Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The method for determining the service extension area provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. For example, data such as location information and service data of each branch office. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104 or may be located on a cloud or other network server. For example, the server 104 obtains the position information and service data of each branch in response to the request for planning the extension area of each branch belonging to the same target institution in the target area, determines the preliminary extension area of each branch in the target area according to the position information and service data of each branch, and then determines the service extension area of each branch in the target area according to the resource density of each preliminary extension area; further, the server 104 sends the determined service extension area of each branch office in the target area, and the service data and resource density of each branch office to the terminal 102 for display. The terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and internet of things devices. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster of multiple servers.
In a scenario where service extension is required for each branch under the same institution, each branch will typically extend based on its own historical service extension area. Although the method divides the service extension areas of the branch institutions to a certain extent, the division of the service extension areas may be inaccurate due to the fact that the historical service extension information is relied on for division. Because the division of the service extension area of each branch office is not accurate, the condition that a plurality of branch offices carry out service extension on the same customer may occur, which causes the waste of human resources and the reduction of service extension efficiency, so that the service extension area of each branch office needs to be accurately divided.
Based on this, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a service extension area determining method is provided, and the method is applied to the server in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
s201, position information and service data of each branch institution are obtained in response to an extension area planning request of each branch institution belonging to the same target institution in the target area.
The target area refers to an area needing to be divided into extension areas; each branch office belonging to the same target institution refers to each branch office having the same service type under a large-scale institution, such as a plurality of branch banks of a large-scale bank in a target area; service data refers to information related to each branch, such as the number of on-duty personnel and average daily traffic for each branch.
Optionally, the user may input the target area and the target organization which want to make the extension area planning through the tool embedded in the held terminal and capable of requesting the server to make the extension area planning, click and submit, and then send the planning request of the extension area to the server. The tools may be APP, visual interface, applet, etc.
Further, after the server obtains the request for planning the extension area of the target mechanism in the target area, specific information of the target area and the target mechanism, such as map information of the target area and information such as names of the target mechanism, can be extracted from the request for planning the extension area; and then extracting the position information of each branch mechanism under the target mechanism, the number of on-duty personnel, the daily passenger flow and other information in the target area from the server according to the specific information of the target area and the target mechanism.
For example, after the server obtains the request for planning the extension area of the target organization B in the target area a, the server extracts the branch organization B subordinate to the target organization B in the target area a from the server according to the specific information of the target area a and the target organization B 1 、B 2 And B 3 Information such as the number of on-duty personnel and the average daily traffic.
S202, determining a preliminary extension area of each branch office in the target area according to the position information and the service data of each branch office.
The preliminary extension area refers to an extension area which is preliminarily divided for each branch mechanism.
Optionally, after the position information and the service data of each branch office are obtained, the map information of the target area and the position information and the service data of each branch office may be directly input into a trained preliminary division model, and the preliminary division model may directly output the preliminary extension area of each branch office in the target area based on the position information and the service data of each branch office and the parameters of the model.
Or, the map corresponding to the target area can be uniformly divided into a plurality of small areas, and the linear distance between each branch mechanism and each small area can be calculated based on the central position of each small area and the position information of each branch mechanism; further, the service data of each branch office is taken as constraint, the straight line distance between each branch office and each small area is compared, and the division attribution of each small area can be obtained, so that the preliminary extension area of each branch office in the target area is obtained.
S203, determining the business extension area of each branch mechanism in the target area according to the resource density of each preliminary extension area.
Wherein, the resource density refers to the distribution condition of various related resources in each extension area.
Optionally, after determining the preliminary extension area of each branch mechanism in the target area, acquiring the resource density in each preliminary extension area, and then comparing the various resource densities in each preliminary extension area with a preset threshold value one by one, if the resource density in each branch mechanism preliminary extension area is smaller than the preset threshold value, the preliminary extension area of each branch mechanism in the target area is the service extension area; if the resource density in the preliminary extension area corresponding to a certain branch office is greater than a preset threshold value, the resource density in the preliminary extension area is overlarge, and the division of the service extension area needs to be continued.
Further, the preliminary extension area of each branch mechanism in the target area and the resource density corresponding to each preliminary extension area can be input into an extension area division model, and the preliminary extension area is further divided by the extension area division model based on the preliminary extension area, the resource density corresponding to each preliminary extension area and the parameters of the model to obtain the service extension area of each branch mechanism in the target area.
In the method for determining the service extension area, when the service extension area of each branch mechanism belonging to the same target mechanism in the target area is required to be divided, the preliminary extension area of each branch mechanism in the target area is determined by combining the position information and the service data of each branch mechanism; the method introduces a parameter of resource density which has a certain influence on the business extension region division on the basis, and can lead the division of the business extension region of each branch institution to be more accurate by combining the resource density of the preliminary extension region of each branch institution. Compared with the related technology of determining the service extension area of each branch mechanism by processing the historical service extension information of each branch mechanism, the scheme can enable the division of the service extension area to be more accurate by combining the position information, the service data and the data of three dimensions of the resource density of each branch mechanism, and can also avoid the defects of human resource waste and service extension efficiency reduction caused by inaccurate division of the service extension area of each branch mechanism by accurately dividing the service extension area of each branch mechanism.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in this embodiment, an alternative way of determining the preliminary extension area of each branch office is provided, as shown in fig. 3, and specifically includes the following steps:
s301, determining the basic distance between each regional point and each branch office according to the position information of each branch office and the position information of each regional point in the target region.
Wherein, the regional points refer to discrete points uniformly divided in the target region.
Specifically, the target area is uniformly divided into a plurality of area points according to preset parameters, and then the basic distance between each area point and each branch mechanism can be directly obtained based on the position information of each branch mechanism, the position information of each area point in the target area and a distance formula.
S302, determining the weighting coefficient of each branch office according to the service data of each branch office.
In this embodiment, the service data for each branch includes the number of on Shift personnel and the average daily traffic for that branch.
Alternatively, the number of on Shift people and the average daily passenger flow of each branch office may be input into the coefficient determination model, and the coefficient determination model directly outputs the weighting coefficient of each branch office based on the input number of on Shift people and average daily passenger flow, and the parameters of the model itself.
Alternatively, referring to equation (1), for each branch, the ratio between the number of on Shift people and the average Japanese traffic for that branch may be used as the weighting factor for that branch. Where a refers to the weighting factor of the branch office.
a=norm (number of on Shift people/average daily traffic) (1)
S303, weighting the basic distance between each regional point and each branch mechanism according to the weighting coefficient of each branch mechanism to obtain the weighted distance between each regional point and each branch mechanism.
Specifically, referring to formula (2), for each branch, a weighting process may be performed according to the weighting coefficient of the branch and the base distance between each regional point and the branch, so as to obtain a weighted distance between each regional point and the branch.
Wherein Q refers to the set of each region point location; p is p i Refers to the location of the ith branch office; a, a i Refers to the weighting coefficient of the ith branch office; d (Q, p) i ) Refers to the base distance between each regional point and the ith branch office; d (D) i Refers to the addition between each regional point and the ith branch officeWeight distance.
S304, determining the preliminary extension area of each branch mechanism in the target area according to the weighted distance between each area point and each branch mechanism.
Alternatively, after the weighted distance between each regional point and each branch office is obtained, one of the branch offices may be the target branch office (e.g., the i-th branch office is the target branch office), and the other branch offices may be the alternative branch offices; then referring to equation (3), the weighted distance between the target branch office and each regional point is compared with the weighted distance between the candidate branch office and each regional point, the regional points are allocated to branch offices with shorter distances, and the preliminary extension area of each branch office in the target area is determined based on the division of each regional point.
Wherein V is n (P i ,a i ) Refers to the preliminary extension area of the ith branch office; p is p j Refers to the location of the j-th branch (alternative branch); a, a j Refers to the weighting coefficient corresponding to the j-th branch office.
It can be appreciated that in an actual scenario, there may be a case where the weighted distances from one area point to two or more branches are equal, and in this case, in order to accurately determine the preliminary extension area of each branch, this embodiment further provides an implementation manner, specifically, determine the preliminary extension area of each branch in the target area according to the weighted distance between each area point and each branch, and the service interaction situation between each area point and each branch.
For each regional point, the service interaction condition of the regional point is the business interaction condition of each branch office and the regional point before the current time.
Specifically, when the weighted distances from a regional point to two or more branches are equal, the regional point can be drawn into the preliminary extension region of the branch having business to and from the regional point through the historical business interaction information of the regional point and each branch.
It can be understood that in this embodiment, if there are situations that the target area is too large, resulting in too many area points and large calculation amount, the service range parameters of the branch office may be preset in advance, that is, when the extension area is divided for a certain branch office, based on the service range parameters of the branch office, only the point area points in the service range are calculated, so as to further realize the service extension area division. For example, if the service range parameter is a circle with a radius of 10km, the branch office is taken as the center, and the area points in the circle range and the positions of the branch offices are calculated to reduce the calculation amount.
In the embodiment, the weighted distance between each regional point and each branch mechanism is obtained by introducing the weighted coefficient to calculate, so that the preliminary extension region of each branch mechanism can be more accurately judged, and a foundation is laid for accurately dividing the service extension region of each branch mechanism.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in this embodiment, an alternative way of determining the service extension area of each branch office is provided, as shown in fig. 4, and specifically includes the following steps:
s401, determining the resource density of each preliminary extension area according to the activity place information and/or the living place information in each preliminary extension area.
For any preliminary extension area, the activity place information of the preliminary extension area refers to the quantity and the scale of markets in the preliminary extension area, the related information of large-scale construction projects and the like; the living place information of the preliminary extension area refers to the number of living areas of residents, the number of people, and the like in the preliminary extension area.
Specifically, after the preliminary extension areas corresponding to the branch institutions are divided, the information of the movable places and/or the information of the living places in the preliminary extension areas can be directly obtained; and then, referring to a formula (4), dividing the number and scale of the movable places and the number and scale of the living places in each preliminary extension area by the area of the preliminary extension area to obtain the resource density of each preliminary extension area.
Wherein b 1 Refers to the number and scale of the event sites; b 2 Refers to the number and scale of living sites; s refers to the area of the preliminary extension area; ρ 1 Refers to the activity site resource density; ρ 2 Refers to the density of populated resources.
S402, determining rationality of planning each preliminary extension area according to the resource density of each preliminary extension area.
Optionally, for any branch, after obtaining each resource density of the preliminary extension area of the branch, each resource density may be compared with a preset threshold, if one resource density is greater than the preset threshold, it indicates that the planning of the preliminary extension area of the branch is unreasonable, that is, the extension service bearing capability of the branch is weaker, and is insufficient to bear the amount of resources in the corresponding preliminary extension area.
Or, for any branch mechanism, adding multiple resource densities in the preliminary extension area of the branch mechanism to obtain a target resource density; and then sorting the target resource densities corresponding to the preliminary extension areas of the branch institutions, wherein the preliminary extension areas are considered to be arranged at the first few positions, and the preliminary extension areas with larger difference from the adjacent target resource densities are unreasonable in division, namely the resource quantity difference between the branch institutions is larger.
S403, determining the business extension area of each branch institution in the target area according to the rationality of planning each preliminary extension area.
Specifically, after determining whether the division of the preliminary extension area corresponding to each branch office is reasonable, if the planning of any preliminary extension area is unreasonable, the preliminary extension area can be further divided in the following manner:
alternatively, the service data of each branch office is updated, and based on the updated service data, the preliminary extension area of each branch office in the target area is determined by returning and executing the position information and the service data according to each branch office.
Specifically, in the branch institutions with unreasonable planning of the preliminary extension areas, the resource amount which can be born by the branch institutions is increased by adopting a mode of increasing the number of on-duty personnel, and then the extension areas of each branch institution are divided again by adopting the mode based on the updated number of on-duty personnel, so that the service extension areas of each branch institution in the target area are determined.
Alternatively, each branch office is updated, and based on each branch office after updating, the return execution obtains the location information and service data of each branch office.
Specifically, in the preliminary extension area with unreasonable planning of the preliminary extension area, the resource amount capable of being born by the preliminary extension area is increased by adopting a mode of increasing the number of branches, and then the branches are divided again by adopting the mode based on updated branch information, so that the business extension area of each branch in the target area is determined.
Optionally, if the planning of each preliminary extension area is reasonable, each preliminary extension area is used as a service extension area of each branch in the target area.
Specifically, if the division of each preliminary extension area is reasonable, the preliminary extension area of each branch office is not required to be modified, and each preliminary extension area is directly used as a service extension area of each branch office in the target area.
In this embodiment, by introducing the resource density, the rationality of the preliminary division area can be judged, and the preliminary extension area is accurately divided, so that the service extension area corresponding to each branch office is more reasonable, and the accurate division of the service extension area is further realized.
In order to facilitate the manager to more intuitively observe the specific conditions of each branch mechanism in the target area, the service extension area can be displayed. Optionally, based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, an optional method for displaying a service extension area is provided, which specifically includes the following steps:
And a first step of generating a display interface according to the business extension area of each branch office in the target area, the service data and the resource density of each branch office.
Specifically, after determining the service extension area of each branch office, map information of the target area, the service extension area of each branch office in the target area, and service data and resource density of each branch office can be transmitted to a display module of the server; further, the display module may mark the business extension area of each branch in the target area on the map of the target area, and then mark the number of on-duty personnel of each branch near each branch, and mark the resource density in each business extension area, i.e. generate the display interface.
Optionally, each service extension area may be filled with different colors based on the resource density, and if the resource density is greater than a preset threshold, the service extension area is red; if the resource density is smaller than the preset threshold, the service extension area is green.
And a second step, outputting a display interface.
Specifically, the display interface is transmitted to the terminal for display, and the manager can directly observe the specific conditions of each branch mechanism.
If the manager wants to add a new branch office to the number of on-duty personnel of a certain branch office or in a certain business extension area, the manager can directly modify the display page, and then the terminal can transmit the modified data to the server to re-divide the business extension area. Further, after the business extension areas of the branch institutions are re-divided, new display interfaces are regenerated and transmitted to the terminal for display.
In the embodiment, by introducing the display interface, a manager can more intuitively observe specific conditions of each branch in the target area, and meanwhile, the change of the business extension area corresponding to each branch under different conditions can be simulated, so that the quantity of branches or on-duty personnel can be conveniently adjusted.
