The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow 100 of some embodiments of a pick method according to the present disclosure is shown. The picking method comprises the following steps:
step 101, acquiring an order of the articles to be picked in the target article storage space.
In some embodiments, the execution body of the picking method may acquire the order of the items to be picked in the target item storage space through a wired connection or a wireless connection. Wherein, the floor of the target article storage space can be more than one. Each warehouse area in the target article warehouse space corresponds to a picker. The pickers in the warehouse area are responsible for sorting the items stored in the warehouse area. The item order includes at least one item information.
And 102, carrying out order separation processing on the article orders to obtain an article sub-order information set.
In some embodiments, the item sub-orders in the item sub-order set include at least one item information. Each item sub-order information in the item sub-order information set corresponds to a different storage area in the target item storage space. The executing body performs order separation processing on the article orders to obtain an article sub-order information set, and the method may include the following steps:
the first step, acquiring the article storage information of each storage area in the target article storage space to obtain an article storage information set. The article storage information in the article storage information set may include a storage area identifier and a storage article information set. The warehouse area identifier may be used to uniquely identify a warehouse area. The information of each stored article in the stored article information set in the article storage information of each storage area may be information of each article stored in the storage area.
And secondly, splitting the article orders according to the article storage information set to obtain an article information set. The article order can be split according to the matching relationship between each article information in the article order and the storage article information in the storage article information set in each article storage information, so that each article information in each article information set in the article information set corresponds to the same storage area.
And thirdly, carrying out subdivision processing on the item information in each item information group in the item information group set to generate an item sub-order, thereby obtaining an item sub-order set. The article information in the article information group can be split randomly, so that an article sub-order set is obtained.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the item information in the set of item information sets may include an item identification and an item quantity. The item identification may be used to uniquely identify an item. Each storage area in the target article storage space comprises a batch storage area and scattered storage areas. The batch storage area can be used for storing articles. The discrete storage area can be used for storing a small amount of scattered articles.
The executing body performs subdivision processing on the article information in each article information group in the article information group set to generate an article sub-order, and obtains the article sub-order set, and the executing body may include the following steps:
a first step of performing the following sorting amount determination sub-step for each item information in each item information group in the item information group set described above:
a first determining sub-step of acquiring a first stock quantity and a second stock quantity of the article characterized by the article information. Wherein the first inventory level may be an inventory level of the items in the bulk storage area characterized by the item information. The second inventory level may be an inventory level of the items in the discrete storage area characterized by the item information.
And a second determination sub-step of determining the sum of the first and second amounts of stock as a total stock amount.
And a third determining sub-step of determining a difference between the number of items in the item information and the first inventory amount as a scattered pickup amount, determining the first inventory amount as a batch pickup amount, combining the item name in the item information with the scattered pickup amount and the batch pickup amount to obtain item pickup information, and transmitting batch bin replenishment notice information to an information receiving apparatus of a storage area in which the item represented by the item information is located, in response to determining that the number of items in the item information is greater than the first inventory amount and less than the total inventory amount.
And a fourth determining sub-step of determining the number of items in the item information as a picking amount in response to determining that the number of items in the item information is equal to or less than the second stock amount, and combining the item name in the item information with the picking amount to obtain item picking information.
And a fifth determining sub-step, in response to determining that the picking amount or the ratio of the scattered picking amount to the second stock amount is greater than or equal to a preset replenishment threshold, of sending a scattered warehouse storage area replenishment prompt message to a warehouse storage area where the articles represented by the article information are located.
And a second step of combining the item picking information corresponding to each item information group in the item information group set to generate an item sub-order, thereby obtaining an item sub-order set.
The above step of conducting subdivision processing on article information is an invention point of the embodiment of the disclosure, which solves the second technical problem mentioned in the background art, namely articles in the warehouse space are often stored in batch warehouse areas and scattered warehouse areas respectively, and under the condition that the circulation quantity of the articles is large, frequent replenishment is needed to be conducted on the scattered warehouse areas, so that the picking efficiency of ordered articles is greatly affected, and the labor cost is wasted. Factors that cause the above technical problems are often as follows: under the condition of large circulation quantity of the articles, frequent replenishment is needed for the scattered warehouse area. If the above factors are solved, the effect of further improving the picking efficiency can be achieved. To achieve this, the present disclosure determines the sort volume of items in the bulk and sporadic bins based on the number of items in the item information, as well as the inventory levels in the bulk and sporadic bins. First, a first inventory level and a second inventory level of an item characterized by the item information are acquired. Wherein the first inventory level may be an inventory level of the items in the bulk storage area characterized by the item information. The second inventory level may be an inventory level of the items in the discrete storage area characterized by the item information. Then, the sum of the first and second stock amounts is determined as the total stock amount. Then, in response to determining that the number of items in the item information is greater than the first inventory amount and less than the total inventory amount, determining a difference between the number of items in the item information and the first inventory amount as a scattered inventory amount, determining the first inventory amount as a batch inventory amount, combining an item name in the item information with the scattered inventory amount and the batch inventory amount to obtain item inventory information, and transmitting batch bin replenishment prompt information to an information receiving device of a storage area in which the items characterized by the item information are located. Thus, when the quantity of items is greater than the first inventory of the bulk storage area, it may be determined that the items need to be picked in both the bulk storage area and the bulk storage area. And then, splitting the quantity of the articles to obtain the picking quantity of the batch storage areas and the picking quantity of the scattered storage areas. Therefore, the batch storage area replenishment prompt message is sent, so that the batch storage area can be timely replenished after the picking is completed. And then, in response to determining that the number of the articles in the article information is less than or equal to the second stock quantity, determining the number of the articles in the article information as a picking quantity, and combining the names of the articles in the article information with the picking quantity to obtain article picking information. Thus, when the quantity of the item is less than or equal to the second inventory level of the discrete bin, it may be determined that the item only needs to be picked in the discrete bin. And finally, in response to determining that the picking quantity or the ratio of the scattered picking quantity to the second stock quantity is greater than or equal to a preset replenishment threshold, sending replenishment prompt information of scattered warehouse areas to the warehouse area where the articles represented by the article information are located. Therefore, the prompt message of the replenishment of the scattered warehouse is sent in time, so that the replenishment of the scattered warehouse can be carried out in time. In summary, can be according to the difference of article quantity in the storehouse district of difference when choosing the goods, and then, avoided only choosing the condition that needs frequent replenishment at scattered storehouse district, further promoted the efficiency of choosing the goods.
And step 103, transmitting each item sub-order in the item sub-order set to corresponding information receiving equipment in the target item storage space.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may send each item sub-order in the item sub-order set to a corresponding information receiving device in the target item warehouse space. Wherein each storage area in the target article storage space corresponds to an information receiving device. Thus, the pickers in each warehouse area may pick in the warehouse area for which they are responsible based on the item sub-orders received by the information receiving device.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, before the executing entity determines that picking of any item sub-order satisfying the first preset condition in the item sub-order set is completed, controlling the lifting tool to transfer the container corresponding to the item sub-order satisfying the first preset condition to a layer of the target item storage space, the executing entity may further execute the following steps:
first, at least one sub-order of the article sent by any information receiving device is received.
And a second step of sending interception prompt information to any one of the information receiving devices in response to determining that the at least one item sub-order does not meet a second preset condition. The second preset condition may be that the at least one item sub-order corresponds to the same packing station or none of the at least one item sub-orders corresponds to the Ren Yida packing station.
And thirdly, generating a batch picking task according to the at least one item sub-order in response to determining that the at least one item sub-order meets the second preset condition. The batch pick task may include the at least one item sub-order.
Optionally, the executing body may further execute the following steps:
in response to determining that any of the item sub-orders in the set of item sub-orders is completed, determining whether the any item sub-order is the first item sub-order in the set of item sub-orders to complete the pick.
And a second step of determining, in response to determining that any of the item sub-orders is the first item sub-order to complete picking in the set of item sub-orders, a packing station assigned to any of the item sub-orders and a packing station assigned to any of the item sub-orders as a target packing station. Wherein, a packing station which is allocated as any item sub-order can be randomly selected from the packing stations. The packing platform selected by the picker of any item sub-order can also be used as the packing platform for distributing any item sub-order.
Optionally, the executing body may further execute the following steps:
and in the first step, in response to determining that the batch picking task is completed, sending container binding prompt information to information receiving equipment of a storage area corresponding to the batch picking task. The container binding prompt information is information for prompting whether the article needs to be bound with the container. The container may be used for holding articles.
And step two, receiving container binding return information returned by information receiving equipment of the warehouse area corresponding to the batch picking task.
And thirdly, carrying out container binding on the sub-orders of the articles in the batch picking task in response to determining that the container binding return information characterizes the containers to be bound. The serial numbers of the article sub-orders and the serial numbers of the containers can be stored in pairs, so that the container binding of the article sub-orders in the batch picking task is realized.
And step four, responding to the fact that the container binding return information represents that the container does not need to be bound, and sending binding prompt information of a packing table to information receiving equipment of a storage area corresponding to the batch picking task. The binding prompt information of the packing table is information for prompting whether the article needs to be bound with the packing table.
And fifthly, receiving package table binding return information returned by the information receiving equipment of the storage area corresponding to the batch picking task.
And sixthly, carrying out packing table binding on the sub orders of the objects in the batch picking task in response to determining that the packing table binding return information represents the binding container. The serial numbers of the article sub-orders and the serial numbers of the packing tables can be stored in pairs, so that the packing tables are bound for the article sub-orders in the batch picking task.
Step 104, in response to determining that picking of any item sub-order satisfying the first preset condition in the item sub-order set is completed, controlling the lifting tool to transfer any container corresponding to the item sub-order satisfying the first preset condition to one layer of the target item storage space.
In some embodiments, the executing body may control the lifting tool to transfer the container corresponding to any item sub-order satisfying the first preset condition to a layer of the target item warehouse space in response to determining that the picking of any item sub-order satisfying the first preset condition in the item sub-order set is completed. The first preset condition may be that the storage area corresponding to the sub-order of the article is not a layer of the storage space of the target article. The container may be configured to hold each item corresponding to any one of the item sub-orders in the set of item sub-orders.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the execution body may further generate a packaging task in response to determining that a container corresponding to each item sub-order in the item sub-order set reaches a target packaging station, and execute the packaging task.
Optionally, the executing body may further generate a packaging task in response to determining that the container corresponding to each item sub-order in the item sub-order set reaches the target packaging station, and execute the packaging task.
Optionally, the executing body may further bind, in response to determining that picking of any item sub-order in the item sub-order set that does not meet the first preset condition is completed, a container corresponding to the item sub-order that does not meet the first preset condition with the target packing station.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantageous effects: by the method for picking goods, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, multi-floor picking efficiency of the goods can be improved. In particular, the reason for the lower pick efficiency in warehouse spaces with floors greater than one floor is: after the multi-floor picker finishes picking, the goods are required to be transported back to the floor of the packing station, and the running distance is far. Based on this, in the method for picking goods according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, first, an order for goods to be picked in a target goods storage space is obtained, where a floor of the target goods storage space is greater than one, each storage area in the target goods storage space corresponds to a picker, and the order for goods includes at least one piece of goods information. And then, carrying out order separation processing on the article order to obtain an article sub-order information set, wherein the article sub-order in the article sub-order information set comprises at least one piece of article information, and each piece of article sub-order information in the article sub-order information set corresponds to different storage areas in the target article storage space. Therefore, the article orders are split into the article sub-orders according to different storage areas of the articles, so that pickers in different areas can pick the articles conveniently. And then, each article sub-order in the article sub-order set is sent to the corresponding information receiving equipment in the target article storage space, wherein each storage area in the target article storage space corresponds to one information receiving equipment. And finally, in response to determining that picking of any one of the article sub-orders in the article sub-order set meeting the first preset condition is completed, controlling a lifting tool to transmit a container corresponding to the article sub-order meeting the first preset condition to one layer of the target article storage space, wherein the first preset condition is that a storage area corresponding to the article sub-order is not one layer of the target article storage space, and the container is used for containing each article corresponding to any article sub-order in the article sub-order set. Thus, the articles sorted in the area above the one floor are transported by the lifting means to the one floor where the picking station is located. The multi-floor picker does not need to transport the articles back to the floor of the packing table after finishing picking, and further, the picking efficiency is improved
