Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Mining trucks are a type of heavy dump truck used to accomplish the tasks of rock-to-earth stripping and ore transportation, which operate primarily in surface mines. An electric mining truck is one type of mining truck. The electric mining truck is provided with a steering power assisting system, and the steering power assisting system can provide steering power for the electric mining truck when a driver rotates the steering wheel of the electric mining truck, so that the driver can successfully rotate the steering wheel of the electric mining truck.
At present, only one set of power-assisted steering unit (comprising a power supply device, a control device and a steering power device) is arranged in the power-assisted steering system, so that when at least one of the power supply device and the control device in the set of power-assisted steering unit fails, the power-assisted steering system cannot provide power-assisted steering for the electric mining truck. The electric mining truck mainly works in rugged and dangerous mines, and if the electric mining truck loses steering assistance, safety accidents are easy to occur.
Based on the above, how to improve the stability of the steering power output by the steering power assisting system so as to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents caused by the fact that the driver is not driving the steering wheel of the electric mining truck as much as possible becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a steering power assisting system of an electric mining truck and the electric mining truck. The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a steering assist system of an electric mining truck according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of a steering assist system of an electric mining truck according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a steering assist system of an embodiment of the present specification includes:
a first steering assist unit 11 and a second steering assist unit 12.
The first steering assist unit 11 may be provided therein with a first power supply device 111, an electric switch 112, a first control device 113, and a first steering power device 114. A first motor 1111 and a first oil pump 1112 may be provided in the first steering power unit 114. Wherein, the electric switch 112 is electrically connected with the first motor 1111 of the first power supply device 111 and the first steering power device 114, and the electric switch 112 is also electrically connected with the first control device 113.
The second power supply device 121, the second control device 122, and the second steering power device 123 may be provided in the second steering power unit 12. The second steering power device 123 may be provided therein with a second motor 1211 and a second oil pump 1212. Wherein the second power supply device 121 and the second control device 122 are electrically connected to the first control device 113, respectively, and the second control device 122 is also electrically connected to the second motor 1211 in the second power supply device 121 and the second steering power device 123, respectively.
In this embodiment of the present disclosure, after the electric mining truck is started, the second power steering unit 12 provides power for the electric mining truck by default, that is, the second power supply device 121 supplies power to the second control device 122, the second control device 122 controls the running state of the second power steering device 123, after the second power steering device 123 is started, it is able to provide power for the electric mining truck (specifically, referring to fig. 2, after the second power steering device 123 is started, hydraulic oil in a hydraulic oil tank of the electric mining truck is driven to flow to a hydraulic steering device of the electric mining truck through the hydraulic oil pipeline 21, the hydraulic steering device guides the power for steering into the power steering cylinder 22 of the electric mining truck, so that a cylinder piston rod of the power steering cylinder 22 starts to perform telescopic motion to drive a steering push rod of the front steering axle assembly 23 to rotate, and in the process of rotating the steering push rod, the steering wheel of the electric mining truck can be driven to rotate, so as to realize steering of the vehicle. The steering assistance is specifically hydraulic oil, and the flow direction of the steering assistance is indicated by an arrow in fig. 2.
When either second power supply device 121 or second control device 122 fails, second steering assist unit 12 is unable to continue to provide steering assist to the electric mining truck, and therefore, first control device 113 may be configured to control electric switch 112 to close upon detection of a failure of either of second power supply device 121 and second control device 122. After electric switch 112 is closed, first power supply device 111 supplies power to first steering power device 114, so that first steering power device 114 provides steering assistance to the electric mining truck instead of second steering power device 123.
According to the technical scheme, when the second steering power assisting unit 12 stops providing steering power for the electric mining truck, the first steering power assisting unit 11 is controlled to provide steering power for the electric mining truck, so that the steering power outputted by the steering power assisting system is more stable, and the situation that the electric mining truck is in safety accidents due to the fact that the steering power assisting is lost is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first power supply device 111 may be a storage battery, and the output voltage of the first power supply device 111 is a low voltage that does not cause damage to the human body, for example, the output voltage of the first power supply device 111 may be 24V. The first control device 113 may be a vehicle controller (Vehicle control unit, VCU). The electrical switch 112 may be a low voltage relay. The first motor 1111 may be a direct current motor.
And, the second steering assist unit may be a steering assist system mounted in an electric mining truck in the related art for providing steering assist to the electric mining truck, and its constituent parts will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first steering assist unit 11 is further provided with a check valve 24. The steering assist output from the first steering power unit 114 passes through the check valve 24 and flows to the electric mining truck. Thus, the reverse flow of the steering assist force can be prevented.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, when the speed of the electric mining truck is low, if the electric mining truck loses steering assistance, the electric mining truck will not be subjected to safety accidents; when the speed of the electric mining truck is high, if the electric mining truck loses steering assistance, the electric mining truck is prone to safety accidents. Therefore, when the vehicle speed of the electric mining truck is high, the stability of the steering assist force output by the steering assist system needs to be improved; when the vehicle speed of the electric mining truck is low, the first steering assist unit 11 can be prevented from providing steering assist to the electric mining truck, so that the energy consumption of the first power supply device in the first steering assist unit 11 can be reduced.
Based on this, in the present embodiment, first control device 113 may also consider the vehicle speed of the electric mining truck when determining whether to control first steering assist unit 11 to provide steering assist to the electric mining truck. Specifically, when it is detected that the second steering assist unit 12 stops providing steering assist to the electric mining truck, the first control device 113 may be configured to determine whether the vehicle speed of the electric mining truck is greater than a preset speed threshold, so as to obtain a determination result. If the judgment result shows that the speed of the electric mining truck is greater than the preset speed threshold, the first control device 113 controls the first steering assistance unit 11 to provide steering assistance for the electric mining truck.
The preset speed threshold may be set by those skilled in the art according to practical situations, for example, the preset speed threshold is 2Km/h.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first control device 113 may be electrically connected to only the second power supply device 121 or the second control device 122. If the first control device 113 is electrically connected to the second power supply device 121 only, the first control device 113 may be configured to control the first steering assist unit 11 to provide steering assist to the electric mining truck when receiving the power supply stopping information sent by the second power supply device 121 (i.e. when detecting that the second power supply device 121 fails); if the first control device 113 is electrically connected to only the second control device 122, the first control device 113 may be configured to control the first steering assist unit 11 to provide steering assist to the electric mining truck when detecting that the second control device 122 fails.
