Background
The electronic commerce platform can be used as a window for purchasing overseas commodities by consumers to realize cross-border import of the commodities, and the cross-border import reporting mode mainly comprises personal postal article customs, cross-border electronic commerce customs, general trade imports and the like.
The order for realizing the cross-border import of the commodity can be called a cross-border order, and a declaration mode of the cross-border order needs to be determined in practical application and is used for clearing the commodity in the cross-border order, and the commodity imported in the cross-border can be called a cross-border commodity for short. In general, a merchant may set a reporting manner for a cross-border commodity in advance, cross-border commodities in the same reporting manner may be contained in the same cross-border order, and when determining the reporting manner of the cross-border order, the reporting manner of the commodity in the cross-border order is directly determined as the reporting manner of the cross-border order, i.e. the reporting manner of the cross-border order is inherited to the commodity in the cross-border order.
However, in such a manner, the declaration manner of the cross-border order is only the same as that of the commodity in the cross-border order, and thus the declaration manner of the cross-border order cannot be flexibly determined, and thus, for example, the problem that the user demand cannot be satisfied and the user experience is poor is caused.

Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a commodity or system comprising such elements.
In addition, the sequence of steps in the method embodiments described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, where the application scenario may include a terminal 11 and a server 12, where the terminal 11 is in communication connection with the server 12, and exemplary, a client for a user to purchase overseas commodities may be installed on the terminal 11, and the server 12 may be a service end corresponding to the client, and the user may use the terminal 11 to order the overseas commodities. The terminal 11 may be, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a wearable device, etc., and the server 12 may be, for example, a physical server, a cloud server, etc.
In general, a merchant may set a reporting manner for a cross-border commodity in advance, cross-border commodities in the same reporting manner may be included in the same cross-border order, and when determining the reporting manner of the cross-border order, the reporting manner of the commodity in the cross-border order is directly determined as the reporting manner of the cross-border order, that is, the reporting manner of the cross-border order is a commodity inherited in the cross-border order, and it is understood that the commodity in the cross-border order is the cross-border commodity. For example, if the commodity in a cross-border order is declared to be a cross-border e-commerce report, the declaration mode of the cross-border order is determined to be the cross-border e-commerce report. Therefore, the reporting mode of the cross-border order can only be determined as the reporting mode of the commodities in the cross-border order, namely, the reporting mode of the cross-border order can only be inherited to the commodities in the cross-border order, so that the problem that the reporting mode of the cross-border order cannot be flexibly determined exists.
In order to solve the technical problem that the reporting mode of the cross-border order is poor in flexibility, in the embodiment of the application, the reporting mode of the cross-border order can be determined to be the reporting mode of the commodity in the cross-border order, then when the reporting mode of the cross-border order is the first reporting mode, whether the target condition of the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is met or not can be further determined, if yes, the reporting mode of the cross-border order is changed to the second reporting mode, and the problem that the reporting mode of the cross-border order cannot be flexibly determined due to the fact that the reporting mode of the cross-border order is changed from the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode when the corresponding condition is met is solved.
It should be noted that the method for determining the cross-border order reporting mode provided in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to any scenario in which a reporting mode of a cross-border order needs to be determined.
In one embodiment, the method for determining the cross-border order declaration mode may be determined when the order page needs to be displayed, in which case, the method for determining the cross-border order declaration mode provided in the embodiment of the present application may be executed in a process of processing a request (which may be denoted as a first request) for requesting the order page.
Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for determining a cross-border order declaration manner according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method provided in the embodiment may be executed by the server 12, as shown in fig. 2, and the method in the embodiment may include:
step 21, determining that the declaration mode of the cross-border order is the declaration mode of the commodity in the cross-border order;
step 22, when the reporting mode of the cross-border order is the first reporting mode, determining whether the target condition of the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is satisfied;
and step 23, if so, modifying the declaration mode of the cross-border order to a second declaration mode.
In the embodiment of the application, a merchant user can set a reporting mode for cross-border commodities in advance, cross-border commodities in the same reporting mode can be contained in the same cross-border order, and the reporting mode of the cross-border order can be determined to be the reporting mode of the commodities in the cross-border order. For example, assuming that the declaration mode of the commodity in the cross-border order is a cross-border e-commerce report, it may be determined that the declaration mode of the cross-border order is a cross-border e-commerce report. For another example, assuming that the declaration mode of the merchandise in the cross-border order is the personal mail item declaration, it may be determined that the declaration mode of the cross-border order is the personal mail item declaration.
When the declaration mode of the cross-border order is the first declaration mode, that is, when the declaration mode of the commodity in the cross-border order is the first declaration mode, whether the target condition of the first declaration mode to the second declaration mode is met can be determined, and if the target condition of the first declaration mode to the second declaration mode is determined to be met, the declaration mode of the cross-border order can be modified to the second declaration mode.
The first reporting mode refers to a reporting mode needing to consider conversion, the second reporting mode refers to a reporting mode with the first reporting mode being convertible, the target condition refers to a condition that the first reporting mode is changed into the second reporting mode needing to be met, namely, when the target condition is met, the reporting mode of the cross-border order can be changed into the second reporting mode from the first reporting mode, and the target condition that the first reporting mode, the second reporting mode and the first reporting mode are changed into the second reporting mode need to be met can be flexibly realized according to the conversion requirement of the reporting mode.
Considering cross-border e-commerce customs, cross-border consumption limit management of personal years is related, that is, the cross-border consumption limit of personal years does not exceed a limit threshold (for example, 2.6 ten thousand yuan at present), and the cross-border consumption management generally brings problems, for example, due to the limitation of the cross-border consumption limit, a buyer user cannot place an order for goods which are reported by the cross-border e-commerce customs, so that a relatively high transaction loss is caused, or due to the limitation of the cross-border consumption limit, the buyer user can place an order for goods which are reported by the cross-border e-commerce customs successfully, but the goods cannot normally clear the way, and the merchant needs to make package return treatment for the cross-border order, so that relatively high transaction loss and reverse cost are caused. To address issues that may arise due to cross-border consumption credit management of an individual's years, in one embodiment, the first reporting means may include a cross-border e-commerce gateway.
In one embodiment, the second reporting mode may be for personal postal items, considering that the tax rate for personal postal items is low. In another embodiment, the second reporting means may be a general trade import report.
In practical applications, the target conditions may include a first target condition and a second target condition, where the first target condition may be used to determine a cross-border order that needs to consider a conversion declaration mode, and the second target condition may be used to determine whether the cross-border order that needs to consider the conversion declaration mode can be converted into a second declaration mode.
Optionally, when determining whether the target condition of the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is satisfied, it may be determined whether a first target condition of the target conditions is satisfied first, and then whether a second target condition of the target conditions is satisfied. Or alternatively, when determining whether the target condition of the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is satisfied, it may be directly determined whether the entire target condition is satisfied.
For example, in the case that the first declaration mode is a cross-border e-commerce declaration, optionally, a cross-border order of the out-of-limit user may be considered to be determined as a cross-border order requiring conversion of the declaration mode, and/or optionally, an out-of-limit cross-border order of the risk user may be considered to be determined as a cross-border order requiring conversion of the declaration mode. The overrun user refers to a user incapable of purchasing commodities with a declaration mode of cross-border electronic commerce, the risk user refers to a user capable of purchasing the risks of the commodities with the declaration mode of cross-border electronic commerce, and the overrun cross-border order refers to a cross-border order in which the commodity amount exceeds the rest of cross-border consumption amount of the buyer user.
Based on this, in one embodiment, in the case where the first declaration manner is cross-border e-commerce customs declaration, the first target condition may include that the buyer user corresponding to the cross-border order is an overrun user, and/or that the buyer user corresponding to the cross-border order is a risk user and the cross-border order is an overrun cross-border order.
For example, in the case where the second reporting mode is a personal post item report, whether the cross-border order requiring to consider the conversion reporting mode can be converted into the second reporting mode may be determined based on the stock mode of the commodity and the post record condition of the commodity. Based on this, in one embodiment, in the case where the second declaration mode is a personal postal matter customs declaration, the second target condition may include that the stock modes of the commodities in the cross-border order are all overseas stock modes, and that the commodities in the cross-border order have a postal tax number.
Optionally, the second target condition may further include one or more of the following: the commodities in the cross-border order are all commodities which are tax-covered by the seller user, and the seller user corresponding to the commodities in the cross-border order has ordered the service of automatically changing the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode, or the commodities in the cross-border order are all free of gifts.
The target conditions comprise that commodities in the cross-border order are commodities covered by the seller user, so that the problem that consumers perceive tax poorly due to the change of a declaration mode can be avoided, and the use experience of the buyer user is improved.
Through the target conditions including that the seller users corresponding to the commodities in the cross-border order have subscribed to the service of the first reporting mode and automatically switch to the second reporting mode, the seller users can select whether to switch on the function of the first reporting mode to switch to the second reporting mode according to the needs, and the use experience of the seller users is improved.
The target conditions include that commodities in the cross-border order are not gift, so that the cross-border order with the gift of the commodity can be omitted when the reporting mode of the cross-border order is changed, and the cross-border order is beneficial to simplifying the implementation.
It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the target conditions may not include none of the merchandise in the cross-border order being complimentary to the gift, in which case the conditions that need to be met for the gift may be the same as the merchandise. For example, taking the second declaration mode as an example of the personnel postal article customs declaration, the stock mode of the gift can be required to be overseas stock mode, and the gift can also be required to have a postal tax number.
Where the second declaration is a general trade import declaration, the second target condition may include, by way of example: the commodities in the cross-border order are all commodities which are tax-covered by the seller user, and/or the seller users corresponding to the commodities in the cross-border order have ordered the service of automatically changing the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode. Optionally, the second target condition may further include: none of the items in the cross-border order are complimentary.
In one embodiment, the first reporting mode is cross-border e-commerce reporting, and the second reporting mode is personal postal article reporting; the determining whether the target condition for switching the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is satisfied may specifically include: determining whether a buyer user corresponding to the cross-border order is an overrun user or a risk user, wherein the cross-border order is an overrun cross-border order; if so, it is determined whether the cross-border order satisfies each of the following conditions: the goods in the cross-border order form are all overseas goods preparation modes, and the goods in the cross-border order form have a postal tax number; if yes, determining that the cross-border order meets the target condition; otherwise, determining that the cross-border order does not meet the target condition.
In another embodiment, the first reporting mode is cross-border e-commerce reporting, the second reporting mode is general trade import reporting, and determining whether the target condition of the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is met may specifically include: determining whether a buyer user corresponding to the cross-border order is an overrun user or a risk user, wherein the cross-border order is an overrun cross-border order; if yes, determining whether the cross-border order meets the following conditions, wherein the conditions comprise that commodities in the cross-border order are all commodities covered by tax of a seller user, and/or that the seller users corresponding to the commodities in the cross-border order have ordered services of a first reporting mode and automatically change to a second reporting mode; if yes, determining that the cross-border order meets the target condition; otherwise, determining that the cross-border order does not meet the target condition.
According to the method for determining the cross-border order reporting mode, the cross-border order reporting mode is firstly determined to be the commodity reporting mode in the cross-border order, then when the cross-border order reporting mode is the first reporting mode, whether the target condition of the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is met is further determined, if yes, the cross-border order reporting mode is modified to be the second reporting mode, the fact that the cross-border order reporting mode can be modified to be the second reporting mode when the corresponding condition is met is achieved, and therefore the cross-border order reporting mode can be modified according to requirements after the cross-border order reporting mode is determined to be the commodity reporting mode in the cross-border order.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a cross-border order processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment mainly describes an interaction process between a terminal 11 and a server 12, and as shown in fig. 3, the method provided in the embodiment may include:
Step 31, the terminal responds to the operation of the user and sends a first request to the server, wherein the first request is used for requesting to acquire page information of an ordered page;
step 32, the server determines that the declaration mode of the cross-border order corresponding to the first request is the declaration mode of the commodity in the cross-border order;
step 33, when the reporting mode of the cross-border order is the first reporting mode, the server determines whether the target condition of the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is satisfied;
step 34, if yes, the server modifies the declaration mode of the cross-border order into a second declaration mode;
step 35, the server generates page information of the order-placing page corresponding to the second declaration mode for the cross-border order;
and step 36, the server sends the page information of the ordered page to the terminal.
And step 37, the terminal displays the order page based on the page information.
In this embodiment of the present application, the terminal may send, in response to an operation of a user (for example, a trigger operation for a purchase button), a first request to the server, where the first request may be used to request to obtain page information of a next page, and it should be noted that, for specific content of the first request, reference may be made to specific descriptions in the related art, which are not repeated herein.
In practical application, the cross-border order corresponding to the first request may be a temporary order created in response to the first request, the reporting modes of the commodities in the cross-border order are the same reporting mode, and the server may determine that the reporting mode of the cross-border order corresponding to the first request is the reporting mode of the commodities in the cross-border order.
When the declaration mode of the cross-border order is the first declaration mode, whether the target condition of the first declaration mode to the second declaration mode is met can be determined, and if so, the declaration mode of the cross-border order can be modified to the second declaration mode. Details of the first reporting mode, the second reporting mode and the target condition can be found in the related descriptions of the foregoing embodiments, and are not repeated here.
After modifying the declaration mode of the cross-border order into the second declaration mode, the server can generate page information of the order-placing page of the cross-border order corresponding to the second declaration mode, and send the page information of the order-placing page to the terminal, and the terminal can display the order-placing page based on the page information.
The order placing entry can be provided in an order placing page corresponding to the second reporting mode of the cross-border order, the terminal can acquire operation (which can be recorded as order placing operation) of the user through the order placing entry, and the terminal can send a second request to the server in response to the order placing operation. For specific content of the page information of the order-placing page corresponding to the second declaration mode, which is generated by the server, reference may be made to specific description in the related art, and details are not repeated here.
Taking the second reporting mode as an example, the person posts the article to report, for example, the order page corresponding to the second reporting mode may be as shown in fig. 4A. The prompt information of "overseas direct mail merchandise in order with clearance, please ensure that the name of the addressee is true" in fig. 4A, and "please upload the addressee identification card for merchandise clearance after payment" is the prompt information corresponding to the second reporting mode, and the "submit order" button in fig. 4A can be understood as the order entry. Note that, the order page created based on the individual post item customs clearance shown in fig. 4A is only an example.
In this embodiment of the present invention, after the terminal displays the order page corresponding to the second declaration mode based on the page information, the terminal may further obtain an order placing operation for the cross-border order, and the terminal may send, in response to the order placing operation, a second request for the cross-border order to the server, where the second request is used to request a payment page for the cross-border order. The order placing operation may be, for example, a click operation for "submit order" in fig. 4A. It should be noted that, for the specific content of the second request, reference may be made to the specific description in the related art, and the description is not repeated here.
In this embodiment of the present application, the server may create a trade order (may be denoted as a first trade order) corresponding to the cross-border order based on the second declaration manner and generate page information of a payment page for the first trade order, and may also send the page information to the terminal, where the terminal may display the payment page based on the page information. In the process of creating the transaction order corresponding to the cross-border order, authentication processing (requiring real-name authentication) associated with the cross-border order can be performed based on the personal mail item declaration, and tax calculation and recording can be performed according to the personal mail item declaration tax. It should be appreciated that, since the second declaration mode is an existing mode, the specific mode of creating the trade order corresponding to the cross-border order based on the second declaration mode may also be an existing mode, and will not be described herein.
In one embodiment, when the target condition for transferring the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is not satisfied, that is, when the cross-border order does not satisfy the first target condition, the cross-border order may indicate that the reporting mode of the cross-border order does not need to be changed, and the reporting mode of the cross-border order may be the first reporting mode or the order placing process may be performed according to the original mode.
Based on this, optionally, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: if the target condition is not met, generating page information of a first order page corresponding to a first declaration mode of the cross-border order when a first target condition in the target condition is not met, and sending the page information of the first order page to the terminal so that the terminal displays the first order page based on the page information.
The first order page refers to an order page generated based on a first reporting mode in a normal case, the first order page specifically may be an order page generated based on the first reporting mode in a related technology, an order entry may be provided in the first order page, an order operation may be obtained by a terminal through the order entry, a second request may be sent to a server in response to the order operation terminal, and the second request obtained by the first order page may be recorded as a second request X. For specific content of the page information of the first order page for the cross-border order generated by the server based on the first declaration mode, reference may be made to specific description in the related art, and details are not repeated here.
Taking the first declaration mode as a cross-border e-commerce customs clearance as an example, the first order page may be as shown in fig. 4B, and the "submit order" button in fig. 4B may be understood as an order entry. It should be noted that, the first order page created based on the cross-border e-commerce gateway shown in fig. 4B is only an example.
In this embodiment of the present application, if the terminal obtains the order placing operation through the first order placing page, the terminal may send, in response to the order placing operation, the second request X to the server, the server may respond to the second request X, may create a transaction order (may be noted as a second transaction order) corresponding to the cross-border order based on the first reporting manner, and generate page information of a first payment page for the second transaction order, and may also send the page information of the first payment page for the cross-border order to the terminal, where the terminal may display the first payment page based on the page information.
In the process of creating the second trade order, it may be determined that the declaration mode of the second trade order is the first declaration mode, and it should be understood that, because the first declaration mode is the existing mode, the specific mode of creating the trade order corresponding to the cross-border order based on the first declaration mode may also be the existing mode, which is not described herein again. The first payment page refers to a payment page provided in a normal case, the first payment page may be a payment page in the related art, a payment portal may be provided in the first payment page, and the payment portal provided by the first payment page may be denoted as a first payment portal.
In another embodiment, when the target condition for switching the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is not satisfied, the cross-border order that needs to be considered for switching the reporting mode cannot be switched to the second reporting mode, that is, when the cross-border order satisfies the first target condition but does not satisfy the second target condition, the reporting mode of the cross-border order cannot be changed to the second reporting mode, and the reporting mode of the cross-border order may also be the first reporting mode.
In this case, optionally, the buyer user may be directly prohibited from placing the single cross-border order, for example, prompt information for prompting that the buyer user cannot place the single cross-border order may be sent to the terminal, and the terminal may display the prompt information. Or alternatively, the buyer user may be prompted to place the single cross-border order in other manners, for example, prompt information for prompting the buyer user to place the single cross-border order in other manners may be sent to the terminal, and the terminal may display the prompt information.
Based on this, optionally, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: if the target condition is not met, generating page information of a second order page of the cross-border order corresponding to the first reporting mode when the first target condition in the target condition is not met but the second target condition in the target condition is not met, and sending the page information of the second order page to the terminal, wherein the terminal can display the second order page based on the page information.
The second order page refers to an order page generated based on the first reporting mode under special conditions, an order entry can be provided in the second order page, the terminal can acquire order operation through the order entry, the terminal can send a second request to the server in response to the order operation, and the second request acquired through the second order page can be recorded as a second request Y.
For example, in the case where the first declaration mode is cross-border e-commerce customs, the other mode of providing the buyer user with the cross-border order may be a buying substitute mode, and based on this, in an embodiment, the second order placing page may be a buying substitute order page, where the buying substitute order page may be used to delegate other users (such as relatives and friends) to order the goods in the cross-border order, and the second request Y may be a buying substitute request.
Wherein the purchase order page may be as shown in fig. 4C, for example. The prompt message "your annual cross-border shopping line has exceeded the limit of the limit threshold" in fig. 4C, please agree to and pick up the order, otherwise, the trade cannot be continued "and" your annual cross-border shopping line has exceeded the limit threshold, "the order continuation trade can be delegated" is the prompt message about buying instead, and the "submit order" button in fig. 4C can be understood as the order entry in the second order page. It should be noted that the purchasing order page shown in fig. 4C is only an example.
In this embodiment of the present application, if the terminal obtains the order placing operation through the second order placing page of the cross-border order, the terminal may respond to the order placing operation and send a second request Y to the server, and the server may respond to the second request Y, may create a transaction order (may be noted as a third transaction order) corresponding to the cross-border order based on the first reporting manner and generate page information of the second payment page for the third transaction order, and may also send the page information to the terminal, and the terminal may display the second payment page based on the page information.
In the process of creating the third trade order, the declaration mode of the third trade order may be determined to be the first declaration mode. The second payment page refers to a payment page under special conditions, a payment portal can also be provided in the second payment page, and the payment portal provided by the second payment page can be recorded as the second payment portal. In one embodiment, the second payment page may be a payment-instead page, and the second payment portal may be a payment-instead portal.
When the second payment page is a payment-by-payment page, for example, as shown in fig. 4D, the "face-to-face payment" in fig. 4D may be understood as one payment portal, and the "sharing to friends" in fig. 4D may be understood as another payment portal. Note that the pay-as-you-go page shown in fig. 4D is merely an example.
In this embodiment of the present application, if the terminal obtains the triggering operation for the second payment portal through the second payment page, the terminal may send, in response to the triggering operation, a payment request corresponding to the triggered second payment portal to the server.
In one embodiment, the payment request acquired through the second payment portal may be a payment request, and in response to the payment request, the server may generate payment information corresponding to the payment request, and return the payment information to the terminal, where the terminal may perform corresponding processing on the payment information. Taking the manner of providing the code scanning payment as an example, the payment information can be specifically a payment code, for example, a two-dimensional payment code, for example, the payment code can be displayed or shared.
For example, assuming that the terminal transmits a corresponding payment request to the server in response to a trigger operation for "face-to-face payment" in fig. 4D, and the server returns a corresponding payment code, the terminal may display the payment code in the manner shown in fig. 4E for the swipe code payment by other users. For another example, assuming that the terminal sends a corresponding payment substitute request to the server in response to the trigger operation "share to friend" in fig. 4D, and the server returns a corresponding payment code, the terminal may share the payment code to other users in the manner shown in fig. 4F, so that the other users make the payment by sweeping the code. It should be appreciated that the amount paid by the other user's scan consumes the other user's cross-border consumption credit. It should be noted that, the specific manner of displaying the payment information shown in fig. 4E and the specific manner of sharing the payment information shown in fig. 4F are both examples.
In practical applications, one possible scenario is: the cross-border e-commerce reporting result of the transaction order corresponding to the first order page may be reporting failure, and the reporting reason may be that the cross-border consumption limit is overrun. In this case, in one embodiment, a second order page corresponding to the first declaration mode may be further provided for the user to re-order.
Based on this, in one embodiment, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: when the cross-border e-commerce reporting result of the transaction order corresponding to the first cross-border order (namely the second transaction order) is reporting failure, and the failure is caused by the fact that the cross-border consumption limit is over, generating page information of the second order page aiming at the new cross-border order based on a first reporting mode, wherein the new cross-border order corresponds to the transaction order corresponding to the first order page, sending the page information of the second order page aiming at the new cross-border order to the terminal, and displaying the second order page by the terminal based on the page information.
In one embodiment, the price of the commodity in the new cross-border order may be the same as the price of the commodity in the cross-border order, so that the price-keeping service may be provided for the user.
In this embodiment of the present application, if the terminal obtains the order placing operation through the second order placing page for the new cross-border order, the terminal may send, in response to the order placing operation, the second request Y to the server, and the server may create, in response to the second request Y, a transaction order (may be denoted as a fourth transaction order) corresponding to the new cross-border order based on the first declaration manner and generate page information of a second payment page for the fourth transaction order, and may also send the page information to the terminal, where the terminal may display the second payment page based on the page information.
In the process of creating the fourth trade order, the declaration mode of the fourth trade order may be determined to be the first declaration mode. In one embodiment, the second order page for the new cross-border order may be a buying order page, so as to provide buying retake service for the user.
According to the cross-border order processing method provided by the embodiment, a first request for requesting to acquire page information of a lower order page is sent to a server through a terminal in response to operation of a user, the server determines that a reporting mode of a cross-border order corresponding to the first request is a reporting mode of commodities in the cross-border order, when the reporting mode of the cross-border order is the first reporting mode, whether target conditions of a second reporting mode are met or not is determined, if yes, the reporting mode of the cross-border order is changed into the second reporting mode, page information of the lower order page corresponding to the second reporting mode is generated, the server sends the page information of the lower order page to the terminal, the terminal displays the lower order page based on the page information, and after the fact that the reporting mode of the cross-border order is determined to be the first reporting mode, the reporting mode of the cross-border order can be changed from the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode, the page information of the lower order page corresponding to the second reporting mode is sent to the terminal, and the terminal displays the page information of the lower order page corresponding to the second reporting mode is changed to the second reporting mode to be the commodity corresponding to the lower the cross-border page.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart of a cross-border order processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, where the method provided by the present embodiment may be executed by the server 12, as shown in fig. 5, and the method provided by the present embodiment may include:
step 51, acquiring a first request sent by a terminal, wherein the first request is used for requesting acquisition of page information of an ordered page;
step 52, determining that the declaration mode of the cross-border order corresponding to the first request is the declaration mode of the commodity in the cross-border order;
step 53, when the reporting mode of the cross-border order is the first reporting mode, determining whether the target condition of the first reporting mode to the second reporting mode is satisfied;
step 54, if yes, modifying the declaration mode of the cross-border order to a second declaration mode;
step 55, generating page information of a place page corresponding to the second declaration mode of the cross-border order;
and step 56, transmitting the page information of the order page to the terminal so that the terminal can display the order page based on the page information.
It should be noted that, regarding the specific implementation on the server side, reference may be made to the related description in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, which is not repeated here.
According to the cross-border order processing method provided by the embodiment, through the first request sent by the terminal, the reporting mode of the cross-border order corresponding to the first request is determined to be the reporting mode of the commodity in the cross-border order, when the reporting mode of the cross-border order is the first reporting mode, whether the target condition of the first reporting mode is met or not is determined to be changed into the second reporting mode, if yes, the reporting mode of the cross-border order is changed into the second reporting mode, page information of a lower page corresponding to the second reporting mode of the cross-border order is generated, the page information of the lower page is sent to the terminal, the lower page is displayed by the terminal based on the page information, so that the lower page provided for a user can not only be the lower page corresponding to the reporting mode of the cross-border commodity set by a merchant any more, and the lower related problem caused by the fact that the reporting mode can only be inherited by the cross-border commodity can be reduced.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a cross-border order processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, where the method provided in the present embodiment may be executed by the terminal 11, as shown in fig. 6, and the method provided in the present embodiment may include:
step 61, responding to the operation of the user, sending a first request to a server, wherein the first request is used for requesting to acquire page information of a place-by-place page, determining that a declaration mode of a cross-border order corresponding to the first request is a declaration mode of a commodity in the cross-border order by the server, determining whether a target condition of converting the first declaration mode into a second declaration mode is met when the declaration mode of the cross-border order is the first declaration mode, if so, modifying the declaration mode of the cross-border order into the second declaration mode, generating page information of the place-by-place page corresponding to the second declaration mode of the cross-border order, and sending the page information of the place-by-place page to a terminal;
step 62, obtaining page information of a lower order page sent by a server according to a first request;
and step 63, displaying the order page based on the page information.
It should be noted that, regarding the specific implementation of the terminal side, reference may be made to the related description in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, which is not repeated herein.
According to the cross-border order processing method provided by the embodiment, the first request is sent to the server through the terminal in response to the operation of the user, the reporting mode of the cross-border order corresponding to the first request is determined to be the reporting mode of the commodity in the cross-border order by the server, when the reporting mode of the cross-border order is the first reporting mode, whether the target condition of the first reporting mode is met or not is determined to be changed into the second reporting mode, if yes, the reporting mode of the cross-border order is changed into the second reporting mode, page information of an order page corresponding to the second reporting mode of the cross-border order is generated, the page information of the order page is sent to the terminal, the terminal obtains the page information of the order page sent by the server according to the second request, and the order page information is displayed on the basis of the page information, so that the order page provided for the user can not only be the order page corresponding to the reporting mode of a merchant set for the cross-border commodity any more, and the problem about inheritance caused by the fact that the reporting mode can be reduced.
Taking the first reporting mode as a cross-border e-commerce report, and the second reporting mode as an example, in one embodiment, another cross-border order processing method provided by the implementation of the present application may be as shown in fig. 7.
Referring to fig. 7, a user may purchase an international commodity, and when the international commodity requested to be purchased by the user is a commodity submitted by a cross-border e-commerce, the user annual cross-border line may be first identified, and the user annual cross-border line identification may have three results, one may be a non-overrun pool user (i.e., a user in a overrun pool), another may be a risk user in the overrun pool, and yet another may be an overrun user in the overrun pool. The risk users and the overrun users can be placed in the overrun pool, users outside the overrun pool can be understood as common users, and first order pages generated based on cross-border e-commerce reports can be directly displayed for the common users.
When a consumer purchases a cross-border e-commerce report commodity to enter a ordering page, the conventional ordering page rendering judgment logic can be optimized:
if the user is a non-overrun pool user, a first order page x can be loaded, specifically, page information of the first order page aiming at the cross-border order can be generated based on cross-border E-business customs, and the page information is sent to the terminal so that the terminal can display the first order page x based on the page information;
if the commodity amount is a risk user in the overrun pool, judging whether the current commodity amount purchased can cause overrun of the cross-border order; if overrun is not caused, loading a first order page x; if overrun is caused, the method can increase and judge whether the current cross-border order (whole commodity) meets the condition of reporting the clearance of the cross-border E-commerce to transfer to the clearance of the pedestrian mail item:
If so, loading a first order page y, specifically, generating page information of the order page aiming at the cross-border order based on the personal mail item customs, and sending the page information to the terminal so that the terminal displays the first order page y based on the page information;
if the order information is not satisfied, the buying order page can be loaded, specifically, page information of the buying order page for the cross-border order can be generated based on the cross-border e-commerce report, and the page information is sent to the terminal so that the buying order page can be displayed by the terminal based on the page information.
If the user is an overrun user in the overrun pool, the method can increase and judge whether the current cross-border order meets the condition of reporting the clearance of the cross-border E-commerce report to transfer the clearance of the pedestrian mail item:
if so, the first order page y may be loaded;
if not, the buying order page can be loaded.
Wherein, the conditions for transferring the customs clearance of the cross-border e-commerce to the customs clearance of the personal mail articles can comprise: a. merchants order automatic transfer personal mail item customs services; b. the order commodity is in a cross-border E-commerce reporting mode and the seller is tax-covered; c. the natural annual cross border limit state of the buyer is c1.'overrun user' or 2.'risk user', and the real-time single cross border order judgment will overrun; d. the commodity is finished to be written with a post record (with a post tax number); e. the commodity stock is overseas; f. if the commodity has a gift, the commodity is not supported to be converted into a personal mail item for customs.
After loading the first order page x, if the user places an order, a transaction order 1 can be created based on the cross-border e-commerce report, then an order can be submitted, etc., if the cross-border e-commerce report result of the transaction order 1 is a reporting failure, and the failure is due to the cross-border consumption limit being out of limit, a price-keeping buying and re-shooting service can be loaded, so that a transaction order 2 corresponding to the cross-border order can be created based on the personal mail item report. For the specific content of the security service, reference may be made to the foregoing description of the security service and the service of the buying and re-shooting instead, which will not be repeated herein.
After loading the purchase order page, if the user places an order, the cross-border 2 of the order transaction corresponding to the cross-border order can be created based on the individual personnel mail item customs, and page information of the pay page for the transaction order 2 can be generated based on the individual personnel mail item customs.
After loading the first order page y, if the user places an order, a trade order 3 corresponding to the cross-border order may be created based on the personal mail item customs, and tax may be calculated and authentication processing may be performed based on the personal mail item customs.
According to the cross-border order processing method provided by the embodiment, based on the characteristics of the cross-border import demand, whether the cross-border order supports reporting mode adjustment decision judgment is carried out from multiple aspects: 1. policy compliance: the commodity accords with different types of import declaration conditions, and the corresponding commodity record is completed; 2. merchant admission: for merchants meeting the conditions (stock conditions and the like), the merchants automatically select whether to open services; 3. user features and experiences: the consumer tax difference experience problem generated by changing the declaration mode is avoided only in the scene of the limited package tax through the auxiliary decision-making user group of the natural annual cross-border line refined management of the consumer.
By the cross-border order processing method provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 7, a cross-border order reporting mode is generally described through commodity static in the cross-border import industry, the cross-border order reporting mode is updated to be combined with dynamic decisions of users, merchants and policies, the result is more accurate and reasonable, compared with the mode that the industry tradition inherits the cross-border commodity, the problem that the cross-border order can not be reported due to overrun after the commodity exceeds the limit and cannot be purchased in the cross-border electronic merchant reporting mode can be effectively avoided by the reporting mode of the decision that the cross-border order is feasible through the real-time judgment of the cross-border purchasing limit of the consumer on the basis of policy compliance, and meanwhile, a purchasing solution of the same commodity for common consumers and the annual overrun consumers is provided for merchants.
