Claims (13)

1. A method for opening and closing a bag, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) The M-shaped bags folded into sheets are sent to a bag clamping device, the bag clamping device is provided with a front bag clamping mechanism and a rear bag clamping mechanism, and two side edges of the M-shaped bags are clamped by one of the front bag clamping mechanism and the rear bag clamping mechanism of the bag clamping device;
(2) Before and after opening the bag, the bag clamping device and the bag opening assembly capable of moving back and forth are connected with the M-shaped bag and the M-shaped bag which is received again after opening the bag, and when the bag is opened, the bag opening assembly capable of moving back and forth is adopted to respectively open the front bag wall and the rear bag wall so as to open the front bag wall and the rear bag wall;
(3) After filling, the spacing between the front and rear bag-gripping mechanisms is shortened to effect bag closure.

The bag opening and closing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag opening is performed by opening only the folded bag, and opening the bag to an opening size suitable for filling by moving the front bag clamping mechanism and the rear bag clamping mechanism in a front-rear direction under program control after opening the bag and before filling.
3. A method of opening and closing a bag as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein after the bag is delivered to the opening mechanism at the opening station, the bag gripping means is moved to the sides and the front-rear distance is adjusted, and when the front-rear distance is adjusted to a suitable position, the two sides of the bag are moved together and the opened bag is gripped.
4. A method for opening and closing a bag, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) The method comprises the steps that an M-shaped bag with separated front and rear side edges is sent to a bag clamping device, the bag clamping device is provided with a front bag clamping mechanism and a rear bag clamping mechanism which are respectively used for clamping the front side edges and the rear side edges of the M-shaped bag, the front bag clamping mechanism and the rear bag clamping mechanism are adjusted to match the distance between the front bag clamping mechanism and the rear bag clamping mechanism and the distance between the front side edges and the rear side edges, and the front side edges and the rear side edges of the M-shaped bag are respectively clamped by the front bag clamping mechanism and the rear bag clamping mechanism;
(2) After filling, the spacing between the front and rear bag-gripping mechanisms is shortened to effect bag closure.

The opening and closing method of a pouch according to claim 1, wherein the M-shaped pouch having separated front and rear side edges is opened only in a folded state, and the pouch is opened to an opening size suitable for filling by a movement of the front and rear pouch clamping mechanisms in a front and rear direction under program control after the front and rear side edges of the M-shaped pouch are clamped by the front and rear pouch clamping mechanisms.
6. A method of opening and closing a bag as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein when the front and rear bag-gripping mechanisms of the bag-gripping device receive the M-shaped bag, the bag-gripping device is moved to both sides and adjusts the front and rear distances, and when the bag-gripping device is adjusted to a proper front and rear position, the bag-gripping device is moved to both sides and grips both sides.

The multifunctional bag clamping device is characterized by comprising a front bag clamping mechanism and a rear bag clamping mechanism, wherein the front bag clamping mechanism comprises a front left bag clamping assembly and a front right bag clamping assembly, and the rear bag clamping mechanism comprises a rear left bag clamping assembly and a rear right bag clamping assembly;
the multifunctional bag clamping device is provided with a left-right adjusting mechanism for adjusting the distance between a left side assembly comprising the front left bag clamping assembly and the rear left bag clamping assembly and a right side assembly comprising the front right bag clamping assembly and the rear right bag clamping assembly; the left side assembly is internally provided with a left side front-back displacement driving mechanism for adjusting the distance between the front left bag clamping assembly and the rear left bag clamping assembly, and the right side assembly is internally provided with a right side front-back displacement driving mechanism for adjusting the distance between the front right bag clamping assembly and the rear right bag clamping assembly;
the front left bag clamping assembly, the front right bag clamping assembly, the rear left bag clamping assembly and the rear right bag clamping assembly are respectively provided with independent opening and closing driving mechanisms, so that the front left bag clamping assembly, the front right bag clamping assembly, the rear left bag clamping assembly and the rear right bag clamping assembly can be independently opened and closed.
8. The multi-purpose bag clamping apparatus of claim 7 wherein the bag clamping assembly of the front bag clamping mechanism and the bag clamping assembly of the rear bag clamping mechanism are staggered vertically.

The multi-purpose bag holder assembly of claim 7, wherein the front bag holder mechanism is fixed in position in the front-rear direction, and the rear left bag holder assembly and the rear right bag holder assembly are connected to the left side front-rear displacement drive mechanism and the right side front-rear displacement drive mechanism, respectively, and the distance between the front bag holder mechanism and the rear bag holder mechanism is adjusted by the movement of the rear left bag holder assembly and the rear right bag holder assembly.

The multifunctional bag clamping device according to claim 7, wherein a left mounting seat and a right mounting seat are arranged, and the left mounting seat and the right mounting seat are connected with a left-right adjusting mechanism so as to adjust the distance; the left side front-back displacement driving mechanism and the right side front-back displacement driving mechanism are respectively arranged on the left side mounting seat and the right side mounting seat.

The multi-purpose bag holder assembly of claim 10, wherein the front bag holder mechanism is fixed in position in the front-rear direction, and the rear left bag holder assembly and the rear right bag holder assembly are connected to the left side front-rear displacement drive mechanism and the right side front-rear displacement drive mechanism, respectively, and the distance between the front bag holder mechanism and the rear bag holder mechanism is adjusted by the movement of the rear left bag holder assembly and the rear right bag holder assembly.

The multi-purpose bag clamping device as recited in claim 10, wherein said front left and right bag clamping assemblies include a front fixed member and a movable bag clamping element, respectively, said front fixed member being connected to either the left or right side mounting base by a connecting rod, said front fixed member having a front bag clamping drive element mounted thereon;
the rear left bag clamping assembly and the rear right bag clamping assembly respectively comprise a rear fixing part and a movable bag clamping element, the rear fixing part is connected with a front-rear displacement driving mechanism, and the rear fixing part is provided with a rear bag clamping driving element.
13. The multi-purpose bag clamping device as recited in claim 12, wherein said front bag clamping mechanism and said rear bag clamping mechanism are vertically offset;
in the front-rear direction, a front fixing part in a bag clamping assembly of the front bag clamping mechanism is positioned at the front side, a movable bag clamping element is positioned at the rear side, and a front driving element is positioned at the front side of the front fixing part;
in the front-rear direction, the rear fixing part of the bag clamping assembly of the rear bag clamping mechanism is positioned at the rear side, the movable bag clamping element is positioned at the front side, and the rear driving element is positioned at the rear side of the rear fixing part.
