Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The toilet apparatuses 1 and 3 described below basically clean the toilet bowl 12 in a closed state of the toilet lid 20 from the viewpoint of preventing the diffusion of the pollutant contained in the excrement. Therefore, in the toilet apparatus 1, 3, if the toilet lid 20, 40 is not closed when there is a washing instruction, the closing operation of the toilet lid 20, 40 is automatically performed by electric power before washing, and washing is performed as a normal operation in order to put the toilet lid 20, 40 in the closed state. Hereinafter, the closing operation of the toilet covers 20 and 40 and the subsequent cleaning operation will be referred to as sequential operations.
First, the outline of the toilet apparatus 1 of the present embodiment will be described below. The toilet device 1 is a device having the structure illustrated in fig. 1 and 2, and can alternatively perform the basic operations of the plurality of modes shown in fig. 3 to 5.
The toilet device 1 includes a toilet bowl 12, a toilet bowl cleaning unit 13 that supplies cleaning water to the toilet bowl 12 and cleans the inside of the toilet bowl 12, a toilet lid 20, a toilet lid opening/closing detection unit 21 that detects opening/closing of the toilet lid 20, and a toilet lid driving unit 22 that opens/closes the toilet lid 20. The toilet apparatus 1 further includes a cleaning instruction means for outputting a cleaning instruction to the toilet cleaning unit 13, a human body detection unit 9 for detecting a human body in the vicinity of the toilet, and a control unit 5. Here, the washing instruction means includes means for performing washing operation by a user and means for automatically performing washing operation by a user, which will be described in detail later.
There are various forms of basic actions.
In the embodiment illustrated in fig. 3 and 4, when the human body detection unit 9 detects a human body, if the toilet lid 20 is in the closed state, the control unit 5 causes the toilet lid driving unit 22 to start the opening operation of the toilet lid 20. When the toilet lid 20 receives a cleaning instruction during the opening operation, the control unit 5 causes the toilet lid driving unit 22 to start the closing operation of the toilet lid 20, and thereafter causes the toilet cleaning unit 13 to start cleaning.
In the embodiment illustrated in fig. 5, when the human body detection unit 9 detects a human body, if the toilet lid 20 is in the closed state, the control unit 5 causes the toilet lid driving unit 22 to start the opening operation of the toilet lid 20, and when a cleaning instruction is received during the opening operation of the toilet lid 20, the control unit 5 cancels the cleaning instruction.
By performing any of the above operations, even when there is a cleaning instruction during the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 when the toilet is entered, the spray can be prevented from scattering from the inside of the toilet bowl 12 to the outside of the toilet.
Next, the detailed structure, structure and basic operation of the toilet device 1 will be described.
Fig. 1 to 5 are explanatory views of the toilet apparatus 1. As described above, fig. 3 and 4 are explanatory views of one operation mode, and fig. 5 is an explanatory view of another operation mode. Fig. 2 (a) and 2 (b) are schematic side views schematically showing the inside of the toilet device 1 in two modes (structures) different from each other, and may be any modes.
The toilet device 1 is a sitting western-style toilet device fixed to a floor, a wall, or the like in a toilet space. The main body 10 of the toilet apparatus 1 has a toilet bowl 12 which is opened upward and is housed so as to be surrounded by a skirt 11, and a toilet seat 24 and a toilet cover 20 which are rotatable and movable to stand up and down with respect to an opening surface of the toilet bowl 12 are provided on an upper side of the toilet bowl 12.
A toilet cleaning portion 13 is disposed in the inner space of the skirt portion 11, and the toilet cleaning portion 13 discharges sewage in the toilet bowl 12 and supplies cleaning water into the toilet bowl 12 from a water supply port 14 to clean the inside of the toilet bowl 12. The toilet bowl washing unit 13 has a water supply mechanism and a water discharge mechanism.
The water supply mechanism comprises: a water supply port 14; a washing water supply passage 15 for supplying washing water supplied from a tap water pipe (not shown) into the toilet bowl 12 through the water supply port 14; and a water supply valve 16 disposed in the middle of the washing water supply path 15 to supply or shut off the water supply to the toilet bowl 12.
The drainage mechanism shown in fig. 2 (a) has a cylindrical curved return water bend (trap) 17 connected to extend rearward from the bottom of the toilet bowl 12, and the return water bend 17 extends further downward and is connected to a drain port 18. Such a drainage mechanism includes a siphon type, a jet siphon type, a vortex siphon type, and the like, and is a mechanism that forms a drainage state or a water seal state by a siphon action.
Further, as the drainage mechanism, a structure having a movable return water bend 17A as shown in fig. 2 (b) may be used. The return water bend 17A is rotated in the arrow direction by a driving unit (not shown) to form a drainage state or a water seal state. The return water bend 17A of the illustration is positioned in a water-sealed state, and a rotational motion is performed in a water-draining state so that the open end of the return water bend 17A faces the water drain port 18. The return water bend 17A is surrounded by a return water bend case (not shown) so that sewage and odor do not leak to the outside.
Further, a drain mechanism other than the siphon type or the movable type, for example, a flush type drain mechanism may be applied to the toilet device 1.
In the drawings, the toilet apparatus 1 is illustrated as a flush tank-free type having no flush tank (low water tank) and a direct connection type water pipe, but a flush tank may be used.
As described above, the toilet device 1 further includes the toilet lid opening/closing detection unit 21 and the toilet lid driving unit 22, and further includes the toilet lid operation unit 23 that receives an instruction to open/close the toilet lid driving unit 22 from the user, as shown in fig. 1. The toilet device 1 further includes: the toilet seat 24, a toilet seat opening/closing detection unit 25 for detecting opening/closing of the toilet seat 24, a toilet seat driving unit 26 for opening/closing the toilet seat 24, and a toilet seat operation unit 27 for receiving an instruction for opening/closing the toilet seat driving unit 26, and further includes a seating detection unit 28.
As the seating detection unit 28, for example, a load sensor incorporated in the toilet seat 24 for detecting seating and unseating, an infrared sensor for detecting seating and unseating from the vicinity of the rotation shaft portion of the toilet seat 24, and the like are used. The toilet lid opening/closing detection unit 21 and the toilet seat opening/closing detection unit 25 are configured to detect an open/closed state based on an opening angle.
The toilet cover driving unit 22 and the toilet seat driving unit 26 are each constituted by a motor or the like. The toilet lid driving unit 22 opens and closes (stands up and falls down) the toilet lid 20 by electric power in the case where an instruction is given from the toilet lid operating unit 23, and the toilet seat driving unit 26 opens and closes (stands up and falls down) the toilet seat 24 by electric power in the case where an instruction is given from the toilet seat operating unit 27.
In the present specification, the state in which either the toilet lid 20 or the toilet seat 24 is raised substantially vertically is referred to as an open state, and the state in which it falls substantially horizontally and is substantially parallel to the opening surface of the toilet bowl 12 is referred to as a closed state.
In the toilet apparatus 1, if the toilet lid 20 and the toilet seat 24 are both in the open state when the closing operation of the toilet lid 20 is instructed by the toilet lid operation unit 23 or the like, the toilet seat 24 is first closed, and after the toilet lid is closed (stopped in the closed state), the toilet lid 20 is closed so as to be interlocked with the closing operation of the toilet seat 24. When the instruction of the opening operation of the toilet seat 24 is given by the toilet seat operation unit 27 or the like, if both the toilet seat 24 and the toilet lid 20 are in the closed state, the toilet lid 20 is opened first, and after the toilet seat is opened (stopped in the opened state), the toilet seat 24 is opened so as to be interlocked with the opening operation of the toilet lid 20.
The toilet apparatus 1 further includes a human body detection unit 9 for detecting a human body. The human body detecting unit 9 may be constituted by a sensor that detects a human body by detecting a temperature change due to a human movement, but may be constituted by another type of sensor, for example, an optical sensor. By the human body detection unit 9, it is possible to detect that a person has entered the toilet. The human body detection unit 9 may be provided at the rear of the main body 10 or the like, or may be incorporated in a remote controller (not shown) attached to a wall. Of course, the person detection unit 9 can also detect that the person leaves the room.
The toilet device 1 may be configured to include various functional devices such as a deodorizing device for deodorizing the inside of the toilet bowl 12, a heating device for heating the toilet seat 24, and a local cleaning device for cleaning a local area.
The toilet device 1 further includes a cleaning operation unit 29. The washing operation unit 29 includes a stool washing button 29a and a urine washing button 29b, which output washing instructions to the toilet washing unit 13 via the control unit 5 described later.
Further, the cleaning operation unit 29 is preferably disposed in both the main body operation unit (not shown) and the remote controller (not shown). These are also provided with operation switches, operation buttons, and the like, which enable various operations, settings, and the like. As the remote controller, an infrared communication remote controller is suitably used. Of course, the remote controller is provided with a transmitting portion (not shown), and the main body 10 is provided with a receiving portion (not shown).
The operation of the cleaning operation unit 29 functions as a cleaning instruction means, and the change in state from sitting to unseating detected by the sitting detection unit 28 also functions as a cleaning instruction means. That is, when a person stands up from the toilet seat 24 while sitting, automatic cleaning is performed instead of the operation of the cleaning button. In addition, a timer used to trigger a cleaning instruction in automatic cleaning (automatic cleaning function) based on timer setting is also used as the cleaning instruction means.
Further, instead of providing both the stool washing button 29a and the urine washing button 29b, a configuration may be adopted in which washing instructions are output by 1 washing button. That is, as the amount of the cleaning water to the bedpan 12 in this case, there is no distinction between a large volume for the stool and a small volume for the urine, but only a large volume for the stool.
The toilet apparatus 1 controls the above-described control objects (the water supply valve 16, the toilet lid driving unit 22, the toilet seat driving unit 26, and the like of the toilet cleaning unit 13), and includes a control unit 5 that receives output signals of the cleaning operation unit 29, the toilet lid opening/closing detection unit 21, the toilet seat opening/closing detection unit 25, the seating detection unit 28, the human body detection unit 9, and the like. The control unit 5 includes a processor such as a CPU and an MPU and various programs. The toilet device 1 further includes a timer unit (not shown) and a power supply unit (not shown).
The toilet device 1 further includes a notification unit 7 including a speaker or the like, and the notification unit 7 notifies of an abnormality or a state of the device by sound or sound synthesis. The notification unit 7 may be configured to have a display such as an LED instead of or in addition to the audio output.
Next, basic operations of the toilet apparatus 1 will be described with reference to flowcharts of fig. 3 to 5. These operations are all processes related to the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 by the control unit 5 when the human body is detected by the human body detection unit 9. The opening operation of the toilet cover 20 is an operation of automatically opening the toilet cover 20 when entering a room, from the viewpoint of convenience of a user, etc.
The toilet apparatus 1 may be configured to perform any one of the operations shown in fig. 3 to 5 when a human body is detected (when the user enters a room), or may be configured to perform any one of the operations by changing the settings of the toilet apparatus 1.
In the following description of the operation, the detection of the open/close state of the toilet lid 20 and the detection of the open/close state of the toilet seat 24 are performed by the respective detection units, but the description of the operation of these detection units is omitted. The opening and closing operation of the toilet cover 20 and the opening and closing operation of the toilet seat 24 are performed by the respective driving units, but the description of the operation of these driving units is omitted.
First, the operation of fig. 3 will be described with reference to flowcharts shown in steps S100 to S109. In the following description, the portion described as "step s×" will be simply referred to as "s×" for the operation steps of fig. 3 to 5.
When the human body detection unit 9 detects a human body, the open/close state of the toilet lid 20 is determined, and if the open state is the toilet lid 20 does not need to perform processing related to the opening operation, the present processing is terminated (N of S100 and S101). On the other hand, if the toilet lid 20 is in the closed state when a human body is detected, the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 is started (Y, S102 of S100 and S101). When there is no cleaning instruction during the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 (before the toilet lid 20 is opened), the process ends (S103, N, S, S104, and Y). That is, after that, the toilet lid 20 is opened, and the user can use it.
When a cleaning instruction is received before the toilet lid 20 is opened, the notification unit 7 notifies the cleaning instruction by, for example, an electronic sound such as "beep" (Y, S105 of N, S of S103 and N, S). Then, when the toilet lid 20 is closed, the toilet lid 20 starts to perform the reverse closing operation (hereinafter referred to as "reverse closing operation") and the toilet lid 20 is opened, the toilet lid is notified of this by an electronic sound such as "beep" to perform the cleaning of the toilet bowl 12 (S106 to S109).
In short, when a person enters the toilet, the toilet lid 20 automatically performs an opening operation, but if a cleaning instruction is received during the opening operation, the toilet lid 20 immediately performs a reverse closing operation, and waits for the closing of the toilet lid 20 to perform cleaning. In this way, even in the case of a cleaning instruction during the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 when entering the room, a sequential operation for preventing the scattering of the spray, such as closing and cleaning of the toilet lid 20, is performed.
When the user enters the room, the user forgets to flush the toilet bowl 12, or for various reasons, and first washes the toilet bowl, the user can perform washing to prevent the contamination from scattering even when a washing instruction is received by a washing operation or the like during the opening operation.
The operations of steps S200 to S209 in fig. 4 are different from those related to the sequential operations (S107 and S109) in fig. 3. In fig. 4, the cleaning is performed simultaneously (immediately after) the start of the reverse closing operation of the toilet lid 20, instead of performing the sequential operation in the strict sense (S207, S208). In addition, since the toilet lid 20 is not closed before the start of cleaning, notification of the closing of the toilet lid 20 may not be performed.
According to this mode of operation, the reverse closing operation of the toilet lid 20 is performed by the cleaning instruction when the toilet lid 20 is entered into the room, but the cleaning may be started without waiting for the toilet lid 20 to be closed. Thus, the time from the instruction of cleaning to the end of cleaning is shortened. In the case of the toilet apparatus 1 in which forgetting to flush is hardly generated, such an operation mode may be adopted. In order to prevent the spray from scattering during the cleaning as much as possible, the cleaning of fig. 4 may be started (S208) after a predetermined time (for example, 2 seconds) has elapsed from the start of the reverse closing operation of the toilet lid 20 (S207) as an intermediate operation mode of fig. 3 and 4. In this way, the spread of the spray can be slightly alleviated by closing the toilet lid 20.
In addition, if a toilet lid mechanism is used in which the opening/closing operation of the toilet lid 20 can be stopped halfway, that is, a mechanism that can be stopped halfway before the toilet lid 20 is opened, the reverse closing operation of the toilet lid 20 can be performed before the toilet lid 20 is opened, and cleaning can be accelerated.
Further, as in the operation modes shown in steps S300 to S307 in fig. 5, the operation mode may be set to cancel the cleaning instruction. That is, in this operation mode, when a cleaning instruction is received during the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 after entering the room, the toilet lid 20 is in the open state, but the cleaning instruction is canceled without performing the reverse closing operation and cleaning of the toilet lid 20 thereafter (S302, Y, S305, S306 of S303). Then, the condition that the washing instruction is canceled is informed by an electronic sound of "beep, beep", or the like (S307). In the operation flow of fig. 5, the cancel washing itself is only logic that does not execute washing, and is not a special process of cancel washing, and therefore cancel washing is indicated by a broken line (S306).
In this way, the instruction of cleaning immediately after entering the room may be used as an instruction of exception, and the instruction of cleaning may be canceled. If the instruction of cleaning during the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 is issued by the user, the instruction is canceled, but there is no problem as long as the user operates the toilet lid operation unit 23 again after the toilet lid 20 is opened.
In the above-described washing instruction in the operation mode at the time of human detection, the washing instruction by the operation of the toilet lid operation unit 23 performed immediately after the user enters the room is mainly considered, but the washing instruction may include a washing instruction of automatic washing (automatic washing function) set by a timer. That is, when the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 at the time of entering the room coincides with the cleaning instruction of the time-based cleaning, any one of the operations shown in fig. 3 to 5 may be executed.
In addition, the following structure may be adopted: whether the instruction to wash the toilet lid 20 during the opening operation after the human body detection is caused by the operation of a person or by the timer washing is determined, the washing is canceled in the case of the operation, and the sequential operation (reverse closing operation, washing) is performed in the case of the timer washing.
The toilet apparatus 1 is not limited to the above, and may be a device in which the toilet seat 24 and the toilet cover 20 are replaced as a unit. In particular, the toilet device 3 having the toilet seat device 30 mounted (or replaced) therein is shown in fig. 6. The basic configuration of the toilet device 3 according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 6 (a) and 6 (b). In the present embodiment, the movable return bend 17A is illustrated in fig. 6 (b), but the present invention can be applied to a structure in which the toilet body has the siphon return bend 17 (see fig. 2 (a)) or another structure.
Specifically, the toilet apparatus 3 includes a toilet bowl 12, a toilet bowl cleaning unit 13 that supplies cleaning water to the toilet bowl 12 and cleans the inside of the toilet bowl 12, a toilet seat apparatus 30, and a cleaning operation unit 29 that outputs a cleaning instruction to the toilet bowl cleaning unit 13. The toilet device 3 further includes a control unit 5, a notification unit 7, and a human body detection unit 9.
The toilet seat device 30 and the toilet body of the toilet seat device 3 (the portion excluding the toilet seat device 30) are detachably separated. The toilet seat device 30 includes: the toilet lid 40, the toilet lid opening/closing detection unit 41, the toilet lid driving unit 42, the toilet lid operation unit 43, the toilet seat 44, the toilet seat opening/closing detection unit 45, the toilet seat driving unit 46, the toilet seat operation unit 47, the seating detection unit 48, the toilet bowl cleaning operation unit 49, the toilet seat side control unit 35, and the notification unit 37. Further, the toilet seat device 30 and the toilet body can transmit and receive signals therebetween.
The toilet apparatus 3 (toilet main body) other than the toilet seat apparatus 30 has a structure substantially similar to that of fig. 1, and therefore, a detailed description thereof will be omitted. The toilet lid 40, the toilet lid opening/closing detection unit 41, the toilet lid driving unit 42, the toilet lid operation unit 43, the toilet seat 44, the toilet seat opening/closing detection unit 45, the toilet seat driving unit 46, the toilet seat operation unit 47, and the seating detection unit 48 included in the toilet seat device 30 are also substantially the same as those of fig. 1, and the description thereof is omitted.
The toilet seat device 30 of fig. 6 is configured to be able to output a cleaning instruction of the toilet bowl 12 from the toilet seat device 30 side to the toilet cleaning unit 13. Specifically, when a cleaning instruction is given from the toilet bowl cleaning operation unit 49, the toilet seat device 30 receives the instruction and controls the toilet bowl cleaning unit 13 by the toilet body side control unit 5, thereby cleaning the toilet bowl 12. The toilet seat side control unit 35 may be configured to directly control the toilet cleaning unit 13.
As shown in fig. 6, the toilet device 3 includes not only the toilet bowl washing operation portion 49 on the toilet seat device 30 side but also the washing operation portion 29 on the toilet body side. That is, fig. 5 shows a configuration in which both the cleaning operation unit 29 and the bowl cleaning operation unit 49 can perform a cleaning instruction. Further, the toilet body may be configured so that the cleaning operation unit 29 is not provided, and the cleaning instruction is given only by the toilet bowl cleaning operation unit 49. The bedpan cleaning operation section 49 preferably has a stool cleaning button and a urine cleaning button.
The operation of the bedpan cleaning operation section 49 functions as a bedpan cleaning instruction means, and the state change from sitting to unseating detected by the sitting detection section 48 also functions as a bedpan cleaning instruction means. That is, when standing up from the toilet seat 44 while sitting, automatic cleaning is performed instead of the operation of the cleaning button.
In addition, the toilet main body cleaning instruction includes a cleaning instruction set by a timer, as in the toilet apparatus 1 shown in fig. 1, and the toilet seat apparatus 30 receives a cleaning instruction set by a timer in addition to a toilet bowl cleaning instruction means or a cleaning operation unit 29 of the toilet main body.
The toilet device 3 can perform the operations of fig. 3 to 5, etc. in the same way as the toilet device 1 of fig. 1, when detecting a human body. In short, when a cleaning instruction is given during the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 at the time of human body detection, the closing operation and the cleaning sequence operation of the toilet lid 20 are performed. The operation of fig. 4 is not a cleaning operation after the closing operation of the toilet lid 20 is completed, and is not strictly a sequential operation.
As an operation mode of the toilet device 3, the operation of fig. 5 may be performed. That is, in this operation mode, when there is a cleaning instruction during the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 at the time of human body detection, only the closing operation of the toilet lid 20 is executed, and the cleaning instruction is canceled.
As described above, the toilet seat device 30 includes the toilet seat 44, the toilet lid 40, the toilet lid opening/closing detection unit 41 for detecting the opening/closing of the toilet lid 40, and the toilet lid driving unit 42 for opening/closing the toilet lid 40. The toilet seat device 30 is a device attached to the toilet body, and includes a toilet bowl cleaning instruction means for outputting a cleaning instruction to the toilet body, and a toilet seat side control unit 35. Further, the toilet body can detect a human body.
When the toilet main body detects a human body, the toilet seat side control unit 35 causes the toilet lid driving unit 22 to start the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 if the toilet lid 20 is in the closed state, and when the toilet lid 20 receives a cleaning instruction from the toilet bowl cleaning instruction means or the toilet main body during the opening operation, executes the following operation. That is, the toilet seat side control unit 35 starts the closing operation of the toilet lid 20 by the toilet lid driving unit 22, and then outputs a cleaning instruction to the toilet body. This operation corresponds to the operation shown in fig. 3 and 4.
On the other hand, when the toilet main body detects a human body, the toilet seat side control unit 35 may cause the toilet lid driving unit 22 to start the opening operation of the toilet lid 20 if the toilet lid 20 is in the closed state, and cancel the cleaning instruction if the cleaning instruction is received from the toilet bowl cleaning instruction means or the toilet main body during the opening operation of the toilet lid 20. This action corresponds to the action shown in fig. 5.
The notification of the timing of the washing instruction during the operation of the toilet apparatus 3, the notification of the closing timing of the toilet cover 40, and the like may be performed by any one of the notification unit 37 of the toilet apparatus 30 and the notification unit 7 of the toilet main body.
The toilet seat device 30 is not limited to the device shown in fig. 6. The toilet seat device 30 may be provided with a local cleaning device, or may be provided with a toilet seat operation unit (not shown) that can perform various operations or settings (e.g., a local cleaning device).
