Fig. 10 illustrates a block diagram of a hemorrhoid surgical dilator in a hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 10, the hemorrhoid surgical dilator includes:
an expansion guide member 510, the middle of which is semi-circular, the first end 511 is one-fourth sphere, and the second end 512 is semi-bell mouth;
a handle 520, wherein one end of the handle 520 is fixed outside the second end 512 of the expansion guide component;
a catheter 530, said catheter 530 being disposed within said expansion guide member 510 and handle 520 and extending outwardly from said expansion guide member first end 511 and said handle 520 at an end remote from said expansion guide member 510;
a balloon 540 is attached to an end of the catheter 530 proximal to the dilation guide member 510.
The hemorrhoid surgical dilator is used in the cases of hemorrhoid surgery and the like which need to provide visual field for the surgery through the dilation affected part, taking hemorrhoid surgery as an example, in hemorrhoid surgery, firstly, the dilation sac 540 and the dilation guide member 510 of the hemorrhoid surgical dilator are sequentially put into the anal canal of a patient, then, liquid is injected into the dilation sac 540 along the catheter 530 until the dilation sac 540 is fully inflated, the anal canal is supported, and then a doctor can perform hemorrhoid ligation operation. The first section 511 of the expansion guide member is in the shape of a quarter sphere with a rounded outer surface for ease of insertion into the patient's affected area. The second end 512 of the expansion guide member is semi-horn shaped and can be snapped onto the exterior of the anal canal during use to facilitate the auxiliary fixation of the expander.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the balloon 540 is spherical when in an expanded state. Fig. 11 is a schematic view showing an operation state of a dilator for hemorrhoid surgery in a hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 11, after the balloon 540 and the balloon guide 510 are introduced into the anal canal of the patient, a liquid such as physiological saline is injected into the catheter 530 using a syringe, and the balloon 540 is inflated as the liquid injection starts, and the balloon is inflated to a spherical shape, thereby achieving the purpose of supporting the anal canal to open the surgical field.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the catheter 530 is provided with a butt joint 531 near one end of the handle. As shown in fig. 10, the docking head 531 has a conical shape, wherein a smaller diameter end is connected to the catheter 530 and the other end is used to dock a syringe or other fluid infusion tool. Further, a sealing ring or a sealing gasket is arranged on the inner side of the butt joint to prevent liquid leakage when the liquid is poured into the guide pipe.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the hemorrhoid surgical dilator further comprises: the illuminating lamp 550 comprises a lamp holder 551 and a buckle 552, wherein the lamp holder 551 is arranged in a circular ring of the buckle 552, and the buckle 552 is detachably connected with the second end 512 of the expansion guide component. When hemorrhoid operation is carried out, a doctor needs to provide illumination for the inside of the anal canal so as to carry out operation, and the illuminating lamp is arranged on the expander, so that the illumination direction is the same as the sight direction of the doctor, the operation vision is enabled to be clearer, the illumination blind area is reduced, and the operation is carried out. Further, the lamp cap 551 uses LED lamp beads, and is powered by a lithium battery or a button battery. Further, the bottom of the buckle 552 is C-shaped, and the diameter of the opening is slightly smaller than the thickness of the second end 512 of the expansion guide member, for example, the thickness of the second end 512 is 0.5mm, the diameter of the opening of the buckle 552 is 0.4mm, and when the illumination lamp is installed, the second end 512 is placed into the opening of the buckle 552 to complete the fixation of the illumination lamp 550.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the handle outer surface is provided with anti-slip stripes 521. The anti-slip stripes may be in the shape of regular depressions or protrusions provided on the outer side surface of the handle 520, or may be in the shape of a bar or ring of plastic or rubber material mounted on the outer side surface of the handle 520.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the expansion guide 510 and the handle are made of resin or stainless steel.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the balloon 540 is made of latex.

Claims (10)

1. A hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly comprises ligature forceps for hemorrhoid surgery and a dilator for hemorrhoid surgery, wherein,
the ligature forceps for hemorrhoid surgery comprises: the left forceps sheet sequentially comprises a wire control ring, a first forceps head, a first pin hole, a first forceps handle and a first finger ring, and the right forceps sheet sequentially comprises a second forceps head, a second pin hole, a second forceps handle and a second finger ring; the left clamp piece and the right clamp piece are hinged through pin shafts inserted into pin holes; the wire control ring is positioned at the top end of the first clamp head and is in a question mark shape, and an opening facing to the lower side is arranged on the side surface of the wire control ring;
the hemorrhoid surgical dilator comprises: the middle part of the expansion guide component is semicircular, the first end of the expansion guide component is in a quarter sphere shape, and the second end of the expansion guide component is in a half horn mouth shape; the handle is fixed at one end of the handle outside the second end of the expansion guide component; the guide tube is arranged inside the expansion guide component and the handle and extends outwards from the first end of the expansion guide component and one end of the handle away from the expansion guide component; and the expansion bag is connected with one end of the catheter close to the expansion guide component.
2. The hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly of claim 1, wherein the first and second binding heads are curved in a direction perpendicular to a plane in which the first and second finger loops lie.
3. The hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly of claim 1, wherein the hemorrhoid surgical ligature forceps further comprises: the first wire clamping component is detachably arranged on the outer sides of the first finger ring and the second finger ring and comprises a wire clamping groove and a buckle, wherein the wire clamping groove is U-shaped, and the distance between the middle grooves is smaller than two ends.
4. The hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly of claim 3, wherein the clasp is provided with a guide structure at one end of the finger ring outer ring.

The hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly of claim 1, wherein the hemorrhoid surgical ligature forceps further comprise: the second wire clamping component is detachably arranged on the outer sides of the first finger ring and the second finger ring and comprises a wire clamping seat and screws, the wire clamping seat is in an h shape, a wire clamping structure is arranged on the side face of the upper portion, and a threaded hole matched with the screws is formed in one end of the outer ring of the finger ring at the lower portion.
6. The hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly of claim 1, wherein the hemorrhoid surgical ligature forceps further comprises: the magnifying glass assembly comprises a lens and a base, and the base is detachably arranged on the first clamp handle or the second clamp handle.
7. The hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly of claim 6, wherein the lens and base are rotatably coupled by a rotating member.
8. The hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly of claim 1, wherein the catheter is provided with a butt joint at an end proximal to the handle.

The hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly of claim 1, wherein the hemorrhoid surgical dilator further comprises: the illuminating lamp comprises a lamp cap and a buckle, wherein the lamp cap is installed in the buckle circular ring, and the buckle is detachably connected with the second end of the expansion guide component.
10. The hemorrhoid surgical instrument assembly of claim 1, wherein the dilation guide member and handle are made of resin or stainless steel and the dilation balloon is made of latex.
