A process for preparing a paraffinic oil modifier according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising: irradiating 80-120 parts by weight of paraffin oil under the illumination with the wavelength of 280-350nm, introducing 40-44% by weight of chlorine during the illumination, simultaneously adding 0.01-0.03 part by weight of catalyst to perform deacidification reaction, adding 0.1-0.2 part by weight of stabilizer, and stopping the reaction when the chlorine content of the paraffin oil is 40-44%, thus obtaining the paraffin oil modifier.
8. A water-resistant paint comprising the paraffin oil modifier as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the water-resistant paint comprises a liquid material and a powder material, each comprising the following components in parts by weight:
the liquid material comprises the following components:
750-850 parts of emulsion;
2-4 parts of bactericide;
5-8 parts of a defoaming agent;
20-50 parts of plasticizer;
50-80 parts of paraffin oil modifier;
120-160 parts of water;
the powder comprises the following components:
100-300 parts of cement;
700-900 parts of heavy calcium carbonate;
0.2-0.4 part of water reducer;
0.3-0.5 part of retarder.
9. The waterproof coating according to claim 8, wherein the emulsion is one or more of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion and an acrylic emulsion.
10. The water-resistant coating according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the bactericide is an isothiazolinone derivative.
11. The waterproof coating according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the defoamer is one or more of mineral oils, silicones, polyethers.
12. The water-resistant coating according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the plasticizer is dioctyl terephthalate.
13. The waterproof paint according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the cement is any one of Portland cement and aluminum sulfate cement.
14. The waterproof coating according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the heavy weight is any one or more of 200 mesh, 280 mesh and 380 mesh calcium carbonate.
15. The waterproof coating according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the water reducing agent is one or more of lignin sulfonate water reducing agent, naphthalene water reducing agent, aliphatic water reducing agent, amino water reducing agent, and polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.
16. The waterproof coating according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the retarder is one or more of sodium citrate, sodium gluconate and tartaric acid.
17. A method of preparing a water-resistant coating according to any one of claims 8 to 16, comprising:
the paraffin oil modifier is added with plasticizer according to a certain proportion to obtain paraffin oil composite modifier, then a proper amount of paraffin oil composite modifier is added into the mixed solution of emulsion, water, defoamer and bactericide to obtain liquid material component, and cement, heavy calcium, tartaric acid and water reducer are mixed according to a certain proportion to obtain powder material component.
Mixing the liquid material and the powder material in parts by weight, and stirring for 0.5-20min at the rotating speed of 800-2000r/min to obtain the waterproof coating.
