Description

Cleaning device and cleaning method for protective sleeve of temperature measuring element
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary tools of temperature measuring elements, in particular to a cleaning device and a cleaning method for a protective sleeve of a temperature measuring element.
Background
Most of the thermal resistors or thermocouple elements are used as temperature measuring elements in modern factories, the temperature measuring elements are arranged inside the protective sleeves, the protective sleeves have strict insertion depth requirements according to the thickness of a pipeline or the size of the inner space of a container, the insertion depth of the protective sleeves at some parts is even more than 1 meter, the inner diameters of the protective sleeves are smaller, most of the diameters are about 6mm, the protective sleeves are generally welded at the tops or the sides of the pipeline and the container, once impurities entering the interiors of the protective sleeves directly influence the accuracy of measurement, impurities are difficult to clean due to the installation direction of the protective sleeves and the narrow space inside the protective sleeves, particularly high-temperature media are measured, and the impurities inside the protective sleeves are deteriorated, coagulated and accumulated to scale under the influence of high temperature, so that the cleaning difficulty is increased. The accumulation of impurities causes that the temperature measuring element cannot be inserted into the bottom of the protective sleeve and cannot be fully contacted with the protective sleeve, and the real temperature of the measured medium at the reaction position cannot be reacted in real time, so that adverse effects are caused on the control, safety and economy of a production system.
At present, impurities in the protection sleeve are generally removed by methods such as compressed air blowing, hairbrush cleaning, spoon-shaped tool external drawing and the like in various industries, but the methods can only remove floating ash and cannot remove intractable impurities which deteriorate, solidify, accumulate scale and rust in the high-temperature environment in the protection sleeve.
For the problems in the related art, no effective solution has been proposed at present.
