Description

Washware care implement with control device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a laundry care appliance having a control device.
Background
In conventional drum-operated laundry care appliances, rotatable laundry drums are typically used to receive the laundry. By means of the rotation of the respective laundry drum, the laundry received in the laundry drum can advantageously be wetted by the washing liquid during the washing phase. If the respective laundry drum rotates at a high rotational speed during the final spin-drying stage, centrifugal forces acting on the laundry result in the washing liquid incorporated in the laundry being discharged from the laundry, and thus residual moisture of the laundry can be advantageously reduced.
However, in conventional drum-operated laundry care appliances, the laundry must generally be placed into or removed from the laundry drum ergonomically unfavorably (i.e., in particular by bending down of the user). In the event that the laundry is particularly strongly soiled, a manual hand washing step to be performed by a user of the laundry care appliance may be required. However, for a corresponding manual hand washing step, the user of the laundry care appliance must moisten the laundry outside the laundry drum (for example in a wash basin) and manually clean it beforehand, since the corresponding manual hand washing step cannot be performed in the laundry drum itself, due to limitations of installation space technology or ergonomically disadvantageous positions of the user.
A vacuum washing machine is disclosed in DE 26 50 509.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to specify a laundry care appliance in which a manual hand washing step of the laundry in the laundry care appliance can be advantageously performed.
This object is achieved by the subject matter having the features according to the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are the subject matter of the dependent claims, the description and the figures.
According to a first aspect, the object of the invention is achieved by a laundry care appliance, wherein the laundry care appliance has a laundry cavity for receiving laundry, wherein the laundry care appliance has an appliance housing and an appliance insert, which is insertable into the appliance housing in sections and is extractable from the appliance housing, wherein the laundry cavity is arranged in the appliance insert, wherein the laundry cavity has a cavity opening which is accessible to a user of the laundry care appliance when the appliance insert is insertable out of the appliance housing in sections, wherein the laundry care appliance has a program selection device for selecting one of a plurality of laundry care programs by the user, an output device for outputting an output signal, and a control device, wherein the control device is configured to activate the output device for outputting an output signal after executing a first step of the laundry program selected by the user to prompt the user to pull the appliance insert out of the appliance housing and to manually execute a step inside the laundry cavity, and to manually execute a control device configured to manually insert a second step of the laundry care appliance into the appliance housing after executing a second step of the laundry care program selected by the user.
Here, the laundry care appliance according to the present disclosure is in particular a drum-free laundry care appliance, i.e. a laundry care appliance without a rotatable laundry drum.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the laundry care appliance enables a user to perform a manual hand washing step inside the laundry cavity between the first and second steps of a laundry program selected by the user.
This is achieved by: in order to achieve access to the laundry chamber, the user has only to pull the appliance insert out of the appliance housing or to ensure that the laundry care program is continued, the user has only to push the appliance insert into the appliance housing again in order to thus perform an ergonomically advantageous manual hand washing step.
In particular, in order to avoid the user having to bend down, the laundry care appliance is placed in particular on a base arranged in the placement space, so that the user of the laundry care appliance can be brought into ergonomically advantageous contact with the laundry care appliance. The base can comprise, in particular, any piece of furniture, such as a sink, which is arranged in the holding space. In particular, the base can also comprise a household appliance, in particular a further laundry care appliance such as a washing machine or laundry dryer. In particular, the base has a flat base upper side.
The laundry care appliance is advantageously designed to integrate a manual hand washing step performed by the user into the program flow of the laundry care program selected by the user.
During the first step of the laundry care program selected by the user, the laundry care appliance can ensure an effective wetting of the laundry received in the laundry chamber, for example with the washing liquid, so that the user does not have to wet the laundry manually during the following manual hand washing step, thereby making the manual hand washing step easier for the user. A simple visual inspection of the effective cleaning can be achieved after the manual hand washing step.
After the manual hand washing step is performed by the user and the appliance insert is pushed into the appliance housing, the laundry care appliance can end the laundry care course during a subsequent second step of the laundry care program selected by the user, in which, for example, a further wetting step, washing step, rinsing step or pumping-out step is performed during the second step.
Thus, the laundry care appliance according to the present disclosure enables a manual washing step performed manually by a user to be advantageously integrated into the first and second steps that would otherwise be performed automatically by the laundry care program.
Thus, an advantageous synergy between the laundry care appliance and the user of the laundry care appliance can be utilized, since the laundry care appliance can, for example, particularly effectively wet or rinse the laundry, whereas the user can, for example, remove heavy contaminants from the laundry particularly effectively.
Furthermore, the user can perform a manual hand washing step directly inside the wash ware cavity in the pulled-out implement insert, so that it is not necessary to remove the wash ware from the wash ware cavity for the manual hand washing step. This in particular avoids the washing liquid bound by the laundry to spread into the holding space of the laundry care appliance and, furthermore, saves water and laundry care substances relative to the manual hand washing steps typically carried out in a sink.
A laundry care appliance according to the present application is understood to be the following appliance: the appliance is used for laundry care, i.e. for example for washing and/or drying laundry. In particular, such a laundry care appliance is understood to be a household laundry care appliance. Namely, the following laundry care appliances: the laundry care appliance is used under the framework of a household and is used to treat a number of laundry items common to the household.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the output device comprises a screen for outputting images and/or characters, a light source for outputting an optical signal and/or a loudspeaker for outputting an acoustic signal.
The following technical advantages are achieved: after the end of the first step of the selected laundry care program, the user can be particularly advantageously prompted to perform a manual hand washing step.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the first step of the laundry program selected by the user comprises a wetting step during which laundry received in the laundry cavity is infiltrated with a washing liquid to wet the laundry.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the user does not have to wet the laundry during the manual hand washing step immediately following the first step, but can directly start cleaning.
In order to advantageously wet the laundry during the wetting step of the first step of the laundry care program selected by the user, the control device in particular activates the pump of the laundry care appliance to supply the washing liquid from the washing liquid tank of the laundry care appliance into the laundry received in the laundry cavity and to wet the laundry.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the second step of the laundry program selected by the user comprises at least one of the following steps: a further wetting step during which laundry received in the laundry cavity is infiltrated with a washing liquid; a washing step during which laundry received in the laundry chamber is washed; a rinsing step during which water infiltrates into the laundry received in the laundry chamber to rinse the laundry care substance from the laundry; and/or a pumping step during which the washing liquid received in the washing chamber is pumped out.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the user does not have to perform the final cleaning of the laundry personally after performing the manual hand washing step, but can be performed by the laundry care appliance itself under the framework of the second step of the laundry care program selected by the user.
In order to advantageously wet the laundry during a further wetting step of the second step of the laundry care program selected by the user, the control device in particular activates a pump of the laundry care appliance to supply the washing liquid from a washing liquid tank of the laundry care appliance into the laundry received in the laundry cavity and to wet the laundry.
In order to advantageously wash or rinse the laundry during the washing step or rinsing step of the second step of the laundry care program selected by the user, the control device in particular activates the pump of the laundry care appliance to supply water, in particular fresh water, from the fresh water connection of the laundry care appliance to the laundry received in the laundry chamber (in the case of the washing step, the laundry in particular has laundry care substance) and to receive the laundry care substance from the laundry in particular fresh water in the case of the rinsing step. The control then re-activates the pump to pump water and the laundry care substance dissolved in the water out of the laundry cavity. In particular, the rinsing step can comprise a plurality of successive rinsing steps.
In order to advantageously pump out the washing liquid during the pumping out step of the second step of the washing care program selected by the user, the control means activates the pump to pump out the washing liquid from the washing chamber and to supply the pumped-out washing liquid in particular into a washing liquid tank of the washing care appliance or to pump out the pumped-out washing liquid from the washing care appliance through an outlet of the washing care appliance.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry chamber arranged in the appliance insert has a laundry receiving area with a chamber opening, and the appliance housing has a chamber cover which is designed to seal off the chamber opening in a fluid-tight manner when the appliance insert is completely pushed into the appliance housing.
The following technical advantages are achieved: when the appliance insert is completely pushed into the appliance housing, the laundry receiving area of the laundry chamber arranged in the appliance insert is sealed off in a fluid-tight manner by the chamber opening, so that the washing liquid fed into the laundry chamber during the first or second step of the selected laundry care program cannot escape from the fluid-tight, sealed-off laundry chamber.
The laundry chamber is thus formed in two parts from a laundry receiving area arranged in the appliance insert and a chamber cover arranged in the appliance housing. If the appliance insert is pulled out of the appliance housing, the laundry receiving area arranged in the appliance insert is separated from the cavity cover arranged in the appliance housing, and a user can advantageously put laundry into the laundry receiving area or take laundry out of the laundry receiving area through the cavity opening. In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the cavity opening is shaped in the insert upper side of the appliance insert, in order to achieve that a user of the laundry care appliance can ergonomically advantageously touch laundry arranged in the laundry cavity for performing a manual hand washing step, wherein the cavity opening in particular encloses the entire upper side of the laundry cavity.
The following technical advantages are achieved: when the appliance insert is pulled out, the user can particularly advantageously protrude from above through a cavity opening formed in the insert upper side of the appliance insert into the laundry receiving area in order to perform a manual hand washing step.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the laundry care appliance has a detection device which is configured to detect whether the appliance insert is pushed into the appliance housing or pulled out of the appliance housing, wherein the control device is configured to initiate a second step of the laundry program selected by the user when the detection device detects that the appliance insert is completely pushed into the appliance housing.
In this way, the technical advantage is achieved that the control device can particularly advantageously detect by means of the detection device whether the manual hand washing step and the subsequent insertion of the appliance insert into the appliance housing is completed. In particular, the control device can detect with particular advantage whether the appliance insert has been completely pushed into the appliance housing by means of the detection device, for example, to detect whether a cavity cover arranged in the appliance housing is completely fluid-tightly locked in a laundry receiving area arranged in the appliance insert.
In particular, the detection device comprises an electrical contact element arranged on the appliance insert and a further electrical contact element arranged on the appliance housing, which electrical contact element and the further electrical contact element establish an electrical contact when the appliance insert is completely pushed into the appliance housing, in order to detect a complete pushing of the appliance insert into the appliance housing.
In an advantageous embodiment of the laundry care appliance, the appliance insert has a handle element which can be grasped by a user in order to pull the appliance insert out of the appliance housing and push the appliance insert into the appliance housing.
The following technical advantages are achieved: the grip element ensures an ergonomically advantageous movement of the appliance insert by the user.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a laundry care appliance according to one embodiment of the present application.
The laundry care appliance 100 shown in fig. 1 is in particular placed on a base 102 arranged in a placement space, so that a user 104 of the laundry care appliance 100 can ergonomically advantageously touch the laundry care appliance 100, so that the user 104 in particular does not have to bend over in order to load the laundry care appliance 100 with laundry or to remove laundry from the laundry care appliance 100.
The base 102 shown in fig. 1 is not part of the laundry care appliance 100 and can comprise any piece of furniture arranged in a holding space, for example a sink. In particular, the base 102 can also comprise a household appliance, in particular a further laundry care appliance such as a washing machine or laundry dryer. To be able to place the laundry care appliance 100 shown in fig. 1 on the base 102, the base 102 has a flat base upper side.
The laundry care appliance 100 shown in fig. 1 is configured as a drum-less laundry care appliance 100, which therefore has no rotatable laundry drum for receiving laundry, as opposed to conventional washing machines. In conventional washing machines, the rotation of the rotatable laundry drum ensures that the laundry is effectively wetted with washing liquid during a washing process and effectively dewatered during a subsequent spin-drying process.
Here, the drum-less laundry care appliance 100 shown in fig. 1 according to the present application does not have a rotatable laundry drum for receiving laundry, but instead has a flexible and fluid-tightly closable laundry chamber 101 for receiving laundry. The laundry chamber 101 is here constructed in particular from a reversibly deformable material, for example an elastomer, in order to ensure the flexibility of the flexible laundry chamber 101.
The laundry cavity 101 is arranged in the appliance insert 103 of the laundry care appliance 100, wherein the appliance insert 103 is received in the appliance housing 105 of the laundry care appliance 100. As can be seen from fig. 1, the appliance insert 103 is designed as an appliance insert 103 that can be pulled out of the appliance housing 105 in sections.
In fig. 1, the appliance insert 103 is shown in a pulled-out position in which the appliance insert 103 is pulled out of the appliance housing 105 in sections, in particular up to a stop, and in which the user 104 reaches into the laundry chamber 101, for example, to insert laundry into the laundry chamber 101 or to remove laundry from the laundry chamber 101.
The wash ware chamber 101 arranged in the implement insert 103 comprises a wash ware receiving area 107 in which wash ware can be received. The laundry chamber 101, in particular the laundry receiving area 107, has a chamber opening 109, through which laundry can be introduced into the laundry chamber 101, in particular the laundry receiving area 107.
The cavity opening 109 is arranged here on the insert upper side 103-1 of the appliance insert 103 remote from the floor surface on which the laundry care appliance 100 rests, so that the user 104 of the laundry care appliance 100 can advantageously and ergonomically comfortably introduce the laundry from above through the cavity opening 109 into the laundry receiving area 107 of the laundry cavity 101 in the pulled-out position.
In particular, the cavity opening 109 surrounds the entire upper side of the laundry-receiving area 107, so that laundry can be introduced into the laundry-receiving area 107 from above by the user 104 without limitation.
The appliance insert 103 has in particular a handle element, not shown in fig. 1, which can be grasped by a user 104 of the laundry care appliance 100 in order to pull the appliance insert 103 out of the appliance housing 105 and to rotate the appliance insert 103 into the pulled-out position shown in fig. 1 or to push the appliance insert 103 into the appliance housing 105 from the pulled-out position shown in fig. 1. In particular, the grip element is arranged at an insert front side 103-2 of the appliance insert 103 facing a user 104 of the laundry care appliance 100.
In order to ensure that the appliance insert 103 is advantageously pulled out of the appliance housing 105 or is advantageously pushed into the appliance housing 105, the inside of the appliance housing 105 has guide elements, in particular guide rails, into which the insertion elements, in particular rollers, arranged on the first insert lateral side 103-3 and the second insert lateral side 103-4 of the appliance insert 103 are inserted. The guide element and the insert element are not shown in fig. 1.
The inner side of the tool housing 105 has a chamber cover, not shown in fig. 1, on the housing upper side 105-1, which is designed to seal the chamber opening 109 in a fluid-tight manner when the tool insert 103 is completely inserted into the tool housing 105.
Thus, the washing liquid for the laundry care process can be fed into the laundry chamber 101 which can be sealed off in a fluid-tight manner by the chamber cover or can be pumped out of the laundry chamber 101 which can be sealed off in a fluid-tight manner after the laundry care process.
The laundry care program which is carried out by the laundry care appliance 100 can be combined with a hand washing step which is carried out manually by the user 104 inside the laundry cavity 101, in particular inside the laundry receiving area 107, by means of the appliance insert 103 which can be pulled out of the laundry care appliance 100.
At the beginning of the laundry care process, with the appliance insert 103 pulled out of the appliance housing 105, the user 104 places the laundry to be cared for in the laundry chamber 101, in particular in the laundry receiving area 107, and then pushes the appliance insert 103 into the appliance housing 105, so that the chamber cover closes the laundry chamber 101 in a fluid-tight manner.
The laundry care appliance 100 has program selection means, not shown in fig. 1, for selecting one laundry care program from a plurality of laundry care programs by the user 104 of the laundry care appliance 100. The program selection means can comprise, in particular, an operating switch or a touch screen for selecting a laundry care program. In particular, the hand washing step performed manually by the user 104 is stored in the selected laundry care program.
The user 104 selects the laundry care program from a plurality of laundry care programs by means of the program selection means.
Next, the control device of the laundry care appliance 100, which is not shown in fig. 1, starts the first step of the laundry care program selected by the user 104.
Here, the first step of the laundry care program selected by the user 104 comprises, in particular, a wetting step during which the laundry received in the laundry chamber 101 is wetted with a washing liquid to wet the laundry.
After the first step of the laundry care program is performed, an output device, not shown in fig. 1, of the laundry care appliance 100 issues an output signal to a user 104 of the laundry care appliance 100.
The output device can comprise, in particular, a screen for outputting images or characters, a light source for outputting an optical output signal and/or a loudspeaker for outputting an acoustic signal.
Advantageously, the user 104 can be informed by an output signal: the first step of the laundry care program, in particular the wetting of the laundry with the washing liquid, is completed.
Next, the user 104 of the laundry care appliance 100 pulls the appliance insert 103 out of the laundry care appliance 100 and rotates the appliance insert 103 into the pulled-out position shown in fig. 1. In the pulled-out position, the cavity opening 109 is open so that the user 104 can then perform a manual hand washing step.
During the manual hand washing step, the user 104 particularly advantageously cleans with his hand the laundry received in the laundry chamber 101, in particular in the laundry receiving area 107, and which has been wetted. In particular, the wash liquor of the laundry supplied into the laundry cavity 101 during the first step of the laundry care program already comprises the laundry care substance, so that the user 104 does not have to add further laundry care substance during the manual hand washing step.
During the manual hand washing step, the user 104 cleans the laundry received in the laundry chamber 101 with his hand, thereby achieving the following advantages: the user 104 does not have to remove the laundry from the laundry chamber 101 for this purpose. Here, if the laundry care appliance 100 is mounted in an elevated manner, for example on a further appliance, as shown in fig. 1, this results in a particularly advantageous and ergonomic position for the user 104, since the user does not have to bend down for a manual hand washing step.
In addition, the dispersion of the washing liquid in the placing space of the laundry care implement 100 can be prevented by performing a manual hand washing step inside the laundry cavity 101, because the user 104 does not have to remove the laundry from the laundry cavity 101.
Furthermore, a particularly resource-saving laundry care process can be achieved by carrying out a manual hand washing step, since the user 104 does not have to clean the laundry to be cared for in the hand basin here and the associated, often excessive water consumption can be prevented.
After performing a manual hand washing step inside the wash chamber 101, the user 104 then pushes the appliance insert 103 into the appliance housing 105, such that the chamber lid reseals the wash chamber 101.
In a second step of the laundry care program selected by the user 104, which is performed manually following the hand washing step and is performed by the control device, the laundry care program is ended.
Here, the second step includes at least one of the following steps: a further wetting step during which laundry received in the laundry chamber 101 is infiltrated with a washing liquid; a washing step during which the laundry received in the laundry chamber 101 is washed; a rinsing step during which water infiltrates into the laundry received in the laundry chamber 101 to rinse the laundry care substance from the laundry; and/or a pumping-out step during which the washing liquid received in the washing chamber 101 is pumped out.
Next, the laundry care program is terminated, and the user 104 can take out the laundry to be cared from the laundry care appliance 100.
In the drum-less laundry care appliance 100 according to the present disclosure, the combination of the first and second steps of the laundry care program with the manual hand washing step performed therebetween by the user 104 achieves a particularly advantageous and ergonomically comfortable laundry care for the user 104 and reduces resource consumption relative to the hand washing typically performed on a wash basin.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic illustration of a method in a laundry care appliance 100.
