When the promotion management system generates service message data, acquiring coding information of a corresponding second system member in the promotion management system; the business message data is generated by any system member performing business operation in the promotion management system; acquiring a third enterprise id corresponding to each second system member according to the coding information and the mapping data of the second system member, and sending the service message data to a second enterprise user corresponding to the third enterprise id for corresponding service processing;
the business message data is sent to a second enterprise user corresponding to the third enterprise id to carry out corresponding business processing, specifically: constructing a card message according to the business message data, and sending the card message to a second enterprise user corresponding to the third enterprise id; the card message comprises an authorization callback URL link, and the authorization callback URL link is used for jumping from the office management system to the back-end server; when any one of the second enterprise users clicks the card message, the interface of the second enterprise user is jumped to a corresponding service interface to carry out service processing;
