Abstract
The invention discloses a double-drilling machine construction device, which relates to the technical field of non-excavation construction and comprises: a main horizontal directional drilling machine; the first drill rod is connected with the main horizontal directional drilling machine; auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine; the second drill rod is connected with the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine, and the second drill rod is connected with the first drill rod through a reamer; the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine comprises a girder, wherein a clamp holder for clamping a second drill rod, a push-pull driving assembly for driving the second drill rod to move along the length direction of the girder and a rotary driving assembly for driving the second drill rod to rotate around the axis of the rotary driving assembly are arranged on the girder. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a double-drill construction device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the device includes a main horizontal directional drilling machine 1, a first drill rod 2, an auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5, a second drill rod 4, and a reamer 3. Wherein the first drill rod 2 is connected with the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1. The second drill rod 4 is connected to an auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5. In the normal reaming operation process, the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1 finishes the reaming operation of the first drill pipe 2, and then the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 finishes the reaming operation of the second drill pipe 4. Meanwhile, the first drill rod 2 and the second drill rod 4 can be connected through the reamer 3, so that synchronous operation of the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1 and the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 is realized.
In particular, referring to fig. 2, the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 includes a traveling part and a girder 6 mounted on the traveling part. The girder 6 is provided with a gripper 14, a manipulator 7, a push-pull driving assembly and a rotation driving assembly. Wherein the gripper 14 is used for gripping the second drill rod 4. The auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 enables pre-installation and removal of the second drill rod 4 during reaming by means of the holder 14. When the second drill rod 4 is connected with the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5, fastening torque can be applied to the second drill rod 4 through the clamp 14, so that the drill rod is prevented from loosening and tripping in the reaming process. The robot arm 7 is used to grasp and move the second drill rod 4. The push-pull driving component is used for driving the second drill rod 4 to move along the length direction of the girder 6. The rotary driving assembly is used for driving the second drill rod 4 to rotate around the axis of the second drill rod.
In this embodiment, the push-pull driving mechanism includes a slide seat slidably provided on the girder 6, a driving gear rotatably installed at a lower end of the slide seat, and a push-pull motor 9 for driving the driving gear to rotate. A transmission rack extending along the length direction of the girder 6 is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the girder 6. The driving gear at the lower end of the sliding seat is meshed with the transmission rack. When the push-pull motor 9 drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear can drive the sliding seat to move along the length direction of the girder 6 through transmission between the driving gear and the transmission rack. Meanwhile, a connecting part for connecting with the second drill rod 4 is also arranged on the sliding seat. After the second drill rod 4 is connected with the connecting part, the sliding seat slides along the girder 6 to drive the second drill rod 4 to synchronously move.
The rotary drive assembly comprises a rotary motor 8 for driving the connection part in rotation. When the rotary motor 8 works, the connecting part can be driven to rotate, and then the second drill rod 4 is driven to rotate around the axis of the second drill rod.
The running gear includes a chassis 12 and a track assembly 11 mounted on the chassis 12. The crawler belt assembly 11 can drive the walking part to move, so that the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 is driven to move.
Referring to fig. 2, a luffing cylinder 13 for adjusting the inclination angle of the girder 6 is also mounted on the chassis 12. The piston rod of the amplitude cylinder 13 is hinged with the girder 6. The included angle between the girder 6 and the horizontal plane can be adjusted by the movement of the piston rod of the amplitude cylinder 13. Also mounted on the chassis 12 is a power system 10, the power system 10 powering the entire auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5.
Referring to fig. 3, the embodiment further provides a double-drilling-machine construction method, which includes steps S101 to S103, and the specific steps are as follows:
step S101: the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1 is connected with the first drill rod 2, the first drill rod 2 is connected with one end of the reamer 3, the other end of the reamer 3 is connected with the second drill rod 4, and the second drill rod 4 is connected with the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5.
Step S102: the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1 performs reaming operation.
Step S103: judging whether the push-pull force and the rotation torque of the reaming operation of the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1 meet the construction conditions, and if so, providing traction force for the second drill rod 4 and the reamer 3 by the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 so as to prevent the reamer 3 from sinking; if the push-pull force does not meet the construction conditions, the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 provides push-pull assistance through a push-pull driving assembly; if the rotational torque does not meet the construction conditions, the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 provides the rotational torque through the rotary driving assembly.
Specifically, when the first drill rod 2 is connected with the second drill rod 4 through the reamer 3, and the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1 and the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 are synchronously operated, if the push-pull force and the rotation torque meet the construction conditions during reaming of the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1, the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 only needs to provide traction force for the second drill rod 4 and the reamer 3 at the moment, and the reamer 3 is prevented from sinking, so that the push-pull driving mechanism and the rotation driving mechanism in the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 are in follow-up states, namely, follow-up under the push-pull and rotation traction of the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1. If the push-pull force during reaming of the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1 does not meet the construction conditions, the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 provides the push-pull force through the push-pull driving mechanism. If the rotation torque of the main horizontal directional drilling machine 1 during reaming does not meet the construction conditions, and when the reamer 3 is stuck, the auxiliary horizontal directional drilling machine 5 provides the rotation torque through the rotation driving mechanism, so that the reamer 3 is convenient to unclamp.
