s6: opening the sealing door 3, taking out the egg basket filled with the pickled eggs from the opening at one end of the roller 33, simultaneously filling the egg basket filled with the non-pickled eggs into the roller 33 at the opening at the other end of the roller 33, injecting pickling liquid into the pickling tank 8 through the pickling liquid storage device 16, and then injecting compressed air into the pickling tank 8 through the air compression device 5;
s4: the control driving assembly 36 drives the roller 33 to rotate;
s5: after the pickling is completed, the pressure is released through a pressure release valve, and then the pickling liquid storage device 16 is controlled to pump out the pickling liquid from the pickling tank 8 through a liquid outlet;
s6: the closing door 3 is opened, the egg basket containing the pickled eggs is taken out from the opening at one end of the roller 33, and meanwhile, the egg basket containing the unharmed eggs is filled into the roller 33 at the opening at the other end of the roller 33.
