The environment-friendly packaging sheet 10 comprises a wiping layer 11 and a bottom layer 12 which are stacked.
The wiping layer 11 comprises a seaweed nonwoven fabric, and in a specific embodiment, the seaweed nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric prepared from sodium alginate fibers, specifically, the seaweed nonwoven fabric is formed by using hot air, spunbond or melt blown technology to form the sodium alginate fibers, wherein the content of the sodium alginate fibers in the seaweed nonwoven fabric is greater than or equal to 65%.
In a preferred embodiment, the seaweed nonwoven fabric is prepared as follows:
s1: providing a mixed fiber of sodium alginate fibers and PP fibers, wherein the ratio of the sodium alginate fibers to the PP fibers is 2-4:1;

The corona oxidizes and polarizes molecules on the surface of the water repellent film and activates the surface so as to increase the adhesion ability of the surface of the water repellent film, and it is understood that, generally, the seaweed nonwoven fabric has a positive polarity, and the surface of the water repellent film is negatively charged when the water repellent film is corona-treated.

The humectant mainly comprises polyhydric alcohols such as glycerol, diglycerol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, hexylene glycol, polypropylene glycol and the like; sugars such as sorbitol, glucose, xylitol, maltitol, mannitol;
the antibacterial agent is preferably natural antibacterial agent, and specifically can be seaweed extract, aloe extract, amino acid, sodium lactate, urea, hyaluronic acid, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, ceramide, collagen, chitin derivative, mucopolysaccharide, chondroitin sulfate, lactic acid and its salt (such as sodium lactate), corn steep liquor, hydrolysis product urea of hydrolyzed starch, triglyceride, palmitic acid, myristic acid, stearic acid, silicone, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, etc.

Referring to fig. 2-4 together, the present invention also provides a package 20 made of the environment-friendly packaging sheet 10, wherein the package 20 includes a containing space 200 formed by the environment-friendly packaging sheet 10, the wiping layer 11 faces the inner side of the containing space 200, and the bottom layer 12 is located on the outer side, i.e. the wiping layer 11 can be kept clean before use due to the protection of the bottom layer 12.
It will be appreciated that the package 20 is in fact formed as a pouch, the pad body 30 is located in the receiving space 200 prior to use, the package 20 is opened and the packaging sheet is unfolded and the wipe layer 11 is peeled off from the base layer 12, the microcapsules 13 can be ruptured by the user by squeezing the wipe layer 11, the core material is released and absorbed by the wipe layer 11, the user can clean or clean the skin using the wipe layer 11, or the pad body 30 is not squeezed or rubbed with the wipe layer 11 prior to use, but is used directly, and the microcapsules 13 rupture to release the core material during use.

Further, the wiping layer 11 is separated from the sealing portion 201, that is, the wiping layer 11 has an edge portion, and a gap is provided between the edge portion of the wiping layer 11 and the sealing portion 201.
Further, the seal portion 201 may be formed by heat sealing or bonding.
In other embodiments, the upper sheet body and the lower sheet body are separately disposed, and a sealing portion 201 having a ring shape is disposed between the upper sheet body and the lower sheet body, one of the upper sheet body and the lower sheet body is an environment-friendly packaging sheet 10, and the other of the upper sheet body and the lower sheet body is a wiping layer 11 and a bottom layer 12 which are stacked, and the microcapsules 13 are not disposed, so that a wet wiping effect is formed by the environment-friendly packaging sheet 10 provided with the microcapsules 13, and a dry wiping effect is formed by the environment-friendly packaging sheet 10 not provided with the microcapsules 13.
Further, the present invention also provides a breast pad packaged by the package 20, which includes the package 20 and a breast pad body 30 accommodated in the package 20.
The pad body 30 is located in the accommodating space 200, and includes a top sheet 31, a bottom sheet 33, and an absorber 32 sandwiched between the top sheet 31 and the bottom sheet 33.
The top sheet 31 is disposed on the side close to the skin of the user, and is preferably a sheet-like material having a low-irritation and softness, such as gauze, cotton, spun-laced nonwoven fabric, or hot air nonwoven fabric having a weight per unit area of 10 to 60g/m2, and more preferably a hot air nonwoven fabric composed of thermoplastic synthetic fibers, and polyolefin fibers such as Polyethylene (PE) fibers, polypropylene (PP) fibers, polyamide fibers such as polyester fibers, nylon, or the like may be used as the synthetic fibers constituting the hot air nonwoven fabric, and in some alternative embodiments, natural fibers or viscose fibers may be added at the same time to further reduce irritation to the skin, and these natural fibers may include wood fibers, cotton fibers, or the like.
Preferably, the top sheet 31 is a non-woven fabric of seaweed, and similarly, the non-woven fabric of seaweed refers to a non-woven fabric made of sodium alginate fibers or a non-woven fabric at least comprising seaweed fibers.
More preferably, the top sheet 31 is the same as the seaweed nonwoven fabric used for the wipe layer 11, and the same refers to the same material and basis weight.
The absorbent body 32 is disposed between the top sheet 31 and the bottom sheet 33, and specifically, the absorbent body 32 is suitably connected by entanglement of a plurality of fibers to form a three-dimensional network structure, a plurality of pores are distributed between the three-dimensional network structure, a polymer absorbent material (SAP) is contained between the three-dimensional network structure, and the pores can absorb and diffuse liquid, and the polymer absorbent material can absorb and retain liquid, and the fibers can be fluff pulp.
In some embodiments, the absorber 32 further includes a coating layer for coating the three-dimensional network structure, and the typical coating layer is disposed on the upper side and the lower side of the three-dimensional network structure, for preventing the polymer absorbent material between the three-dimensional network structure from precipitating to the surface of the absorber 32 through the pores and preventing the polymer absorbent material from decreasing the absorption effect of the absorber 32 due to the dissipation of the air flow under the negative pressure during the manufacturing process of the absorber 32.
The backsheet 33 is disposed on a side away from the skin of the user, and in order to prevent the liquid from soiling the clothing of the user through the wipe layer 1111, the backsheet 33 is typically a water-repellent material, specifically, a PE film, SMS nonwoven fabric, or the like, and preferably the backsheet 33 is capable of passing a gas such as water vapor while the liquid is not passed, so that it is not smoky during use.
It will be appreciated that for the self-cleaning pad of the present application, the core material of the first microcapsule 13 may be released by squeezing the first microcapsule 13 of the packaging sheet material before use, so that the wiping layer 11 is provided with a bactericide or a cleaning agent to clean and clean a predetermined skin area, thereby avoiding embarrassment of not having cleaning articles on the one hand, and achieving comprehensive utilization of the pad packaging and the pad body 30 on the other hand.

Claims (10)
1. An environment-friendly packaging sheet material for forming a packaging body for containing disposable sanitary articles is characterized by comprising a wiping layer and a bottom layer which are arranged in a laminated mode, wherein the wiping layer comprises seaweed non-woven fabrics, the bottom layer is a water-repellent film, after the water-repellent film adopts corona polarization treatment to form charges opposite to those of the seaweed non-woven fabrics, the seaweed non-woven fabrics are paved on the surface of the water-repellent film, the seaweed non-woven fabrics are combined with the water-repellent film through positive and negative ionic bonds, the wiping layer is further provided with microcapsules, and no adhesive is arranged between the wiping layer and the bottom layer.
2. The environment-friendly packaging sheet according to claim 1, wherein the microcapsule wall material is sodium alginate, and the water-repellent film is a PE film.
3. The environment-friendly packaging sheet according to claim 1, wherein the seaweed nonwoven fabric comprises sodium alginate fibers and PP fibers, and the content of the sodium alginate fibers is 65% or more.
4. A package for containing disposable sanitary products, comprising the environmental protection packaging sheet according to claim 1, wherein the package comprises a containing space surrounded by the environmental protection packaging sheet, and the containing space is used for containing the disposable sanitary products.
5. The package of claim 4, wherein the wipe layer is oriented inward of the receiving space.
6. The package of claim 5, wherein the environmental protection packaging sheet is folded to form a package, the environmental protection packaging sheet is folded along a folding line to form an upper sheet body and a lower sheet body, the upper sheet body and the lower sheet body form three sealing parts along the periphery of the package, the upper sheet body and the lower sheet body are combined into a whole through the sealing parts, and the three sealing parts and the folding line jointly define a containing space.
7. The package of claim 6 wherein the bottom layer has an area greater than the area of the wipe layer and a bonding area outside the corresponding bottom layer of the wipe layer, the seal being positioned at the bonding area.
8. The package of claim 6, wherein the upper and lower sheets are separated, an annular seal is provided between the upper and lower sheets, one of the upper and lower sheets is an environmental-friendly packaging sheet, the other is a wiping layer and a bottom layer which are stacked, and the wiping layer is not provided with microcapsules.
9. A breast pad comprising the package of claim 4 and a breast pad body accommodated in the package, wherein the breast pad body comprises a top sheet, an absorber and a bottom sheet which are stacked.
10. The breast pad of claim 9, wherein said breast pad top sheet is a seaweed nonwoven fabric.
