Working principle: through discharging waste liquid out of the space between the circular ring 3 and the top plate 4 and the bottom plate 5, the motor 8 is started to drive the circular column 10 to rotate, then sterilizing liquid is discharged into the water collecting tank 11 through the miniature water pump 12 and the second corrugated pipe 13, and is sprayed on the inner circular wall of the circular ring 3 through the spraying holes in the water collecting tank 11, meanwhile, the brush 15 is driven by the first connecting column 14 to brush 15 on the residual waste liquid and impurities on the circular ring 3, the cleaning of the circular ring 3 is completed through the cooperation of the sterilizing liquid and the brush 15, the first corrugated pipe 6 can stretch and retract, the replacement of different waste liquids is avoided, the circular ring 3 and the bottom plate 5 are not cleaned, the residual waste liquid is caused, the different waste liquids are compatible, serious consequences are produced, the circular column 10 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the circular column 10 to drive the first connecting column 14 to rotate by taking the circular column 10 as an axis, and further through the combination of centrifugal force and a spring, the brush 15 is contacted with the circular ring 3 and the bottom plate 5 and is brushed, so that foreign bacteria generated by long-term contact between the surface of the brush 15 and the circular ring 3 are avoided, bacteria are adhered to the brush 15, the flow of waste liquid is difficult to influence the brush 15, the brush 15 is difficult to be covered by the washing of disinfectant, the brush 15 is finally damaged, the service life of the brush 15 is reduced, the rotating rod 9 and the limiting block 18 are respectively connected in the sliding groove 19 and the limiting groove 20 in a sliding manner, the rotating rod 9 can drive the circular column 10 to rotate, the rotating rod 9 cannot be separated from the limiting groove 20, the vertical expansion and contraction of the top plate 4 are not influenced, the vertical expansion and contraction amplitude of the circular ring 3 is limited by the vertical displacement distance of the T-shaped block 22 in the T-shaped groove 21, the motor 8 drives the first bevel gear 23 to rotate, the second bevel gear 24 and the cam 26 to rotate, and the cam 26 are further driven to contact with the roller 27, the top plate 4 drives the circular ring 3 and the bottom plate 5 to perform up-and-down displacement vibration, when the brush 15 and the disinfectant clean the circular ring 3 and the bottom plate 5, the adhesive impurities on the circular ring 3 are vibrated and shed, the circular ring 3 and the bottom plate 5 are cleaned more thoroughly, the motor 8 is turned off, then the first inclined surface 31 of the clamping block 30 is extruded to the second inclined surface 32 of the T-shaped block 22, the clamping block 30 is inserted into the bottom of the T-shaped block 22 through the square through groove 28, the circular ring 3 in the box 1 can not vibrate when the box 1 bears waste liquid to move, the waste liquid is prevented from sloshing, the labor is wasted when the box 1 is pushed, the intractable adhesive impurities on the circular ring 3 and the bottom plate 5 are removed through the scraping plate 33, make the clearance more clean, through setting up of arc face 34 upper and lower narrow, when can avoid the arc face 34 of scraper blade 33 to adhesion impurity and residual waste liquid clearance, impurity and residual waste liquid can rotate along with the rotation of scraper blade 33 shape, do not drop, wide lower narrow on the arc face 34 can make residual waste liquid and impurity be difficult to the scraper blade 33 top slip, can only fall to on the bottom plate 5, and then flow out box 1 through play basin and delivery port, be conical through bottom plate 5 cross section, and conical pointed end sets up downwards, can make waste liquid remain and antiseptic solution etc. flow out box 1 more quick and thorough.
