It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following description will be made by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an implementation of an unlocking method of a device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is described in detail below:
the embodiment of the invention provides an unlocking method of equipment, which is applied to the equipment and comprises the following steps:
step 110: and acquiring the equipment serial number of the equipment.
Step 120: generating a first unlocking password of the equipment according to the first time point, the equipment serial number of the equipment and a preset calculation mode; the first unlocking password is validated at a first time point; the first time point is any one of a plurality of preset time points.
By way of example, the apparatus may be a production apparatus, a manufacturing apparatus, etc., such as a roller press, a large power supply, a hydraulic press, a packaging machine, etc., without limitation.
The preset plurality of time points may be a plurality of time points at which the device needs to be locked. The specific setting manner of the preset multiple time points can be determined according to the locking requirement of the device, and is not limited herein. For example, the preset plurality of time points may be predetermined time points for paying a staging fee of the device.
In some embodiments, a plurality of time points may be set at a certain time interval with the initial factory system time of the device as a start time. Each time point can be calculated to obtain a corresponding unlocking password. For any one point in time, this point in time may be referred to as a first point in time. Taking the first time point as an example, the unlock code at the time point, that is, the first unlock code corresponding to the first time point, may be generated according to the first time point, the device serial number, and a preset calculation mode. When the first time point is reached, the first unlocking password is validated, and the device is automatically locked.
Illustratively, the manufacturer orders ten devices from the device vendor at 20, 3, 2023, and the device vendor ships the ten devices to the manufacturer, who uses the ten devices for manufacturing in the manufacturing shop. The equipment seller and the manufacturer agree to pay the equipment in three stages, and the time points of the three stages of payment of the stage fees are 2023, 4, 2023, 5, 20 and 2023, 6, 20 respectively. The preset time points for ten devices of the lot may be 2023, 4, 20, 2023, 5, 20 and 2023, 6, 20, respectively. According to a preset time point, a device serial number and a preset calculation mode, the ten devices respectively generate corresponding unlocking passwords at the three time points, and the passwords corresponding to each device are different due to the fact that the serial numbers of the devices are different. Ten devices were simultaneously locked to remind manufacturers to pay staging fees when day 20, year 4, year 5, month 20, and year 20, year 2023, year 5, month 20 were reached.
The preset calculation mode can comprise simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and the like, and also can comprise complex derivation, limitation, differentiation and the like, and equipment manufacturers can set according to actual needs. One calculation mode can be set, and multiple calculation modes can be combined. Moreover, the calculation modes corresponding to different time points of the same device can be the same or different. The calculation modes corresponding to different time points of the equipment in the same batch can be the same or different. It should be understood that. The foregoing is illustrative only and is not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
For example, the unlock code may be calculated by a pre-packaged code generator, that is, for a certain time point, the code generator may use the time point and the device serial number as input, and calculate by using a preset calculation mode to obtain the unlock code corresponding to the time point. The cipher generator includes common mathematical operations and functions, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, square, sine, cosine, tangent, cursive, rounding, remainder, etc. The generator may combine various formulas based on a given input pin signal. The generated unlocking password can be simple or complex according to actual needs.
The embodiment can remind manufacturers to pay the stage fees on time by locking the equipment at fixed time. The unlocking password of the equipment is generated according to the first time point, the equipment serial number of the equipment and a preset calculation mode.
Because the unlocking passwords of the same equipment at different locking moments are different; and the unlocking passwords of the devices with different locking time are different, so that the passwords can be prevented from being cracked, and in one step, even if the unlocking password of one device is cracked at the current time point, the unlocking password of the next time point of the device and the unlocking passwords of other devices at the current time point are not influenced, and the influence of cracking the unlocking password can be minimized to the greatest extent. In addition, since the unlock code in the present embodiment is generated according to the time point and the device serial number, even if the staff of the device vendor forgets the code, the unlock code of the device can be obtained as long as the calculation mode of the generated code can be queried.
Step 130: if the equipment enters a locking state at a first time point, when the equipment monitors that a password to be authenticated input by an operator is consistent with a first unlocking password, unlocking the equipment is executed, and the equipment is not locked until a second time point is reached, wherein the second time point is the next time point of a preset plurality of time points at the first time point.
In this embodiment, when the preset first time point is reached, the device enters a locked state, if it is monitored that the input password is consistent with the current unlocking password, the device is unlocked, and the device is not locked until the preset next time point.
Illustratively, after the manufacturer pays the current staging fee, the device vendor may communicate (e.g., telephone, mail, message, etc.) to the manufacturer the unlock code of the current device. The manufacturer inputs the unlocking password obtained from the equipment seller into the equipment in the locked state, and if the equipment monitors that the password is consistent with the current unlocking password, the equipment is unlocked. And, after this unlocking, the device can be used normally until the time point of the next payment of the period fee, and the device is locked again until the time point of the next payment of the period fee.
When the device is locked, the device seller can send a worker to the site to unlock the device, the worker can only memorize the corresponding calculation mode, and then perform site calculation according to the known first time point and the device serial number, so that the current unlocking password can be obtained.
The present embodiment does not lock until the next point in time after releasing the current lock state, but locks again by the next point in time. In this way, the manufacturer can be reminded to pay the staging fees on time.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention obtains the equipment serial number of the equipment; generating a first unlocking password of the equipment according to the first time point, the equipment serial number of the equipment and a preset calculation mode; the first unlocking password is validated at a first time point; the first time point is any one of a plurality of preset time points; the unlocking password generated in the mode enables the unlocking password corresponding to each equipment at each time point to be different, prevents the password from being easily cracked, and simultaneously prevents the password from being invalid once the password leaks the encryption of the whole batch of products. If the equipment enters a locking state at a first time point, when the equipment monitors that a password to be authenticated input by an operator is consistent with a first unlocking password, unlocking the equipment is executed, and the equipment is not locked until a second time point is reached, wherein the second time point is the next time point of a preset plurality of time points at the first time point. That is, the time point of equipment locking is the time point of payment of the manufacturer for a period of fee, and through the locking and unlocking mode, the manufacturer can be urged to pay on time. The invention can prevent the password of the equipment from being easily cracked and prevent the equipment from being unable to be unlocked under the condition of forgetting the password.
In some embodiments, after the device enters the locked state at the first time point in step 130, the method may further include:
displaying a first time point;
alternatively, the first point in time and the device serial number are displayed.
In some embodiments, the device is configured with a display screen. In order to prevent the equipment seller from forgetting to unlock the password after the equipment is locked, and also to remind the manufacturer to pay the stage fee on time, the time of locking can be displayed after the equipment enters the locked state. The time of display locking may be automatically displayed after the device enters a locked state, or may be displayed after the device monitors that an operator triggers a specific operation (e.g., triggers a certain key or a key combination, touches a designated position of a screen, etc.), which is not limited herein. When the equipment seller forgets the password, a worker of the equipment seller can touch a designated position on the screen to check a first time point displayed on the screen, then check the equipment serial number printed on the equipment, and calculate the unlocking password according to a pre-memorized calculation mode.
In other embodiments, the lock time and device serial number may also be displayed on a configured display screen of the device. When the equipment seller forgets the password, a worker can directly touch the appointed position on the screen, view the first time point and the equipment serial number displayed on the screen, and then calculate the unlocking password according to a pre-memorized calculation mode.
In some embodiments, in step 120, generating the first unlock code of the device according to the first time point, the device serial number of the device, and the preset calculation mode may specifically include:
generating a first unlocking password of the equipment according to the first time point, the equipment serial number of the equipment, the preset parameters and the preset calculation mode.
In this embodiment, in order to further complicate the generated unlock code, the parameters for generating the first unlock code may further include a set of preset parameters. The preset parameters may be parameters set by the equipment seller according to the manufacturer, parameters set by the equipment seller inside, or randomly selected. The specific manner of parameter selection is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, when the device monitors that the password to be authenticated input by the operator is consistent with the first unlocking password in step 130, unlocking the device is performed, and the device is not locked until the second time point, which may include:
when the device monitors that the password to be authenticated input by the operator is consistent with the first unlocking password and the first operation is monitored, unlocking the device is executed, and the device is not locked until a second time point.
In this embodiment, after the time reaches the first time point and the device is in the locked state, if only the correct unlocking password is detected, the device is unlocked temporarily, but the device is locked again after several minutes or seconds, wherein the unlocking password is consistent with the first locking password corresponding to the first time point. Wherein a specific relock time interval may be set by the device vendor. This is to prevent the device from being unlocked in the case of leakage of the unlock code, so that after the correct unlock code is input, the first operation corresponding to the current time point, that is, the unlock operation, is monitored, and the locked state of the device can be completely released. The first operation is to terminate the current lock state. The first operation of each time point may be the same operation, or each time point may correspond to a different first operation, and the device vendor may perform specific setting when the device leaves the factory. The first operation may be an unlock variable requiring manual triggering on the device display; the switch key can be clicked for a plurality of times; may be a rotating certain fixed switch; the plurality of buttons may be sequentially clicked, or two or more buttons may be simultaneously pressed, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the method may include, when the device is in the locked state: when the equipment detects clicking operation aiming at a display screen of the equipment, the equipment displays a hidden password input box, if the monitored password to be monitored within a preset first time limit is consistent with the unlocking password, an unlocking variable is displayed on the screen, if the variable is triggered, the current equipment is unlocked, and the current unlocking password is invalid. If the password to be monitored is consistent with the unlocking password or the password to be monitored is inconsistent with the unlocking password after the preset first time limit, the password input box is hidden. The preset first time period may be three minutes, five minutes, etc., which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the above method may further comprise:
before the first time point is reached, when the equipment is in a normal use state, if the to-be-authenticated password input by the user is detected to be consistent with the first unlocking password and the second operation is detected, the equipment is not locked when the first time point is reached, wherein the second operation is used for setting that the first unlocking password is not effective any more.
In this embodiment, the device is in a normal use state before the first time is reached, that is, before the point in time when the device does not reach the lock, and normal production work can be performed. If the to-be-authenticated password input by the user is detected to be consistent with the first unlocking password and the second operation is detected later, the equipment cannot be locked when the first time point is reached, and the equipment can be normally used. The second operation may be to click a switch button several times, rotate a fixed switch, click a plurality of buttons in sequence, or simultaneously press two or more buttons, which is not limited herein.
Illustratively, the original manufacturer agrees with the equipment vendor to pay 20 days per month. The device vendor sets the device to a 20 day per month lock according to the contract. Before the equipment is automatically locked at 20 days of the month, the manufacturer can input an unlocking password after the equipment is locked at 20 days of the month on the equipment which is not locked according to the instruction of the equipment seller, and press a start key and a function switch simultaneously, so that the equipment is not locked at 20 days of the month but is locked at 20 days of the next month.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
when the equipment is in a locking state, if the input password to be authenticated is consistent with the specified password and the third operation is monitored, unlocking the equipment, generating a specified number of new time points after a plurality of preset time points, and generating an unlocking password corresponding to each new time point based on each new time point, the equipment serial number of the equipment and a preset calculation mode.
In this embodiment, if the unlock code at the preset time point is invalid, the time point of timing locking the device is not available later, but the time point of continuing to timing lock the device is also needed, which may include: the current device is in the last locked state, i.e. if the unlocking password is validated, the device will not be locked in time later. When the appointed password and the third operation are monitored, the current unlocking state is released, at least one new time point is generated according to the specific operation content of the third operation, and then the unlocking password corresponding to each new time point is generated according to the new time point, the equipment serial number and a preset calculation mode. The specified password is a group of special passwords, so that the locking state of the current device can be directly released, and the device can be instructed to generate a new timing lock. The third operation is used for masking the specificity of the designated password, namely, the locking state of the current device can be directly released, and is used for generating a corresponding number of new time points. For example, the third operation corresponding to a new point in time may be clicking on a one-time switch key; the third operation corresponding to the two new time points may be to simultaneously press any two adjacent keys. The specific operations may be set by the device vendor and are not limited herein. It should be appreciated that the present embodiment is useful for adding a new timing lock point in time. The foregoing is merely illustrative, and not restrictive, of the specific embodiment, and the present embodiment is not limited to the last locking state, and may be applied to any locking state.
Illustratively, the manufacturer originally agrees with the device vendor to pay for the device in three phases, the device vendor having three sets of unlock codes set on the device according to the agreement. However, due to insufficient funds of the later manufacturer, the three-phase payment originally is changed into the five-phase payment through negotiation with the equipment seller, namely, the two-phase payment is prolonged on the original basis. When the unlocking password is input for the third time, the device seller instructs the manufacturer to input the specified password into the device, and after the specified password is input, two adjacent keys are pressed simultaneously. The current device is unlocked and two new points in time are then generated to add two new timing locks to the device.
In some embodiments, the above method may further comprise:
and when the equipment is in a locking state, if the first permission password is monitored, displaying a first unlocking password.
In this embodiment, the device is provided with a first authority password, and the authority of the first authority password is higher than the unlocking password corresponding to each time point. When the operator forgets the unlocking password of the device, the unlocking password of the current locking state can be obtained by inputting the first authority password.
In some embodiments, the above method may further comprise:
and when the equipment is in a locking state, if the second permission password is monitored, unlocking the equipment is executed.
And when the equipment is in an unlocking state, if the second permission password is monitored, controlling the equipment to be locked.
In this embodiment, the device is further provided with a second permission password, where the permission of the second permission password is higher than the unlocking password corresponding to each time point. When the equipment is in a locking state, if the fact that the operator inputs the second permission password is monitored, the equipment is directly unlocked, and additional operation is not needed. And the current unlock code is disabled, i.e., no more locking is performed until the next point in time. The unlocking password corresponding to each time point does not need to be memorized, and the method is simpler and more convenient. And when the equipment fails and the current equipment locking state cannot be released by using the unlocking password, the equipment can be unlocked by using the second authority password.
When the device is in an unlocked state, i.e. in a normal operating state. If the second authority password is monitored, the equipment is directly locked. And the equipment locked by the second permission password is different from the unlocking password at the preset time point, so that the equipment can be directly locked when the unlocking password of the equipment is cracked, and the influence of the cracked unlocking password is reduced. The unlocking password locked by the second permission password may be set by the equipment seller according to needs, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the above method may further comprise:
before the device serial number of the device itself is obtained in step 110, if a first instruction is detected, the first instruction is used to instruct to modify the current system time of the device to a target system time, and if the target system time is before the current system time, execution of the first instruction is refused.
In this embodiment, if the modification time instruction is received, and the modified target system time is before the current time, the modification is refused. This is to prevent manufacturers from tampering with the system time, so that the time on the device cannot reach the first point in time at all times.
Illustratively, the current system time is 2023, 3, 20 days. The device monitors the modification of the system time to 20 days 3/2000. I.e. the target system time is 3.20.2000, and the modification is refused before the current system time.
In some embodiments, the method may further comprise:
when the equipment is in a locking state, if the input password to be authenticated is detected to be consistent with the temporary unlocking password, performing temporary unlocking on the equipment; the using times of the temporary unlocking function in one locking period are smaller than a preset time threshold.
In some embodiments, the predetermined plurality of time points are time points at which a staging fee for the device is paid.
In this embodiment, when the device is in a locked state, if it is monitored that the password to be authenticated is consistent with the temporary unlocking password, the device is temporarily unlocked. The temporary unlocking time may be 12 hours, 11 hours, etc., and is not limited herein. After the temporary unlocking time passes, the equipment is changed into a locking state again. The temporary unlocking function has a certain limit on the number of times of use in one locking period, that is, the temporary unlocking function cannot exceed a preset number of times threshold from the current time point to the next time point. The preset times threshold may be 3 times or 4 times. Or the temporary unlocking function can be set to be only used 3 times after the equipment leaves the factory. And are not limited thereto.
Illustratively, the manufacturer's equipment is in the process of being produced, during which if production is suspended, the period of time is delayed, causing an unpredictable loss. At this point the first time point is reached, i.e. the date the installment fee was paid, but the finance department needs the second day to pay the installment fee. Thus, the manufacturer may contact the device vendor to obtain the temporary unlock code to temporarily resume use of the device. In addition, in order to prevent manufacturers from using the temporary unlocking password function all the time after acquiring the temporary unlocking password and not paying the stage cost, the number of times of using the temporary unlocking function can be limited, and the temporary unlocking function can only be used three times in one locking period.
The unlocking method of the above-described device is explained below by way of an embodiment example. Referring to fig. 2:
as shown in fig. 2, in one particular embodiment, the lock time may be set by the manufacturer at the factory of the device; or the device can be set by the customer on site; the unlocking method can also be generated when the client arrives at the site and the manufacturer guides the client to operate the unlocking. According to the method described above, N sets of lock times may be generated. The device is internally preset with a password generator which comprises a plurality of formulas, and each formula is provided with a corresponding number. According to the device number and the formula number, the password generator can generate N groups of unlocking passwords corresponding to N groups of locking times.
When the time is locked, the equipment is in a locked state, and when a client needs to check the unlocking condition, a manufacturer is required to give corresponding password frame permission. If the client needs to be unlocked temporarily or unlocked, the client needs to display the password frame and the unlocking password according to the corresponding method given by the manufacturer. When the password input in the equipment monitoring password frame is consistent with the unlocking password, an unlocking button is displayed, and after the unlocking button is triggered, the locking state of the equipment is released. And when the passwords are inconsistent, waiting for three minutes, if the passwords are monitored to be consistent among the three minutes, displaying an unlocking button, and if the passwords are inconsistent, hiding the password frame. The device is in an unlocked state when the time does not reach the lock time. When the equipment does not reach the locking time, the customer needs to unlock in advance, and the customer displays the hidden password frame according to the operation of displaying the password frame permission given by the manufacturer. And then, if the device recognizes that the input password is consistent with the unlocking password in the password frame, displaying an unlocking button. If the unlocking button is triggered, the equipment is not locked when the time reaches the locking time point.
When the equipment is in a locking state, a client cannot unlock by using a normal unlocking password or the current locking time point of the equipment is the last time point, and a new locking time point is needed to be generated while unlocking. The client can unlock the current equipment or generate new locking time while unlocking according to the advanced authority password and the corresponding operation method given by the manufacturer. The device is also preset with a highest authority password for displaying the current unlocking password on the display screen and directly releasing the locking state of the device.
In addition, in order to prevent the system time of the device from being tampered, the system time of the device cannot reach the timing locking time point, namely cannot be locked in time, and the device also monitors whether the modification time is compliant. I.e. whether the target system time is after the current system time of the backup, if so, changing the current system time into the target time, and comparing the modified current system time with the effective locking time. The valid locking time refers to a time point when the unlocking password is valid. When the modified current system time is after the effective locking time or is consistent with the effective locking time, the equipment is locked, and if the modified current system time is before the effective locking time, the equipment is not locked, namely the equipment is in an unlocked state. If the target time is before the current system time of the backup, the current modification time instruction is refused to be received, namely, the current system time of the backup is not modified.
In summary, the embodiment obtains the equipment serial number of the equipment; generating a first unlocking password of the equipment according to the first time point, the equipment serial number of the equipment and a preset calculation mode; the first unlocking password is validated at a first time point; the first time point is any one of a plurality of preset time points; the unlocking password generated in the mode enables the unlocking password corresponding to each equipment at each time point to be different, prevents the password from being easily cracked, and simultaneously prevents the password from being invalid once the password leaks the encryption of the whole batch of products.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention.
