the third component (3) is detachably connected with the first component (1) or the second component (2) and is configured to position the PCB (4) and the ceramic block (5) before welding products, a plurality of limiting pieces (31) which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the ceramic blocks (5) are arranged on the third component (3), and one end of each limiting piece (31) penetrates through the PCB (4) and extends to the side face of each ceramic block (5) and is configured to limit the relative positions of the PCB (4) and the ceramic blocks (5);
the third component (3) is further configured to be removed from the product to be soldered after positioning the PCB board (4) and the ceramic block (5) and before the product to be soldered enters the soldering apparatus.
2. The welding fixture of the 5G ceramic filter according to claim 1, wherein the lower part of the inner side surface of the limiting member (31) is a vertical structure configured to be attached to the peripheral outer side surface of the ceramic block (5);

The 5G ceramic filter welding fixture according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of elastic members are arranged on the first component (1), and the elastic members are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the ceramic blocks (5) and are configured to press the ceramic blocks (5) towards the direction of the PCB board (4).

A 5G ceramic filter welding fixture according to claim 3, wherein the elastic member comprises a pressing rod (11) and a spring (12), the middle part of the pressing rod (11) passes through the first component (1) and can slide up and down along the first component (1), bosses are arranged at two ends of the pressing rod (11), the spring (12) is arranged between the lower bottom surface of the first component (1) and the upper surface of the boss at the lower end of the pressing rod (11), and the spring (12) is in a compressed state.

The welding fixture of the 5G ceramic filter according to claim 1, wherein one end of the limiting piece (31) extending to the ceramic block (5) is of an annular sheet structure, the cross-sectional shape of the limiting piece corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the ceramic block (5), and a plurality of open slots (322) are formed in the annular sheet structure; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the limiting piece (31) is made of a metal material, and the thickness of the side wall of the limiting piece ranges from 0.3 mm to 0.8mm.

The welding fixture for the 5G ceramic filter according to claim 1, wherein the third component (3) further comprises a base (32), the limiting piece (31) is fixedly arranged on the base (32) through a screw, a plurality of first grooves (321) are formed in the base (32), a plurality of groups of threaded holes (322) are formed in the first grooves (321), a plurality of groups of first through holes (311) are formed in the bottom of the limiting piece (31), the first through holes (311) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with one groups of threaded holes (322), and the screw penetrates through the first through holes (311) to be in threaded connection with the threaded holes (322).
7. The 5G ceramic filter welding fixture according to claim 1, wherein the third component (3) further comprises a base (32), the limiting piece (31) is disposed on the base (32), and the limiting piece (31) and the base (32) are an integral piece.

The 5G ceramic filter welding fixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the second part (2) is provided with a second groove (21), the second groove (21) being configured to accommodate the PCB board (4), the shape and size of which correspond to the PCB board (4); and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the first component (1) is fixedly connected with the second component (2) through a screw assembly, a second through hole (13) is formed in the first component (1), and third through holes (23) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the second through holes (13) are formed in the second component (2); and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the third component (3) is connected with the first component (1) and/or the second component (2) through a plurality of guide posts.
9. A method for welding a 5G ceramic filter, using the 5G ceramic filter welding tool according to claim 1, the welding method comprising:
-assembling the second part (2) to the third part (3) with the stop (31) passing through the second part (2);
-assembling the PCB (4) to the second component (2) with the limiting member (31) passing through the PCB (4);
placing the ceramic blocks (5) and the limiting pieces (31) on the PCB (4) in one-to-one correspondence, wherein the position of each ceramic block (5) relative to the PCB (4) is limited by the limiting piece (31), and PIN needles (6) are preassembled on the ceramic blocks (5) according to process requirements;
-placing the first component (1) on the ceramic block (5) and fixing the first component (1) and the second component (2) such that the first component (1) presses the ceramic block (5) against the PCB board (4);
-removing the third part (3) from the second part (2);
the first component (1), the second component (2) and the PCB (4), the ceramic block (5) and the PIN needle (6) which are arranged between the first component (1) and the second component (2) are jointly placed into a welding device for welding;
after the welding is completed, the first part (1) and the second part (2) are removed from the welded product.
10. A method for welding a 5G ceramic filter, using the 5G ceramic filter welding tool according to claim 1, the welding method comprising:
-assembling the first part (1) to the third part (3) with the stop (31) passing through the first part (1);
placing the ceramic blocks (5) and the limiting pieces (31) on the third component (3) in one-to-one correspondence, wherein the positions of the ceramic blocks (5) on the limiting pieces (31) are limited by the limiting pieces (31), and PIN needles (6) are preassembled on the ceramic blocks (5) according to process requirements;
-assembling the PCB (4) onto the ceramic block (5), the limiting piece (31) passing through the PCB (4) and defining the relative position of the PCB (4) and the ceramic block (5);
placing the second component (2) on the PCB (4) and fixing the first component (1) and the second component (2) so that the second component (2) presses the PCB (4) on the ceramic block (5);
-removing the third part (3) from the first part (2);
the first component (1), the second component (2) and the PCB (4), the ceramic block (5) and the PIN needle (6) which are arranged between the first component (1) and the second component (2) are jointly placed into a welding device for welding;
after the welding is completed, the first part (1) and the second part (2) are removed from the welded product.
