Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the strength, the elongation and the paying-off speed of the optical cable material are improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber-insulated-wire cable jackets, in particular to an SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene) base material for a butterfly-shaped rubber-insulated-wire cable and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The optical cable sheath is mainly used for facilitating optical cable laying and transportation, when the optical cable leaves the factory, each shaft can be coiled for 2-3 km, when the optical cable is laid for a long distance, the optical cables of different shafts are required to be connected, and when the optical cables of two shafts are connected, fusion connection is carried out in the optical cable sheath. Mainly comprises a polyethylene sheath, a steel or aluminum bonding sheath and a 53-type sheath. The elongation of the material is an important index of the cable sheath material, the cable is easy to crack due to insufficient elongation of the material, and the cable is easy to damage in the construction process. The existing optical cable sheath material is basically produced by modifying EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) as a main base material, and has the advantages of high cost, low tensile strength and elongation redundancy and low extrusion paying-off speed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide an SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene) substrate sheath material for a butterfly-shaped rubber-covered optical cable and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the SEBS substrate sheath material for the butterfly rubber-insulated-wire cable comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 6-10% of SEBS, 10-14% of white oil, 10-14% of LLDPE, 6-8% of compatilizer, 0.2-0.5% of antioxidant, 0.2-0.5% of lubricant, 0.2-0.5% of EBS, 60-65% of calcium powder and 0.5-1.5% of black matrix.
A preparation method of an SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene) substrate sheath material of a butterfly rubber-insulated-wire cable comprises the following steps:
s1, starting an internal mixer to preheat, then sending SEBS and white oil into the internal mixer according to the proportion to carry out plasticating, mixing rubber for 6-8min, then adding LLDPE, a compatilizer, an antioxidant, a lubricant and EBS into the internal mixer according to the proportion, accelerating banburying by calcium powder and black masterbatch, and simultaneously improving the antioxidant and lubricity of a sheath material, and mixing for 15-30min to form a mixed rubber group;
s2, conveying the mixed rubber mass into a double-screw extrusion granulator, and then extruding and granulating.
As an improvement, the material comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 7-9% of SEBS, 11-13% of white oil, 11-13% of LLDPE, 6-7% of compatilizer, 0.2-0.4% of antioxidant, 0.2-0.4% of lubricant, 0.3-0.4% of EBS, 60-62% of calcium powder and 0.8-1.2% of black masterbatch.
As an improvement, the material comprises the following substances in percentage by mass: 8% of SEBS, 12% of white oil, 12% of LLDPE, 6% of compatilizer, 0.3% of antioxidant, 0.4% of lubricant, 0.3% of EBS, 60% of calcium powder and 1% of black matrix.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the materials and the formula of the SEBS base material are matched, and the SEBS base material has the characteristics of good ultraviolet stability, good antioxidant property, good thermal stability and the like, so that the SEBS base material is insensitive to temperature when no obvious shearing flow exists during heating, the organic solution of the SEBS oil blend can replace a natural latex product, and the strength, the elongation and the paying-off speed of the optical cable material are greatly improved.
