In another embodiment of the present invention, a magnet is arranged on the fork 30, and a hall sensor in telecommunication connection with the circuit board is mounted on the outer barrel 10; when the rotation angle of the fork 30 is equal to the clearance gap and corresponds to the side gap 13, the hall sensor and the magnet sense and transmit signals to the circuit board, so that the drive assembly 60 controls the fork 30 to stop rotating.
It should be understood that the rotating base 32 is provided with a magnet, and the outer cylinder 10 is provided with a hall sensor adapted to the magnet. The driving assembly 60 drives the rotating seat 32 to rotate, the magnet rotates along with the rotation of the rotating seat 32, the Hall sensor recognizes the position of the rotating seat 32 by sensing the position of the magnet, and then the rotating angle of the rotating seat 32 can be fed back, and the position of the fork 30 is fed back in real time. Hall sensors are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the outer tub 10 includes an inner case 101 and an outer case 102. The outer shell 102 is sleeved outside the inner shell 101, and a movable gap is formed between the inner side surface of the outer shell 102 and the outer side surface of the inner shell 101. The inner shell 101 and the outer shell 102 are combined to form the outer barrel 10, and the structural strength and the heat insulation effect of the outer barrel 10 are enhanced by adopting a double-layer structure. The inner shell 101 and the outer shell 102 are arranged at intervals without direct contact with each other, so that the heat insulation effect of the outer cylinder 10 is further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, an inner side surface of the outer tube 10 is provided with an air guide arc surface 103. The wind guiding cambered surface 103 and the side notch 13 are respectively arranged at the opposite ends of the outer cylinder 10. The air guide cambered surface 103 is obliquely arranged from bottom to top inwards to guide air flow, so that the air flow is converged towards the center direction of the outer cylinder 10, and the condition that hot air flow or cold air flow directly blows to the head of a user to cause discomfort is avoided.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a hair curling method of the hair curler, which comprises the following steps:
s100: introducing hair to be curled into an outer barrel 10;
s200: positioning the hair by means of a curling iron 20 provided in the outer cylinder 10;
s300: controlling a fork 30 arranged between the curling iron 20 and the outer cylinder 10 to rotate, and poking the hair through the rotating fork 30;
wherein at least while said hair is being plucked by said hair-crossing appliance 30:
activating a blower 43 to direct an air flow through a heating element 50 disposed within the curling iron and in a heated state and blow against the hair to heat the hair to achieve hair styling;
and/or activating a fan 43 to direct an air flow toward the hair to cool the hair to achieve hair styling.
It should be understood that the outer barrel 10, the curling iron 20, the hair clipper 30, the heating element 50, and the fan 43 are provided; the hair curler 20 is arranged in the outer barrel 10, a ventilation groove 23 for air flow to pass through is arranged on the outer side surface of the hair curler 20, and the hair fork 30 is movably arranged between the inner side surface of the outer barrel 10 and the outer side surface of the hair curler 20; placing the tail of hair at the curling iron 20, and the fork 30 moves circumferentially around the curling iron 20 to coil the hair around the outside surface of the curling iron 20; the fan 43 is operated to generate an air flow which passes through the heating element 50 and then enters the curling iron 20 and is blown onto the hair through the ventilation slot 23; the heating member 50 is operated to heat the air flow passing therethrough and form a hot air flow, and the curling iron 20 blows out the hot air flow, and the hot air flow heats and shapes the hair; the heating element 50 is deactivated and the curling iron 20 blows a cold air stream which cools and shapes the hair.
In this embodiment, the hair curler 30 winds the hair around the outer side of the curling iron 20, the heating element 50 and the blower 43 are turned on, and the air flow generated by the blower 43 passes through the heating element 50 in the fixing element 24 to form a hot air flow; the hot air stream enters the curling iron 20 and is blown toward the outer circumference of the curling iron 20 through the ventilation slots 23 of the curling iron 20 to form a 360 c circumferential blow for styling the hair on the outer side of the curling iron 20. After styling is completed, the heating member 50 is turned off and the fan 43 is kept operating so that the hot air flow blown out from the curling iron 20 is changed into cold air flow, and the hair on the outer side surface of the curling iron 20 is in a higher temperature state at this time, so that the cold air flow can be quickly cooled and shaped after contacting with the hair with higher temperature.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
