Detailed Description
In the following description of the drawings, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, rear, etc. refer exclusively to exemplary representations and positions of adapters, side frames, supports, support surfaces, sheet claws, etc. selected in the respective drawings. These terms should not be construed in a limiting sense, i.e., the references may vary due to different operating positions or mirror-symmetrical designs, etc.
In fig. 1 and 3, the reference numeral 1 as a whole designates an embodiment variant of a side frame of a drawer 10 according to the invention, which is shown by way of example in fig. 15, to which an adapter unit is attached for connecting the side frame to a drawer bottom 11.
The drawer 10 has two such side frames 1, to the adapter units of which the drawer bottom 11 is fixed. The front panel 12 is disposed at the front of the drawer 10.
The adapter unit has an adapter 5 with a profiled part 6 for connection to the frame wall 2 of the side frame 1.
In the embodiment variant shown here, the side frame 1 preferably comprises a core 21 which is hidden by a smooth surface inner wall 22 facing the drawer interior and an outer wall 23 facing away from the drawer interior.
The outer wall 23 of the side frame 1 encloses the profiled part 6 of the adapter 5, so that the latter is additionally advantageously held on the side frame 1.
At the front end, seen in the longitudinal direction of the frame wall 2, the running rail connection 3 is attached to an adapter device, not described in detail, for engagement with a rail guide of the drawer 10.
The flat profiled part 6 of the adapter 5, which is aligned parallel to the frame wall 2, adjoins a support 7 with a support surface 71 for supporting the drawer bottom 11.
The teeth 41 of the sheet claw 4 mounted on the support 7 protrude from the support surface 71.
For this purpose, the support 7 has an accommodation space 73 for accommodating the sheet claw 4, as shown in the example in fig. 4, and in which the sheet claw 4 can be mounted without a tool.
As further shown in fig. 1 to 4, the support 7 is preferably cubic in shape.
At least one opening 72 is provided in the side of the support 7 forming the support surface 71, from which at least one tooth 41 of the sheet claw 4 protrudes in the assembled state of the sheet claw 4.
Different embodiment variants of the sheet claws 4, 8, 9 are described below on the basis of fig. 5 to 14, which are inserted into correspondingly shaped accommodation spaces 73 of differently designed supports 7.
All the different embodiment variants of the sheet material claw 4, 8, 9 have in common that they have a locking region 42, 82, 92 from which a bending region 43, 83, 93 extends, to which at least one tooth 41, 81, 91, in the present exemplary embodiment two teeth 41, 81, 91 are each or both formed.
The locking areas 42, 82, 92 of the sheet metal claws 4, 8, 9 are preferably designed planar with at least one latching element 45, 85, 95 which protrudes from the surface and can be latched with a mating latching element 78, 79 of the support 7.
In a first preferred embodiment variant shown in fig. 5 to 8, the locking region 42 of the sheet claw 4 is substantially rectangular in shape, having a width perpendicular to the insertion direction Z in the longitudinal extension direction X which is greater than the width of the bending region 43 from which the tooth 41 protrudes.
Thus, the groove-like accommodation space 73 is provided in the support 7 by the contact bar 74 and the guide bar 76 and the front wall of the support 7 facing the drawer interior, into which the sheet claw 4 can be inserted from the underside of the support 7 facing away from the support surface 71.
In order to lock the sheet claw 4, in the exemplary embodiment shown, a latching element 45 is arranged centrally on the locking region 42, which latching element is here designed as an angularly projecting latching lug which, in the latched state, projects into a latching element 79 designed as a latching recess. The latching element 79, which is designed as a latching recess, has a slot-shaped design corresponding to the slot-shaped design of the latching element 45.
Fig. 5 also shows a sliding surface 44 in the locking region 42, which facilitates the assembly of the sheet claw 4.
From the edge of the locking region 42, which is adjacent to the support surface 71 in the assembled state, the bending region 43 extends in an arc shape and, after the insertion of the sheet claw 4 into the receiving space 73 of the support 7, can be pressed further into the opening 72 in the support surface 71, if necessary, for example with a finger or a tool, from below.
The contact bar 74, the support bar 75 and the guide bar 76 also serve to stabilize the cube support 7, as shown by way of example in fig. 6.
In the embodiment variant of the sheet claw 8 shown in fig. 9 to 11, the sheet claw 8 is of clip-like or U-shaped design, wherein two teeth 81 are integrally formed on one of the legs of the U, which in the assembled state protrude through openings 72 in the support face 71 of the support 7.
The sheet claw 8 is also inserted into the accommodation space 73 of the support 7 from the underside facing away from the support surface 71.
In the assembled state, the bending region 83 (central bar of U) is placed on a contact bar 74 protruding here from the underside of the support surface 71, which is designed to be inclined downwards at an angle to the bending region 83 of the sheet claw 8, so that after the sheet claw 8 has been inserted into the accommodation space 73, the tooth 81 can be bent further forward through the opening 72, so that the tooth 81 protrudes further out of the support surface 71 of the support 7.
On the leg opposite the tooth 81, which forms the locking region 82 of the sheet claw 8, at least one tongue-shaped latching element 85 is integrally formed, which in the assembled state protrudes into the latching element 79 shown in fig. 10, which is also formed as a slot-shaped latching recess, and into which the latching recess protrudes when the sheet claw 8 is pressed into the accommodation space 73.
In the embodiment variant shown in fig. 12 to 14, the receiving space 73 for receiving the sheet claw 9 is designed as a wall section 77 offset from the support surface 71 parallel thereto and having a centrally disposed opening 72, on which the sheet claw 9 is placed from above.
The material thickness corresponding to the sheet claw 9 is offset in parallel so that the upper side of the locking region 92 of the sheet claw 9 is flush with the support surface 71 of the support 7.
The locking region 92 of the sheet claw 9 is here shaped like a frame.
On the opposite narrow side of the locking region 92, a locking lug projecting angularly downwards from the plane of the locking region 92 is also formed here as a latching element 95, which in the latched state can be latched into the latching element 78, which is also formed here as a slot-shaped latching recess.
Extending within the frame-shaped locking region 92 is a bending region 93, at the end of which the tooth 91 is formed.
Here, the bending region 93 is essentially arc-shaped, wherein the bending region 93 initially extends from the frame-shaped locking region 92 into the opening 72 in the support surface 71 of the support 7, and the teeth 91 integrally formed on the free end of the bending region 93 protrude upwardly out of the support surface 71.
This embodiment variant also allows to simply mount the sheet claw 9 on the support 7 of the adapter 5 without tools.
In all embodiment variants, in order to lock the sheet metal claw 4, 8, 9 to the drawer bottom 11, it is possible in a simple manner to press manually or with a tool in the direction of the bottom.
