Description

Remote monitoring method and system for liquid exchange operation of peritoneal dialysis patient
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical remote monitoring, in particular to a remote monitoring method and a remote monitoring system for liquid exchange operation of an abdominal patient.
Background
Peritoneal dialysis is a main alternative treatment mode for end-stage renal failure, utilizes the peritoneal membrane of a patient as a semipermeable membrane, and realizes solute exchange between blood and peritoneal fluid by injecting the peritoneal fluid into the peritoneal cavity, so as to remove metabolic wastes in the blood, maintain body electrolyte and acid-base balance, and remove excessive fluid. Patients with abdominal pain need to perform such fluid exchange frequently, and medical resources of hospitals are limited, and even if reservation is advanced, the patients may be discharged for a long time. And the patient needs to make a round trip in the hospital and home, which affects normal work and life.
Therefore, more and more patients choose to exchange liquid at home, and after the patients or sick families are trained in liquid exchange operation in professional hospitals, the liquid can be automatically exchanged after the liquid exchange equipment is prepared in the home. The patient can arrange the liquid changing time by himself at home, and work and life are not delayed. However, when the patient changes liquid at home, there may be improper liquid changing operation or unqualified liquid changing environment, thereby bringing negative effects to the body of the patient and affecting the treatment effect of the patient. Therefore, in order to ensure the liquid change treatment effect of the patient, remote monitoring is required for the household liquid change operation of the patient.

10. The system of claim 9, wherein the trans-abdominal patient fluid change procedure comprises:
the liquid exchange operation monitoring module is used for shooting the liquid exchange operation of the peritoneal dialysis patient in the whole course to obtain a liquid exchange operation video;
the liquid changing environment static detection module is used for detecting the environment around the liquid changing operation to obtain environment static parameters; the environment static parameters comprise humidity, temperature, dust concentration and a liquid exchange environment integral image;
the liquid changing environment dynamic monitoring module is used for dynamically monitoring the liquid changing environment in the whole course in the liquid changing process of the patient to obtain an environment dynamic video;
the patient physiological parameter detection module is used for detecting the body of the fluid change patient to obtain the physiological parameters of the fluid change patient.
