detecting a trigger operation that the modify device option is triggered; the selected packaging device is determined to be the first target packaging device.
The embodiment of the application provides a determining device of packaging equipment, which determines the packaging equipment according to attribute information of an article corresponding to a packaging task, a packaging complexity parameter, continuous dispatch parameters of the packaging task and attribute information of a plurality of candidate packaging equipment, and considers the influence of multiple factors instead of dispatching the packaging task only by experience, so that the packaging equipment can be determined more accurately, and the completion efficiency of the packaging task is improved.
It should be noted that: the determination device of the packaging device provided in the above embodiment only illustrates the division of the above functional modules when determining the packaging device, and in practical application, the above functional allocation may be performed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the electronic device is divided into different functional modules, so as to perform all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the determining device of the packaging device provided in the above embodiment and the determining method embodiment of the packaging device belong to the same concept, and the specific implementation process of the determining device is detailed in the method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
If the electronic device is provided as a terminal, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 shows a block diagram of a structure of a terminal 700 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The terminal 700 may be: a smart phone, a tablet computer, an MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion picture expert compression standard audio plane 3), an MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion picture expert compression standard audio plane 4) player, a notebook computer, or a desktop computer. Terminal 700 may also be referred to by other names of user devices, portable terminals, laptop terminals, desktop terminals, etc.
In general, the terminal 700 includes: a processor 701 and a memory 702.
Processor 701 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and the like. The processor 701 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of DSP (Digital Signal Processing ), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array), PLA (Programmable Logic Array ). The processor 701 may also include a main processor, which is a processor for processing data in an awake state, also referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit ); a coprocessor is a low-power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 701 may integrate a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit, image processor) for rendering and drawing of content required to be displayed by the display screen. In some embodiments, the processor 701 may also include an AI (Artificial Intelligence ) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning.
Memory 702 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. The memory 702 may also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 702 is used to store at least one program code for execution by processor 701 to implement the method of determining a packaging device provided by a method embodiment in the present application.
In some embodiments, the terminal 700 may further optionally include: a peripheral interface 703 and at least one peripheral. The processor 701, the memory 702, and the peripheral interface 703 may be connected by a bus or signal lines. The individual peripheral devices may be connected to the peripheral device interface 703 via buses, signal lines or a circuit board. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of radio frequency circuitry 704, a display 705, a camera assembly 706, audio circuitry 707, a positioning assembly 708, and a power supply 709.
A peripheral interface 703 may be used to connect I/O (Input/Output) related at least one peripheral device to the processor 701 and memory 702. In some embodiments, the processor 701, memory 702, and peripheral interface 703 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, either or both of the processor 701, the memory 702, and the peripheral interface 703 may be implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 704 is configured to receive and transmit RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also referred to as electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuitry 704 communicates with a communication network and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuit 704 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal for transmission, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal. Optionally, the radio frequency circuit 704 includes: antenna systems, RF transceivers, one or more amplifiers, tuners, oscillators, digital signal processors, codec chipsets, subscriber identity module cards, and so forth. The radio frequency circuitry 704 may communicate with other terminals via at least one wireless communication protocol. The wireless communication protocol includes, but is not limited to: metropolitan area networks, various generations of mobile communication networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), wireless local area networks, and/or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity ) networks. In some embodiments, the radio frequency circuitry 704 may also include NFC (Near Field Communication ) related circuitry, which is not limited in this application.
The display screen 705 is used to display a UI (User Interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display 705 is a touch display, the display 705 also has the ability to collect touch signals at or above the surface of the display 705. The touch signal may be input to the processor 701 as a control signal for processing. At this time, the display 705 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or virtual keyboards, also referred to as soft buttons and/or soft keyboards. In some embodiments, the display 705 may be one and disposed on the front panel of the terminal 700; in other embodiments, the display 705 may be at least two, respectively disposed on different surfaces of the terminal 700 or in a folded design; in other embodiments, the display 705 may be a flexible display disposed on a curved surface or a folded surface of the terminal 700. Even more, the display 705 may be arranged in a non-rectangular irregular pattern, i.e. a shaped screen. The display 705 may be made of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display ), OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) or other materials.
The camera assembly 706 is used to capture images or video. Optionally, the camera assembly 706 includes a front camera and a rear camera. Typically, the front camera is disposed on the front panel of the terminal and the rear camera is disposed on the rear surface of the terminal. In some embodiments, the at least two rear cameras are any one of a main camera, a depth camera, a wide-angle camera and a tele camera, so as to realize that the main camera and the depth camera are fused to realize a background blurring function, and the main camera and the wide-angle camera are fused to realize a panoramic shooting and Virtual Reality (VR) shooting function or other fusion shooting functions. In some embodiments, camera assembly 706 may also include a flash. The flash lamp can be a single-color temperature flash lamp or a double-color temperature flash lamp. The dual-color temperature flash lamp refers to a combination of a warm light flash lamp and a cold light flash lamp, and can be used for light compensation under different color temperatures.
The audio circuit 707 may include a microphone and a speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of users and environments, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 701 for processing, or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 704 for voice communication. For the purpose of stereo acquisition or noise reduction, a plurality of microphones may be respectively disposed at different portions of the terminal 700. The microphone may also be an array microphone or an omni-directional pickup microphone. The speaker is used to convert electrical signals from the processor 701 or the radio frequency circuit 704 into sound waves. The speaker may be a conventional thin film speaker or a piezoelectric ceramic speaker. When the speaker is a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, not only the electric signal can be converted into a sound wave audible to humans, but also the electric signal can be converted into a sound wave inaudible to humans for ranging and other purposes. In some embodiments, the audio circuit 707 may also include a headphone jack.
The location component 708 is operative to locate the current geographic location of the terminal 700 for navigation or LBS (Location Based Service, location-based services). The positioning component 708 may be a positioning component based on the United states GPS (Global Positioning System ), the Beidou system of China, the Granati system of Russia, or the Galileo system of the European Union.
A power supply 709 is used to power the various components in the terminal 700. The power supply 709 may be an alternating current, a direct current, a disposable battery, or a rechargeable battery. When the power supply 709 includes a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery may support wired or wireless charging. The rechargeable battery may also be used to support fast charge technology.
In some embodiments, the terminal 700 further includes one or more sensors 710. The one or more sensors 710 include, but are not limited to: acceleration sensor 711, gyroscope sensor 712, pressure sensor 713, fingerprint sensor 714, optical sensor 715, and proximity sensor 716.
The acceleration sensor 711 can detect the magnitudes of accelerations on three coordinate axes of the coordinate system established with the terminal 700. For example, the acceleration sensor 711 may be used to detect the components of the gravitational acceleration in three coordinate axes. The processor 701 may control the display screen 705 to display a user interface in a landscape view or a portrait view based on the gravitational acceleration signal acquired by the acceleration sensor 711. The acceleration sensor 711 may also be used for the acquisition of motion data of a game or a user.
The gyro sensor 712 may detect a body direction and a rotation angle of the terminal 700, and the gyro sensor 712 may collect a 3D motion of the user to the terminal 700 in cooperation with the acceleration sensor 711. The processor 701 may implement the following functions based on the data collected by the gyro sensor 712: motion sensing (e.g., changing UI according to a tilting operation by a user), image stabilization at shooting, game control, and inertial navigation.
The pressure sensor 713 may be disposed at a side frame of the terminal 700 and/or at a lower layer of the display screen 705. When the pressure sensor 713 is disposed at a side frame of the terminal 700, a grip signal of the user to the terminal 700 may be detected, and the processor 701 performs left-right hand recognition or quick operation according to the grip signal collected by the pressure sensor 713. When the pressure sensor 713 is disposed at the lower layer of the display screen 705, the processor 701 controls the operability control on the UI interface according to the pressure operation of the user on the display screen 705. The operability controls include at least one of a button control, a scroll bar control, an icon control, and a menu control.
The fingerprint sensor 714 is used to collect a fingerprint of the user, and the processor 701 identifies the identity of the user according to the fingerprint collected by the fingerprint sensor 714, or the fingerprint sensor 714 identifies the identity of the user according to the collected fingerprint. Upon recognizing that the user's identity is a trusted identity, the processor 701 authorizes the user to perform relevant sensitive operations including unlocking the screen, viewing encrypted information, downloading software, paying for and changing settings, etc. The fingerprint sensor 714 may be provided on the front, back, or side of the terminal 700. When a physical key or vendor Logo is provided on the terminal 700, the fingerprint sensor 714 may be integrated with the physical key or vendor Logo.
The optical sensor 715 is used to collect the ambient light intensity. In one embodiment, the processor 701 may control the display brightness of the display screen 705 based on the ambient light intensity collected by the optical sensor 715. Specifically, when the intensity of the ambient light is high, the display brightness of the display screen 705 is turned up; when the ambient light intensity is low, the display brightness of the display screen 705 is turned down. In another embodiment, the processor 701 may also dynamically adjust the shooting parameters of the camera assembly 706 based on the ambient light intensity collected by the optical sensor 715.
A proximity sensor 716, also referred to as a distance sensor, is typically provided on the front panel of the terminal 700. The proximity sensor 716 is used to collect the distance between the user and the front of the terminal 700. In one embodiment, when the proximity sensor 716 detects that the distance between the user and the front face of the terminal 700 gradually decreases, the processor 701 controls the display 705 to switch from the bright screen state to the off screen state; when the proximity sensor 716 detects that the distance between the user and the front surface of the terminal 700 gradually increases, the processor 701 controls the display screen 705 to switch from the off-screen state to the on-screen state.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the structure shown in fig. 7 is not limiting of the terminal 700 and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or may employ a different arrangement of components.
If the electronic device is provided as a server, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a block diagram of a server 800 provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the server 800 may have a relatively large difference due to configuration or performance, and may include one or more processors (central processing units, CPU) 801 and one or more memories 802, where at least one program code is stored in the memories 802, and the at least one program code is loaded and executed by the processor 801 to implement the methods provided in the embodiments of the methods described above. Of course, the server may also have a wired or wireless network interface, a keyboard, an input/output interface, etc. to perform input/output, and the server 800 may also include other components for implementing the functions of the device, which are not described herein.
If the electronic device is provided as a terminal and a server, the structural block diagrams of the terminal and the server may be referred to fig. 7 and fig. 8, respectively, which are not described herein again.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium, e.g. a memory comprising at least one program code executable by a processor in an electronic device to perform the method of determining a packaging device in the above embodiment, is also provided. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer program product storing at least one program code loaded and executed by a processor to implement the method of determining a wrapper device in the above embodiment.
In some embodiments, the computer program related to the embodiments of the present application may be deployed to be executed on one computer device or on multiple computer devices located at one site, or on multiple computer devices distributed across multiple sites and interconnected by a communication network, where the multiple computer devices distributed across multiple sites and interconnected by a communication network may constitute a blockchain system.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program for instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the above storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (15)

1. A method of determining a packaging apparatus, the method comprising:
determining a first packaging task, wherein the first packaging task is a task for packaging an article to be packaged;
determining attribute information of the article, a packaging complexity parameter of the article, a continuous dispatch parameter of the first packaging task and attribute information of a plurality of candidate packaging devices, wherein the packaging complexity parameter is used for representing packaging difficulty of the article, and the continuous dispatch parameter is used for representing the number of times the first packaging task is continuously dispatched;
determining a first target packaging device from the plurality of candidate packaging devices based on the attribute information of the item, the packaging complexity parameter of the item, the continuous dispatch parameter of the first packaging task, and the attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices, wherein the first target packaging device is used for processing the first packaging task.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a first target packaging device from the plurality of candidate packaging devices based on the attribute information of the item, the packaging complexity parameter of the item, the continuous dispatch parameter of the first packaging task, and the attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices comprises:
Determining a plurality of first candidate packaging devices from a plurality of candidate packaging devices based on attribute information of the item and a packaging complexity parameter;
determining a second candidate packaging device from the plurality of first candidate packaging devices based on attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices, the attribute information being indicative of proficiency of the candidate packaging device in packaging the item;
and if the continuous dispatch parameters of the first packaging task indicate that the continuous dispatch times of the first packaging task to the second candidate packaging equipment are smaller than preset dispatch times, determining that the second candidate packaging equipment is the first target packaging equipment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining a first plurality of candidate packaging devices from the plurality of candidate packaging devices based on the attribute information of the item and a packaging complexity parameter comprises:
determining a plurality of third candidate packaging devices matching the attribute information of the item from the plurality of candidate packaging devices based on the attribute information of the item;
and determining the first candidate packaging devices from the third candidate packaging devices based on the packaging complexity parameters of the articles, wherein the packaging difficulty of the packaging tasks processed by the first candidate packaging devices in a first historical time range is in negative correlation with the packaging difficulty represented by the packaging complexity parameters.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the attribute information of the item comprises: packaging duration information, packaging process information and packaging type information;
the determining, from the plurality of candidate packaging devices, a plurality of third candidate packaging devices that match the attribute information of the item based on the attribute information of the item, including:
determining a plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices from the plurality of candidate packaging devices based on the packaging time length information of the articles, wherein the packaging time length information is used for representing the packaging time length of the articles, and the packaging time length of the articles of the packaging task currently processed or processed by the fourth candidate packaging devices is in negative correlation with the packaging time length represented by the packaging time length information of the articles;
determining a plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices having a target packaging process from the plurality of fourth candidate packaging devices based on packaging process information of the article, the target packaging process conforming to a packaging process indicated by the packaging process information;
and determining a plurality of third candidate packaging devices to which a target packaging type is applicable from the plurality of fifth candidate packaging devices based on the packaging type information of the article, the target packaging type conforming to the packaging type indicated by the packaging type information.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining a second candidate packaging device from the plurality of first candidate packaging devices based on the attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices comprises:
determining a priority of the plurality of first candidate packaging devices for packaging the item based on attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices;
and determining a second candidate packaging device with highest priority from the plurality of first candidate packaging devices.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the priority of the first plurality of candidate packaging devices for packaging the item based on the attribute information of the candidate packaging devices comprises:
determining packaging proficiency parameters and weights for each first candidate packaging device based on attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices;
and for each first candidate packaging device, weighting the packaging proficiency parameters of the first candidate packaging device based on the weight of the first candidate packaging device to obtain the priority of the plurality of first candidate packaging devices to package the article.
7. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
And if the continuous dispatch times are not less than the preset dispatch times, re-determining the first target packaging equipment from the plurality of first candidate packaging equipment.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the plurality of candidate packaging devices comprises:
a plurality of packaging devices determining that the weighing device is in an open state, each packaging device being configured with a respective weighing device;
and determining the candidate packaging devices from the packaging devices, wherein the candidate packaging devices are packaging devices with the weighing device in a non-occupied state or packaging devices with the least number of currently processed packaging tasks.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
displaying a recommendation equipment interface, wherein the recommendation equipment interface comprises recommendation equipment options;
the step of determining a first wrapper task is performed in response to detecting a triggering operation in which the recommended device option is triggered.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
responding to the fact that the recommended equipment options are not triggered yet when being displayed for a preset time period, acquiring sales information of the articles and packaging completion quantity parameters of the first packaging task within a first preset time range;
And determining a second target packaging device based on the packaging duration information, the sales volume information and the packaging completion volume parameter in the attribute information of the object, wherein the second target packaging device is used for processing a second packaging task.
11. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
in response to detecting a trigger operation that the modify device option is triggered, determining a selected packaging device;
determining the selected packaging device as the first target packaging device.
12. A device for determining a packaging apparatus, the device comprising:
the first determining module is used for determining a first packing task, wherein the first packing task is a task for packing an article to be packed;
a second determining module, configured to determine attribute information of the article, a packing complexity parameter of the article, a continuous dispatch parameter of the first packing task, and attribute information of a plurality of candidate packing devices, where the packing complexity parameter is used to represent a packing difficulty of the article, and the continuous dispatch parameter is used to represent a number of times the first packing task is continuously dispatched;
and a third determining module, configured to determine a first target packaging device from the plurality of candidate packaging devices based on the attribute information of the item, the packaging complexity parameter of the item, the continuous dispatch parameter of the first packaging task, and the attribute information of the plurality of candidate packaging devices, where the first target packaging device is used to process the first packaging task.
13. An electronic device comprising one or more processors and one or more memories, the one or more memories having stored therein at least one program code loaded and executed by the one or more processors to implement the method of determining a packaging device of any of claims 1-11.
14. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that at least one program code is stored in the storage medium, which is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the method of determining a packaging device according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
