Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bamboo processing, in particular to a production method of a bamboo highway protective fence.
Background
Bamboo processing and utilization has achieved tremendous success over the past decades, and has provided people with a variety of living, production products and decorative articles. However, with the technical development of wood products, bamboo processed products face problems of high processing cost, low yield and insufficient utilization of superior characteristics of bamboo itself, which limits further development thereof. For example, bamboo has high longitudinal strength, good toughness and strong shock resistance, so that the bamboo has advantages in the production of bamboo toothpicks, bamboo chopsticks, automobile bottom boards and container boards, but is not applied to the production of highway protective railings in another important field. Patent application with publication number CN1958274A discloses an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene highway guardrail material and a manufacturing method thereof; patent application with publication number CN 104629215A discloses a novel polymer automobile crash barrier material; patent application with publication number of CN107176810A discloses an environment-friendly ecological stone-like guardrail material and a preparation method thereof, and the three patent applications do not show the technology of bamboo in the aspect of highway guardrail production.
Technical data on the production of highway barriers from bamboo is not reported from other technical literature, including treatises. Although the existing highway protective guard plays an important role in vehicle driving safety and reducing casualties and vehicle loss, a large number of accidents with insufficient protection still occur, such as serious injury or death of domestic personnel caused by the fact that guardrails penetrate through a carriage, and the subsequent problems of incapability of opening a vehicle door caused by the fact that the protective guard is seriously bent due to insufficient toughness of the protective guard until the vehicle is blocked and pressed. At present, a production method of the highway protective fence with reasonable price and excellent performance is lacking.

For the same type of bamboo chips, the bamboo chips are classified into two types according to the length of the bamboo chips, one type is long bamboo chips, the length of the long bamboo chips exceeds the standard length (the standard length is 4320 mm) by 20mm, and the other type is short bamboo chips, the length of the short bamboo chips exceeds the standard required material width (including the arc length in the width direction and the plane width at each angle, and the total of 540mm (two waveforms) and 850mm (three waveforms)) by 30mm.
Step two: the bamboo chips after the first step are woven or sewn into a bamboo curtain by using a rope, and the thickness of the rope after being pressed by 10N/cm is required to be not more than 0.13mm, so that the influence of the rope on the gluing performance of the bamboo in the mould pressing process is reduced; for long bamboo chips, the weaving width of the long bamboo chips is 50mm which exceeds the standard width arc-shaped length (540 mm (two waveforms) and 850mm (three waveforms)) of the guard rail, the weaving width of the short bamboo chips is 40mm which exceeds the length (4320 mm) of the guard rail, the smaller and better the distance between the single-chip layers and the single-chip layers is, the weaving or stitching widths are as consistent as possible, the same type of bamboo chips are required to be woven or stitched into a bamboo curtain by using ropes, the spacing of the ropes for weaving or stitching is not more than 220mm, the weaving rope spacing of the same product close to the bamboo green is minimum, the intermediate value of bamboo flesh is the maximum, the error between each layer in the later paving and molding processes is met, the cutting amount is reduced, and raw materials are saved.
