Specifically, the upper portion of the water return pipe 14 is a vertical portion 141 extending downward corresponding to the water return port 13, the cover 5 is disposed in the vertical portion 141 in a manner of being able to move up and down, and the first elastic member 9 is disposed at the bottom of the cover 5. The water return pipe 14 is not only used for water return, but also provides an assembly space for the sealing cover 5 and the first elastic piece 9, and has a compact overall structure.
The inner diameter of the vertical part 141 of the water return pipe 14 is larger than the diameter of the water return opening 13, the top of the sealing cover 5 is provided with a filling part 51 which can be inserted with the water return opening 13 under the condition that the water return opening 13 is closed, when the filling part 51 is inserted into the water return opening 13, the upper wall surface of the filling part 51 is flush with the inner bottom wall of the water tank body 1 so as to keep the integrity of the bottom wall of the original water tank and keep better water guide, filtration and slag collection effects. The inner wall of the vertical portion 141 of the water return pipe 14 is provided with a guiding and limiting groove 1411 extending vertically, and correspondingly, the outer peripheral wall below the filling part 51 is provided with a stop block 511 which can be matched with the guiding and limiting groove 1411 and is propped against the bottom edge of the water return port 13 in the closed state of the water return port 13. The structure can stabilize the up-and-down movement of the sealing cover 5, and limit the position of the sealing cover 5 when the water return port 13 is closed.
The inner bottom wall of the water return pipeline 14 is provided with a positioning column 140 which extends upwards corresponding to the water return port 13, correspondingly, the lower part of the sealing cover 5 is provided with a guide sleeve 54 which can be inserted and matched with the positioning column 140, and the first elastic piece 9 is a spring and is sleeved outside the positioning column 140 and at least partially positioned in the guide sleeve 54. The diameter of the upper part of the positioning column 140 is smaller than that of the lower part, so that a supporting table 143 is formed at the joint, the lower end of the first elastic piece 9 is propped against the supporting table 143, and the upper end is propped against the inner top wall of the guide sleeve 54. The above structure is advantageous in improving the mounting stability of the first elastic member 9 and the cover 5.
The lower part of the water return pipeline 14 is a horizontal part 142 which is horizontally bent and extended from the lower end of the vertical part 141 to one side, the vertical part 141 and the horizontal part 142 are in smooth transition, and the positioning column 140 is arranged at the smooth transition position of the vertical part 141 and the horizontal part 142. Where the positioning posts 140 may also function to direct the water flow upward to some extent.
In this embodiment, in a state where the shower arm 4 is connected to the water return port 13, the water discharge chamber 12 is configured as a water return chamber for supplying water to the shower arm 4. The embodiment can properly make the water discharging cavity 12 large, and is convenient for filtering and collecting slag on the basis of keeping the original water tank shape.
As shown in fig. 4, the backwater driving mechanism 3 of the present embodiment is a water pump, the side portion of the water discharging cavity 12 is provided with a water guide pipe 122 which is transversely arranged and connected with the water inlet end of the water pump 3, and the water outlet end of the water pump is located at the top thereof and connected with the lower end of the backwater pipe 14. The return conduit 14 is L-shaped and the upper section of the vertical arrangement is very short.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the first end of the water guide pipe 122 is tangentially connected to the side of the lower chamber 12, and the second end is connected to the water inlet end of the water pump. Specifically, the water conduit 122 includes a first section 1221, a second section 1222, and a third section 1223 that are sequentially connected along the flow direction of the water flow and have gradually increased diameters, wherein an inner portion of the first section 1221 is formed on an inner wall of the lower water chamber 12 and is communicated with the lower water chamber 12, an outer portion of the first section protrudes out of the lower water chamber 12, the second section 1222 is a tapered section having gradually increased inner diameters, a portion close to the water inlet end is integrally formed with the lower water chamber 12, and the third section 1223 is a straight section. The structure is favorable for accelerating the water return speed.
The inner part of the first section 1221 and the water inlet part of the second section 1222 of the water guide pipe 122 are arranged corresponding to the side wall of the slag collecting basket 2. The side wall of the lower water cavity 12 is also connected with a water inlet pipe 16, the water inlet pipe 16 is tangentially connected with the lower water cavity 12, and the connection part of the water inlet pipe 16 and the lower water cavity 12 is opposite to the connection part of the water guide pipe 122 and the lower water cavity 12 in the opposite flowing direction. The structure can respectively wash the two sides of the slag collecting basket 2 in the water inlet and water return processes so as to keep the slag collecting basket 2 clean.
The slag collecting basket 2 of the embodiment is of a cylindrical structure with a closed lower end and an open top, and the diameter of the slag collecting basket 2 gradually decreases from top to bottom. This structure is favorable to locking the residue in album sediment basket 2 bottom, improves album sediment effect. As shown in fig. 3, an end cap 6 capable of opening or closing the upper port of the lower water chamber 12 is detachably provided on the inner bottom wall of the water tank body 1. When not in use, the sewer outlet 11 is closed to avoid the overflow of the odor in the sewer pipe. The inner bottom wall of the water tank body 1 is provided with a diversion area 111 which is recessed around the peripheral part of the water drain port 11. The structure is favorable for improving slag collecting effect and water return speed.
The bottom of the lower water chamber 12 of the present embodiment is further provided with a drain mechanism 7 for rapidly draining water in the lower water chamber 12, and an upper end of the drain mechanism 7 is connected to the drain port 121. The drain mechanism 7 includes a drain pump 71 and a traction valve 72, and the traction valve 72 is connected between the drain port 121 and the drain pump 71. The structure is beneficial to quickly discharging water and realizes the effects that the water tank body 1 has no residual water and keeps clean.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a heating element 8 for heating water passing through the lower water chamber 12 is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the lower water chamber 12. The heating element 8 is a thick film heating element coated on the outer peripheral wall of the lower water cavity 12. When the water tank body 1 is used as a cleaning machine, the structure can rapidly heat backwater, so that the heating effect is improved; in addition, the thick film heating element wrapping the peripheral wall of the lower water cavity is adopted, so that the heating efficiency is improved, and the heat energy loss is reduced; the heating piece heats the slag collecting basket simultaneously, can also keep the slag collecting basket dry, sanitary, sterilizing and disinfecting, and avoids bacteria breeding.
The top of the water tank body 1 is provided with a door body which can be turned over and is used for opening or closing the top opening of the water tank body 1.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the bowl rack 100 is used for holding tableware or fruits and vegetables; the spray arm 4 is arranged at the bottom of the bowl rack 100, when the bowl rack 100 is placed in the water tank body 1, part of the spray arm 4 penetrates through the water return port 13 to be propped against the sealing cover 5, and the sealing cover 5 moves downwards under the propping pressure of the spray arm 4 so that the water return pipe 14 is communicated with the spray arm 4; when the bowl rack 100 is taken out from the water tank body 1, the cover 5 closes the water return port 13 by the drive of the first elastic member 9.
Specifically, a vertically extending guide sleeve 43 is arranged at the water inlet 41 of the spray arm 4, and the guide sleeve 43 is of a telescopic structure. At least part of the guide sleeve 43 can be restrained at the bottom of the spray arm 4 in an up-down telescopic way and is provided with an upper port which is arranged corresponding to the water inlet 13, and a second elastic piece 20 which enables the guide sleeve to always keep a downward stretching trend is arranged at the guide sleeve 43. The bottom of the bowl rack 100 is provided with a supporting leg 101 which can be used for standing, the lower end of the guide sleeve 43 is lower than the lower end of the supporting leg 101 in a suspended state of the supporting leg 101, and the guide sleeve 43 is partially contracted in a state that the supporting leg 101 is supported on a table surface, so that the lower end of the guide sleeve is kept at the same height as the lower end of the supporting leg 101. The structure can ensure that the spray arm 4 is more reliably connected with the water return port 13 and the water return pipeline 14 in the use state, thereby avoiding the problem of water leakage caused by insufficient installation; when the bowl shelf 100 is used alone, a supporting function is provided thereto, and standing stability of the bowl shelf 100 is improved.
In order to facilitate assembly and connection, the guide sleeve 43 comprises an upper guide sleeve 431 and a lower guide sleeve 432, the upper guide sleeve 431 is rotatably connected with the spray arm 4, the lower guide sleeve 432 can be restrained at the lower part of the upper guide sleeve 431 in a vertically movable manner, and the second elastic piece 20 is arranged between the upper guide sleeve 431 and the lower guide sleeve 432 and keeps the downward movement trend of the lower guide sleeve 432 all the time.
The bottom wall of the spray arm 4 is provided with an assembly ring 411 extending downwards around the water inlet 41, the upper end of the upper diversion sleeve 431 is connected with the assembly ring 411 in an inserting mode, and the peripheral wall of the upper diversion sleeve 431 is provided with a first supporting table 4311 which can support the bottom of the assembly ring 411 at a position close to the upper port. The top wall of the spray arm 4 is provided with spray holes 42 with different spray directions, and the structure is convenient for realizing the rotation of the spray arm 4 under the drive of water flow.
The upper end of the upper flow guiding sleeve 431 is provided with supporting ribs 4312 extending upwards at intervals, the top of the supporting ribs 4312 is provided with a supporting platform 4313, the top wall of the spray arm 4 is provided with a mounting opening 44 which can be matched and connected with the supporting platform 4313 and is used for exposing the supporting platform 4313 at the top of the spray arm 4, and the supporting platform 4313 is restrained at the bottom of the bowl rack 100 through an assembly part 45. With the above structure, it is possible to restrain the shower arm 4 at the bottom of the bowl rack 100 in a state in which the shower arm 4 is allowed to rotate with respect to the bowl rack 100.
In order to facilitate restraining the spray arm 4 at the bottom of the bowl rack 100, the upper surface of the supporting platform 4313 is provided with an upwardly extending assembly sleeve 4314, correspondingly, the assembly 45 is provided with a plug sleeve 451 which can be inserted into the assembly sleeve 4314 from top to bottom, the side wall of the assembly sleeve 4314 is provided with a clamping interface 4310, and correspondingly, the peripheral wall of the plug sleeve 451 is provided with a protruding block 4512 which can be matched and clamped with the clamping interface 4511. The assembly part 45 is further provided with an outer sleeve 452 enclosing the assembly sleeve 4314 and the mounting opening 44, the outer peripheral wall of the outer sleeve 452 is provided with a clamping hook 4521 extending outwards, and correspondingly, the bottom of the bowl rack 100 is provided with a mounting strip 102 for clamping the clamping hook 4521 therein.
The upper diversion sleeve 431 comprises a first inner sleeve 4315 and a first outer sleeve 4316 which are arranged at intervals inside and outside, the lower diversion sleeve 432 comprises a second inner sleeve 4321 and a second outer sleeve 4322 which are arranged at intervals inside and outside, the first inner sleeve 4315 is in closed connection with the top of the first outer sleeve 4316 and in open connection with the lower end, and the second inner sleeve 4321 is in open connection with the upper end and in closed connection with the lower end of the second outer sleeve 4322. The second inner case 4321 is inserted in the first inner case 4315 to be movable up and down, and the second outer case 4322 is inserted in the first outer case 4316 to be movable up and down. This configuration advantageously provides a relatively closed cavity for installation of the second resilient member 20, improving assembly compactness.
In order to facilitate assembly, a vertically extending limit mounting groove 4317 is provided on a side wall of the first outer sleeve 4315, and an elastic buckle 4323 capable of guiding and cooperating with the limit mounting groove 4317 and restraining in the limit mounting groove 4317 is provided on a side wall of the second outer sleeve 4322.
The lower end of the guide sleeve 43 is provided with a pressing portion 434 capable of pressing the cover 5 downward through the water return port 13. This structure facilitates to simultaneously realize the pressing down of the cover 5 and the communication of the return water pipe 14 with the guide sleeve 43 after the bowl rack 100 is put into the tub body 1. The pressing portion 434 includes four guide arms 4341 extending from top to bottom from the inner wall surface of the lower end of the guide sleeve 43 toward the center, and the lower ends of the guide arms 4341 are smoothly connected through a circular ring 4342. The guiding arm 4341 plays a role in pressing the sealing cover 5 and guiding at the same time, and is used for guiding the middle of the water return pipeline 14 into the guiding sleeve 43, so that energy loss is reduced.
When the cleaning machine of the embodiment is used, and the water tank body 1 is required to be used as a common water tank, the bowl rack 100 and the spray arm 4 are taken away, the sealing cover 5 automatically moves upwards to seal the water return opening 13 under the action of the first elastic piece 9, at the moment, the upper wall surface of the sealing cover 5 forms a part of the lower wall surface of the water tank body 1, the integral shape of the water tank body 1 is the same as the shape of the common water tank, and washing water is filtered by the slag collecting basket 2, collected slag and discharged into a sewer pipe through the water outlet 121; when the water tank body 1 is required to be used as a dish washer, the bowl rack 100 and the spray arm 4 are installed in the water tank body 1, the sealing cover 5 moves downwards under the pressing force of the pressing part 434 at the bottom of the spray arm 4 to open the water return port 13, the water return pipeline 14 is communicated with the spray arm 4, spray cleaning can be realized under the action of the water return driving mechanism 3, and finally water after cleaning is discharged into the sewer pipe through the water outlet 12.
