For the adjustable accommodating space in the embodiment, the length of the watchband is convenient to adjust, which is more convenient for a user; in the wearing process, a certain section of the watchband can be randomly adjusted according to the requirements and is arranged in the accommodating space, and the restriction of the traditional pin hole watchband adjusting mode is avoided.
For convenient wearing, the first clasp 2 is provided with a buckling part 221; the second clasp 1 is provided with an engaging mechanism 12 for engaging with the engaging portion 221; when the second clasp 1 is clasped with the first clasp 2, the engaging mechanism 12 engages with the clasp 221; when the length of the watchband needs to be adjusted, the engaging mechanism 12 and the engaging portion 221 need to be separated from each other, and after the separation, the size of the accommodating space can be adjusted to adjust a certain section of the watchband to be placed in the accommodating space, and the engaging portion 221 and the engaging mechanism 12 are not particularly limited in this embodiment. In practice, the accommodation space may be adjusted in the form of a bottom cover 21 and an upper cover 22 as shown in fig. 5, 10 and 19; can also set up a frame, the form of frame is the rectangle frame, and the inside of rectangle frame is provided with adjustable briquetting, through adjusting the distance between the inner wall that briquetting and rectangle frame are relative to place the space of watchband in the rectangle frame is adjusted, when the position adjustment of watchband is suitable, accessible regulation briquetting is tightly laminated with the watchband, in order to compress tightly the watchband, realizes the fixed of watchband. The shape and the adjustment form of the adjustable accommodation space are not particularly limited in this embodiment, and other manners may be sufficient to adjust the size of the accommodation space so as to move the wristband within the accommodation space or be fixed within the accommodation space.
In one embodiment, in order to better perform adjustment of the accommodating space, the embodiment specifically defines an adjustment manner of the accommodating space, and in the embodiment, the adjustment direction of the accommodating space is illustratively limited to the adjustment of the size of the accommodating space along the direction approximately perpendicular to the wearing direction of the watchband so as to limit the position of the watchband, thereby fixing the watchband; during adjustment, the accommodating space is enlarged along the space perpendicular to the wearing direction of the watchband, so that the contact with one side of the watchband, which is adjusted by the accommodating space, can be reduced to the greatest extent, the watchband can quickly loose, and the position of the watchband is easier to adjust; when the watchband is fixed, the pressure perpendicular to the direction of the watchband is maximum, the stability of the watchband fixed in the accommodating space is higher, and the watchband is not easy to fall off.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, 10 and 19, the first clasp 2 specifically includes a bottom cover 21 and an upper cover 22, and an accommodating space is illustratively defined by the bottom cover 21 and the upper cover 22; in the present embodiment, the relative position of the upper cover 22 mounted on the bottom cover 21 is adjustable, specifically, the upper cover can be moved or locked along the direction approximately perpendicular to the wearing direction of the watchband, so as to adjust the space size of the accommodating space, and realize the compression or release of the watchband. An elastic member is provided between the upper cover and the bottom cover, and acts on the upper cover so that the elastic member can move the upper cover away from the bottom cover when the upper cover is released from being fixed. In the specific embodiment of the present invention, the upper cover 22 is configured in a flip-type manner, and the upper cover 22 is manufactured by hardware, and then the end of the upper cover 22 away from the hinge is clamped, so that the upper cover 22 is not easy to be damaged when the upper cover 22 is fastened, and the upper cover 22 can be opened or closed when the upper cover 22 is adjusted, so as to adjust the space between the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21.
As a specific embodiment, the manner of detachably connecting the other end of the upper cover 22 to the bottom cover 21, and in this embodiment, the fixing form of the free end of the upper cover 22 to the bottom cover 21 may be a form of a clamping groove and a clamping block; the clamping groove clamping block is simpler in form and simpler in adjusting process. According to fig. 9 and 10, a bump 222 is provided at one end of the upper cover 22 away from the hinge, a limit groove 211 is provided at a position of the bottom cover 21 corresponding to the bump 222, and the limit groove 211 can prevent the upper cover 22 from moving in the direction of the second clasp 1; wherein, when the second clasp 1 is separated from the first clasp 2, the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21 are kept fixed. Wherein, the two protruding blocks 222 and the two limiting grooves 211 corresponding to the protruding blocks 222 are respectively arranged, the buckling grooves 212 are arranged on the bottom cover 21 between the two limiting grooves 211, and the buckling positions 223 corresponding to the buckling grooves 212 are arranged on the upper cover 22 and are used for strongly buckling the upper cover 22 so as to separate the upper cover 22 from the bottom cover 21. The catching position 223 and the catching groove 212 facilitate the catching out of the upper cover 22 to a certain extent, so that the upper cover 22 is opened to adjust the size of the receiving space.
In one embodiment, another fixing manner of the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21 may be that a limiting hole is formed at one end of the upper cover 22 far away from the hinge, a groove is formed on the bottom cover 21, a slidable limiting piece is arranged in the groove, and when the upper cover 22 is fixed, the limiting piece is inserted into the limiting hole to fix the upper cover 22; of course, a groove may be formed on one side of the bottom cover 21 away from the hinge end, a limiting member is slidably disposed in the same groove, at this time, an end portion of the upper cover 22 away from the hinge end is disposed in the groove, and at this time, the limiting member is inserted into the limiting hole to fix the upper cover 22.
With the above-described fixing manner of the free ends of the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21, the free ends of the upper cover 22 are opened during adjustment, so that the pressure between the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21 is reduced or zero, so that the accommodation space is suitable for movement of the watchband; when the wristband is in place, it is possible to fix the wristband by fixing the free end of the upper cover 22, making the upper cover 22 abut against the wristband.
The fixing manner of the free end of the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21 in the above embodiment is not specifically limited in this application, and other manners can be used to achieve the fixing manner between the free end of the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21.
In another embodiment, the connection between the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21 is used for adjusting the accommodating space, and at this time, a sliding groove can be formed on the bottom cover 21, sliding blocks are formed on two sides of the upper cover 22 corresponding to the sliding groove, the sliding blocks are arranged in the sliding groove, the upper cover 22 slides up and down in the sliding groove along the vertical direction and the watchband direction, a clamping groove can be formed on the bottom cover 21 for fixing the upper cover 22, a clamping block is formed on the upper cover 22 corresponding to the clamping groove, and clamping between the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21 can be realized; when in implementation, the sliding blocks on the upper cover 22 are arranged on two sides of the watchband in the length direction, and are arranged on two ends of the upper cover 22, and the clamping blocks are arranged on the watchband in the width direction; for convenient opening, can also set up the spring in the spout to when conveniently opening, upper cover 22 under the effect of spring, upper cover 22 can be fast to the direction removal of keeping away from bottom 21, with the distance between regulation upper cover 22 and the bottom 21, make the watchband that is located accommodation space can be removed, when upper cover 22 and watchband subsides, the watchband is compressed tightly.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 4, 5, 10 and 17, when the first clasp 2 and the second clasp 1 are clasped in fig. 1, the clasp mechanism 12 shown in fig. 4 is inserted into the accommodating space and presses the watchband, and in addition to the manner in which the upper cover 22 presses the watchband described in the above embodiment, in this embodiment, a perforation may be formed in the upper cover 22, and a part of the member of the clasp mechanism 12 is inserted through the perforation to press the watchband, where the clasp mechanism 12 is inserted into the accommodating space and presses the watchband further on the basis of being engaged with the clasp 221; the fastening part 221 is provided on the bottom cover 21, and the fastening mechanism 12 is fastened to the fastening part 221 on the bottom cover 21 and presses the upper cover 22, so that the upper cover 22 and the fastening mechanism 12 simultaneously press the watchband, and the watchband is prevented from being deformed and loosened under the condition of long-term pressing and fixing of the upper cover 22, and the fastening mechanism 12 further presses the watchband, so that the watchband is prevented from being loosened due to deformation.
In one embodiment, when the watchband is worn in the accommodating space, the width of the accommodating space in the extending direction perpendicular to the watchband is smaller than the thickness of the watchband, so that the accommodating space generates self-pressure in the direction perpendicular to the watchband, the watchband is fastened, the watchband is prevented from loosening, and the effect is better when the watchband is fixed.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10, 14 and 12 for example, in this embodiment, the second clasp 1 is specifically defined, the second clasp 1 includes a clasp cover 11, the engaging mechanism 12 is disposed on a side close to the first clasp 2, and the engaging mechanism 12 includes an engaging member disposed on a side close to the upper cover 22 of the clasp cover 11.
Specifically, a boss 111 extends from one side of the buckle cover 11, which is close to the upper cover 22, and a placing groove 112 is formed in the boss 111 for installing the clamping piece; the upper cover 22 is provided with a hole 225 for accommodating the boss 111, and the fastening portion 221 is disposed on the hole 225 for fastening the fastening member in the present embodiment, without specific limitation to the fastening portion 221.
In one embodiment, with reference to fig. 10, 12 and 17, when the first clasp 2 is engaged with the second clasp 1, the boss 111 penetrates the avoidance hole 225 and abuts against the watchband, and in this embodiment, the boss 111 has a function of further compressing the watchband, and can perform a double compressing and fixing function in a fixing process, so that the watchband is not easy to loose.
In one embodiment, a first clamping groove 121 is formed on the periphery of the clamping piece at one side of the buckle cover 11 close to the first watch buckle 2; the buckling part 221 comprises a buckling protrusion 2211 which is used for being buckled in the first buckling groove 121 and is arranged on one side of the upper cover 22 close to the buckling cover 11; the avoidance hole 225 extends near the edge of one side of the buckle cover 11 to form a clamping protrusion 2211 which is matched with the first clamping groove 121, when the first watch buckle 2 is buckled with the second watch buckle 1, the clamping protrusion 2211 is positioned in the first clamping groove 121 to limit the first watch buckle, and the limiting effect limits the movement of the first watch buckle 2 or the second watch buckle 1 along the wearing direction of the watchband and the width direction of the watchband.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the engaging portion 221 is further defined, and one end side of the avoidance hole 225 facing the second surface fastener 1 is in a retracted structure, so that the engaging portion 221 is formed for engaging the engaging member; or the inner wall of the avoidance hole 225 is provided with a second clamping groove 2212 to form a buckling part 221, and the second clamping groove 2212 is used for limiting the clamping piece so that the first meter buckle 2 and the second meter buckle 1 are not separated, or the first meter buckle 2 and the second meter buckle 1 are combined, and in specific implementation, the second meter buckle is selected according to specific conditions.
In one particular embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 5, an adjustable clasp, comprises: a second clasp 1 and a first clasp 2. As can be seen from fig. 4, 5 and 17, the second clasp 1 includes a clasp 11 and a locking mechanism 12, the clasp 11 is generally made of plastic, and the implementation is not limited to plastic, and other materials can be used; the first watch button 2 comprises an upper cover 22 and a bottom cover 21, and is generally made of hardware, one end of the upper cover 22 is hinged above one end of the bottom cover 21, and the other end of the upper cover 22 is detachably connected above the other end of the bottom cover 21; the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21 are connected to form a channel capable of accommodating the watchband to pass through, when the upper cover 22 is buckled with the bottom cover 21, the upper cover 22 extrudes the watchband to increase the positive pressure of the watchband, thereby enhancing the static friction force between the watchband and the watchband, enabling the watchband to be fixed at a certain position of the watchband, if the watchband needs to be adjusted to fit the length of the watchband, the upper cover 22 is opened to release pressure, the watchband is subjected to pressure reduction or becomes zero by the upper cover 22, at the moment, the watchband can be moved along the passing direction of the watchband so as to change the position of the bottom cover 21 on the watchband, and the upper cover 22 is fixed, namely, the adjustment of the proper wearing length of the watchband is completed, and the stepless adjustment of the watchband is realized by the adjustment mode. The upper cover 22 is provided with a buckling part 221 for clamping the second watch buckle 1; the engaging mechanism 12 of the second clasp 1 is mounted on the side of the clasp cover 11 near the upper cover 22, and can be engaged with the engaging portion 221.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 19, the locking mechanism 12 includes a locking member disposed on a side of the buckle 11 close to the upper cover 22, and a first locking groove 121 formed on a peripheral side of the locking member on a surface of the buckle 11, where the first clasp 2 and the second clasp 1 are locked together, and the clasp is abutted by the locking member to pass through the watchband, thereby realizing a function of limiting the watchband.
In order to install the clamping piece and perform pre-positioning before the first watch buckle 2 and the second watch buckle 1 are buckled, buckling is facilitated, a boss 111 extends out of one side of the buckle cover 11, which is close to the upper cover 22, as shown in fig. 6, a placing groove 112 is formed in the boss 111, the clamping piece is placed in the placing groove 112, the placing groove 112 plays a limiting role on the clamping piece, the position movement and the stress deformation of the clamping piece caused by buckling the first watch buckle 2 and the second watch buckle 1 are prevented, and meanwhile, the placing groove 112 can assist in positioning, so that the installation of the first elastic piece 122 is facilitated; the boss 111 can assist in positioning the second clasp 1 and the first clasp 2, and the above-mentioned fastening mechanism 12 on the second clasp 1 is used to limit the strap, where the first elastic piece 122 plays a main role, the first elastic piece 122 locks the second clasp 1 in the Z direction by the elastic force generated by deformation of itself, and the X, Y direction is limited by four straight surfaces of the boss 111, that is, the side wall of the boss 111, in this embodiment, the direction perpendicular to the watchband is the Z direction, the direction along which the watchband passes is the X direction, and the width direction of the watchband is the Y direction.
As can be seen from fig. 10, in order to mount the boss 111, an avoidance hole 225 is formed on the upper cover 22, so that collision between the upper cover 22 and the boss 111 during fastening is effectively avoided, and parts are damaged; the structure formed by extending the avoidance hole 225 near the edge of one side of the buckle cover 11 is a clamping protrusion 2211, and is used for being clamped in the first clamping groove 121; the mutual clamping of the clamping protrusion 2211 and the first clamping groove 121 limits the movement of the first meter catch 2 and the second meter catch 1 in the X, Y directions, so that a better clamping effect can be achieved; meanwhile, the boss 111 and the avoidance hole 225 are matched with each other to play a role in limiting the movement of the X, Y direction, and the double limiting makes the clamping of the first meter buckle 2 and the second meter buckle 1 tighter and is not easy to loosen. The inner wall of the avoidance hole 225 is provided with a second clamping groove 2212 for clamping the clamping piece; the engaging protrusion 2211 and the second engaging groove 2212 form the engaging portion 221. When the engaging protrusion 2211 is engaged with the first engaging groove 121, the second clasp 1 is more tightly buckled with the first clasp 2. Through the cooperation of upper cover 22, bottom 21 and fastener, the product that forms in this embodiment need not to punch on the watchband, has neither influenced pleasing to the eye again realized the stepless regulation of watchband, and guarantees that the watchband is fixed firm when simplifying the structure of table knot, reduce cost, is difficult to loosen.
Specifically, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the first elastic piece 122, where the first elastic piece 122 is generally made of steel sheet and is divided into a first mounting section 1224 and a first engaging section 1225, and a second mounting section 1226 may be additionally provided according to different situations and different elasticity of the material for manufacturing the first elastic piece 122. The first mounting section 1224 is provided at two ends of the first elastic piece 122 along the length direction, and is used for mounting the first elastic piece 122 at a position of the buckle cover 11 near one side of the upper cover 22; a first clamping section 1225 is arranged between the two first mounting sections 1224; the middle part of the first engaging section 1225 is concave inwards towards the side far away from the buckle cover 11 to form a second mounting section 1226, and the second mounting section 1226 is mounted in the placement groove 112 (as shown in fig. 6), and in specific preparation, the first elastic sheet 122 is in an integrally formed structure.
The first elastic piece 122 is partially disposed in the placement groove 112, and the first elastic piece 122 is disposed along the width direction of the watchband; the first elastic sheet 122 is provided with two special-shaped protrusions 1221 corresponding to the second engaging grooves 2212 along the length direction, and the number of the second engaging grooves 2212 is two, and the number of the special-shaped protrusions 1221 is two. The opposite structure formed by bending the two ends of the first locking section 1225 connected to the first mounting section 1224 in opposite directions is a special-shaped protrusion 1221, which is used for being locked in the second locking groove 2212. On this basis, the two ends of the two special-shaped protrusions 1221 should be provided with a plurality of partial allowance, so that the upper cover 22 can be fastened when the first elastic sheet 122 is clamped to the second clamping groove 2212, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the special-shaped protrusions 1221 can not be separated due to slight deformation of the first elastic sheet 122 by a certain allowance, the situation that the watch buckle is separated after severe exercise or during field climbing is effectively avoided, and the use degree and comfort degree of the watch buckle are increased.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, in order to further improve the performance of the first elastic piece 122, holes 1222 are formed in the first engaging sections 1225 at two sides of the second mounting section 1226, so as to weaken the strength of the steel sheet and reduce the elastic force of the first elastic piece 122. The strength of the steel sheet is too high, the elastic force of the first elastic sheet 122 is too large, and the fastening force of the watch buckle is large, so that the watch buckle is difficult to fasten, and the first elastic sheet 122 needs to be adjusted to a proper elastic force in order to ensure that the fastening hand feeling of the watch buckle is good. The hole 1222 arranged on the first elastic piece 122 enables the watch buckle to have hand feeling under the condition of fixing the watchband, so that the using degree and the comfort degree are improved. The shape and number of the holes 1222 in this embodiment may be changed according to the material of the first spring plate 122.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6-8, the connection between the first engaging section 1225 and the first mounting section 1224 forms an arc-shaped structure 1223, where the arc-shaped structure 1223 can reduce the stress on the first elastic sheet 122, and meanwhile, when the first elastic sheet 122 is buckled and buckled, the arc-shaped structure 1223 also plays a good role in buffering, if the connection between the first engaging section 1225 and the first mounting section 1224 is not the arc-shaped structure 1223, on one hand, the buckling is difficult, and on the other hand, the connection is easy to break. Therefore, the arc-shaped structure 1223 improves the comfort level of the product formed by the embodiment and also improves the service life of the first elastic sheet 122; the movable groove 113 extending to the first clamping groove 121 based on the placing groove 112 is formed in the place corresponding to the arc-shaped structure 1223 on the placing groove 112, when the first meter buckle 2 and the second meter buckle 1 are opened or buckled, the arc-shaped structure 1223 moves in the movable groove 113, the movable groove 113 provides a space for deformation movement for the first elastic piece 122, and the function of the arc-shaped structure 1223 is exerted to the greatest extent.
Referring to fig. 1 and 17 again, a stepped structure 224 is formed on one end of the upper cover 22 along the direction in which the watchband is worn and on the side of the upper cover near the clasp cover 11, for providing a point for allowing the second clasp 1 to be opened. The step-shaped structure 224 is arranged on the upper cover 22, so that the second watch buckle 1 is conveniently buckled, and the wearing and taking-off convenience of the wearing equipment is improved. The front end of the invention is provided with the step-shaped structure 224, the buckle cover 11 is buckled at the step-shaped structure 224 by hands, and the first elastic sheet 122 deforms in the buckling process of the buckle cover 11, so that the abnormal-shaped bulge 1221 is separated from the second clamping groove 2212, and the purpose of separating the first watch buckle 2 from the second watch buckle 1 is achieved. In the process of separating the first and second watch buckles 2 and 1, in order to prevent the first elastic piece 122 from buckling out of the buckling part 221, the upper cover 22 is driven to buckle out of the bottom cover 21, the upper cover 22 is provided with a bump 222 and is matched with a limit groove 211 correspondingly arranged on the bottom cover 21, so that the upper cover 22 is prevented from moving towards the buckling cover 11, when the first elastic piece 122 is buckled out of the buckling part 221, the action of the upper cover 22 buckling out of the bottom cover 21 is prevented, the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21 are kept fixed, and when the first elastic piece 122 is required to buckle out, the first elastic piece 122 is deformed and buckled out by a special tool or a manual force, so that the effect that the upper cover 22 and the bottom cover 21 are still buckled tightly when the second watch buckle 1 and the first watch buckle 2 are separated is achieved. Thus, when the product formed by the embodiment is used, the adjustment of the surface belt is not required every time when the wearer wears the product, and the wearer only needs to open the upper cover 22 to adjust the position when the wearer needs to adjust the position, and the wearer does not need to directly buckle the product.
Further provision of the second mounting section 1226 may enable the first spring 122 to be more securely mounted to the buckle cover 11. In addition, when the special-shaped protrusion 1221 is buckled in or buckled out of the second clamping groove 2212, the arrangement of the second mounting section 1226 increases the stress point of the first elastic sheet 122, reduces the local stress of the first elastic sheet 122, is not easy to damage, and prolongs the service life of the first elastic sheet 122; at the same time, the second mounting section 1226 may increase the resilience of the first spring 122.
Holes 1222 are formed in the first engaging sections 1225 on both sides of the second mounting section 1226 to weaken the strength of the steel sheet and reduce the elastic force of the first elastic sheet 122.
The strength of the steel sheet is too high, the elastic force of the first elastic sheet 122 is too large, and the fastening force of the watch buckle is large, so that the watch buckle is difficult to fasten, and the first elastic sheet 122 needs to be adjusted to a proper elastic force in order to ensure that the fastening hand feeling of the watch buckle is good. The hole 1222 arranged on the first elastic piece 122 enables the watch buckle to have hand feeling under the condition of fixing the watchband, so that the using degree and the comfort degree are improved.
The shape and number of apertures 1222 provided may vary depending on the material of the first dome 122.
The purpose of setting the connection between the first fastening section 1225 and the first mounting section 1224 to be an arc-shaped structure 1223 is mainly to reduce the stress on the first elastic sheet 122, meanwhile, when the first elastic sheet 122 is fastened and buckled out, the arc-shaped structure 1223 also plays a good role in buffering, if the connection between the first fastening section 1225 and the first mounting section 1224 is not the arc-shaped structure 1223, on one hand, the fastening is difficult, and on the other hand, the connection is easy to break. Therefore, the arc-shaped structure 1223 improves the comfort level of the product of the invention, and also improves the service life of the first elastic sheet 122; the main purpose of the groove is to provide the space for the first elastic piece 122 to deform and play the role of the arc-shaped structure 1223 to the maximum.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 10-14, the clamping piece includes at least one clamping block 42 and at least one spring 43, the clamping block 42 and the spring 43 are arranged in the placing groove 112, a first movable hole 44 is formed in the side wall of the boss 111, the spring 43 is abutted against the clamping block 42 to provide a supporting force of the clamping block 42, under the condition of no stress, the spring 43 always keeps the clamping block 42 in a static state, meanwhile, the elastic force provided by the spring 43 can keep the clamping effect, part of the clamping block 42 extends out of the first movable hole 44, the spring 43 can enable the clamping block 42 to movably stretch and retract along the first movable hole 44, when the first meter buckle 2 is buckled with the second meter buckle 1, in the buckling process, the clamping block 42 is continuously abutted against the opening of the avoidance hole 225 on the upper cover 22, and at the moment, the spring 43 is continuously stressed to compress the buckling part 221 where the clamping block 42 is buckled; when the first clasp 2 and the second clasp 1 are engaged, the spring 43 is used in the position engaged state.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 14, the number of the clamping blocks 42 is two, and the two clamping blocks 42 are oppositely arranged; positioning columns 45 are arranged on the opposite sides of the two clamping blocks 42, and two ends of the spring 43 are sleeved on the positioning columns 45 on the corresponding clamping blocks 42; the two clamping blocks 42 are connected through the spring 43, the clamping state and the clamping process and the separating process can be maintained through the spring 43 between the two clamping blocks 42, the opening of the placing groove 112 faces the second hasp, the sealing plate 41 for sealing the opening of the placing groove 112 is arranged at the opening of the placing groove 112, the sealing plate 41 in the embodiment can be in an adhesive mode, and other types of connection can be achieved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 and 15, in another embodiment of the present invention, the engaging member includes at least one second elastic piece 51, the second elastic piece 51 is disposed in the placement groove 112, and the side wall of the placement groove 112 is provided with a second movable hole 52.
