The scissors structure 200 and the cushion structure 400 are detachably connected by the first mounting plate 251, the second mounting plate 253, and the fixing portion 250, and the first mounting plate 251 and the second mounting plate 253 can also enlarge the connection area. When the first mounting plate 251 and the first corner piece 410 are connected, the connection strength between the first mounting plate 251 and the first corner piece 410 is higher. When the second mounting plate 253 and the second corner piece 430 are connected, the connection strength between the second mounting plate 253 and the second corner piece 430 is higher.
Each of the fixing parts 250 includes a screw 251 and an adjusting member 253. The adjusting member 253 includes a first nut 2531 and a second nut 2533, and the first nut 2531 and the second nut 2533 are in threaded engagement with the screw 251. The screw 251 of a part of the plurality of fixing parts 250 is screw-coupled with the first mounting plate 251, and the first nut 2531 and the second nut 2533 clamp the first mounting plate 251. A part of the screws 251 of the plurality of fixing portions 250 are screwed with the second mounting plate 253, and the first nuts 2531 and the second nuts 2533 clamp the second mounting plate 253.
The relative position between the cushion structure 400 and the scissor structure 200 is made adjustable by the screw 251 and the adjusting member 253. When adapting different highway sheet pile walls 030, then the adaptation can be achieved by this position adjustment.
The fixing portion 250 further includes a matching member 255, where the matching member 255 is fixedly connected to the screw 251, and is used to match with a driving member to drive the screw 251 to rotate.
The attachment of the drive member is facilitated by mating member 255. The driving member may be an electric wrench by which the screw 251 is rotated to disengage from the cushion structure 400, thereby releasing the engagement of the cushion structure 400 and the scissors structure 200. The mating member 255 may be a bolt head having a hexagonal cross-section. Screw 251 can be driven to rotate by an electric wrench having a hexagonal hole.
The first pressing rotating member 310 is provided with a first pressing tooth 311 at one end facing away from the scissor fork structure 200, the first pressing tooth 311 includes a plurality of first racks arranged at intervals, and the first racks are used for contacting the inner side surface of the highway sheet pile wall 030.
On the one hand, friction force can be enhanced by the first depressing teeth 311 of the first depressing rotation member 310, thereby better gripping. On the other hand, if the pouring is to be performed directly while sandwiching the road sheet pile wall 030, the probability of the first pressing-down turning member 310 and the road sheet pile wall 030 being bonded by concrete can be reduced.
The second pressing rotating member 330 is provided with a second pressing tooth 331 at an end facing away from the scissor fork structure 200, and the second pressing tooth 331 includes a plurality of second racks arranged at intervals, and the second racks are used for contacting the inner side surface of the highway sheet pile wall 030.
On the one hand, the friction force can be enhanced by the second pressing teeth 331 of the second pressing rotary member 330, thereby better gripping. The first movable member 231 includes a first segment 2311 and a second segment 2313 that are continuous, the first segment 2311 being disposed at an obtuse angle with respect to the second segment 2313. The first movable member 231 further includes a first fixing block 2315, the first fixing block 2315 is disposed at a connection portion between the first segment 2311 and the second segment 2313, and the first pressing rotary member 310 is hinged to the first fixing block 2315. The second movable member 233 includes a third section 2331 and a fourth section 2333 that are continuous, the third section 2331 being disposed at an obtuse angle to the fourth section 2333. The second movable member 233 further includes a second fixed block 2335, the second fixed block 2335 is disposed at a junction of the third section 2331 and the fourth section 2333, and the second pressing rotary member 330 is hinged to the second fixed block 2335.
In this road sheet pile wall mounting apparatus 010, when the first movable member 231 is engaged with the first pressing-down rotating member 310, the first pressing-down rotating member 310 has more space to rotate relative to the first movable member 231, so that the first pressing-down rotating member 310 can rotate by a larger angle. When the second movable member 233 is engaged with the second pressing rotary member 330, the second pressing rotary member 330 has more space to rotate relative to the second movable member 233, so that the second pressing rotary member 330 can rotate by a larger angle
The first corner portion 411 is provided with a first guide slope 4111 toward one end of the second corner portion 431, and the second corner portion 431 is provided with a second guide slope 4311 toward one end of the first corner portion 411. The first guide inclined surface 4111 and the second guide inclined surface 4311 are used to guide the highway sheet pile wall 030 into between the pressing structure 300 and the cushion structure 400 when approaching each other.
In such a highway sheet pile wall mounting device 010, the first guide slope 4111 and the second guide slope 4311 may help the first corner portion 411 and the second corner portion 431 to guide the highway sheet pile wall 030 from the ground into the first corner portion 411 and the second corner portion 431.
The highway sheet pile wall mounting device 010 further comprises a lifting seat 500. The number of the holding members 011 is plural. Each of the bases 100 of the plurality of the holding members 011 is provided at intervals in the space direction to the hoist base 500.
Such a highway sheet pile wall mounting device 010 increases the clamping effect on the highway sheet pile wall 030 by the plurality of clamping members 011, so that the highway sheet pile wall 030 is more uniformly stressed. The spacing direction is the direction of extension of the sheet pile units 031, i.e. the second direction Y. The plurality of clamping members 011 clamp the sheet pile unit 031, so that the stability of clamping can be improved.
The lifting seat 500 further comprises a screw 510. The lead screw 510 includes a first threaded section 511 and a second threaded section 513, the first threaded section 511 and the second threaded section 513 being oppositely threaded. At least a portion of the base 100 of the clamping member 011 is threadably engaged with the first threaded section 511, and at least a portion of the base 100 of the clamping member 011 is threadably engaged with the second threaded section 513.
Such highway sheet pile wall mounting means 010 implements a partial clamping member 011 cooperating with the first threaded section 511 by means of the lead screw 510, which is relatively close to or remote from the partial clamping member 011 cooperating with the second threaded section 513. Such a highway sheet pile wall mounting device 010 can be adapted to various sheet pile units 031 having different dimensions in the second direction Y.
Such a highway sheet pile wall mounting device 010 may have the following uses:
1. when carrying the single sheet pile unit 031, the single sheet pile unit 031 can be grasped from the ground through the cooperation of the first corner portion 411 and the second corner portion 431, and according to the weight of the sheet pile unit 031 itself, the pressing structure 300 and the cushion structure 400 can stably clamp the sheet pile unit 031, and are not easy to fall off in the transportation process.
2. A plurality of highway sheet pile wall mounting devices 010 may be used in combination with the handling of the pre-assembled highway sheet pile walls 030. Each highway sheet pile wall mounting device 010 grips the exposed portion of the highway sheet pile wall 030 from the ground by the cooperation of the first corner portion 411 and the second corner portion 431. The pre-assembled highway sheet pile wall 030 is directly conveyed to the mounting groove, the end portion of the pre-assembled highway sheet pile wall 030 along the second direction Y is pressed down, the inclination angle of the highway sheet pile wall 030 is equivalent to that of a highway slope, the highway sheet pile wall 030 is integrally inserted into the mounting groove for integral mounting, and each sheet pile unit 031 is not required to be sequentially inserted from a high place. When the end of the pre-assembled highway sheet pile wall 030 in the second direction Y is pressed down, the highway sheet pile wall 030 is not easily separated from the highway sheet pile wall mounting device 010 due to the clamping of the pressing structure 300 and the cushion structure 400 and the friction of the cushion structure 400.
3. A plurality of highway sheet pile wall mounting means 010 may be used in conjunction with the removal of the highway sheet pile wall 030. So that the plurality of highway sheet pile wall mounting devices 010 are inclined to an inclination angle corresponding to a highway side slope. A portion of the sheet pile unit 031 is exposed in the second direction Y to cooperate with the road sheet pile wall mounting means 010, and the road sheet pile wall mounting means 010 is pulled such that the hold-down structure 300 and the cushion structure 400 grip the sheet pile unit 031 in the road sheet pile wall 030, and as the pulling force is raised, the sheet pile unit 031 is also gripped tighter and the pulling force itself is also pulling the road sheet pile wall 030 out of the mounting groove.
4. As shown in fig. 3, the gap is filled and the highway sheet pile wall 030 is reinforced using a form of concrete casting. Multiple sets of highway sheet pile walls 030 are laid down the highway slope in sequence from low to high. The bottom of the lowermost highway sheet pile wall 030 is provided with a height pad 051 having a height substantially equal to the first corner piece 410 and the second corner piece 430. The height is the dimension in the third direction Z perpendicular to the first direction X and the second direction Y when the highway sheet pile wall 030 is mounted on a highway side slope. In laying the second lower highway sheet pile wall 030, a partial height pad 051 is laid at the location where the second lower highway sheet pile wall 030 is to be installed. The preassembled highway sheet pile wall 030 is conveyed above the lowermost highway sheet pile wall 030 and the connection between the scissors structure 200 and the cushion structure 400 is released by rotating the screw 251. The exposed sheet pile units 031 are replaced in the second direction Y back to the level of all sheet pile units 031. At this time, the bedding structure 400 serves as a guide structure, the guide sheet pile unit 031 moves in the second direction, and the bedding structure 400 carrying the second low road sheet pile wall 030 is exposed, and a part of the height pad 051 of the third low road sheet pile wall 030 is formed. Concrete is poured into the height pad 051 and the pad structure 400, and the highway sheet pile wall 030 can be fixed after the concrete is cured and molded.

Claims (10)

1. A highway sheet pile wall mounting device for clamping and placing or removing a highway sheet pile wall, comprising a clamping member comprising:
a base;
the scissors structure comprises a first crossing component and a second crossing component, wherein one end of the first crossing component is hinged and connected with the base to form a hinged end, and the hinged end is hinged with the base; the other end of the first cross assembly forms a first hinging position and a second hinging position which rotate relatively, the second cross assembly comprises a first movable piece and a second movable piece, the middle part of the first movable piece is hinged with the middle part of the second movable piece, one end of the first movable piece is hinged with the first hinging position, and one end of the second movable piece is hinged with the second hinging position;
the pressing structure comprises a first pressing rotating piece and a second pressing rotating piece which are arranged in a hinged manner, wherein the first pressing rotating piece is hinged with one end of the first movable piece, which is away from the first crossing assembly, the second pressing rotating piece is hinged with one end of the second movable piece, which is away from the first crossing assembly, and the first pressing rotating piece and the second pressing rotating piece are used for pressing highway slope folds of the inner side surface of the highway sheet pile wall;
the cushion mounting structure comprises a first corner piece and a second corner piece, wherein the first corner piece is detachably connected with the first movable piece, and the second corner piece is detachably connected with the second movable piece; the first corner piece comprises a first corner portion extending towards the second corner piece, the second corner piece comprises a second corner portion extending towards the first corner piece, the first corner portion and the second corner portion are located on one side of the pressing structure away from the scissor structure, and the first corner portion and the second corner portion are used for supporting the outer side face of the highway sheet pile wall;
the underlayment structure is also adapted to be removed from the scissors structure to carry the highway sheet pile walls and to be poured with concrete.
2. The highway sheet pile wall mounting device of claim 1, wherein the scissor structure further comprises a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate, and a plurality of fixtures;
the first mounting plate is fixedly connected with the first movable piece, the first mounting plate is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes, and part of the plurality of fixing parts are detachably connected with the first corner piece through the first mounting holes;
the second mounting plate is fixedly connected with the second movable piece, the second mounting plate is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes, and part of the plurality of fixing parts are detachably connected with the second corner pieces through the second mounting holes.
3. A highway sheet pile wall mounting device according to claim 2 wherein each of said fixing portions comprises a screw and an adjustment member;
the adjusting piece comprises a first nut and a second nut, and the first nut and the second nut are in threaded fit with the screw;
the screw rod of a part of the plurality of fixing parts is in threaded connection with the first mounting plate, and the first nut and the second nut clamp the first mounting plate;
and part of the screws in the plurality of fixing parts are in threaded connection with the second mounting plate, and the first nuts and the second nuts clamp the second mounting plate.
4. A highway sheet pile wall mounting apparatus according to claim 3 wherein said fixed portion further comprises a mating member fixedly connected to said screw for mating with a driving member to drive said screw in rotation.
5. The highway sheet pile wall mounting device of claim 1, wherein one end of the first hold-down rotating member facing away from the scissor fork structure is provided with first hold-down teeth comprising a plurality of first racks arranged at intervals for contacting an inner side surface of the highway sheet pile wall.
6. The highway sheet pile wall mounting device of claim 5, wherein the end of the second hold-down rotary member facing away from the scissor fork structure is provided with second hold-down teeth comprising a plurality of second racks disposed in spaced relation for contacting the interior side of the highway sheet pile wall.
7. The highway sheet pile wall mounting device of claim 1, wherein said first movable member comprises successive first and second sections, said first and second sections being arranged at an obtuse angle;
the first movable piece further comprises a first fixed block, the first fixed block is arranged at the joint of the first section and the second section, and the first pressing rotary piece is hinged with the first fixed block;
the second movable piece comprises a third section and a fourth section which are continuous, and the third section and the fourth section are distributed at an obtuse angle;
the second movable piece further comprises a second fixed block, the second fixed block is arranged at the joint of the third section and the fourth section, and the second pressing rotating piece is hinged with the second fixed block.
8. The highway sheet pile wall mounting device according to claim 1, wherein an end of the first corner portion facing the second corner portion is provided with a first guide slope and an end of the second corner portion facing the first corner portion is provided with a second guide slope;
the first guide inclined plane and the second guide inclined plane are used for guiding the highway sheet pile wall to enter between the pressing structure and the cushion structure when approaching to each other.
9. The highway sheet pile wall mounting apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a lifting seat;
the number of the clamping parts is a plurality;
each base of the plurality of clamping members is disposed at intervals in the hoist seat along the interval direction.
10. The highway sheet pile wall mounting apparatus of claim 9, wherein said lifting seat further comprises a lead screw;
the screw rod comprises a first thread section and a second thread section, and the rotation directions of the first thread section and the second thread section are opposite;
at least a portion of the base of the clamping member is threadably engaged with the first threaded section and at least a portion of the base of the clamping member is threadably engaged with the second threaded section.
