Through the clothes treatment equipment, one end of the air outlet pipeline 4 is connected with the light plasma generation module 3, the other end of the air outlet pipeline is connected with the clothes treatment cylinder 2, so that sterilizing gas emitted by the light plasma generation module 3 is directly input into the clothes treatment cylinder 2 through the air outlet pipeline 4, the clothes treatment cylinder 2 and the microorganism attached to the clothes inside the clothes treatment cylinder 2 are inhibited from propagating, and the peculiar smell of the clothes is removed.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: a door seal 5 is provided between the housing 1 and the front flange of the laundry treating drum 2, and an air outlet end of the air outlet pipe 4 is connected to the door seal 5, so that the external air irradiated by the light plasma tube 34 in the air chamber 32 is blown into the laundry treating drum 2 through the air outlet pipe 4, and thus the sterilizing gas flows inside the laundry treating drum 2.
In this embodiment, the air inlet end of the air outlet pipe 4 is connected to the optical plasma generating module 3, the air outlet end is connected to the door seal 5, and the sterilizing gas emitted from the optical plasma generating module 3 is blown into the air outlet pipe 4, and then flows into the inside of the laundry treating drum 2 through the door seal 5, so as to inhibit the propagation of microorganisms adhered to the laundry treating drum 2 and the laundry, and at the same time, decompose harmful impurities in the air inside the laundry treating drum 2 and compounds with foreign odor substances adhered to the laundry inside the laundry treating drum 2 into inert substances.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the front of the laundry treating drum 2 has an opening, a second air inlet hole 51 is opened at a position opposite to the upper side of the front of the laundry treating drum 2 at the upper portion of the door seal 5, and the air outlet pipe 4 communicates with the opening of the front of the laundry treating drum 2 through the second air inlet hole 51.
In the present embodiment, the air outlet duct 4 communicates with the laundry treating drum 2 through the second air inlet hole 51 in the door seal 5, and the sterilizing gas in the air outlet duct 4 flows into the laundry treating drum 2 from the opening in the front portion of the laundry treating drum 2.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the air outlet pipe 4 is provided with an air outlet valve 41 for controlling the opening and closing of the air outlet pipe 4, and the control air chamber 32 is connected to or disconnected from the door seal 5, so as to more accurately introduce the sterilizing air into the laundry treating drum 2 according to the use condition of the laundry treating apparatus or the actual use requirement of the user.
In this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus may be a washing machine, a clothes dryer, or other apparatus having a laundry treating function, and the laundry treating drum 2 may be a single drum, or may include an outer tub 21 and an inner tub 22 installed inside the outer tub 21 and disposed coaxially with the outer tub 21.
In this embodiment, if the laundry treating drum 2 is a single drum, the laundry to be treated is located inside the laundry treating drum 2, and the sterilizing gas in the air outlet duct 4 is blown into the laundry treating drum 2 through the second air inlet hole 51 in the door seal 5, and flows from the front portion of the laundry treating drum 2 into the laundry treating drum 2.
In this embodiment, if the laundry treating drum 2 includes the outer drum 21 and the inner drum 22, the air outlet pipe 4 is connected to the door seal 5, the door seal 5 is provided with the second air inlet hole 51 at a position opposite to the upper front side of the outer drum 21, the sterilizing gas in the air outlet pipe 4 is blown into the outer drum 21 through the second air inlet hole 51 on the door seal 5, and both the front of the outer drum 21 and the front of the inner drum 22 have openings, so that the sterilizing gas flows from the outer drum 21 to the inner drum 22.
Through the above clothes treating apparatus, one end of the air outlet pipe 4 is connected with the optical plasma generating module 3, and the other end is connected with the door seal 5, so that the sterilizing gas emitted by the optical plasma generating module 3 is input into the clothes treating cylinder 2 through the second air inlet hole 51 on the door seal 5, and the propagation of microorganisms attached to the clothes inside the clothes treating cylinder 2 and the clothes treating cylinder 2 is inhibited, and the peculiar smell of the clothes is removed.
Example III
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, this embodiment is further defined by the first embodiment and the second embodiment, and a fan 33 is further disposed in the air chamber 32, where the fan 33 is configured to suck external air into the air chamber 32 through an air inlet 35 of the air chamber 32, and discharge the external air irradiated by the optical plasma tube 34 in the air chamber 32 into the air outlet pipe 4 through an air outlet 36 of the air chamber 32.
In this embodiment, the blower 33 sucks the external atmosphere from the air inlet 35 into the air chamber 32 and flows to the air outlet 36, and the light plasma tube 34 irradiates the air during the flow of the air to form sterilizing gas containing an oxidized body, so as to sterilize the laundry treating apparatus.
In the embodiment, the ion clusters generated by the light pipe change particles in the air into oxide bodies, the encountered harmful substances are very active, the speed of damaging organic object tissues by the ion clusters is 180 times faster than that of ultraviolet light and 2000 times faster than that of ozone in the same polluted environment, biological pollutants in the air are removed, bacteria, viruses and mold on the surfaces of the air and the object are killed and destroyed, and the spread of the bacteria in the air is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, the optical plasma generating module 3 includes a housing 31, an air chamber 32 is enclosed by the housing 31, and an air inlet 35 of the air chamber 32 and an air outlet 36 of the air chamber 32 are provided on the housing 31.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the air chamber 32 is connected with an air inlet valve 37 for controlling the opening and closing of the air inlet 35 of the air chamber 32, and/or an air outlet valve 38 for controlling the opening and closing of the air outlet 36 of the air chamber 32, so that the air chamber 32 can be opened and closed.
In this embodiment, the air chamber 32 is connected with an air inlet valve 37 and/or an air outlet valve 38, so as to correspondingly control the opening or closing of the air inlet 35 and/or the air outlet 36 of the air chamber 32, and further control the air chamber 32 to be connected or disconnected with the external atmosphere and/or the air outlet pipeline 4, so that the optical plasma generating module 3 can better prepare sterilizing gas, and the sterilizing efficiency of the clothes treating apparatus can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, the blower 33 is provided on the side of the air inlet 35 near the air chamber 32, and the light plasma tube 34 is provided on the side of the air outlet 36 near the air chamber 32.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, the air chamber 32 includes a first chamber 321 and a second chamber 322 that are communicated, the blower 33 is disposed in the first chamber 321, the light plasma tube 34 is disposed in the second chamber 322, the air inlet 35 is formed on the wall of the first chamber 321, and the air outlet 36 is formed on the wall of the second chamber 322, so as to realize the communication between the first chamber 321 and the second chamber 322.
In this embodiment, a light plasma concentration detection device is provided in the air chamber 32 or in the laundry treatment drum 2, and is used for detecting whether the light plasma concentration in the air chamber 32 or the light plasma concentration in the laundry treatment drum 2 into which the sterilizing gas is introduced meets the sterilizing requirement, and the light plasma concentration detection device is a concentration sensor.
In the present embodiment, the inside of the laundry treating drum 2 is provided with a smell detecting means for detecting the smell concentration and taste concentration of the laundry treating drum 2 or the laundry inside thereof to precisely control the operation of the light plasma generating module 3.
Through the clothes treatment equipment, the air inlet valve 37 and/or the air outlet valve 38 control the air chamber 32 to be communicated with or disconnected from the external atmosphere and/or the air outlet pipeline 4, so that the light plasma generation module 3 can better prepare sterilizing gas, and the light plasma generation module 3 is controlled according to the detection values of the light plasma concentration detection device and the smell detection device, so that the sterilizing efficiency of the clothes treatment equipment is improved.
Example IV
This embodiment is a further limitation of the first to third embodiments, and the light plasma tube 34 is an ultraviolet light tube having UVC ultraviolet and/or UVD ultraviolet wavelength bands.
Ultraviolet rays can be classified into vacuum ultraviolet rays (ultra low frequency, UVD), short wave sterilization ultraviolet rays (low frequency, UVC), medium wave erythema effect ultraviolet rays (medium frequency, UVB) and long wave black spot effect ultraviolet rays (high frequency, UVA) according to waves, wherein the UVC wave band of the ultraviolet rays has high-efficiency sterilization effect with the wavelength of 200-275 nm and the UVC wave band of 253.7 nm; the UVD wave band of ultraviolet rays has the wavelength of 100-200 nm, and the 185nm UVD ultraviolet rays can excite oxygen in the air and generate photoplasma.
With the above-described laundry treating apparatus, the photo plasmatron 34 is provided with UVC ultraviolet rays and/or UVD ultraviolet rays, which are capable of efficiently exciting oxygen in the air and generating photo-plasma radicals, and which have an efficient sterilizing effect, so that microorganisms adhering to the laundry treating drum 2 and the laundry therein are thoroughly killed.
Example five
This embodiment is further defined by the fourth embodiment, where the optical plasma tube 34 is a wide-wave-amplitude photon tube, and the wide-wave-amplitude photon tube emits light with energy balance in a specific wave band, and the wavelength is 100nm-300nm.
In this embodiment, the air chamber 32 is internally provided with a photocatalytic layer, the broad-wave-amplitude photon tube is arranged on one side of the photocatalytic net, or the inside of the broad-wave-amplitude photon tube is provided with the photocatalytic layer, the photocatalytic layer is made of nano-scale noble metal catalytic materials, and under the catalysis of specific nano-scale noble metal mediums, the broad-wave-amplitude photon tube irradiates air to generate a large amount of hydroxide ions, super oxygen ions, hydrogen peroxide and pure negative oxygen ions, thereby forming photo-hydrogen ions, and being capable of rapidly and effectively killing more than 99% of bacteria, viruses and moulds in the air, and resolving peculiar smell in the air, thereby achieving the effect of purifying the air.
In this embodiment, the broad-spectrum photon tube may be a broadband ultraviolet light tube, and compared with an ultraviolet light tube having UVC ultraviolet and/or UVD ultraviolet wavelength bands, the broad-spectrum ultraviolet light tube irradiates air under the catalysis of a specific nanoscale noble metal medium, so that a large amount of hydroxide ions, super oxygen ions, hydrogen peroxide and pure negative oxygen ions can be generated, and the sterilization effect is improved.

1. A laundry treatment apparatus comprising a laundry treatment drum, characterized in that: the air inlet of the air chamber is communicated with the external atmosphere, a light plasma tube used for irradiating the sucked external atmosphere is arranged in the air chamber, and the air outlet of the air chamber is communicated with the inside of the clothes treating cylinder through an air outlet pipeline.
2. A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the device also comprises a shell, wherein a clothes treatment cylinder is arranged in the shell, and the light plasma generation module is arranged between the shell and the clothes treatment cylinder.

A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that: the upper side of the front part of the clothes treating cylinder is provided with a first air inlet hole, and the air outlet pipeline is communicated with the inside of the clothes treating cylinder through the first air inlet hole;
preferably, the air outlet pipeline is provided with an air outlet valve for controlling the opening and closing of the air outlet pipeline.

A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that: a door seal is arranged between the shell and the front flange of the clothes treating cylinder, and the air outlet end of the air outlet pipeline is connected with the door seal, so that the external atmosphere irradiated by the light plasma tube in the air chamber is blown into the clothes treating cylinder through the air outlet pipeline.

A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that: the front part of the clothes treating cylinder is provided with an opening, a second air inlet hole is formed in the position, opposite to the upper side of the front part of the clothes treating cylinder, of the upper part of the door seal, and the air outlet pipeline is communicated with the opening of the front part of the clothes treating cylinder through the second air inlet hole;
preferably, the air outlet pipeline is provided with an air outlet valve for controlling the opening and closing of the air outlet pipeline.

A laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: the air chamber is also internally provided with a fan which is used for sucking external atmosphere into the air chamber through an air inlet of the air chamber and discharging the external atmosphere irradiated by the light plasma tube in the air chamber into an air outlet pipeline through an air outlet of the air chamber;
preferably, the air chamber is connected with an air inlet valve for controlling the opening and closing of an air inlet of the air chamber and/or an air outlet valve for controlling the opening and closing of an air outlet of the air chamber, so that the air chamber can be opened and closed.
8. A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that: the fan is arranged at one side of the air inlet close to the air chamber, and the light plasma tube is arranged at one side of the air outlet close to the air chamber.

10. A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 9, characterized in that: the photoplasma is an ultraviolet light pipe having UVC ultraviolet and/or UVD ultraviolet bands.
