Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a call method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the call method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a payment terminal, or may be executed by a payment application built in the payment terminal, and for convenience of description, the following description will be made with the payment terminal as an execution body in a unified manner.
Specifically, the call method shown in fig. 2 may include the following steps:
In the step S21, in the process of executing the payment operation, in response to the call request for the first object sent by the server, the first user terminal corresponding to the first object displays the first call prompt information and simultaneously displays the second call prompt information.
In some possible embodiments, the payment operation performed by the payment terminal is a payment operation for the first object, and the performing the payment operation is performed from the time when the first object confirms the payment start to the time when the payment end.
For example, if the payment terminal is a terminal for collecting money by scanning a payment code, the payment operation process is an operation section from the start of confirming the payment code of the first object to the end of payment.
For example, if the payment terminal is a terminal for collecting money by face recognition, the payment operation is an operation section from the start of confirmation of the first object by face recognition to the end of payment.
For example, the payment terminal is a terminal for displaying a payment receipt so that the first object performs a scanning payment, and the payment operation procedure is an operation section for determining that the first object scans the payment receipt successfully to start to end the payment.
Similarly, if the payment terminal is a terminal that collects money by recognizing a biometric feature, the payment operation is an operation section from the start of recognizing the biometric feature to the end of payment.
In some possible embodiments, the payment terminal may display the second call prompt information while the first user terminal corresponding to the first object displays the first call prompt information in response to the call request for the first object sent by the server.
The first call prompt information and the second call prompt information are used for prompting the second object to initiate a call request to the first object, the specific content of the first call prompt information and the specific content of the second call prompt information can be the same or different, and the specific content can be determined based on actual application scene requirements and actual settings of the first user terminal and the payment terminal, and the method is not limited.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a scene of displaying call prompt information according to an embodiment of the present application. During the execution of the payment operation for the first object by the payment terminal, the payment terminal may respond to a call request for the first object sent by the server, the call request being initiated by the second object through the second user terminal.
Further, while the first user terminal corresponding to the first object displays the first call prompt information, the payment terminal may display the second call prompt information. The first user terminal displays first call prompt information by responding to a call request sent by the server.
The first call prompt information displayed by the first user terminal and the second call prompt information displayed by the payment terminal can be the same call prompt information, and the first call prompt information and the second call prompt information both comprise an avatar and a voice call prompt of a second object, and the second call prompt information both comprise information such as a connection prompt and a hang-up prompt.
In some possible embodiments, the payment terminal, the first user terminal and the second user terminal are different terminals, and the call request is initiated by the second object to the server through the corresponding second user terminal.
The server is a server which provides services such as data processing and data calculation for the payment terminal, the first user terminal and the second user terminal.
For example, the first user terminal and the second user terminal operate the same communication application, and the server is an application server corresponding to the communication application. The second object can initiate a call request to the first object through a communication application operated by the second user terminal, the call request is sent to the server, the server can send the call request to the communication application operated by the first user terminal after receiving the call request for the first object, and the first call prompt information is displayed through the communication application operated by the first user terminal.
The payment terminal may be a payment terminal corresponding to an application system where the communication application is located, so that after receiving the call request, the server sends the call request to the payment terminal to display the second call prompt information through the payment terminal in a process of executing the payment operation for the first object.
The second object is an associated object of the first object in the communication application, for example, the second object is a contact of the first object in the communication application, which is not limited herein.
For another example, the first user terminal, the second user terminal, and the payment terminal establish communication connection with the server in advance, so that the server can provide data processing services for the first user terminal, the second user terminal, and the payment terminal at the same time.
In this case, the server may receive a call request for the first object initiated by the second object through the second user terminal, and send the call request to the first user terminal corresponding to the first object, so as to display the first call prompt information through the first user terminal. And in the process that the payment terminal executes the payment operation aiming at the first object, sending a passing request to the payment terminal so as to display second communication prompt information through the payment terminal.
For another example, the first user terminal, the second user terminal and the payment terminal are different communication devices, the second object dials a call to the first object through the second user terminal, and at this time, the communication transfer device (such as a base station) may send a call request to the first user terminal corresponding to the first object, so as to display the first call prompt information to the first object. Meanwhile, the communication relay device can send the call request to the payment terminal to display second call prompt information to the first object through the payment terminal under the condition that the payment terminal is determined to be in the process of executing the payment operation aiming at the first object.
In some possible embodiments, the payment terminal may determine whether the first object has payment authority in response to a confirmation payment operation of the first object when performing the payment operation for the first object. If the first object has the payment authority, the payment operation is executed, and if the first object does not have the payment authority, the payment operation is not executed or the first object is prompted to select other payment modes.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4a, fig. 4a is a schematic view of a payment scenario provided in an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 4a, the payment terminal is a terminal for displaying a payment receipt so that a first object performs a scanning payment, and the payment terminal may display the payment receipt in response to a payment operation of the first object. The method comprises the steps of confirming payment operation of a first object, and determining related operation of payment in a code scanning mode for the first object.
After the first object scans the checkout code displayed by the payment terminal through the mobile terminal, the payment terminal may determine object information of the first object, and send the object information of the first object to the server, so that the server performs payment authority verification on the first object based on the object information of the first object. The payment terminal may perform a payment operation in response to the first object having the payment right.
Optionally, in conjunction with fig. 4b, fig. 4b is another schematic view of a payment scenario provided in an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 4b, the payment terminal is a terminal for collecting money by scanning a payment code, and the payment terminal may start scanning the payment code presented by the first object through the mobile terminal in response to a confirmation payment operation of the first object. The payment confirmation operation of the first object is related operation that the first object confirms payment by presenting the payment code.
The payment terminal may scan the payment code displayed by the mobile terminal to obtain object information of the first object. The object information of the first object is further sent to the server, so that the server performs payment authority verification on the first object based on the object information of the first object. The payment terminal may perform a payment operation in response to the first object having the payment right.
Optionally, in conjunction with fig. 4c, fig. 4c is a further schematic view of a payment scenario provided by an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 4c, the payment terminal is a terminal for collecting money through face recognition, and the payment terminal may determine a face image of the first object in response to a confirmation payment operation of the first object. The first object confirms the related operation of paying by adopting a face recognition mode.
After determining the face image of the first object, the payment terminal may send the face image to the server, so that the server performs payment authority verification on the first object based on the face image. The payment operation may be further performed in response to the first object having payment rights to be paid through the face.
When determining the face image of the first object, the payment terminal can determine a target face image with higher image quality of the first object and send the target face image to the server so as to enable the server to verify the payment authority of the first object based on the target face image in order to ensure the accuracy and the high efficiency of face recognition. Further after responding to the first object having the payment authority, a payment operation is performed.
The payment terminal can determine at least one face image of the first object and determine image attributes of the face images. The image attribute of each face image includes at least one of face size, face disinfection, image contrast, image brightness and image definition, and may further include other attributes for characterizing image quality, such as face mask area ratio, face area ratio, and the like, which are not limited herein.
Further, the payment terminal may determine the target face image from the face images based on the image attributes of the face images. For example, for each face image, an attribute score of each image attribute of the face image may be determined, and a sum of attribute scores of the number of images may be determined as an image quality score of the face image, and then the face image with the highest image quality score may be determined as the target face image.
For another example, for each face image, an attribute score for each image attribute of the face image and a weight for each image attribute may be determined. For each image attribute, determining the attribute score of the image attribute based on the attribute score and the corresponding weight of the image attribute, determining the sum of the attribute scores of the number of the images as the image quality score of the face image, and further determining the face image with the highest image quality score as the target face image.
For another example, the face images with the face shielding object area ratio smaller than the preset threshold value or the face images with the face area ratio larger than the preset threshold value or the face images with clear five sense organs can be screened out, then the image quality scores of the face images are determined based on the image attributes of the face images, and the face image with the highest image quality score is determined as the target face image.
It should be specifically noted that the implementation manner of determining the target face image is merely an example, and may be specifically determined based on the actual application scene requirement, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, if the payment terminal is a terminal for collecting money by identifying a biometric feature, the payment terminal may obtain the biometric feature corresponding to the first object in response to the payment confirmation operation of the first object and send the biometric feature to the server, so that the server verifies the payment authority of the first object based on the biometric feature. And the payment terminal may perform a payment operation in response to the first terminal having payment authority.
In some possible embodiments, the payment terminal may acquire the identity confirmation information of the first object from the server and display the identity confirmation information in case that it is determined that the first object has the payment authority, so as to perform the payment operation after the first object confirms the identity information thereof.
The identity confirmation information of the first object includes, but is not limited to, personal identity information such as an identification card number, a name, a personal photo, etc. of the first object, and may also include other related information used for characterizing personal information of the first object, which may be specifically determined based on actual application scene requirements, but is not limited thereto.
For example, in the case that the first user terminal and the second user terminal have the same communication application running, the server is a server corresponding to the communication application, and the payment terminal is a payment terminal corresponding to an application system where the communication application is located, the identity information obtained by the payment terminal from the server may be account information, such as one or more of an application avatar, an account ID, or a personal nickname, corresponding to the communication application, by the first object.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a scenario for displaying identity confirmation information according to an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 5, the payment terminal is a payment terminal corresponding to an application system where communication applications run by the first user terminal and the second user terminal are located. The payment terminal responds to the first object with payment authority, can acquire the head portrait and the nickname of the first object in the communication application from the server, and displays the head portrait and the nickname of the first object in the communication application to the first object so as to enable the first object to further confirm the identity confirmation information.
Further, the payment terminal may determine that the first object has completed confirmation of the identity confirmation information in response to a confirmation operation of the first object with respect to the identity confirmation information, such as in response to a click operation of the first object with respect to the "confirm" touch button, so that the payment operation with respect to the first object may be performed.
In some possible embodiments, after receiving the call request sent by the server, the payment terminal may determine whether the payment terminal has call capability in order to ensure that the payment terminal can normally provide the call service with the second object for the first object. And when the payment terminal is determined to have the call capability, displaying the second call prompt information, and when the payment terminal is determined to not have the call capability, not displaying the second call prompt information and continuing to execute the payment operation.
Specifically, the payment terminal may respond to the call request sent by the server to be a voice call request, and if the payment terminal has the capability of voice collection and playing, the second call prompt information is displayed.
That is, in the case that the call request initiated by the second object through the second user terminal is a voice call request, the payment terminal may determine whether it has voice collecting and playing capabilities, for example, whether the microphone or the like may work normally. And the payment terminal displays the second conversation prompt information under the condition that the hardware of the payment terminal has the voice acquisition and playing capability.
Optionally, the payment terminal may respond to the call request sent by the server to be a video call request, and if the payment terminal has the audio/video capturing and playing capability, the second call prompt information is displayed.
Namely, under the condition that the call request initiated by the second object through the second user terminal is a video call request, the payment terminal can determine whether the payment terminal has audio and video acquisition and playing capabilities, such as whether a microphone, a camera and the like can work normally. And the payment terminal displays the second session prompt information under the condition that the hardware of the payment terminal has the audio and video acquisition and playing capability.
The second session prompting information is specifically related information for describing that the second object initiates a session request to the first object, for example, the second object related information, the session prompting information, the session type prompting information, and the like may be included, which is not limited herein.
The related information of the second object includes, but is not limited to, personal information of the second object, such as an identification card number, a name, etc., and may also include other related information used for characterizing the personal information of the second object, which may be specifically determined based on the actual application scene requirement, but is not limited thereto.
For example, when the first user terminal and the second user terminal have the same communication application, the server is the server corresponding to the communication application, and the payment terminal is the payment terminal corresponding to the application system where the communication application is located. If the second object initiates a call request to the first object through the communication application in the second user terminal, the personal information of the second object may be one or more of an application avatar, an account ID, or a personal nickname corresponding to the account information of the communication application.
For another example, the first user terminal, the second user terminal, and the payment terminal are different communication devices, the second object dials a call to the first object through the second user terminal, and the personal information of the second object may be a phone number of the second object, a contact name when the second object is a contact of the first object, and the like, which is not limited herein.
Step S22, in response to the connection operation of the first object to the second call prompt information, the call service with the second object is provided for the first object.
In some possible embodiments, the connection operation of the first object to the second communication prompt information may trigger a related operation of communicating with the second object, for example, a selection operation of a touch button, an icon, etc. representing a connection option, or a related operation triggered by a physical key of the payment terminal, which may be specifically determined based on an actual application scenario requirement, which is not limited herein.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a scenario for displaying call prompt information according to an embodiment of the present application. Shown in fig. 6 is second call prompt information displayed by the payment terminal, wherein the second call prompt information comprises an avatar of the second object and a name (Li IV) of the second object, and the payment terminal also displays an icon for showing an on option and an icon for showing an off option when the second call prompt information is displayed. The payment terminal may provide a call service with the second object to the first object in response to a confirmation operation of the first object with respect to the icon representing the on option, i.e., the payment terminal determines that the first object determines to call with the second object.
Specifically, when providing the call service with the second object to the first object, the payment terminal may acquire first call data of the first object, and transmit the first call data to the server so that the server transmits the first call data to the second user terminal.
Meanwhile, the payment terminal can acquire second call data sent by the server, and play call content based on the second call data, wherein the second call data is sent to the server by the second object through the second user terminal.
The first call data are voice and/or image contents of a first object collected by the payment terminal, and the second call data are voice and/or image contents of a second object collected by a second user terminal corresponding to the second object.
Optionally, if the call request initiated by the second object is a voice call request, the payment terminal may acquire the audio data of the first object and send the audio data to the server, and the server sends the audio data of the first object to the second user terminal, so that the second terminal plays the voice to the second object based on the audio data of the first object.
Meanwhile, the payment terminal can receive the audio data of the second object sent by the second user terminal and further play the voice to the first object based on the audio data of the second object.
Fig. 7a is a schematic view of a voice call according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7 a. In fig. 7a the second user terminal is a communication device and the payment terminal is a communication capable payment device. The second object makes a call to the first object through the second user terminal, and sends a call request to the base station so that the base station forwards the call request to the payment terminal. The payment terminal transmits call data of the first object to the base station after responding to the on operation of the first object, and the base station transmits the call data to the second user terminal. And can simultaneously receive call data of the second object transmitted by the base station, thereby providing call services with the second object to the first object.
Optionally, if the call request initiated by the second object is a video call request, the payment terminal may acquire the audio data and the video data of the first object and send the audio data and the video data of the first object to the server, and the server sends the audio data and the video data of the first object to the second user terminal, so that the second terminal performs voice playing to the second object based on the audio data of the first object, and plays video content to the second object based on the video data of the first object.
Meanwhile, the payment terminal can receive the audio data and the video data of the second object, which are sent by the server and sent to the server by the second user terminal, further play the voice to the first object based on the audio data of the second object, and play the video content to the first object based on the video data of the second object.
As shown in fig. 7b, fig. 7b is another schematic view of a voice call provided in an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 7, the second terminal runs a communication application, the server is a server corresponding to the communication application, and the payment terminal is a payment terminal corresponding to an application system where the communication application is located. The second object initiates a video call request to the first object through a communication application in the second user terminal, and the server sends the video call request to the payment terminal.
After the payment terminal responds to the on operation of the first object, the audio data and the video data of the first object are acquired and sent to the server, so that the server sends the audio data and the video data to the communication application. The communication application in the second user terminal may display the video content of the first object (e.g., the face picture of the first object) and play the voice content of the first object through the second user terminal based on the audio data and the video data of the first object.
Meanwhile, the payment terminal may acquire the audio data and the video data of the second object from the server, display the video content of the second object (e.g., the face picture of the second object) and play the voice content of the second object through the payment terminal based on the audio data and the video data of the second object.
In some possible embodiments, the payment terminal may display third session prompting information for prompting information such as a session duration of the first object in a process of providing the session service with the second object to the first object. Or, after the payment terminal finishes the payment operation, the payment terminal may further display payment result information to the first object, where the payment result information is used for prompting payment related information such as payment failure or payment success.
Optionally, the payment terminal may further obtain signature information of the first object from the server during the call service process of providing the first object with the second object, and display the signature information during the call service process. Wherein the signature information is used to represent personal dynamics, weather, etc. related information of the first object. The signature information of the first object is set by the first object through the first user terminal and sent to the payment terminal by the server.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is another flow chart of the call method provided in the embodiment of the present application. The call method shown in fig. 8 may be applied to a server, and specifically may include the following steps:
in step S81, in the process of executing the payment operation by the payment terminal, in response to the call request initiated by the second object through the second user terminal, the call request is sent to the first user terminal corresponding to the first object so that the first user terminal displays the first call prompt information, and at the same time, the call request is sent to the payment terminal so that the payment terminal displays the second call prompt information.
In some possible embodiments, during the payment operation performed by the payment terminal, the server may respond to a call request initiated by the second object through the second user terminal, and simultaneously send the call request to the first user terminal corresponding to the first object so that the first user terminal displays the first call prompt information, and send the call request to the payment terminal so that the payment terminal displays the second call prompt information.
Wherein the payment operation performed by the payment terminal is a payment operation for the first object.
When the server sends a call request to the payment terminal, it can first determine whether the payment terminal is in the process of executing the payment operation and execute the payment operation, and determine whether to send the call request to the payment terminal according to the state of the payment terminal and the corresponding object.
If the payment terminal is determined not to be in the process of executing the payment operation, the call request is directly sent to the first user terminal corresponding to the first object. If the payment terminal is determined to be in the process of executing the payment operation, but the object corresponding to the payment operation is other objects except the first pair, the call request is directly sent to the first user terminal corresponding to the first object. If the payment terminal subject executes the payment operation process and the corresponding object is the first object, sending the call request to the payment terminal in addition to the first user terminal corresponding to the first object.
The server is a server which provides services such as data processing and data calculation for the payment terminal, the first user terminal and the second user terminal.
For example, the server is an application server corresponding to a communication application, the first user terminal and the second user terminal run the communication application, the server is a server corresponding to the communication application, and the payment terminal may be a payment terminal corresponding to an application system where the communication application is located. The server may initiate a call request to the first object through the communication application operated by the second user terminal in response to the second object, send the call request to the communication application operated by the first user terminal, and display the first call prompt information through the communication application operated by the first user terminal. And simultaneously, the server sends a call request to the payment terminal in the process of executing the payment operation aiming at the first object by the payment terminal so as to display second call prompt information through the payment terminal.
The second object is an associated object of the first object in the communication application, for example, the second object is a contact of the first object in the communication application, which is not limited herein.
As another example, the first user terminal, the second user terminal, and the payment terminal are different communication devices, and the server may be a communication relay device (e.g., a base station). The server can respond to the second object to make a call to the first object through the second user terminal, and send a call request to the first user terminal corresponding to the first object so as to display first call prompt information to the first object. Meanwhile, the server can send the call request to the payment terminal to display second call prompt information to the first object through the payment terminal under the condition that the payment terminal is determined to be in the process of executing the payment operation aiming at the first object.
In some possible embodiments, since the payment terminal performs the payment operation for the first object, it may be determined whether the first object has the payment authority in response to the confirmation payment operation of the first object. If the first object has the payment authority, the payment operation is executed, and if the first object does not have the payment authority, the payment operation is not executed or the first object is prompted to select other payment modes. The payment authority verification for the first object may be performed based on the related information of the first object in response to the related information of the first object transmitted from the payment terminal.
Specifically, the payment terminal is a terminal for collecting money through face recognition, and the payment terminal may determine a target face image of the first object in response to a confirmation payment operation of the first object. And transmitting the target face image to a server. The server can receive the target face image sent by the payment terminal, and carry out payment authority verification on the first object based on the target face image.
When the server verifies the payment authority of the first object based on the target face image, the server can determine the target face feature of the target face image based on the feature extraction network, and match the target face feature with each face feature in the face feature library, namely, determine the matching degree of the target face feature and each face feature in the face feature library.
The face feature library is a face feature set corresponding to each object with payment authority. If the highest matching degree of the matching degrees corresponding to the face features in the face feature library is larger than a preset threshold, determining the face features of the first object in the face feature library, and further determining that the first object has the payment authority, namely that the first object has the face payment authority.
The characteristic extraction network is a neural network with a characteristic extraction function, which is trained in advance based on a machine learning technology in artificial intelligence. Machine learning can study how a computer simulates or implements learning behavior of a human to acquire new knowledge or skills, reorganizing existing knowledge structures to continually improve its own performance. In the embodiment of the application, the characteristic extraction network is obtained through technical training such as an artificial neural network, a confidence network, reinforcement learning, transfer learning, induction learning and the like.
Optionally, the payment terminal is a terminal for displaying a payment receipt so that the first object performs scanning payment, and after the first object scans the payment receipt displayed by the payment terminal through the mobile terminal, the payment terminal may determine object information of the first object. The server may receive the object information of the first object sent by the payment terminal, and perform payment authority verification on the first object based on the object information of the first object.
Optionally, the payment terminal is a terminal for collecting payment by scanning a payment code, and the payment terminal may start scanning the payment code presented by the first object through the mobile terminal and acquire object information of the first object in response to a payment confirmation operation of the first object. The server further can receive the object information of the first object sent by the payment terminal, and the payment authority verification is carried out on the first object based on the object information of the first object.
Wherein, when the payment authority verification is performed on the first object based on the object information or the biological feature of the first object, the payment authority verification can be also compared with the object information base or the biological feature base of the object to determine whether the object information or the biological feature of the first object is included therein. In the case where the object information or the biometric feature of the first object is included therein, it may be determined that the first object has the payment authority.
The face feature library, the object information library, and the biometric library or other related information of each object may be stored in a database, cloud storage, or blockchain.
The database can be considered as an electronic filing cabinet, namely a place for storing electronic files, and can be used for storing a face feature library, an object information library and a biological feature library or other relevant information of each object in the application. Blockchains are novel application modes of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, consensus mechanisms, encryption algorithms, and the like. Blockchains are essentially a de-centralized database, which is a string of data blocks that are generated in association using cryptographic methods. Each data block in the blockchain may store a face feature library, an object information library, and a biometric library or other relevant information for each object. Cloud storage is a new concept which extends and develops in the concept of cloud computing, and refers to that a large number of storage devices (storage devices are also called storage nodes) of different types in a network are combined to work cooperatively through application software or application interfaces through functions of cluster application, grid technology, distributed storage file systems and the like, and a face feature library, an object information library and a biological feature library or other relevant information of each object are stored together.
In some possible embodiments, when it is determined that the first object has the payment right, the identity confirmation information of the first object may be sent to the payment terminal, so that the payment terminal displays the identity information of the first object, and the payment terminal performs the payment operation in response to the confirmation operation of the first object for the identity confirmation information.
The payment authority may be determined by a payment manner of the payment terminal, and the payment authority may be a face payment authority, which is not limited herein. For example, as for the face payment authority, it can be known from the above that if the highest matching degree in the matching degrees corresponding to the face features in the face feature library is greater than a preset threshold, the face features of the first object included in the face feature library are determined, and then it is determined that the first object has the payment authority. The object corresponding to the face feature corresponding to the highest match is the first object, and the identity confirmation information of the object is obtained.
For example, if the server is a server corresponding to the communication application, and the first user terminal and the second user terminal run the communication application, and the payment terminal is a payment terminal corresponding to an application system where the communication application is located, the server may determine account information of the first object in the communication application, such as one or more of an application head portrait, an account ID, or a personal nickname, and send the account information as identity confirmation information of the first object to the payment terminal, so that the payment terminal displays the identity confirmation information to the first object.
In some possible embodiments, before sending the call request initiated by the second object to the payment terminal, the server may further determine whether the first object has permission to make a call during the payment process, that is, determine whether the first object allows the payment terminal to display the second call prompt information to the payment terminal during the execution of the payment operation. If the first object is determined to have the permission to conduct communication in the payment process, sending a communication request to the payment terminal so that the payment terminal can display second communication prompt information to the first object, and if the first object is determined not to have the permission to conduct communication in the payment process, sending the communication request to the first user terminal corresponding to the first object.
Specifically, when determining whether the first object has authority to make a call in the payment process, call setting information uploaded by the first object through the first user terminal may be determined, and whether the first object allows a call in the payment process through the payment terminal may be determined based on the call setting information. If the first object allows the call through the payment terminal in the payment process, determining that the first object has the authority to conduct the call in the payment process.
The first object can set whether to make a call through the payment terminal through the first user terminal or the communication application of the first user terminal, so that the server can acquire call setting information and determine whether the first object has the authority to make a call in the payment process. As shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic view of a call setup interface provided in an embodiment of the present application. The interface shown in fig. 9 may be a call setting interface corresponding to the first user terminal, or may be a call setting interface corresponding to the communication application in the first user terminal. The call setting interface comprises a setting option for making a call through the payment terminal, wherein the setting option indicates that the first object allows the call through the payment terminal in the process of executing the payment operation by the payment terminal when the setting option is opened, and indicates that the first object does not allow the call through the payment terminal in the process of executing the payment operation by the payment terminal when the setting option is closed. The server may obtain call setting information corresponding to the call setting interface, and determine whether the first object has permission to perform a call in the payment process.
Alternatively, in determining whether the first object has the right to talk in the payment process, the right information may be acquired from the payment terminal, and whether the first object has the right to talk in the payment process may be determined based on the right information acquired from the payment terminal.
The authority information may be directly used to indicate whether the first object allows the call service to be provided in the payment process of the payment terminal.
Before executing the payment operation, the payment terminal may display a call confirmation interface to the first object, and prompt whether the first object can access the call in the payment process through prompt information in the call confirmation interface. The payment terminal may determine whether the first object allows the provision of the call service in the payment process of the payment terminal in response to a selection operation of the first object with respect to the prompt information in the call confirmation interface, and transmit the determination result as the authority information to the server.
As shown in fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic view of a call confirmation interface provided in an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 10 shows a call confirmation interface of the payment terminal before performing a payment operation. Before the payment operation is performed, the payment terminal can prompt whether the first object accesses the friend video in the payment process through prompt information in the interface, and provides options of 'determine and continue payment' and 'cancel and continue payment'. The payment terminal may determine whether the first object allows the provision of the call service in the payment process of the payment terminal based on the selection operation of the first object for any one of the selections, and transmit the determination result as the authority information to the server.
Step S82, in response to the on operation of the first object for the second call prompt information, call data of the first object and the second object are acquired and forwarded to provide call services with the second object for the first object.
The server may receive information sent by the payment terminal and used to instruct the first object to determine to make a call with the second object, or receive an acquisition request sent by the payment terminal and used to acquire call data of the second object, so as to determine that the first object determines to make a call with the second object.
Specifically, when providing the call service with the second object to the first object, the server may obtain the first call data of the first object from the payment terminal, and send the first call data to the second user terminal corresponding to the second object, so that the second user terminal plays the call content based on the first call data.
Meanwhile, the server can acquire second session data of the second object from the second user terminal, and send the second session data to the payment terminal, so that the payment terminal plays the session content based on the second session data.
The first call data are voice and/or image contents of a first object collected by the payment terminal, and the second call data are voice and/or image contents of a second object collected by a second user terminal corresponding to the second object.
Optionally, if the call request initiated by the second object is a voice call request, the server may obtain the audio data of the first object from the payment terminal and send the audio data to the second user terminal so that the second user terminal plays the voice content of the first object. In this process, audio data of the second object may be acquired from the second user terminal and transmitted to the payment terminal so that the payment terminal plays the voice content of the second object.
Optionally, if the call request initiated by the second object is a video call request, the server may acquire the audio data and the video data of the first object from the payment terminal and send them to the second user terminal so that the second user terminal plays the voice content and the video content of the first object. In this process, the audio data and the video data of the second object may be acquired from the second user terminal and transmitted to the payment terminal so that the payment terminal plays the voice content and the video content of the second object.
It will be appreciated that in the above embodiments, when call data, object information, face images, and other information related to personal information of an object are acquired for any object, permission or consent of the object needs to be obtained, and collection, use, and processing of related information needs to comply with related laws and regulations and standards of related countries and regions.
In some possible embodiments, after receiving a call request initiated by the second object and sending the call request to the first user terminal and the payment terminal corresponding to the first object at the same time, if a connection operation of the first object for the second call prompt information displayed by the payment terminal is received first, when forwarding call data of the other party to the payment terminal and the second user terminal, the server stops sending the call request to the first user terminal, so that the first user terminal stops displaying the first call prompt information.
Alternatively, the sending of the pass request to the first user terminal may be stopped, and the first connection prompt information may be sent to the first user terminal, so as to prompt the first object that the call request is connected to the payment terminal through the first user terminal.
Optionally, after receiving a call request initiated by the second object and sending the call request to the first user terminal and the payment terminal corresponding to the first object, if the server receives a connection operation of the first object for the first call prompt information displayed by the first user terminal, when forwarding call data of the other party to the first user terminal and the second user terminal, the server stops sending the call request to the payment terminal, so that the first user terminal stops displaying the second call prompt information.
Alternatively, sending the pass request to the payment terminal may be stopped, and the second pass prompt message may be sent to the payment terminal to prompt the first object that the call request has been completed at the first user terminal through the payment terminal.
Optionally, after receiving the call request initiated by the second object and sending the call request to the first user terminal and the payment terminal corresponding to the first object at the same time, the server may respond to the hang-up operation of the first object for any call prompt information, and stop sending the call request to the terminal corresponding to the call prompt information.
In some possible embodiments, the server may send call statistics data to the payment terminal in a process that the payment terminal provides the call service with the second object to the first object, so that the payment terminal displays third call prompt information based on the call statistics data, and the third call prompt information is used for prompting information such as call duration of the first object. Or after the payment terminal finishes the payment operation, the server may determine the payment result and send the payment result to the payment terminal, so that the payment terminal displays payment result information to the first object, for prompting payment related information such as payment failure or payment success.
Optionally, in the process that the payment terminal provides the call service with the second object to the first object, the server may further obtain signature information set by the first object in the first user terminal, and send the signature information to the payment terminal, so that the payment terminal displays the signature information in the call service process. Wherein the signature information is used to represent personal dynamics, weather, etc. related information of the first object.
The call method provided in the embodiment of the present application is further described below with reference to fig. 11. Fig. 11 is a functional architecture diagram of a call method provided in the embodiment of the present application, in fig. 11, a first user terminal corresponding to a first object and a second user terminal corresponding to a second object operate a communication application, and a payment terminal is a payment terminal corresponding to an application system where the communication application is located.
The second object determines the first object through a relationship chain module in the communication application, and initiates a call request for the first object to the server. The server determines that the call request corresponds to the first object through the communication application relation chain server and the communication application account service, and sends the call request to the payment terminal through the call data transmission service under the condition that the first object allows the payment terminal to provide the call service for the payment terminal in the process of executing the payment operation through the communication application setting service.
The first user terminal provides a user with a setting option of a call server in the process of allowing the payment terminal to execute the payment operation or not through a setting module in the communication application.
After receiving the call request, the payment terminal can determine whether the camera and the microphone can work normally. Under the condition that the camera and the microphone can work normally, the call prompt information is displayed through a call prompt module in face recognition application. The payment processing module in the face recognition application of the payment terminal is used for realizing the payment function aiming at the first object.
The payment terminal responds to the confirmed payment operation of the first object, obtains a target face image of the first object through the face recognition module, and sends the target face image to the server. The server determines whether the first object has payment authority based on the target face image of the first object through the face recognition service, and allows the payment terminal to perform payment operation in the case that the first object has payment authority.
Further, the server responds to the connection operation of the first object aiming at the call prompt information, and the forwarding of the first call data of the first object and the second call data of the second object is realized through the call data processing service, so that the call service is provided for the first object and the second object.
The payment terminal collects first call data of a first object through the camera and the microphone, sends the first call data to the server through the audio and video processing model, and provides network support through the network module.
And the second user terminal sends second session data of the second object to the server through the audio-video module.
For the first user terminal, the first object may determine the second object through a relationship link module in the communication application of the first user terminal, and initiate a call request for the second object to the server. The second user terminal may also provide the user with a setting option of whether to allow the payment terminal to perform the payment operation, through a setting module within the communication application, to which the call server is provided. Based on the above, in the process that the payment terminal executes the payment operation of any object, another other object can initiate a call request to the object, and the call between the two objects is realized through the payment terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, in the process of executing the payment operation for the first object by the payment terminal, the server may send the call request initiated by other objects to the user terminal of the first object and simultaneously send the call request to the payment terminal, so that the payment terminal may display the call prompt information for the first object in the process of executing the payment operation for the first object. Further, after the first object confirms to be connected, the communication service with other objects is provided for the first object, so that the applicability is high.
