The hardness of the polishing mechanism 21-2 is higher than the adhesion strength of dental calculus, so that dental calculus adhered to teeth and soft scale on the surfaces of the teeth can be polished and fallen off conveniently, but the hardness of the polishing mechanism 21-2 is lower than the hardness of dental enamel, and the polishing mechanism 21-2 can be ensured not to damage the dental enamel in the polishing process.
The grinding mechanism 21-2 is cylindrical, conical or funnel-shaped. The polishing mechanism 21-2 can be arranged into different shapes according to the positions of teeth to be polished, for example, the large-area polishing of the tooth surface can be realized by a cylindrical shape or a funnel shape, and the adjacent surfaces of the teeth can be realized by a cone shape. In use, those skilled in the art can design various shapes as desired, and applicant does not exemplify these but does not depart from the scope of the invention.
The polishing mechanism 21-3 is funnel-shaped and is made of elastic materials. The polishing mechanism 21-3 is usually a funnel type, and polishes the tooth surface in a high-speed rotation state by rubbing the large end surface of the funnel made of an elastic material against the tooth surface.
The massage mechanism 21-4 has a smooth surface and is made of a soft elastic material. The massage mechanism 21-4 is usually made of elastic materials, such as silica gel, TPU, etc., and is used for massaging soft tissues or mucosa tissues such as gums, tongue bodies, etc. by vibration or back and forth sliding, etc., so as to promote blood circulation and achieve the effect of gum health care. The massage mechanism 21-4 may be designed in various shapes such as spherical, ellipsoidal, hemispherical, etc., but in order to prevent damage to soft tissues or mucous membranes during massage, the massage heads 21-41 of the massage mechanism 21-4 generally have smooth surfaces.
The host 1 is also provided with a storage bin 17. The rear end of the main body 1 may be provided with the storage compartment 17 so as to store the unused work head 21 in the storage compartment 17.
The multi-functional oral cleaning and cosmetic device 100 further comprises a protective cover 3. When not in use, the protective cover 3 can protect the working part 2, ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the working part 2 and prevent the working part 2 from being accidentally damaged.

The working head 21 is detachably arranged on the conducting mechanism 22 through threaded connection; the outside of the connecting part 21-7 of the working head 21 is provided with a motion thread 21-71, the motion thread 21-71 forms a motion bearing mechanism 21-5 and a locking mechanism 21-6, the motion conduction protection mechanism 22-1 is a motion conduction protection sleeve 22-11, the inner side of the motion conduction protection sleeve 22-11 is provided with a conduction thread 22-11-3 matched with the motion thread 21-71, and the conduction thread 22-11-3 forms a motion conduction mechanism 22-11-2 and a locking mechanism 22-2; the driving mechanism 14 drives the working head 21 to rotate, the rotation direction is the same as the screwing direction of the moving screw thread 21-71 and the conducting screw thread 22-11-3, it is guaranteed that the moving screw thread 21-71 and the conducting screw thread 22-11-3 are always in a screwing connection state in the rotation process of the working head 21, the moving screw thread 21-71 and the conducting screw thread 22-11-3 are mutually matched to lock the working head 21 and the conducting mechanism 22, after the driving mechanism 14 stops working, the moving screw thread 21-71 and the conducting screw thread 22-11-3 are reversely rotated to unlock the working head 21 and the conducting mechanism 22, therefore, in the working state of the driving mechanism 14, the moving screw thread 21-71 and the conducting screw thread 22-11-3 are mutually matched to form the locking mechanism 22-2, and when the driving mechanism 14 stops working, the moving screw thread 21-71 and the conducting screw thread 22-11-3 are mutually matched to form the unlocking mechanism 22-3.
The applicant has only specifically described two specific structures of the male-female snap fit and the threaded connection, and in practical application, those skilled in the art may design different structures or different connection modes according to the needs, which are not illustrated herein, but do not depart from the scope of the present application.
When in use, the toothbrush mechanism 21-1 is firstly arranged, then the gear button 13-11-2 is pressed for a long time, the indicator lamp 13-12-1 is lightened, the multifunctional oral cavity cleaning and beautifying device 100 is started, the gear button 13-11-2 is pressed according to the requirement, and the movement speed required by the driving mechanism 14 is selected. Then the toothbrush mechanism 21-1 is put into the oral cavity, the action control switch 13-2 is pressed, and the gear transmission mechanism 14-1 of the driving mechanism 14 drives the toothbrush mechanism 21-1 to rotate, so that teeth are cleaned. After cleaning, the toothbrush mechanism 21-1 is removed, the polishing mechanism 21-2 is replaced, teeth are polished, calculus and soft scale on the surfaces of the teeth are cleaned, and then the polishing mechanism 21-3 is replaced to polish the surfaces of the teeth. After the teeth are cleaned, the massaging mechanism 21-4 is replaced, and the massaging heads 21-41 are used for massaging soft tissues such as gums and mucous membrane tissues, so that the blood circulation is promoted, and the oral health is ensured. After all the treatments, the working head 21 can be cleaned and then put into the storage bin for storage.
The multifunctional oral cavity cleaning and caring device of the present invention comprises a main machine 1 and a working part 2. The working part 2 comprises a working head 21 and a conducting mechanism 22, and the working head 21 is detachably arranged on the conducting mechanism 22; the host 1 comprises a power supply system 11, a circuit system 12, a control system 13, a driving mechanism 14 and a shell 15; the power supply system 11, the control system 13 and the driving mechanism 14 are connected together through the circuit system 12; the working part 2 is connected to the toothbrush driving mechanism 14 via the conduction mechanism 22, and is mounted on the main body 1. The working head 21 is driven by the driving mechanism 14 to clean, massage and/or beautify teeth, gums and/or tongue in the oral cavity. The working head 21 can be the toothbrush mechanism 21-1, the polishing mechanism 21-2, the polishing mechanism 21-3 or the massaging mechanism 21-4, and teeth and gums can be cleaned, polished and massaged by switching different working heads 21, so that the purposes of oral cavity cleaning and oral cavity beautifying can be achieved. The illumination system 16 may provide illumination within the oral cavity during operation, facilitating viewing of the operation. The front protective cover 22-51 and the rear protective seat 22-52 of the fixed protective mechanism 22-5 are connected together through concave-convex card matching, the connection mode of concave-convex card matching can well ensure effective connection between the front protective cover 22-51 and the rear protective seat 22-52, a good fixed protective effect is achieved on the movement steering mechanism 22-4, meanwhile, a certain movement space and elasticity are provided between the positioning block 22-52-1 and the positioning groove 22-51-1, a certain adjustment space is provided between the front protective cover 22-51 and the rear protective seat 22-52, and the front protective cover 22-51 and the rear protective seat 22-52 are not broken or separated due to large torsion between the movement steering mechanism 22-4, so that the use process is safer.

Example 1: the invented multifunctional oral cavity cleaning and beautifying device with concave-convex card matching connection
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the multifunctional oral cleaning and cosmetic device of the present invention comprises a main body 1 and a working portion 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 1-2, the working part 2 includes a working head 21 and a conducting mechanism 22, and the working head 21 is detachably disposed on the conducting mechanism 22.
The host 1 comprises a power supply system 11, a circuit system 12, a control system 13, a driving mechanism 14 and a shell 15; the power supply system 11, the control system 13 and the driving mechanism 14 are connected together through the circuit system 12; the working part 2 is connected to the toothbrush driving mechanism 14 via the conduction mechanism 22, and is mounted on the main body 1.
In this embodiment, the conduction mechanism 22 includes a motion conduction protection mechanism 22-1, a locking mechanism 22-2, an unlocking mechanism 22-3, a motion steering mechanism 22-4, and a fixed protection mechanism 22-5.
The motion steering mechanism 22-4 is connected with the motion conduction protection mechanism 22-1 to drive the motion conduction protection mechanism 22-1 to move;

The motion transmission protection mechanism 22-1 can provide protection for the connection part 21-4 of the working head 21 while driving the working head 21 to move, and the transmission of the motion after the steering of the motion steering mechanism 22-4 is more stable.
The unlocking mechanism 22-3 can release the connection between the working head 21 and the motion transmission protection mechanism 22-1, and the detachable connection between the working head 21 and the motion transmission protection mechanism 22-1 is realized.
The fixing protection mechanism 22-5 can perform a good fixing protection function on the motion steering mechanism 22-4, and even if the motion steering mechanism 22-4 has large torque due to unexpected situations, the phenomena such as offset and damage are not easy to occur.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in this embodiment, the front protection cover 22-51 and the rear protection seat 22-52 are connected together by a male-female snap fit; the front protective cover 22-51 is provided with a positioning groove 22-51-1, the rear protective seat 22-52 is provided with a positioning block 22-52-1, and the positioning block 22-52-1 is inlaid in the positioning groove 22-51-1, so that the front protective cover 22-51 and the rear protective seat 22-52 can be connected together. The concave-convex card matching connection mode can well ensure the effective connection between the front protective cover 22-51 and the rear protective seat 22-52, and meanwhile, due to the fact that a certain movement space and elasticity are provided between the positioning block 22-52-1 and the positioning groove 22-51-1, a certain adjustment space is provided between the front protective cover 22-51 and the rear protective seat 22-52, and the front protective cover 22-51 and the rear protective seat 22-52 cannot be broken or separated due to the fact that a large torsion force is generated between the movement steering mechanism 22-4.
The front protective cover 22-51 and the rear protective base 22-52 may also be coupled together by a female threaded engagement, and/or an interference fit. The applicant only enumerates the three connection modes, and in practical application, those skilled in the art can design various connection modes according to needs, and the applicant does not exemplify the connection modes herein, but does not depart from the protection scope of the application.
In this embodiment, the motion-conducting protective mechanism 22-1 is a motion-conducting protective sleeve 22-11.
Referring to fig. 10 and 10-1, the motion-conducting protective sleeve 22-11 includes a protective passage 22-11-1 and a motion-conducting mechanism 22-11-2, and a connecting portion 21-7 of the working head 21 is provided in the protective passage 22-11-1.
The working head 21 is provided with a motion bearing mechanism 21-5; the motion receiving mechanism 21-5 can receive the motion conducted by the motion conducting protection mechanism 22-1.
In this embodiment, the motion receiving mechanism 21-5 is a motion conducting convex step 21-51, and motion conduction is achieved between the motion conducting convex step 21-51 and the motion conducting mechanism 22-11-2 through concave-convex card matching.
The connecting part 21-7 of the working head 21 is also provided with a locking mechanism 21-6; the locking mechanism 21-6 and the locking mechanism 22-2 cooperate with each other to enable connection between the working head 21 and the conducting mechanism 22. In this embodiment, the locking mechanism 21-6 is a locking groove 21-61.
In this embodiment, the locking mechanism 22-2 is a locking spring 22-21. The unlocking mechanism 22-3 is an unlocking key 22-31, and the unlocking key 22-31 comprises a wedge-shaped unlocking block 22-31-1.
Referring to fig. 11, the locking spring 22-21 includes a locking leg 22-21-1, and a locking groove 21-61 is provided at an end of the connecting portion 21-7. Under the action of no external force, the locking feet 22-21-1 are folded and embedded in the locking grooves 21-61, the working head 21 is fixedly connected to the motion transmission protection mechanism 22-1, when the unlocking key 22-31 is pressed, the wedge-shaped unlocking block 22-31-1 moves towards the locking spring 22-31, under the action of the wedge-shaped unlocking block 22-31-1, the locking feet 22-21-1 are unfolded and leave the locking grooves 21-61, and the connection between the working head 21 and the motion transmission protection mechanism 22-1 is released.
Referring to fig. 10 and 10-1, in the present embodiment, the motion steering mechanism 22-4 is a bevel gear mechanism 22-41.
The bevel gear mechanism 22-41 is provided with an upper bevel gear 22-41-1 and a lower bevel gear 22-41-2. The bevel gear mechanism 22-41 realizes the transmission of motion in 90-degree transverse steering through the meshing motion of the upper bevel gear and the lower bevel gear. The bevel gear mechanisms 22-41 are the most commonly used motion-diverting and conduction mechanisms today.
The upper bevel gear 22-41-1 and the motion-conduction protection mechanism 22-1 are coupled together. The upper bevel gear 22-41-1 drives the motion transmission protection mechanism 22-1 to move.
In this embodiment, the upper bevel gear 22-41-1 and the motion transmission protecting mechanism 22-1 are integrally manufactured, thereby better ensuring the transmission of motion.
The working part 2 is detachably or non-detachably connected to the host computer 1.
In this embodiment, the working part 2 and the main unit 1 are integrally manufactured, so that water and dust resistance can be better ensured.
The working part 2 is provided with a housing 23, and the housing 23 comprises a front cover 23-2 and a base 23-3.
In this embodiment, the front cover 23-2 and the base 23-3 are connected together by a male-female snap fit.
The front cover 23-2 and the base 23-3 may also be coupled together by a threaded joint, and/or an interference fit. The applicant only enumerates the three connection modes, and in practical application, those skilled in the art can design various connection modes according to needs, and the applicant does not exemplify the connection modes herein, but does not depart from the protection scope of the application.
In this embodiment, the unlocking key 22-31 of the conducting mechanism 22 is disposed on the base 23-3, and pressing the unlocking key 22-31 can release the connection between the working head 21 and the conducting mechanism 22. The unlocking keys 22-31 are designed to allow easy replacement of the working head 21 without dismantling the housing 23.
The unlocking key 22-31 is lower than the outer surface of the base 22-3. The unlocking key 22-31 is lower than the outer surface of the base 22-3, so that the working head 21 can be effectively prevented from being separated from the conducting mechanism 22 under the unexpected condition due to the false touch in the use process, and the use process is safer.
The housing 23 is integrally formed with the housing 15 of the main unit 1, and can be more effectively waterproof and dustproof.
In practical application, the working part 2 can also be detachably connected to the host computer 1, and is directly replaced in the use process, so that the device is more sanitary and convenient.
The working head 21 is driven by the driving mechanism 14 to clean, massage and/or beautify teeth, gums and/or tongue in the oral cavity. The driving mechanism 14 can drive the working head 21 to generate various motions according to the requirement, such as rotation, sonic vibration or directional swing when brushing teeth; when polishing the tooth surface, the tooth surface rotates or slides back and forth along the plane; when massage is required, vibration or rotation is generated. In practical applications, the driving mechanism 14 may be designed in different driving manners according to needs, which are not illustrated herein, but do not depart from the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 14 includes a gear transmission mechanism 14-1 and a driving motor 14-2. The driving motor 14-2 drives the gear transmission mechanism 14-1 to move, and further drives the working head 21 to move.
Referring to fig. 13 and 13-1, the gear train 14-1 includes a reduction gear mechanism 14-11. Because the rotational speed of the output of the driving motor 14-2 is generally high, the gear transmission mechanism 14-1 is the reduction gear mechanism 14-11, so as to adapt to the rotational speed requirement in the oral cleaning process, and the rotational speed of the output of the driving motor 14-2 can be reduced to a slow rotational speed required in the oral cleaning and beautifying processes.
To ensure the deceleration effect, in the present embodiment, the deceleration gear mechanism 14-11 is the multi-stage deceleration gear mechanism 14-11-1, and three-stage deceleration is possible.
The reduction gear mechanism 14-11 moves the conduction mechanism 22. The reduction gear mechanism 14-11 is connected with the lower bevel gear 22-41-2 to drive the lower bevel gear 22-41-2 to rotate, the lower bevel gear 22-41-2 drives the upper bevel gear 22-41-1 to rotate, the axial rotation direction is converted into the transverse rotation direction, and the working head 21 is driven to move through the motion transmission protection mechanism 22-1 to clean and beautify the oral cavity.
Referring to fig. 1-6, in order to ensure effective fixation of the driving motor 14-2 in the housing 15, the host 1 is provided with a fixing bracket 18 in the housing 15, and the driving motor 14-2 and the power system 11 are installed in a positioning groove of the fixing bracket 18 and further fix the driving motor 14-2 through a fixing cover plate 18-1.
Referring to fig. 1-2 and 1-4, in this embodiment, the host 1 is further provided with a lighting system 16. The illumination system 16 is capable of illuminating the interior of the oral cavity during use.
The lighting system 16 includes a light source 16-1, and the control system 13 controls the light source 16-1 to be turned on and off.
The light source 16-1 is preferably an LED light source, and compared with a general illumination light source, the LED light source has the characteristics of small volume, high luminous efficiency, strong light source directivity, and the like, and particularly has the advantage in terms of safety, which is incomparable with the general light source. Firstly, the LED light source is powered by low-voltage direct current, and the power supply voltage is only 6 to 24V; secondly, mercury is not added into the LED light source, so that the harm such as poisoning and the like to a human body can be avoided; in addition, more importantly, the LED light source is a cold light source, can not seriously generate heat in the working process, can be touched safely, and can not cause unexpected high-temperature scalding to a human body.
1-2 and 1-5, the control system 13 is a ring-shaped control system 13-1, and the ring-shaped control system 13-1 comprises a speed adjusting device 13-11, an indicating device 13-12 and a ring-shaped display device 13-13; the annular display devices 13-13 are capable of displaying the magnitude of the speed of movement of the drive mechanism 14.
Referring to fig. 1-7, the pressure adjusting device 13-11 comprises a control chip 13-11-1 and a gear button 13-11-2, the indicating device 13-12 is an indicating lamp 13-12-1, and the annular display device 13-13 comprises an annular light-transmitting window 13-13-1 and a shading baffle 13-13-2; the gear button 13-11-2 is arranged in the middle of an annular ring formed by the annular light-transmitting window 13-13-1; the shift button 13-11-2 is pressed, the indicator lamp 13-12-1 is sequentially lightened, and the indicator lamp is sequentially transmitted out of the light-transmitting window 13-13-1 to display the movement speed of the driving mechanism 14.

The toothbrush mechanism 21-1 can be designed into different special toothbrushes according to different clinical requirements, such as toothbrushes with different structural characteristics, such as special orthodontic period, special periodontal disease treatment period, special dental implant, etc., the applicant just enumerates the toothbrushes, in practical application, the person skilled in the art can design different toothbrushes according to the requirements, the applicant does not exemplify the toothbrushes, and the applicant does not depart from the protection scope of the application.
The polishing mechanism 21-2 has a hardness that is higher than the attachment strength of dental calculus, but lower than the hardness of dental enamel. The hardness of the polishing mechanism 21-2 is higher than the adhesion strength of dental calculus, so that dental calculus adhered to teeth and soft scale on the surfaces of the teeth can be polished and fallen off conveniently, but the hardness of the polishing mechanism 21-2 is lower than the hardness of dental enamel, and the polishing mechanism 21-2 can be ensured not to damage the dental enamel in the polishing process.
The grinding mechanism 21-2 is cylindrical (refer to fig. 1), conical (refer to fig. 3), or funnel-shaped. The polishing mechanism 21-2 can be arranged into different shapes according to the positions of teeth to be polished, for example, the large-area polishing of the tooth surface can be realized by a cylindrical shape or a funnel shape, and the adjacent surfaces of the teeth can be realized by a cone shape. In use, those skilled in the art can design various shapes as desired, and applicant does not exemplify these but does not depart from the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, the polishing mechanism 21-3 is funnel-shaped and made of an elastic material. The polishing mechanism 21-3 is usually a funnel type, and polishes the tooth surface in a high-speed rotation state by rubbing the large end surface of the funnel made of an elastic material against the tooth surface.
Referring to fig. 5, the massage head 21-4 of the massage mechanism 21-4 is in a smooth spherical shape and is made of soft elastic material. The massage mechanism 21-4 is usually made of elastic materials, such as silica gel, TPU, etc., and is used for massaging soft tissues or mucosa tissues such as gums, tongue bodies, etc. by vibration or back and forth sliding, etc., so as to promote blood circulation and achieve the effect of gum health care. Then the toothbrush mechanism 21-1 is put into the oral cavity, the action control switch 13-2 is pressed, and the gear transmission mechanism 14-1 of the driving mechanism 14 drives the toothbrush mechanism 21-1 to rotate, so that teeth are cleaned. After cleaning, the unlocking key 22-31 is pressed, the toothbrush mechanism 21-1 is taken down, the polishing mechanism 21-2 is replaced, teeth are polished, dental calculus and soft scale on the surfaces of the teeth are cleaned, and then the polishing mechanism 21-3 is replaced to polish the surfaces of the teeth. After all the treatments, the working head 21 can be cleaned and then put into the storage bin for storage.
In this embodiment, the working head 21 may be the toothbrush mechanism 21-1, the polishing mechanism 21-2, the polishing mechanism 21-3, or the massaging mechanism 21-4, and by switching different working heads 21, teeth and gums can be cleaned, polished, and massaged, so that the purposes of oral cleaning and oral beauty can be achieved. Referring to fig. 14 to 15-1, this embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that in this embodiment, the working head 21 is detachably provided on the conduction mechanism 22 by a screw connection.
Referring to fig. 14-1 and 15, the outside of the connection portion 21-7 of the working head 21 is provided with a moving screw thread 21-71, and the moving screw thread 21-71 constitutes a movement receiving mechanism 21-5 and a locking mechanism 21-6. The motion conduction protection mechanism 22-1 is a motion conduction protection sleeve 22-11, a conduction thread 22-11-3 matched with the motion thread 21-71 is arranged on the inner side of the motion conduction protection sleeve 22-11, and the conduction thread 22-11-3 forms a motion conduction mechanism 22-11-2 and a locking mechanism 22-2.

After the drive mechanism 14 stops working, the moving screw threads 21-71 and the conducting screw threads 22-11-3 are reversely rotated to unlock the working head 21 and the conducting mechanism 22.
Thus, in the operating state of the drive mechanism 14, the moving screw thread 21-71 and the conductive screw thread 22-11-3 cooperate with each other to form the lock mechanism 22-2, and when the drive mechanism 14 is stopped, the moving screw thread 21-71 and the conductive screw thread 22-11-3 cooperate to form the unlock mechanism 22-3.

In this embodiment, the threaded connection mode opposite to the driving mechanism 14 is adopted, so that the operation is simple, and the moving threads 21-71 and the conductive threads 22-11-3 can be ensured to be always in a tightening connection state in the working state of the driving mechanism 14, so that the use process is simple and very safe.
