The invention provides a cylinder cover temperature control method, as shown in fig. 1, which comprises the following steps:
s1: and detecting the environment temperature and the environment pressure of the vehicle in real time, and the actual rotation speed of the engine, the actual torque of the engine, the actual air inlet temperature of the engine and the actual water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover cooling water.
S2: and obtaining a water outlet temperature limit value and a temperature rise time limit value of the cooling water of the cylinder cover according to the ambient temperature, the ambient pressure, the actual rotating speed of the engine, the actual torque of the engine, the actual air inlet temperature of the engine and the temperature resistance limit value of the cylinder cover.
And determining the temperature resistance limit value of the cylinder cover according to the material of the cylinder cover.
Specifically, according to the ambient temperature, the ambient pressure, the actual engine speed, the actual engine torque, the actual engine air inlet temperature and the cylinder cover temperature resistance limit value, the cylinder cover cooling water outlet temperature limit value is obtained through the first MAP group. Wherein the first MAP group comprises a first plateau MAP and a first plain MAP; judging whether the environment of the vehicle is a plateau or a plain according to the environmental pressure; if the environment where the vehicle is located is a plateau, obtaining a water outlet temperature limit value of cooling water of the cylinder cover through a first plateau MAP; and if the environment where the vehicle is located is plain, obtaining the water outlet temperature limit value of the cooling water of the cylinder cover through the first plain MAP.
The first plateau MAP and the first plain MAP are obtained through a cylinder head temperature measurement test of a bench in the earlier stage. When the temperature measurement test of the cylinder cover is carried out, the engine works at different rotating speeds, different torques and different air inlet temperatures under different environment temperatures and different environment pressures, and the water outlet temperature and the cylinder cover temperature of the cylinder cover cooling water are recorded correspondingly. Based on the temperature measurement result, a relation diagram of the ambient temperature, the ambient pressure, the engine speed, the engine torque, the engine air inlet temperature, the cylinder cover temperature and the cylinder cover cooling water outlet temperature can be obtained, and the first MAP group is obtained. Performing a cylinder head temperature measurement test in an environment simulating a plateau to obtain a first plateau MAP; and performing a cylinder head temperature measurement test in an environment simulating the plain to obtain a first plain MAP.
When the temperature of the cylinder cover reaches the temperature-resistant limit value of the cylinder cover, the corresponding water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover cooling water is the water outlet temperature limit value of the cylinder cover cooling water. Through the first MAP group, the cylinder cover cooling water outlet temperature when the cylinder cover temperature reaches the cylinder cover temperature-resistant limit value can be obtained under the conditions of different environment temperatures, different environment pressures, different engine speeds, different engine torques and different engine inlet temperatures, and the cylinder cover cooling water outlet temperature limit value is obtained.
Specifically, the temperature rise time limit is obtained through the second MAP group according to the ambient temperature, the ambient pressure, the actual engine speed, the actual engine torque, the actual engine intake air temperature, and the cylinder head temperature resistance limit. Wherein the second MAP group comprises a second plateau MAP and a second plateau MAP; judging whether the environment where the vehicle is located is a plateau or a plain according to the environmental pressure; if the environment where the vehicle is located is a plateau, obtaining a temperature rise time limit value through a second plateau MAP; if the environment of the vehicle is plain, the temperature rise time limit value is obtained through the second plain MAP.
The second plateau MAP and the second plain MAP are obtained through a cylinder head temperature measurement test of the bench in the earlier stage. When the temperature measurement test of the cylinder cover is carried out, the engine works at different rotating speeds, different torques and different air inlet temperatures under different environment temperatures and different environment pressures, and the temperature of the cylinder cover corresponding to the increase of the working time of the engine is recorded. Based on the temperature measurement result, a relation diagram of the ambient temperature, the ambient pressure, the engine speed, the engine torque, the engine air inlet temperature, the engine working time and the cylinder cover temperature can be obtained, and the second MAP group is obtained. Performing a cylinder head temperature measurement test in an environment simulating a plateau to obtain a second plateau MAP; and performing a cylinder head temperature measurement test in an environment simulating plain to obtain a second plain MAP.
When the temperature of the cylinder cover reaches the temperature-resistant limit value of the cylinder cover, the corresponding engine working time is the temperature-rise time limit value, namely, under a certain environment temperature and a certain environment pressure, the engine works at a certain rotating speed, a certain torque and a certain air inlet temperature, the temperature of the cylinder cover can be gradually increased, and the engine working time when the temperature of the cylinder cover is increased from 0 ℃ to the temperature-resistant limit value of the cylinder cover is the temperature-rise time limit value. Therefore, the engine working time when the cylinder cover temperature reaches the cylinder cover temperature-resistant limit value can be obtained through the second MAP group under the conditions of different environment temperatures, different environment pressures, different engine speeds, different engine torques and different engine air inlet temperatures, and the temperature-rising time limit value is obtained.
S3: judging whether the actual cylinder cover cooling water outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the cylinder cover cooling water outlet temperature limit value; if yes, S4 is carried out; if not, returning to S1.
S4: the duration for which the ambient temperature, ambient pressure, engine actual rotational speed, engine actual torque, and engine actual intake air temperature at this time are all kept stable is calculated. When the actual cylinder cover cooling water outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the cylinder cover cooling water outlet temperature limit value, the duration that the environmental temperature, the environmental pressure, the actual engine rotating speed, the actual engine torque and the actual engine air inlet temperature are kept stable and unchanged is calculated.
S5: judging whether the duration time is more than or equal to the temperature rise time limit value; if yes, recording the engine oil temperature at the moment as an oil temperature recording value, and performing S6; if not, returning to S1.
S6: the fans of the electronic thermostat and the radiator are turned on, and the fans continue to operate for a set time. When the duration is greater than or equal to the temperature rise time limit value, the engine oil temperature is recorded, and the electronic thermostat and the fan are started, so that cooling water passes through the radiator, and after the cooling water is cooled by the fan, the cooling water returns to the cylinder cover cooling water channel, and the purpose of reducing the cylinder cover temperature is achieved.
S7: judging whether the actual cooling water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover is smaller than the outlet temperature limit value of the cooling water of the cylinder cover; if yes, the fans of the electronic thermostat and the radiator are turned off; if not, S8 is performed. After the electronic thermostat and the fan of the radiator are started for a set time, the actual cooling water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover is compared with the limiting value of the cooling water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover, and closed-loop control is carried out. When the actual cooling water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover is smaller than the limiting value of the cooling water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover, the electronic thermostat and the fan of the radiator are turned off.
S8: judging whether the actual engine oil temperature of the engine is smaller than an engine oil temperature record value or not; if not, executing the vehicle alarm protection strategy.
Specifically, the vehicle alarm protection strategy includes: alarming for abnormal temperature of the cylinder cover; and controlling the actual rotation speed of the engine to be smaller than or equal to the set rotation speed, and controlling the actual torque of the engine to be smaller than or equal to the set torque. When the radiator is damaged or the engine is in a limit environment, the actual cooling water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover cannot be regulated down and is continuously increased, in order to avoid the cylinder cover from being damaged, after the electronic thermostat and the fan are started, when the actual cooling water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover is not less than the limit value of the cooling water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover, and the actual engine oil temperature of the engine is not less than the engine oil temperature record value, the abnormal alarm of the cylinder cover temperature is carried out on an instrument panel of the vehicle to remind a driver of paying attention. Meanwhile, the actual rotation speed of the engine is limited not to be larger than the set rotation speed, and the actual torque of the engine is limited not to be larger than the set torque, so that the running safety of the vehicle is ensured.
Optionally, if the actual engine oil temperature of the engine is smaller than the engine oil temperature recorded value, an abnormal alarm of the cooling water temperature sensor is carried out. In order to prevent misjudgment caused by damage of the cooling water temperature sensor, when the actual cooling water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover is not less than the limiting value of the cooling water outlet temperature of the cylinder cover and the actual engine oil temperature of the engine is less than the engine oil temperature recorded value, the abnormal alarm of the cooling water temperature sensor is carried out to remind a driver to check in time.
Specifically, the engine is provided with an oil temperature sensor by which the actual oil temperature of the engine is detected.
The invention also provides a vehicle adopting the cylinder cover temperature control method, the vehicle comprises an engine, a radiator, an electronic thermostat and a water pump, the engine is provided with a cylinder cover cooling water channel and a cylinder body cooling water channel, a water outlet of the cylinder body cooling water channel is communicated with a water inlet of the cylinder cover cooling water channel, the radiator comprises a radiating water tank and a fan, the fan is used for cooling water in the radiating water tank, the electronic thermostat is provided with a first port, a second port and a third port, the first port is communicated with the water outlet of the cylinder cover cooling water channel, the second port is communicated with the input end of the water pump, the third port is communicated with the water inlet of the radiating water tank, the first port can be communicated with the second port or the third port, the water outlet of the radiating water tank is communicated with the input end of the water pump, and the output end of the water pump is communicated with the water inlet of the cylinder body cooling water channel.
