Background
With the rapid development of internet technology, social channels are widely touted by users by virtue of convenience, topicality and the like; social channels often include multiple sub-channels such that users may engage in communication interactions among the multiple sub-channels. However, it is found through practice that the social channels contain more forms of content, such as messages or activities, and the content is numerous and uneven in quality, so that it is difficult for users to quickly acquire important content from numerous messages or activities. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
Some terms and concepts related to the present application are described below:
1. Social applications.
A social application is an application that supports people sharing social information with each other, where social information may include, but is not limited to: media information (e.g., video, audio, animation, etc.), text information (e.g., text, documents, etc.), and so forth. Where an application refers to a computer program that performs some particular task or tasks. 2. Social channels.
Social applications include social channels (or simply channels), which are space allocated for the centralized discussion of a topic; in other words, a channel may be understood simply as a social session, which is the space allocated for a topic, in which one or more users may interact around the corresponding topic. The channels provide a one-stop channel operation matrix for users and diversified interest communication services for interest groups. According to different topic types, the channel types of the created channels are different; channel types may include, but are not limited to: text type, live type, audio-video type, game type, mix type, etc. A text-type channel may publish text content within the channel. An audio-video type channel may distribute content including audio-video within the channel. A live type channel may distribute live content within the channel. A game-type channel may distribute game content within the channel. A mixed-type channel allows for multiple forms of content to be distributed within the channel, where forms may include, but are not limited to: text form, audio-video form, picture form, live broadcast form; for example, a mixed-type channel allows for distribution of both information containing only text content and information containing only audio-video content and information containing only pictures within the channel; it also allows to distribute information containing both text content and audio-visual content, even live content, or information containing both pictures and text content, etc.
Further, in order to achieve different forms of communication interaction among multiple users in a channel, the embodiment of the present application further supports creation of a sub-channel in a social channel, that is, at least one sub-channel may be included in the social channel; the sub-channels may be created in particular from the form of a communication interaction. Among other forms of communication interaction may include, but are not limited to: live, voice, text, etc., the corresponding created sub-channels may include, but are not limited to: live subchannels, voice subchannels, text subchannels, etc. For example, assume that the topic of the target channel (e.g., any channel) is a target game, and a live sub-channel, a voice sub-channel, a text sub-channel, and a schedule sub-channel are created in the target channel; then the activity or message in each sub-channel may be generated around the target game (i.e., the topic of the target channel). Wherein, the live sub-channel may include: live events or live messages corresponding to live events (e.g., information generated about live events (e.g., chat information)) about a target game. Similarly, the voice sub-channels may include: voice chat activity (or simply voice activity) or voice messages corresponding to voice activity (e.g., information describing voice activity) with respect to a target game. The text sub-channel may include: text information about the target game (e.g., game description information of the target game). The schedule sub-channel includes: calendar activities or calendar messages corresponding to calendar activities (e.g., information describing calendar activities) regarding a target game.
The above mentioned message may be composed of information such as character strings, pictures, icons, rich text, etc.; the character string contains one or more characters, which may include at least one of: chinese characters (i.e., kanji), english characters (i.e., letters), numbers and punctuation marks (e.g., comma ", period", bracket "[ y ]), and the like; the embodiment of the application does not limit the composition of the message. It should be noted that, in addition to adopting corresponding interaction form to carry out communication interaction, other forms of content can be added in each sub-channel; for example, the schedule sub-channel may further include a live schedule, where the live schedule carries live links (such as live addresses) of live activities, so that when the user triggers a live link in the live schedule in the schedule sub-channel, the user can quickly jump to a live screen.
Based on the above description of the channels and the sub-channels included in the channels, the channels include various forms of content, such as messages and/or activities, which may include live activities, calendar activities, voice activities, etc., and the number of messages and activities is large, such as live sub-channels in the channels may generate live messages, voice sub-channels in the channels may generate voice messages, etc. Based on the above, in order to improve the access rate to important (or high-quality) messages or activities in the channel and realize the rapid access of the user to the important messages, an information processing scheme is provided in the embodiment of the application; the scheme can set the message in the target sub-channel (such as any sub-channel) contained in the social channel as the global advertisement message, and display the global advertisement message in the channel main interface of the social channel. The method can realize the transparent transmission of the important information in the target sub-channel, and meet the requirements of manager users in the social channel on operation of high-quality (or important) information or activities; and in a social channel (such as a channel main interface of the social channel), the message corresponding to the global announcement message can be quickly touched by triggering the global announcement message, so that the touch rate of the important message in the social channel is improved, and the activity conversion and the content message in the social channel are realized.
Based on the above mentioned information processing scheme, the embodiment of the present application proposes an information processing system, and a schematic architecture of the information processing system can be seen in fig. 1a; as shown in fig. 1a, the information processing system includes a plurality of terminals 101 and servers 102, and the number of the terminals 101 and the servers 102 is not limited in this application. Wherein the terminal 101 may include, but is not limited to: smart phones (such as Android mobile phones, iOS mobile phones, etc.), tablet computers, portable personal computers, mobile internet devices (Mobile Internet Devices, abbreviated as MID), smart televisions, vehicle-mounted devices, head-mounted devices, and other smart devices capable of performing touch screens. The aforementioned social applications may be run in the terminal 101 to assist users using the terminal 101 in topic discussion in channels or sub-channels through the social applications. The server 102 may include, but is not limited to: data processing servers, web servers, application servers, and the like, have complex computing capabilities. The server 102 may be a background server of any application for interacting with a terminal running the any application to provide computing and application service support for the any application. The server may be a separate physical server, or may be a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers. The information processing system comprises a plurality of terminals used by a plurality of users participating in a social channel, wherein the plurality of users can participate in topic discussion of the channel or sub-channels contained in the channel. Users in a channel are divided into administrator users and member users according to different administrative rights of each user in the social channel to the channel. Wherein (1) the administrator user refers to a user having the management authority of the channel, comprising: a creator of the channel, and other users specified by the creator. It should be noted that the foregoing describes, by way of example, a social channel for transparent transmission and touch of a message in a target sub-channel; in the actual application scenario, however, any user may participate in at least two social channels, as shown in fig. 1b, and may participate in social channel 103, social channels 104, … …; when the channel identifications of different social channels are triggered, displaying all sub-channels contained in the social channels corresponding to the triggered channel identifications in the interface. The realization process of message transparent transmission and touch in each social channel is similar; the following description will take transparent transmission and touch of messages in a social channel as an example. In addition, as described above, the social channel may include an administrator user and a member user, and in the embodiment of the present application, the part of the interface presented on the terminal used by the administrator user is different from the part of the interface presented on the terminal used by the member user. For convenience of explanation, the information processing scheme is described by replacing the administrator user and the member user with the target user, and replacing the terminals used by the administrator user and the member user with the target terminal used by the target user; that is, the target user includes both the administrator user and the member user, and the target terminal includes both the terminal used by the administrator user and the terminal used by the member user.
Based on the above described information processing schemes, the embodiments of the present application propose a more detailed information processing method, and the information processing method proposed by the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; the information processing method may be performed by a terminal used by an administrator user in a social channel, and may include, but is not limited to, steps S201-S202:
s201: and displaying a service interface of the social channel.
The service interface of the social channel can be a AIO (All In One) interface, AIO refers to a public chat window component, and the AIO provides a shared chat window component for different sub-channels in the social channel, so that a unified interaction mode is provided for different types of channel sessions in the social channel, and the simplicity of the interaction mode is improved. In particular implementations, a service interface of a social channel may refer to any interface contained by the social channel, including, but not limited to: a channel main interface of a social channel, a channel sub-interface of a target sub-channel (e.g., any of at least one sub-channel included in the social channel).
The following is a brief description of a channel main interface of a social channel and a channel sub-interface of a target sub-channel respectively with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
1) The service interface of the social channel is a channel main interface of the social channel. The channel main interface of the social channel may refer to: a first service interface displayed after entering a social channel; all users (e.g., administrator users and member users) included in the social channel will see the first service interface first after entering the social channel. Referring to fig. 3a, the channel main interface 303 of the social channel includes a social channel display area 3031 and a channel content display area 3032 as shown in fig. 3 a; the social channel display area 3031 includes at least one channel identifier of a social channel, for example, the social channel display area 3031 includes a channel identifier 30311 of the social channel 1, a channel identifier 30312 of the social channel 2, a channel identifier 30313 of the social channel 3, and the like; when the channel identifier of any social channel in the social channel display area 3031 is selected, content (such as a sub-channel identifier of each sub-channel, a global announcement message, or a promotional image of the social channel) included in the social channel corresponding to the selected channel identifier is displayed in the channel content display area 3032 of the channel main interface 303. The social channel mentioned in the embodiment of the present application may refer to any social channel included in the social channel display area 3031, and in the subsequent embodiment, the social channel is described as an example of the social channel 1 in the social channel display area 3031.
It should be noted that, because the display area of the display screen of the target terminal (or called terminal screen, display screen) is limited, the channel identifications of the plurality of social channels may be partially hidden, so that the channel main interface (or social channel display area) may include a sliding axis, and the hidden channel identifications of the social channels may be slidably displayed by operating the sliding axis; of course, in addition to the channel identifier of the sliding display social channel through the sliding axis, the channel identifier of the sliding display social channel may also be implemented by pressing any position of the sliding social channel display area, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. In addition, a search control can be further included in the social channel display area, so that the social channel wanted by the target user can be quickly found through the search control. Similar to the channel identification of the sliding display social channel, when the content included in the channel content display area is more, the above embodiment may also be adopted in the channel content display area to realize the sliding display or search of the content, which is not described herein.
2) The service interface of the social channel is a channel sub-interface of the target sub-channel. The channel sub-interface of the target sub-channel may also include various interfaces, for example, the channel sub-interface of the target sub-channel includes: a sub-channel main interface, a message editing interface, etc.
The sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel is an interface for displaying message streams sent by one or more users in the target sub-channel, the message streams containing at least one message. A schematic view of an exemplary sub-channel service interface for a target sub-channel can be seen in fig. 3b, where the sub-channel main interface 301 includes a message flow 3011, where the message flow 3011 includes messages 30111, 30112, etc. sent by the same or different users in the target sub-channel, as shown in fig. 3 b; the plurality of messages contained in the message stream 3011 are slidably displayed in the sub-channel main interface 301.
The message editing interface of the target sub-channel is an interface for editing a message to be transmitted to the sub-channel main interface, and the target user can edit the message in the message editing area. A schematic diagram of an exemplary message editing interface for a target sub-channel can be seen in fig. 3c, and as shown in fig. 3c, the message editing interface 302 includes a message editing area 3021 and a transmission control 3022; content of a message to be transmitted may be entered within message edit section 3021, which may include, but is not limited to: text, expression, picture, audio and video, and the like. When editing of the message to be sent in the message editing area 3021 is completed, the sending control 3022 is triggered to display the edited message on the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel, specifically, on the top of the sub-channel main interface, that is, as the first message in the message stream, so that the user can more easily see the latest message.
It should be noted that, the channel sub-interface of the target sub-channel may be directly or indirectly triggered and displayed from the channel main interface of the social channel. With continued reference to fig. 3a, the channel main interface 303 of the social channel includes a channel content display area 3032, where the channel content display area 3032 is configured to display sub-channel identifiers, such as sub-channel identifier 30321, sub-channel identifier 30322, and so on, of one or more sub-channels created in the social channel; when any sub-channel identifier is triggered, a channel sub-interface (such as a sub-channel main interface) for displaying the sub-channel corresponding to the triggered sub-channel identifier can be triggered. By the method, the sub-channel main interface for displaying the target sub-channel can be directly triggered from the channel main interface of the social channel. Further, a message editing entry is included in the sub-channel main interface, and when a target user (such as an administrator user or a general user) has a requirement for sending a message, the message editing entry can be clicked to trigger the message editing interface for displaying the sub-channel, so that the target user can edit and send the message in the message editing interface. By the method, the sub-channel main interface for displaying the target sub-channel can be indirectly triggered from the channel main interface of the social channel.
It is to be understood that the above only provides two processes of triggering the channel sub-interface for displaying the target sub-channel from the channel main interface of the social channel; in practical applications, the manner of triggering the channel sub-interface for displaying the target sub-channel from the channel main interface of the social channel may not be the same, for example, when the target user wants to enter the target sub-channel, face collection and recognition may be started in the channel main interface of the social channel, and when the target terminal successfully recognizes the face of the target user, the channel sub-interface for displaying the target sub-channel is triggered.
S202: and when the global advertisement message exists in the target sub-channel of the social channel, displaying the global advertisement message in the channel main interface.
The global advertisement message in the social channel is a message which can be displayed in the social channel and can be triggered by all users in the social channel, such as the global advertisement message is displayed in a channel main interface in the social channel; therefore, any user in the social channel can realize one-touch direct to the message corresponding to the global announcement message in the target sub-channel by triggering the global announcement message in the channel main interface. The global advertisement message may include a target message (e.g., any message) in a target subchannel or a target message generated based on activity (e.g., live activity, voice activity) or a message in a target subchannel.
The embodiment of the application supports automatic setting or manual setting of the target message in the target sub-channel as the global announcement message; the following describes the implementation manner of automatic setting and manual setting of the global advertisement message, respectively, in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, wherein:
1. and (5) automatic setting.
By automatic setting, it is meant that the type of global advertisement message is pre-configured by an administrator user such that when there is a type of message in each sub-channel contained in the social channel that matches the type of global advertisement message configured, the message is determined to be a global advertisement message. For example, when a message matching the type of the configured global advertisement message exists in the target sub-channel in the social channel, setting the message as the global advertisement message, displaying the global advertisement message in the channel main interface of the social channel, where the global advertisement message refers to: messages in the target sub-channel that match the type of the configured global advertisement message. The method for automatically setting the global announcement message can integrate various types of messages or activities in the social channel, including live broadcast activities, voice activities, schedule activities or text messages, and the like, pull through the messages or activities contained in all the sub-channels in the social channel, realize unified management setting of the messages or activities in a plurality of sub-channels, and meet the requirement that an administrator user transmits out the same type of messages as the global announcement message.
The embodiment of the application supports the configuration of the type of the global announcement message in the global channel setting interface. The global channel setting interface is an interface in the social channel for configuring the type of the global advertisement message. After the type of the global announcement message is configured in the global channel setting interface, if the type of the target message in the target sub-channel is matched with (the same as) the type of the configured global announcement message, the target message is determined to be used as the global announcement message, so that the management efficiency of the manager user on different types of messages in the social channel is improved. For example, assuming that the type of the configured global advertisement message is a live type, when a target message of the live type is generated in the target sub-channel, the target message may be regarded as the global advertisement message.
In a specific implementation, an implementation of configuring a type of the global advertisement message in the global channel setting interface may include: in response to a channel setting event, triggering and displaying a global channel setting interface, wherein the global channel setting interface comprises at least one type identifier (such as a name, a code number and the like of a type); when any one or more type identifiers are selected, the type corresponding to the selected type identifier is configured as the type of the global advertisement message, wherein the type indicates that the administrator user wants to configure the type of the global advertisement message as the type corresponding to the selected one or more type identifiers. Wherein the channel setting event may include: events generated when the bulletin type setting entry contained in the channel main interface of the social channel is triggered (such as gesture operations of single click, double click, long press and the like); or, an event generated when a specified gesture operation (such as a gesture drawing an "L" shape, a gesture sliding with two fingers, etc.) is performed on any interface of the social channel (such as a channel main interface or a service interface of any sub-channel); or receiving an event generated when the voice audio of the global channel setting interface is triggered to be displayed; etc.
For example, the type identifier of the live broadcast type is included in the global channel setting interface, and when the type identifier of the live broadcast type is selected, the type of the global announcement message is set to be the live broadcast type; and when the live broadcast activity is in progress in the target sub-channel in the social channel, determining that the type of the live broadcast activity is matched with the type of the global announcement message, generating a message based on the live broadcast activity, and taking the message as the global announcement message.
The implementation of the configuration type for the global advertisement message in the global channel setting interface is briefly described below in connection with fig. 4a, 4b, and 4 c. As shown in fig. 4a, it is assumed that the channel main interface 303 of the social channel includes an announcement type setting entry 3033; when the bulletin type setting entry 3033 is triggered, the global channel setting interface 304 is triggered to be displayed; the global channel setting interface 304 includes at least one type name, such as a type name 401 of type 1, a type name 402 of type 2, and the like; if the type name 401 of type 1 is selected, the type of the global advertisement message is configured as type 1. The global channel setting interface further comprises a setting switch, as shown in fig. 4a, one setting switch is set in the display area where each type identifier is located, and each setting switch is in an off state by default (for example, the color of the setting switch is displayed in gray); when any one or more of the setting switches (e.g., setting switch 403) is triggered, the triggered setting switch is adjusted from the off state to the on state (e.g., the color of the setting switch is displayed in color, or gray with a darker gray than the gray in the off state), and the type corresponding to the triggered setting switch is determined to be configured as the type of the global advertisement message. Of course, if the state of the setting switch displayed in the display area where any type of identifier included in the global channel setting interface is located is an on state, which indicates that the type of the global announcement message is the type corresponding to the any type of identifier, when the setting switch is triggered again, the setting switch is adjusted from the on state to the off state, which indicates that the type corresponding to the setting switch is no longer used as the type of the global announcement message.
It should be noted that, in addition to displaying a setting switch in a display area where each type identifier in the global channel setting interface is located, to implement selection of a single type, a total setting switch (total setting switch 404) may be set in the global channel setting interface, where when the total setting switch is selected, it indicates that all types in the global channel setting interface are configured as types of global announcement messages. In addition, the description is given by taking the example of entering the global channel setting interface from the bulletin type setting entry contained in the channel main interface in the social channel; however, the display position of the bulletin type setting entry is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. And the embodiment of the application also supports entering the global channel setting interface in other modes, such as entering the global channel setting interface through gesture operation (such as double-clicking any position in the channel main interface).
Further, the embodiment of the application also supports that the message corresponding to one or more ongoing target activities (such as any ongoing activities in the target sub-channel) is set as a global announcement message from the global channel setting interface. In a specific implementation, in addition to displaying a target type (such as any type), displaying an activity identifier of at least one activity which is ongoing under the target type in the global channel setting interface; when the target sub-channel contains an ongoing target activity and the target activity belongs to the target type, an activity identifier of the target activity is displayed in the global channel setting interface (e.g., in an adjacent area of the target type). When the activity identification of the target activity in the global channel setting interface is selected, the message corresponding to the target activity is set as a global advertisement message, and the global advertisement message is displayed in the social channel, wherein the global advertisement message refers to the message corresponding to the selected target activity. As shown in fig. 4b, the global channel setting interface includes a target type 405 (e.g. a calendar type), and an activity identifier of at least one activity belonging to the target type, such as a calendar activity 1 activity identifier and a calendar activity 2 activity identifier, which belong to the calendar type, is displayed in a lower area of the target type 405; when the activity identifier of the calendar activity 2 is selected, it indicates that the message corresponding to the calendar activity 2 is regarded as a global announcement message.
Further, in the process of configuring the type of the global advertisement message, the embodiment of the application also supports that messages corresponding to one or more ongoing activities under the configured type are set as global advertisement messages, and messages corresponding to unselected activities under the configured type are not used as global advertisement messages. The implementation mode can screen the message corresponding to part of the activities from the ongoing activities as the global bulletin message according to the wish of the administrator user in the process of configuring the type of the global bulletin message, and can meet the requirement of the administrator user on customizing the global bulletin message to a certain extent. Referring to fig. 4c, when a target type 405 in the global channel setting interface is selected, if a setting switch corresponding to the target type 405 is turned on, an activity identifier of at least one ongoing activity belonging to the target type is displayed in the global channel setting interface, if the target type is a calendar type, the at least one ongoing activity belonging to the target type includes calendar activity 1, calendar activity 2, etc.; when the schedule activity 2 is selected, it means that a message corresponding to the ongoing schedule activity 2 (e.g., information describing activity contents of the schedule activity 2) is taken as a global announcement message, and a message corresponding to the ongoing other schedule is not taken as a global announcement message; and if a new activity belonging to the target type is generated in the social channel after the current time (such as the selected time of the schedule activity 2), the message corresponding to the new activity can still be used as a global announcement message.
In the two implementation processes, in the global channel setting interface, the message corresponding to one or more activities is selected as the global advertisement message, so that the setting mode of setting the message corresponding to one or more activities as the global advertisement message can be enriched, and the setting efficiency of the global advertisement message is further improved.
In addition, before triggering and displaying the global channel setting interface, the embodiment of the application also supports that the channel setting interface is displayed first, and then the global channel setting interface is triggered and displayed from the channel setting interface. Specifically, when the bulletin type setting entry in the channel main interface of the social channel is triggered, a channel setting interface is displayed, wherein the channel setting interface is used for setting related information of the social channel, and the related information of the social channel can include but is not limited to: channel names of social channels, upper membership limits, channel covers of social channels, and so on; the channel setting interface comprises a global bulletin message setting inlet; when the global announcement message setting entry is selected, a global channel setting interface is displayed. The above-described interface flow of displaying the channel setting interface first and then triggering the display of the global channel setting interface from the channel setting interface can be seen in fig. 4d, as shown in fig. 4d, the channel setting interface 406 includes a global announcement message setting entry 4061; when the global announcement message setting entry 4061 is selected, the global channel setting interface 304 is displayed.
2. Manually set.
By manual setting, it may be meant a process of setting a target message of at least one message as a global announcement message in a target sub-channel. In contrast to automatic setting, manual setting is to set a global announcement message from a target subchannel. In a specific implementation, the target sub-channel includes at least one message, when a target message in the at least one message is set as a global advertisement message, the global advertisement message is displayed in the social channel, and the global advertisement message refers to the set target message. According to different target messages, the implementation process of manually setting the target messages to global announcement messages is different; taking the target message as an example of the message displayed in the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel, the sub-channel announcement message in the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel and the message being edited in the message editing interface of the target sub-channel, introducing the process of manually setting the target message as the global announcement message; wherein:
1) The target message includes a message that has been displayed in the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel, i.e., the target message is a message that any user participating in the target sub-channel has sent to the sub-channel main interface at a historical time (e.g., a time period prior to the current time). In this implementation manner, the service interface of the social channel mentioned in the foregoing step S201 may include a sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel, where the sub-channel main interface includes a message display area, and the message display area is used to display a message stream of the target sub-channel, and related content of the message stream may be referred to the related description in the embodiment shown in the foregoing step S201, which is not repeated herein; the target message may refer to any one of the messages in the message stream in the message display area. Based on this, the process of setting the target message as the global advertisement message may include: responding to the triggering operation of the target message in the message display area, and displaying a first setting window, wherein the first setting window comprises a global announcement option; when the global advertisement option is selected, the target message is set to the global advertisement message.
An exemplary interface diagram for setting a message in a sub-channel main interface of a target sub-channel as a global advertisement message can be seen in fig. 5a; as shown in fig. 5a, the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel includes at least one message; if the target message 501 in at least one message is selected (e.g. long pressed), displaying a first setting window 502, where the first setting window 502 includes a global announcement option 5021; when the global advertisement option 5021 is selected, it indicates that the administrator user wants to transparently transmit the target message 501, and the target message 501 is displayed as a global advertisement message in the social channel, specifically, may be displayed at the top position of the channel main interface of the social channel. In addition, a sub-channel advertisement option 5022 may be further included in the first setting window, and when the sub-channel advertisement option 5022 is selected, indicating that the administrator user wants to use the target message 501 as a sub-channel advertisement message, the sub-channel advertisement message may be displayed in the sub-channel main interface.
It will be appreciated that the process of setting the target message as a global announcement message may be different depending on the channel type of the target sub-channel, such as different entries triggering the display of the first setting window, or different styles and contents of the first setting window. Fig. 5a illustrates a process of setting a target message as a global advertisement message, without limiting the process of setting the target message as a global advertisement message, by taking a sub-channel in which the target sub-channel is a text type as an example. The channel types of the target sub-channels are given below: when the schedule type (namely the target message is a schedule message), the live broadcast type (namely the target message is a live broadcast message) and the voice type (namely the target message is a voice message), setting the target message as an interface schematic diagram of the global announcement message.
When the target sub-channel is a schedule type sub-channel, an interface schematic diagram of setting the target message as a global advertisement message can be seen in fig. 5b; as shown in fig. 5b, the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel includes a schedule message corresponding to a schedule activity; when the schedule message is triggered, a first setting window can be displayed, wherein the first setting window comprises a global announcement option; when the global advertisement option is selected, the calendar message to be selected is determined as the global advertisement message. When the target sub-channel is a sub-channel of live broadcast type, the interface schematic diagram of setting the target message as a global announcement message can be seen in fig. 5c; as shown in fig. 5c, a live broadcast picture of an ongoing live broadcast activity is displayed in a sub-channel main interface of a target sub-channel, where the live broadcast picture includes a setting entry 503, when the setting entry 503 is selected, a first setting window may be displayed, and by triggering a global advertisement option in the first setting window, a live broadcast message corresponding to the live broadcast activity is implemented as a global advertisement message. When the target sub-channel is a voice type sub-channel, the interface schematic diagram of setting the target message as a global announcement message can be seen in fig. 5d; as shown in fig. 5d, at least one voice message is displayed in the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel, and when any voice message is selected, an invitation window 504 is output, where the invitation window 504 includes a global setting entry 5041; if the global setting entry 5041 is selected, displaying a first setting window, and triggering a global announcement option in the first setting window to realize that the voice message is used as a global announcement message; of course, the embodiment of the application also supports setting the ongoing voice activity in the target sub-channel as a global announcement message, where the voice activity may refer to an activity of participating in voice chat by multiple users, and the message corresponding to the voice activity includes multiple voice messages in the voice activity.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the presentation form and the specific content included of the first setting window mentioned above are not limited; for example: the first setting window may be displayed on the main interface of the sub-channel in a floating layer form as shown in fig. 5a, or may be displayed in a separate interface form as shown in fig. 5 c; and the following steps: the first setup window may contain a reply option for replying to the message as shown in fig. 5a or may contain only a global advertisement option as shown in fig. 5 b. The embodiment of the application does not limit the display form and the contained specific content of the first setting window.
2) The target message includes a sub-channel announcement message in the target sub-channel. That is, the embodiments of the present application support the transparent transmission of the sub-channel advertisement message included in the target sub-channel to the channel main interface of the social channel, which enriches the types of the transparent messages in the social channel, and helps the user to quickly access the sub-channel advertisement message of the target sub-channel in the channel main interface of the social channel. The sub-channel bulletin message in the target sub-channel is a bulletin message generated based on the message contained in the target sub-channel and displayed in the target sub-channel; when the sub-channel announcement message is triggered in the sub-channel interface of the target sub-channel, the message corresponding to the sub-channel announcement message can be quickly touched. In a specific implementation, when a sub-channel announcement message exists in a target sub-channel, the sub-channel announcement message is displayed in a sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel; responding to the triggering operation of the sub-channel announcement message, and displaying a second setting window which contains a global announcement option; when the global announcement option is selected, the sub-channel announcement message is set to the global announcement message.
An exemplary interface diagram for setting a sub-channel advertisement message in a sub-channel main interface of a target sub-channel as a global advertisement message can be seen in fig. 6a; as shown in fig. 6a, a sub-channel announcement message 601 is displayed in the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel; when the sub-channel announcement message 601 is triggered (e.g., clicked, dragged or pressed for a long time, etc.), a second setting window is output, and the second setting window may be displayed immediately at the display position where the sub-channel announcement message 601 is located, or the second setting window may be displayed on the sub-channel main interface in a floating layer form, or the second setting window may be displayed in a separate interface form; the second setting window comprises a global announcement option; when the global announcement option is triggered, the sub-channel announcement message is set to the global announcement message.
Another exemplary interface diagram for setting the sub-channel advertisement message in the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel as a global advertisement message can be seen in fig. 6b; as shown in fig. 6b, a sub-channel announcement message 601 is displayed in the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel; when the sub-channel announcement message 601 is triggered (e.g., clicked, dragged or long pressed, etc.), an announcement detail interface of the sub-channel announcement message is output, and the announcement detail interface 602 contains a global announcement option; if the global advertisement option is selected, determining to transmit the sub-channel advertisement message 601 as a global advertisement message to the channel main interface of the social channel.
The foregoing merely provides two implementation procedures for setting the sub-channel advertisement message as the global advertisement message, and the embodiments of the present application do not limit how to set the sub-channel advertisement message as the global advertisement message.
3) The target message includes the message being edited in the target subchannel. Specifically, the target sub-channel comprises a message editing interface, wherein the message editing interface is an interface for editing a message to be sent to a sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel; in this implementation, the service interface of the social channel mentioned in the aforementioned step S201 may include the message editing interface. The target message refers to the message being edited in the message editing interface; meanwhile, the message editing interface further includes a global advertisement option, and the process of setting the target message as the global advertisement message may include: when the global advertisement message in the message editing interface is selected, the target message is set as the global advertisement message.
An exemplary interface diagram for setting a target message being composed in a message composing interface as a global advertisement message can be seen in fig. 7; as shown in fig. 7, the message editing interface of the target sub-channel includes a message editing area 701, where the message editing area 701 includes a target message 7011 being edited and a global announcement option 7012; when the global announcement option 7012 is selected, indicating that the administrator user wants to set the edited target message as a global announcement message, the target message is displayed as a global announcement message in the channel main interface of the social channel when the editing of the target message is completed and displayed in the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel.
In summary, the above three implementation manners can manually set the target message in the target sub-channel as the global announcement message, so as to help the administrator user to transparently transmit the important or high-quality target message in the target sub-channel, thereby meeting the high-quality activity requirement of the administrator user in operating the target sub-channel.
In the embodiment of the present application, the message in the target sub-channel (such as any sub-channel) included in the social channel may be set as the global advertisement message by means of automatic setting or manual setting; the method and the device realize the transparent transmission of the important information in the target sub-channel, and meet the requirements of manager users in the social channel on operation of high-quality (or important) information or activities; and the message corresponding to the global announcement message can be quickly touched by triggering the global announcement message in the channel main interface, so that the touch rate of the important message in the social channel is improved, and the activity conversion and the content message in the social channel are realized.
FIG. 8 is a flow chart of an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; the information processing method may be performed by a terminal used by an administrator user, and may include, but is not limited to, steps S801 to S803:
S801: and displaying a service interface of the social channel.
The specific implementation process shown in step S801 may refer to the description of the specific implementation process shown in step S201 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein.
S802: and when the global advertisement message exists in the target sub-channel of the social channel, displaying the global advertisement message in the channel main interface.
If the global advertisement message exists in the target sub-channel in the social channel, which means that the message to be transmitted to the social channel exists in the target sub-channel, the global advertisement message is displayed in the social channel. The embodiment of the application introduces the implementation mode of displaying the global announcement message in the social channel from three dimensions; dimension one: the display position of the global announcement message in the social channel; dimension two: display style (or presentation form) of the global announcement message in the social channel; dimension three: and displaying in the social channels according to the types of the global announcement messages.
(1) The display location at which the global advertisement message is displayed in a social channel (particularly a channel main interface in a social channel) may include a variety of types including, but not limited to: displaying the global announcement message at a fixed location in a channel main interface of the social channel; or displaying the global announcement message in a display area where the target sub-channel in the channel main interface is located; alternatively, the global advertisement message is displayed in a floating layer window in the social channel.
Several exemplary implementations of global advertisement message display in social channels are presented below in conjunction with the accompanying figures; wherein:
in one implementation, the global advertisement message is displayed in a fixed location in a channel main interface of the social channel; wherein, the fixed position includes: a top position of the channel main interface, a bottom position of the channel main interface, or any position in the channel main interface. The relevant content of the channel main interface of the social channel can be referred to the relevant description of the content shown in fig. 3a, and will not be described herein. Specifically, the channel main interface of the social channel includes an advertisement display area for displaying the global advertisement message of the social channel, where the advertisement display area may be located at a fixed position in the channel main interface, so that the global advertisement message included in the advertisement display area may be displayed at a fixed position in the channel main interface. For example, the bulletin display area is located at a top position or a bottom position of the channel main interface; an exemplary schematic diagram of the bulletin display area being located at the top position or the bottom position of the channel main interface can be seen in fig. 9a, as shown in the first diagram of fig. 9a, where a bulletin display area 901 is displayed, and the bulletin display area 901 contains a global bulletin message 9011; as shown in the second diagram of fig. 9a, an announcement presentation area 901 is displayed at the bottom position of the channel main interface, and the announcement presentation area 901 contains a global announcement message 9011. By displaying the global advertisement message at the top position or the bottom position of the channel main interface, the global advertisement message can be highlighted, so that member users or manager users can conveniently participate in the message (or activity) corresponding to the global advertisement message quickly.
In another implementation, the global announcement message is displayed in a display area in which the target sub-channel in the channel main interface is located. Referring to fig. 9b, at least one sub-channel of the social channels, such as sub-channel 1, sub-channel 2, sub-channel 3, … …, is included in the channel main interface; if the target sub-channel is any sub-channel of the at least one sub-channel, and the target sub-channel is sub-channel 1, the global advertisement message 9011 may be displayed in the display area 902 where the target sub-channel is located, specifically, the global advertisement message 9011 may be displayed below the message digest 9021 of the target sub-channel. The above-mentioned mode of displaying the global announcement message in the display area where the target sub-channel is located can link the global announcement message with the belonging relation between the target sub-channels by the adjacent display mode, so that when the member user or the administrator user sees the global announcement message, the member user or the administrator user can know that the global announcement message comes from the target sub-channel at a glance.
In other implementations, the global advertisement message is displayed in a floating layer window in the social channel. The floating layer window in the social channel can be understood as a window with a display level higher than that of all interfaces in the social channel, namely, the floating layer window can be displayed on any interface of the social channel, so that no matter which interface (such as a channel main interface or an interface of a target sub-channel) of the social channel is currently displayed, the floating layer window can be displayed on the currently displayed interface, and the global announcement message can be highlighted in the social channel through the floating layer window, so that an administrator user or a member user can view the global announcement message in the floating layer window at any time. Referring to fig. 9c, a floating layer window 903 is displayed on the channel main interface of the social channel, and a global advertisement message is displayed in the floating layer window 903; when switching from the channel main interface to other interfaces of the social channel (such as the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel), a floating layer window 903 is displayed on the sub-channel main interface. In addition, the embodiment of the application also supports the adjustment of the display position and the display size of the floating layer window in the terminal screen; for example, by dragging the floating layer window on the terminal screen, the display position of the floating layer window in the terminal screen can be adjusted; for another example, the size of the display area of the floating layer window can be adjusted by adjusting the window edge or the window vertex angle of the floating layer window.
It should be noted that the foregoing merely provides several exemplary display manners of the global advertisement message in the social channel; in an actual application scenario, the display mode of the global advertisement message in the social channel may be adaptively changed, and the embodiment of the application is not limited to the display mode of the global advertisement message in the social channel.
(2) The display style (or presentation form) of the global advertisement message in the social channel (specifically, the channel main interface in the social channel) may include, but is not limited to: in the form of a card, notification bar, or icon.
Various modes of presentation are described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
in one implementation, an interface schematic diagram of a global advertisement message displayed in a card form in a social channel may be seen in fig. 9a, where in this implementation, a target number of global advertisement messages may be displayed in an advertisement display area in a channel main interface, where the target number may be determined according to the card area size; for example, the target number may be 2.5, indicating that 2.5 cards may be presented at a time in the bulletin presentation area, i.e., 2.5 global bulletin messages are presented. Then, when the number of the global advertisement messages is N, where N is an integer greater than 1, the displaying manner of the N global advertisement messages in the social channel may include: a sliding display, a periodic display, or a random display. By sliding display, it is meant a manner of sliding displaying a global announcement message in an announcement presentation area in response to a sliding operation; the sliding operation may include, but is not limited to: pressing any one of the bulletin display areas performs an operation of a slide gesture in a target direction (e.g., left, right, downward, or upward), as shown in fig. 10a following the slide operation performed in the bulletin display area, in which the hidden global bulletin message is gradually revealed; alternatively, when the operation of the sliding identifier or the sliding key included in the advertisement display area is triggered, as shown in fig. 10b, the advertisement display area includes the sliding identifier 1001 and the sliding key 1002, and when the sliding key 1002 (or the sliding identifier 1001) is triggered, a global advertisement message hidden in the target direction may be displayed in the advertisement display area according to the target direction indicated by the triggered sliding key 1002. By periodic display, it is meant a manner in which different global advertisement messages are displayed in the advertisement presentation area one or more periods apart, such as hiding a displayed global advertisement message in the advertisement presentation area one period apart and revealing a hidden global advertisement message. By random display, it is meant that a target number of global advertisement messages are randomly selected from the N global advertisement messages at a time to be displayed in a social channel. Through the above-mentioned several implementations, a target user (such as an administrator user or a member user) may be helped to quickly browse through multiple global advertisement messages in a social channel.
In another implementation, the global advertisement message is presented in a social channel in the form of a notification bar, as shown in FIG. 11, the global advertisement message (e.g., global advertisement message 1) is displayed in notification bar 1101. Similar to the foregoing description of displaying global announcement messages in card form, embodiments of the present application support switching between displaying different global announcement messages in a channel main interface when the global announcement messages are displayed in the form of a notification bar in the channel main interface. For example, assuming that the social channels include three global advertisement messages, namely, global advertisement message 1, global advertisement message 2, and global advertisement message 3, if at most two global advertisement messages, such as global advertisement message 1 and global advertisement message 2, can be displayed in the channel main interface, the hidden global advertisement messages can be displayed in the channel main interface by switching the three manners (such as sliding display, periodic display, and random display) as described above.
In addition to the above three display modes, the embodiment of the present application also supports setting the telescopic option 1102 in the channel main interface, and if the current telescopic option 1102 is in a contracted state (i.e. the global advertisement message 3 is hidden), when the telescopic option 1102 is triggered, all the global advertisement messages can be displayed in the channel main interface; conversely, if the current telescopic option 1102 is in the expanded state (i.e., all global advertisement messages are displayed in the channel main interface), then when the telescopic option 1102 is triggered, the global advertisement message 3 may be hidden in the channel main interface. Therefore, the global announcement message can be automatically hidden or displayed according to the requirements of the administrator user or the member user, and the user viscosity is improved.
In other implementations, the global advertisement message is presented in the social channel in the form of an icon, as shown in fig. 12, where the global advertisement message (e.g., global advertisement message 1) is displayed in icon 1201. Similar to the foregoing description of displaying global announcement messages in card form, embodiments of the present application support switching between displaying different global announcement messages in a channel main interface when the global announcement messages are displayed in icon form in the channel main interface. For example, assume that a social channel includes a total of three global advertisement messages, global advertisement message 1, global advertisement message 2, and global advertisement message 3, respectively; if at most one global announcement message can be displayed in the channel main interface, for example, the global announcement message 1 is displayed, then displaying a plurality of global announcement messages (for example, the global announcement message 2) can be realized by stretching the icon (i.e. enlarging the display area of the icon); alternatively, when the icon 1021 is triggered, the bulletin board display window 1202 may be output, and a plurality of global bulletin messages are displayed in the bulletin board display window 1202. It can be understood that when the number of global advertisement messages is greater, for example, the number of global advertisement messages is 100, then the embodiment of the present application further supports sliding displaying the hidden portion of the global advertisement messages in the stretched icon or advertisement display window, where the specific implementation of the sliding display may be referred to the foregoing description and will not be repeated herein. In addition, with continued reference to fig. 12, a digital alert message 12011 is also displayed at the display location where the icon 1201 is located, where the digital alert message 12011 contains a number corresponding to the total number of global advertisement messages in the social channel to alert the target user (e.g., an administrator user or a member user) to the total number of global advertisement messages contained in the social channel.
(3) Types of global advertisement messages may include, but are not limited to: static bulletin types and dynamic bulletin types; the static advertisement type may mean that advertisement information of the global advertisement message does not change with time, and the dynamic advertisement type may mean that advertisement information of the global advertisement message changes with time. Wherein the advertisement information of the global advertisement message may include: one or more of activity status information, activity type information, activity sponsor information, latest messages within an activity, activity time, and activity jump portals (e.g., live links). Wherein: (1) the activity status information may be used to indicate an activity progress (e.g., imminent, activity progress, etc.) of a target activity (e.g., live activity), and the activity status information is updated in the social channel as the activity progress of the target activity changes. (2) The activity type information may be used to indicate a type of the target activity, such as a live type, a voice type, etc. The activity sponsor information may be used to indicate a user who initiated the target activity. (3) The intra-campaign update message may include the latest information in the target campaign, such as the latest live image frames in the live campaign, the latest bullet screen, etc. (4) The activity time may include a start time, an end time, an elapsed time, etc. of the target activity. The activity jump-in port carries an activity link of the target activity, when the activity jump-in port is triggered, the interface where the target activity is located can be quickly jumped, if the target activity belongs to the live broadcast activity in the live broadcast sub-channel, after the activity jump-in port is triggered, the live broadcast sub-channel can be quickly jumped, and at the moment, live broadcast image frames of the live broadcast activity in progress are displayed in the live broadcast sub-channel.
Based on the above description, the types of static announcements in a social channel may include, but are not limited to: a text type; dynamic advertisement types may include, but are not limited to: schedule type, multimedia type (such as live broadcast type, audio type, video type, etc., which are described by taking live broadcast type as an example for convenience of explanation), voice type, and different polling mechanisms or buried point requests in social application program are also needed to be created to obtain dynamic information according to different timeliness of dynamic announcement. The type of the global announcement message is determined by the type of the target message corresponding to the global announcement message; for example, if the target message is a live event in a live sub-channel, then the type of the global announcement message is a live type; for another example, the target message is a calendar activity in a calendar sub-channel, the type of the global announcement message is a calendar type, and so on.
Taking the example that the global advertisement message is displayed at the top position of the channel main interface of the social channel in the form of a card, the display style and the acquisition flow of the global advertisement message of various types on the channel main interface are respectively described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
in one implementation, the type of global advertisement message is a static advertisement type "text type". In this implementation, when the global advertisement message is displayed in the channel main interface, the global advertisement message may include one or more of the following information: text, links, pictures, icons, video, etc. When the global advertisement message is a text message, a schematic diagram of displaying the global advertisement message on the channel main interface of the social channel can be seen in fig. 13, where the global advertisement message displayed on the channel main interface of the social channel is used to introduce related information of a live broadcast, and the related information includes text, a live broadcast link, and the like.
With continued reference to fig. 13, a background process for the target terminal to obtain a global advertisement message of a static advertisement type may include: in response to an operation of entering the channel main interface of the social channel, a data acquisition request may be sent to the server, where the data acquisition request is used to request the server to return the advertisement information of the global advertisement message (such as information including a character string, a link (such as a network address (Uniform Resource Locator, URL)) and the like in one time, and render and display the static advertisement message based on the advertisement information returned by the server in response to the data acquisition request.
In one implementation, the type of global advertisement message is a dynamic advertisement type "calendar type". It will be appreciated that calendar activities mainly include three states: if the activity is not started, the activity is in progress, and the activity is finished, then the schedule type global announcement message also relates to the three states: the activity is not started, the activity is in progress, and the activity is ended. In order to achieve that a target terminal timely obtains the latest activity state of a schedule activity, a timer embedded point is set at a transition time node of three states, so that a data query request can be timely sent to a server, and the latest activity state of the corresponding schedule activity is obtained. The timer embedded point is also called embedded point for short, is a common data acquisition method, and can meet the requirements of rapid, efficient and rich data application.
As shown in fig. 14, it is assumed that the activity state display rule of the schedule activity set in advance by the administrator user is: the activity state in the global announcement message is displayed as "activity forecast" for >1 hour from the activity start time; the activity status in the global announcement message is shown as "about to start" from the activity start time <1 hour; when the activity has started, the activity state in the global announcement message is displayed as "in-activity"; at the end of the activity, the activity status in the global announcement message is shown as "ended". Then, after requesting the server for the latest activity state of the schedule activity according to the embedded point of the timer, the activity state of displaying the global announcement message may be updated in the channel main interface according to the latest activity state, and the display patterns of the various activity states may be detailed in fig. 14, which will not be described here.
In addition, if the schedule activity is still in the registration stage, the current registration condition of the target user can be displayed in the global announcement message; with continued reference to fig. 14, an entry control 1401 is displayed in the global announcement message, the entry control 1401 being in a triggerable state when the target user is not involved in an entry, and a prompt message "not involved in an entry" is displayed in the global announcement message; when the entry control 1401 is triggered, indicating that the target user wants to enter calendar activity, the entry control 1401 adjusts from a triggerable state to a non-triggerable state and displays a prompt message "entered. The registration control is added in the global bulletin message to help the target user to register the schedule activity quickly, so that the path of the registration schedule activity is shortened. Of course, the headcount of the successful registration calendar activity can be displayed in the global announcement message, and the animation icon is set for the headcount, and as the headcount increases, the animation icon can be gradually highlighted (such as darker color, larger display area, etc.).
In one implementation, the type of global advertisement message is a dynamic advertisement type "live type". That is, the activity type of the target activity corresponding to the global announcement message is a multimedia type; in this implementation manner, multimedia information (such as live video) corresponding to the target activity can be played in the channel main interface of the social channel, and the playing progress is displayed in real time in the playing process. For example, if the target activity corresponding to the global announcement message is live, the live broadcast can be played in real time in the channel main interface. Or displaying a frame of live broadcast picture selected from live broadcast playback in the channel main interface of the social channel, namely taking the live broadcast picture as a multimedia cover of the global announcement message in the channel main interface. In addition, the embodiment of the application also supports that in the process of playing the multimedia information, the interactive information of the target activity is displayed in the channel main interface, and the interactive information is comment information, such as comments or barrages, aiming at the multimedia information, and the interactive information is taken as a barrage for illustration in the follow-up; the bullet screen herein may comprise: real-time barrages, the most prominent barrages in a historical play time period, or the most recently released barrages. For example, when a live broadcast is played in a channel main interface, a bullet screen of the live video may be displayed superimposed on a play window of the live broadcast. In the above scheme, when the activity type of the target activity corresponding to the global announcement message is a multimedia type, for example, when the target activity is live broadcast, a live broadcast picture and a barrage in the live broadcast process can be displayed together in the channel main interface, so that the display content and form of the global announcement message are enriched, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the above description, live image frames and barrages can be displayed in the channel main interface; the live pictures can comprise a frame of live pictures extracted in live playback, real-time live pictures and the like; the barrage may include real-time barrages, latest barrages, or highlight barrages, etc. For convenience of explanation, the process of acquiring the live image frame and the live video by the target terminal is described by taking live image frames including a frame of live video extracted in live playback and live video including real-time live video as examples; specifically, the embodiment of the application supports the establishment of a polling mechanism in the target terminal (or a social application running in the target terminal) to realize the timing acquisition of live image frames and barrages of live activities from a server; the polling mechanism may be a data acquisition mode in which the target terminal periodically sends a data query request to the server to acquire data of the live broadcast activity, for example, the target terminal sends the data query request to the server every 2 minutes. For ease of illustration, the candidates are each live images displayed in the channel main interface
An exemplary process for polling live image frames and barrages of a live event may be seen in fig. 15, where as shown in fig. 15, the process for acquiring live image frames of a live event (e.g., live image frames shown in fig. 15 including bear 1501) may include: extracting video frames from a target time period in live broadcast playback by a server to generate a target image, and uploading the target image to a content distribution server; when the server receives a data query request of a target terminal polling mechanism, the server responds to the data query request to acquire a target image (or an image link of the target image) from the content distribution server, and returns the target image to the target terminal, so that the target terminal renders and displays the target image to the background of the global announcement message. The live time period corresponding to live playback may refer to a time period from the beginning of a live activity to the initiation of a frame extraction operation by a current server, or the live time period may refer to a time period from the initiation of a frame extraction operation by a next previous server to the initiation of a frame extraction operation by a current server. The manner in which video frames are extracted from the live data stream corresponding to live playback may include, but is not limited to: randomly extracting frames, extracting frames according to object changes in video frames, extracting frames according to the number of barrages, and the like. The randomly extracting the frame may refer to randomly selecting a frame of image from the live video stream as the extracted video frame. Extracting frames from object changes in video frames may refer to: taking an image with an object (such as a person role, a scene and the like) changed in a multi-frame image contained in the live data stream as an extracted video frame; when the image with the object changed is multi-frame, a frame can be randomly selected from the multi-frame image to be used as a video frame. The frame extraction according to the number of barrages can be as follows: taking the image with the largest target barrage number of the multi-frame images contained in the live broadcast data stream as an extraction video frame; the target barrage may refer to any barrage, or barrage whose barrage content is network hotword, etc. The specific implementation manner of polling to acquire the live image frames is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and is described herein.
With continued reference to fig. 15, the acquisition process of live action real-time barrages (e.g., barrages 1502, 1503 shown in fig. 15) may include: and the server responds to a data query request sent by the target terminal, queries barrage list information of a gap between two data query requests in a polling mechanism from the current live barrage list, and returns the barrage list information to the target terminal. Wherein the two data query requests include: the data query request sent by the target terminal at this time and the data query request sent by the target terminal at the time closest to this time. After the target terminal acquires the real-time bullet screen, the real-time bullet screen can be rendered and displayed in the global announcement message; if the number of the real-time barrages is large and the barrages cannot be displayed all at once, the embodiment of the application supports rolling display of the barrages according to the barrages generation time (such as the time when the barrages are sent by viewers); the embodiment of the application does not limit the display mode of the barrage on the channel main interface.
In one implementation, the type of global announcement message is a dynamic announcement type "voice type". Voice activity is mainly related to real-time information of users entering a voice room (such as a space supporting voice communication of multiple users, such as voice sub-channels), such as information of number of people, sex ratio, nicknames of users, etc. Similar to a live type global announcement message, embodiments of the present application support creating a polling mechanism in a target terminal (or a social application running in the target terminal) to enable timing acquisition of the latest information of entering a voice room to a server.
An exemplary process of polling to obtain information about entering a voice room may be seen in fig. 16, and as shown in fig. 16, the manner in which information about a real-time entering user of a voice room may be obtained may include: the server responds to the data query request sent by the target terminal in a polling way, queries the user list information of the gap between two data query requests in the polling mechanism from the current house user list, and returns the user list information to the target terminal. The user list information includes information (such as nickname of the user) of the user entering the voice room between the two data query requests, so that the target terminal can update and display the content included in the global announcement message according to the user, for example, the nickname (such as the nickname 1601 of the user shown in fig. 16) of the user entering the voice room between the two data query requests is displayed in the global announcement message, so that the information of the user entering the voice room in real time is displayed in the channel main interface to prompt the target user about the current user participation condition of the voice room.
It should be noted that, when the type of the global advertisement message is a live type and a voice type, the global advertisement message may further include an active state of live activity or voice activity, such as an active start state and an active end state. The implementation manner of the target terminal to acquire the active state of the live broadcast activity or the voice activity may include: the server actively pushes the activity state of the activity (such as live activity or voice activity) to the target terminal through instant messaging (Instant Messaging, IM) so that the target terminal updates and displays the activity state of the activity in the global announcement message. The flow of the server actively pushing the active state of the activity through instant messaging (Instant Messaging, IM) can be seen in fig. 17.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also supports the member user to manage the global announcement message displayed in the social channel interface; management herein may include, but is not limited to: the display order among the plurality of global advertisement messages is adjusted, or one or more global advertisement messages are deleted. However, it should be noted that, the management is not global management but personalized management; for example: if a member user deletes a global announcement message in its own channel main interface, the global announcement message is not displayed in its own channel main interface, but is still displayed in the channel main interface corresponding to other users (such as administrator users or other member users) in the social channel. The method and the device can give the member user permission to configure the content in the channel main interface of the member user, and improve the operation experience of the member user.
It should be noted that, the foregoing description mainly describes a specific implementation manner of displaying the global advertisement message in the social channel, and the specific implementation manner of setting the global advertisement message in step S802 may refer to a related description of the specific implementation manner shown in step S202 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein.
S803: and responding to the triggering operation of the global announcement message, and displaying an announcement detail interface. Wherein the advertisement detail interface refers to an interface for displaying advertisement information of the global advertisement message.
An exemplary global advertisement message advertisement details interface is presented in connection with fig. 18a and taking the global advertisement message as an example of a text message regarding a live event; as shown in fig. 18a, the channel main interface of the social channel includes a global advertisement message 1801, where the global advertisement message includes an activity entry 18011 of a target activity (such as a live activity, a voice activity, a calendar activity, etc.); triggering an announcement detail interface 1802 for displaying a global announcement message 1801 in response to a triggering operation of any one of the other areas in the global announcement message except for the display area where the active portal is located; the advertisement details interface 1802 contains the complete advertisement information of the global advertisement message 1801, including the activity portal 18011. If the activity entry 18011 in the announcement details interface 1802 is triggered, the method jumps to an interface of a target sub-channel to which the target activity belongs, if the target activity is a live activity, the method jumps to a live interface of a live sub-channel, where the live interface is used for displaying live image frames of the live activity. Of course, if the activity portal 18011 included in the global announcement message in the channel main interface is triggered, the interface of the target sub-channel to which the target activity belongs may be directly jumped from the channel main interface; the embodiment of the application does not limit the manner of jumping the interface of the target sub-channel to which the target activity belongs.
The embodiment of the application also supports a sub-channel interface for jumping to the target sub-channel from the announcement detail interface. Specifically, the bulletin detail interface also comprises a text viewing option; when the original text viewing option is selected, outputting a sub-channel interface (such as a sub-channel main interface) corresponding to the target sub-channel, and displaying a message corresponding to the global announcement message in the sub-channel interface. The method enriches the mode of touching the message corresponding to the global announcement message, and is convenient for the target user to quickly return to the sub-channel interface where the message corresponding to the global announcement message is located. If the message script corresponding to the global announcement message is displayed in the sub-channel main interface of the target sub-channel, the above mentioned sub-channel interface is the sub-channel main interface; of course, if the message corresponding to the global announcement message is originally displayed in the other interfaces of the target sub-channel except the sub-channel main interface, the above-mentioned sub-channel interfaces are other interfaces. An exemplary interface diagram of a sub-channel main interface from the announcement detail interface to which a message corresponding to a global announcement message belongs may be seen in fig. 18b.
As described above, the social channels include administrator users and member users, and the administrator users may manage the social channels, such as global advertisement messages included in the social channels; based on this, the content contained in the post details interface of the administrator user in the social channel may not be the same as the content contained in the post details interface of the member user. Specifically, when the target user is an administrator user terminal, the advertisement detail interface comprises an option of checking the original text and a removal option; deleting the advertisement information of the global advertisement message in the advertisement detail interface when the removal option is triggered; and deleting the global announcement message in the channel main interface of the social channel. Optionally, when the remove option is triggered, the advertisement details interface may be automatically closed to indicate that the global advertisement message was removed successfully. In addition, when the global advertisement message is deleted in the channel main interface and the global advertisement message does not exist in the social channel, a blank advertisement display area can be reserved in the channel main interface, or the advertisement display area is hidden in the channel main interface. An exemplary interface diagram for deleting global advertisement messages can be seen in fig. 18c.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also supports displaying the animation icons in the bulletin detail interface. The animation icons are animation comments added to the global advertisement messages by pointers, and can be used for transmitting the emotion of member users or administrator users to the global advertisement messages. The embodiment of the application supports the animation comments input from the sub-channel main interface where the target message corresponding to the global announcement message is located and/or the animation comments input from the channel main interface of the social channel. That is, the animation icons contained in the bulletin detail interface can be input from the sub-channel main interface or the channel main interface, and the mode of combining and displaying the animation icons related to the global bulletin message on the bulletin detail interface can reflect the emotion of all users in the social channel to the global bulletin message on a certain program.
The following describes two specific implementation procedures for setting the animated icons with reference to fig. 19a and 19b, respectively, in which:
a schematic diagram of an animation comment input from a sub-channel main interface where a target message corresponding to a global announcement message is located can be seen in fig. 19a. As shown in fig. 19a, the target sub-channel displays a target message 1901, and the display area where the target message 1901 is located includes an animation comment option 19011; when the animation comment option 19011 is triggered, an animation icon window 1902 is displayed, wherein the animation icon window 1902 contains one or more animation icons, such as an animation icon 19021, an animation icon 19022, an animation icon 19023 and animation icons 19024 and … …; when an animation icon in the animation icon window is selected, if the animation icon 19021 is selected, an animation comment having the animation icon 19021 as a target message is determined, and the animation icon 19021 is displayed in the bulletin detail interface 1802. A schematic of entering animated comments from the channel main interface of a social channel may be seen in fig. 19b. As shown in fig. 19b, a global announcement message 1903 is displayed in the channel main interface of the social channel; when a trigger operation (e.g., a long press operation, a double click operation, etc.) is performed on the global advertisement message 1903, an animated icon window 1902 is output, and the animated icon window 1902 contains one or more animated icons, such as an animated icon 19021, an animated icon 19022, an animated icon 19023, and animated icons 19024, … …; in response to a selection operation of any one of the animation icons, such as the animation icon 19021, an animation comment having the animation icon 19021 as a target message is determined, and the animation icon 19021 is displayed in the bulletin detail interface 1802.
It should be noted that, in fig. 19a and 19b, the animated icon window 1902 is displayed with a floating layer having a display area smaller than that of the terminal screen, and a cover layer is further included between the floating layer and the channel main interface or the sub-channel main interface, where the cover layer refers to a view (as shown in fig. 19 a) having transparency and located above the channel main interface or the sub-channel main interface, and the transparency of the cover layer may be set according to the actual service requirement. However, the animated icon window 1902 may also be displayed on a separate interface having a display area equal to that of the terminal screen, and the display manner of the animated icon window 1902 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In addition, when the animated icon window 1902 is displayed on the channel main interface in a floating layer form, the embodiments of the present application also support the target user to adjust the display area of the animated icon window 1902, for example, dragging the upper boundary of the animated icon window 1902 to achieve the reduction or enlargement of the display area of the animated icon window 1902. Of course, as the display area of the animated icon window 1902 gradually enlarges, the number of animated icons displayed in the animated icon window 1902 may gradually increase; conversely, as the display area of the animated icon window 1902 gradually decreases, the number of animated icons displayed in the animated icon window 1902 may gradually decrease.
According to the implementation manner, the animation comment capability of the animation icons input from the channel main interface can be communicated with the animation comment capability of the animation icons input from the sub-channel main interface, so that the animation icons input from the two interfaces are deposited into the notice detail interface to be combined and displayed, comment playing methods of social channels are enriched, and user experience is improved.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also supports displaying the selected times of each animation icon in the bulletin detail interface; wherein, the number of times each animation icon is selected can be as follows: the number of selections from the sub-channel main interface and the number of selections from the channel main interface are added. For example, assuming that the number of times a target animation icon (such as any one of the animation icons) is selected from the sub-channel main interface is 12 times and the number of times it is selected from the channel main interface is 15 times, the total number of times the target animation icon is selected=12+15=27 times, and the number of times the target animation icon displayed in the announcement detail interface is selected is 27 times. And the following steps: assuming that the number of times the target animation icon included in the current announcement detail interface is selected is 27, when the target user selects the target animation icon from the channel main interface, the number of times the target animation icon is selected, that is, the number of times the target animation icon is selected is updated from 27 to 28 in the announcement detail interface.
Further, the embodiment of the application also supports displaying the animated icon of the global announcement message in the channel main interface of the social channel. Specifically, when any one of the animated icons in the posting details interface is selected more than the number threshold, the animated icon selected more than the number threshold is displayed in the channel main interface of the social channel. Wherein the quantity threshold may be preset by an administrator user; alternatively, the number threshold may also be a number of times of selecting all the animation icons in the advertisement detail interface, where the number of times of selecting is located at the X-th bit (e.g., X is equal to 3), in other words, the number of times of selecting all the animation icons in the advertisement detail interface may be displayed in order from high to low, and the number of times of sorting the animation icons located at the third may be used as the number threshold. Referring to fig. 19c, it is assumed that the animation icons with the number of times being the first three may be displayed in the channel main interface, and the animation icons are ordered according to the number of times from high to low in the announcement detail interface, and the resulting sequence is: animation icon 19021> animation icon 19022> animation icon 19023> animation icon 19022> … …; then animated icons 19021, 19022, and 19023 may be displayed in the channel main interface; specifically, animated icons 19021, 19022, and 19023 may be displayed in the channel home interface adjacent to the global announcement message. Of course, the animation icons 19021, 19022, and 19023 may also be displayed at other positions of the channel main interface, such as randomly displayed on the channel main interface; the display positions of the icon 19021, the animation icon 19022, and the animation icon 19023 in the channel main interface are not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It will be appreciated that the animated icons contained in the posting details interface may be entered by multiple users in a social channel; to achieve the synchronicity of the animation icons displayed on each user side in the social channel and the selected times of the animation icons; the embodiment of the application supports the server to send the animation icons and the selected times of the global announcement message to the terminals used by the user sides. Taking a terminal used by a user side in a social channel as an example, introducing a flow of synchronizing animation icons between the terminal and a server; as shown in fig. 20, the target user may call up the mask layer and the animation icon window by long pressing the global advertisement message and select the animation icon, and the target terminal sends a storage request to the server, where the storage request carries the selected animation icon, and is used to request the server to store the selected animation icon and the global advertisement message in association, and increase the number of times of selection of the selected animation icon by one. The server responds to the storage request sent by the target terminal and stores the user identification (such as user ID, nickname and other information) of the target user, the selected animation icon and the global announcement message in an associated mode. The server may send the global advertisement message and a list of animation icons (e.g., including a plurality of animation icons) associated with the global advertisement message to the target terminal after responding to the storage request; the server responds to the data query request of the target terminal and returns a global announcement message and an animation icon list associated with the global announcement message; or the server actively pushes the global announcement message and the animation icon list associated with the global announcement message to the target terminal through the instant messaging message; the embodiments of the present application do not limit the manner in which the server returns the global advertisement message and the list of animated icons associated with the global advertisement message.
In this embodiment of the present application, a message in a target sub-channel (e.g., any sub-channel) included in a social channel may be set as a global advertisement message (e.g., any global advertisement message) by means of automatic setting or manual setting; the method and the device realize the transparent transmission of the important information in the target sub-channel, and meet the requirements of manager users in the social channel on operation of high-quality (or important) information or activities; and in a social channel (such as a channel main interface of the social channel), the message corresponding to the global announcement message can be quickly touched by triggering the global announcement message, so that the touch rate of the important message in the social channel is improved, and the activity conversion and the content message in the social channel are realized.
It should be noted that the embodiments shown in fig. 2 and 8 mainly describe an administrator user side interface or a member user side interface in a social channel. In order to better understand the overall technical flow of the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, the overall technical flow of the information processing method is described below with reference to fig. 21; the technical flow shown in fig. 21 is described in terms of the order in which the global advertisement messages are set by the administrator user in the social channel and then acquired by the member users in the social channel; however, in the actual application scenario, the global advertisement message may be set by the administrator user in the social channel first, and then the global advertisement message is acquired by the administrator user in the social channel (e.g., the same as or different from the administrator user setting the global advertisement message); the embodiments of the present application are not limited as to who obtains the global advertisement message. The overall technical flow of the information processing method may generally include steps s11-s17:
s11, the administrator user sets the target message as a global announcement message.
The manner of setting the target message (such as any message contained in the target sub-channel) as the global advertisement message may include: automatic setting and manual setting. Automatic settings may include: firstly, entering a global channel setting interface, and opening a setting switch of a target type in the global channel setting interface, wherein the target type is a live broadcast type, a schedule type and the like. The administrator user may then create a global advertisement message in the social channel based on the target message. Finally, when a setting switch corresponding to the type to which the target message belongs is turned on, determining that the type of the target message is matched with the type of the set global announcement message, and setting the target message as the global announcement message; otherwise, when the setting switch corresponding to the type to which the target message belongs is not turned on, determining that the type of the target message is not matched with the type of the set global announcement message, determining the target message as a common announcement, such as a sub-channel announcement displayed in a sub-channel main interface. The method for automatically setting the target message as the global advertisement message is beneficial to the statistical management (such as unified setting) of the global advertisement message by the administrator user, and improves the efficiency of setting the global advertisement message to a certain extent. Manual settings may include: firstly, entering a target sub-channel in a social channel; the target message in the target sub-channel is then set to a global advertisement message, e.g., a long press target message triggers which focused message the target message is set to. The manual setting of the target message as the global announcement message is carried out for a single message, so that the requirement that an administrator user sets important messages or high-quality messages in a social channel as the global announcement message is met.
It should be noted that, for a specific implementation manner of setting the target message as the global advertisement message, reference may be made to the description of the specific implementation process shown in step S202 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein.
And s12, the server receives an announcement storage request sent by the administrator user.
After receiving the advertisement storage request sent by the administrator user (specifically, the terminal used by the administrator user), the server responds to the advertisement storage request to store. When the advertisement storage request carries the configured type of the global advertisement message, the server responds to the advertisement storage request to store the type of the global advertisement message, and when the target message matched with the type of the global advertisement message is acquired, the type of the target message is stored as the type of the global advertisement message. When the advertisement storage request carries a target message matched with the type of the global advertisement message, the server responds to the advertisement storage request to store the type of the target message as the type of the global advertisement message.
And s13, the server actively pushes the global announcement message to the member users.
Specifically, if the server detects that the global advertisement message exists in the social channel, the server may actively push the global advertisement message to each user (e.g., member users) of the social channel by using an instant messaging method. Wherein the new global advertisement message may include: the server receives a global announcement message sent by an administrator user; or after receiving the type of the global advertisement message sent by the administrator user, the server detects that the type of the message existing in the social channel is matched with the type of the global advertisement message, and takes the message as the global advertisement message.
And S14, the member user receives the global advertisement message pushed by the server and updates the global advertisement message displayed in the social channel.
Specifically, if the member user does not include the global advertisement message in the channel main interface of the social channel before receiving the global advertisement message, when the member user receives the global advertisement message, the global advertisement message is displayed in the channel main interface of the social channel. If the member user contains the global announcement message in the channel main interface of the social channel before receiving the global announcement message, updating the global announcement message and the global announcement message of the display history in the channel main interface of the social channel when the member user receives the global announcement message; the global advertisement message and the global advertisement message that update the display history herein may refer to: the display position, display order, display style, etc. of the global announcement message and the global announcement message of the update history in the channel main interface.
And s15, after the member user enters the social channel, sending an announcement query request to the server. Wherein the advertisement inquiry request is used for requesting to pull the global advertisement message in the social channel to the server.
And S16, the server responds to the advertising inquiry request sent by the member user and returns an inquiry result.
The query result indicates that a global announcement message exists in the social channel; or, the query result indicates that no global advertisement message exists in the social channel.
And s17, receiving the query result returned by the server by the member user.
Specifically, if the query result indicates that the global advertisement message does not exist in the social channel, an advertisement display area for displaying the global advertisement message is hidden in the channel main interface. Otherwise, if the query result indicates that the global advertisement message exists in the social channel, the query result carries the global advertisement message and the global advertisement message is displayed in the channel main interface; when the number of the global advertisement messages is at least two, the at least two global advertisement messages may be displayed in a reverse order of time, where the reverse order of time may refer to an order of time from near to far.
In addition, when the global advertisement message is a dynamic advertisement type message, the embodiment of the application also supports the adoption of a polling mechanism or a buried point request and other modes to acquire information related to the global advertisement message from the server at regular time, and the global advertisement message is updated and displayed in the channel main interface in time. The specific implementation manner of the polling mechanism and the embedded point request may refer to the description of the specific implementation process shown in step S801 in the embodiment shown in fig. 8, which is not described herein.
It should be noted that, steps s11-s17 are simply introduced to the overall technical flow of the information processing method, and specific implementation manners of each step in steps s11-s17 may be referred to in the embodiments shown in fig. 2 or fig. 8, and are not described herein in detail.
In the embodiment of the application, the message in the target sub-channel in the social channel can be set as the global announcement message, so that the important message in the target sub-channel can be transmitted out, and the requirements of manager users in the social channel on operation of high-quality (or important) messages or activities are met; and the global advertisement message is displayed in the social channel, so that the message corresponding to the global advertisement message can be quickly touched in the social channel (such as a channel main interface of the social channel) by triggering the global advertisement message, the touch rate of the important message in the social channel is improved, and the participation efficiency of the user in participating in the message or the activity in the social channel is further improved.
The foregoing details of the method of embodiments of the present application are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the foregoing aspects of embodiments of the present application, and accordingly, the following provides a device of embodiments of the present application.

According to an embodiment of the present application, each unit in the information processing apparatus shown in fig. 22 may be configured by combining each unit into one or several other units, respectively, or some unit(s) thereof may be configured by splitting into a plurality of units having smaller functions, which may achieve the same operation without affecting the implementation of the technical effects of the embodiments of the present application. The above units are divided based on logic functions, and in practical applications, the functions of one unit may be implemented by a plurality of units, or the functions of a plurality of units may be implemented by one unit. In other embodiments of the present application, the information processing apparatus may also include other units, and in practical applications, these functions may also be implemented with assistance of other units, and may be implemented by cooperation of a plurality of units. Fig. 23 is a schematic diagram showing a structure of an information processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 23, the information processing apparatus includes a processor 2301, a communication interface 2302, and a computer-readable storage medium 2303. Wherein the processor 2301, the communication interface 2302, and the computer readable storage medium 2303 may be connected by a bus or other means. Wherein the communication interface 2302 is used to receive and transmit data. The computer-readable storage medium 2303 may be stored in a memory of an information processing apparatus, the computer-readable storage medium 2303 storing a computer program including program instructions, and the processor 2301 executing the program instructions stored by the computer-readable storage medium 2303. The embodiments also provide a computer-readable storage medium (Memory), which is a Memory device in an information processing device, for storing programs and data. It is to be understood that the computer readable storage medium herein may include a built-in storage medium in the information processing apparatus, and may include an extended storage medium supported by the information processing apparatus. The computer readable storage medium provides a storage space that stores a processing system of the information processing apparatus.
