The invention provides a business decision processing system for solving the technical problems of long processing period and complex process of the existing business decision processing method. Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a business decision management system 100 according to one embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the business decision processing system 100 includes a client 110, a decision server 120, a message server 130, a configuration server 140, and a database 150. The decision server 120 is communicatively connected to the client 110, the message server 130, and the database 150, and the configuration server 140 is communicatively connected to the message server 130 and the database 150, respectively, for example, through a wired or wireless network connection. Since decision server 120 is communicatively coupled to message server 130 and database 150, it is possible to subscribe to messages from message server 130 and to retrieve data from database 150.
The database 150 stores policy data configured in advance by a user, where the policy data includes service scenario information, service decision information, and rule information. The specific storage forms of the service scene information, the service decision information and the rule information in the database can be set correspondingly according to the actual type of the database, and the invention is not limited to this. For example, if the database is a relational database, the service scenario information, the service decision information, and the rule information may be stored in the database in the form of a data table, and further, the service scenario information, the service decision information, and the rule information correspond to a service scenario configuration table, a service decision configuration table, and a rule configuration table.
It is noted that different business scenarios correspond to different business decisions, a business decision is a set of rules, and the rules are the smallest decision logic processing units, so that the business scenarios perform business processing according to the rules. Further, one business scenario corresponds to one or more business decisions, one business decision corresponds to one or more rules, so that it can be understood that different business scenarios correspond to different rules.
Taking a rule configuration table as an example, the rule configuration table includes fields: one or more of rule id, rule name, rule value, update time, affiliated business decision id, rule name, and creation time. The rule id represents a rule unique identifier by which the rule can be uniquely located. The rule name is expressed as a name defined by the current rule. The rule value represents the specific content of the current rule. The update time represents the update time of the rule. The service decision id that belongs to represents the service decision to which the current rule belongs. The creation time represents the creation time of the rule.
Taking a service decision configuration table as an example, the service decision configuration table includes fields: one or more of service decision id, belonging service scenario id, service decision name, service decision priority, service decision state, whitelist state, update time and creation time. The service decision id represents a unique identifier of the service decision, through which the service decision can be uniquely located. The service scenario id identifies the service scenario to which the current service base belongs. The business decision name represents the name of the current business decision. The service decision priority represents the priority of all service decisions under the service scene to which the service decision belongs, and the priority is the priority choice with larger priority. The service decision state represents an online state and a offline state of the service decision, and it is noted that the service decision of the online state participates in the decision. The white list state indicates whether the current business decision is in the white list state or not, and only the business decision in the white list state is selected and is not intercepted as a decision result. The creation time represents the creation time of the business decision. The update time represents the update time of the business decision
Taking a service scene configuration table as an example, the service scene configuration table comprises the following fields: one or more of a service scenario id, an affiliated service decision id, a service scenario name, a service scenario key, an update time and a creation time. The service scene id represents a service scene unique identifier, and the service scene can be uniquely positioned through the identifier. The belonging business decision id represents all business decisions under the current rule. The service scenario name represents the name of the current service scenario. The service scene key represents an identifier of the service scene exposed to the outside. The creation time represents the creation time of the business scenario. The update time represents the update time of the business scenario.
The configuration server 140 is adapted to respond to the operation of the user triggering the configuration policy data interface, pop up the configuration interface, and also to respond to the management operation of the user on the service scene, the service decision or the rule in the configuration interface, obtain the policy data currently configured by the user, and execute the management operation of the policy data on the corresponding type of information in the database, that is, timely synchronize the management operation of the policy data to the corresponding type of information in the database.
The management operations on policy data herein include operations on business scenarios, business decisions and rules. The management operations for the business scenarios further include one or more of adding business scenarios, deleting business scenarios, modifying business scenarios. The management operations for the business decisions further include one or more of adding business decisions, deleting business decisions, modifying business decisions. The managing operation for the rules further includes one or more of adding rules, deleting rules, and modifying rules. It can be seen that policy data in the database 150 is preconfigured and classified by the configuration server 140.
The configuration server 140 is further adapted to generate a change event after monitoring the management operation of the policy data, i.e. after monitoring any one of the operations of adding a service scenario, deleting a service scenario, modifying a service scenario, adding a service decision, deleting a service decision, modifying a service decision, adding a rule, deleting a rule and modifying a rule, and transmitting the change event to the message server 130. A change event may be understood as a change message that may be generated as long as a management operation on policy data is monitored, and the change event does not include specific content of the management operation on policy data.
After receiving the change event, the message server 130 is adapted to store the change event, and the specific implementation manner of the storage may be set according to the actual application scenario, which is not limited by the present invention. For example, the change event is stored in the message queue MQ.
Decision server 120 is further adapted to subscribe to change events from message server 130. In some embodiments, the change event is subscribed from the message server 130 according to a preset time interval, which may be set according to an actual application scenario, which is not limited by the present invention. For example, the preset time interval may be 10 hours.
After subscribing to the change event from the message server 130, the decision server 120 is further adapted to determine whether to subscribe to the change event, if yes, it is indicated that the policy data in the database is changed, then the decision server 120 obtains the policy data from the database, and updates the stored policy data previously obtained from the database to be currently obtained, so that it can be ensured that the policy data stored in the decision server 120 is consistent with the policy data stored in the database. The manner in which policy data is stored by the decision server 120 may be set according to the actual application scenario, which is not limited herein. For example, the decision server 120 stores policy data in a cached manner.
The terminal device used by the client 110, i.e. each user (a person, an enterprise, etc. who needs to obtain a business decision), may specifically be a computing device such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, or may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a multimedia device, an intelligent wearable device, etc., but is not limited thereto. The client 110 has installed therein one or more applications, including applications adapted to communicate with the decision server 120. The application may be coupled to the decision server 120 using mobile communication functions provided by the mobile terminal. Here, the present invention is not limited to the specific use of the application.
The client 110 is adapted to generate a service decision invocation request in response to the user triggering an interface invoking the service decision request, and send the service decision invocation request to the decision server 120.
The service decision server 120 is further adapted to respond to the service decision call request, parse the service scenario from the service decision request as a target service scenario, and then find a service decision matching the target service scenario, and send the service decision to the client. In some embodiments, the business decision server 120 looks up the business decisions corresponding to the target business scenario from the policy data and sends to the client.
In some embodiments, the service decision server 120 searches the policy data for a service decision corresponding to the target service scenario, and sends the service decision to the client 110, including: and searching all business decisions corresponding to the target business scene from the business scene information to be used as a first target business decision. And searching a second target business decision meeting preset conditions from the first target business decision according to the business decision information. And then searching a rule value of the rule corresponding to the second target business decision from the rule information. And transmits the found rule value to the client 110.
The preset conditions can be configured according to the actual application scene, and the invention is not limited to this. For example, the preset conditions include all of the following conditions: the business decision is in an online state, the business decision is in a white list state, and the priority of the business decision is the highest in the first target business decision. Namely, searching the business decision in the online state from the first target business decision, wherein the business decision is in the white list state, and the priority of the business decision is the highest business decision in the first target business decision.
The policy data in the database is stored in the decision server 120, so that when the client requests to call the service decision to the decision server, the service decision is not required to be obtained from the database, but is directly obtained from the local, the time for obtaining the service decision can be shortened, and the obtaining efficiency of the service decision can be improved. And the policy data can be obtained without accessing the database, so that the hardware resources occupied by accessing the database are reduced, and the resource utilization rate is improved.
After receiving the service decision, i.e. after receiving the rule value, the client 110 timely goes on line the rule value, so that the service scene performs service processing according to the rule.
The decision server 120, the message server 130 and the configuration server 140 may be any type of server, and the present invention is not limited to specific device types of servers, for example, may be implemented as computing devices such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a processor chip, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc., but not limited thereto.

By way of example, and not limitation, communication media includes wired media such as a wired network or direct-wired connection, and wireless media such as acoustic, radio Frequency (RF), infrared, and other wireless media.
Fig. 3 shows a flow chart of a business decision management method 300 according to one embodiment of the invention. The method 300 is adapted to be performed in the decision server 120, and the method 300 may comprise steps 310 to 320. The method 300 may be implemented as an application installed in the decision server 120.
By the service decision management method provided by the invention, the three logic relations of the service scene, the service base decision and the rule are abstracted by combining with the actual service scene, so that the corresponding relation between the service scene and the service decision is quite clear. And for the service decision calling request of the client, the corresponding service decision is returned quickly, so that the service decision conforming to the service scene is issued and validated in time, and the efficiency of service basic processing is improved. And by maintaining three logic relations of service scenes, service base decisions and rules, the service decisions of specific service scenes are systematically defined and the functions are disassembled, and the relations among the three are clearly modified, so that the service decision modifying process of each service scene is independently carried out and is not influenced.
Before introducing the method 300, it should be noted that policy data is stored in the decision server. Policy data is as described above and will not be described in detail here. The policy data is obtained from the database by the decision server, and the specific process of obtaining is as described above, and is not described here.
The client 110, which is communicatively connected to the decision server, generates a service decision invocation request in response to the user triggering the interface invoking the service decision request, and sends the service decision invocation request to the decision server 120. After receiving the decision call request, the decision server 120 performs step 310 to parse the service scenario from the service decision request as a target service scenario.
After determining the target service scenario, step 320 is continued to find a service decision matching the target service scenario and send it to the client.
In some embodiments, step 320 comprises: and searching the business decision corresponding to the target business scene from the strategy data stored in the decision server, and sending the business decision to the client. The specific content of the policy data is as described above and will not be described here again.
In some embodiments, searching for a service decision corresponding to the target service scenario from the policy data stored in the decision server, and sending the service decision to the client includes: and searching all business decisions corresponding to the target business scene from the business scene information to be used as a first target business decision.
To ensure that policy data stored in the decision server 120 is consistent with that in the database, in some embodiments, the decision server 120 subscribes to change events from a message server communicatively connected thereto. Specifically, change events are subscribed to from the message server 130 at preset time intervals. The preset time interval can be set according to the actual application scene, which is not limited by the present invention. For example, the preset time interval may be 2 hours.
After subscribing to the change event from the message server 130, it is determined whether to subscribe to the change event, if yes, it is indicated that the policy data in the database has been changed, and then the decision server 120 obtains the policy data from the database and updates the stored policy data to be currently obtained. The manner in which policy data is stored by the decision server 120 may be set according to the actual application scenario, which is not limited herein. For example, the decision server 120 stores policy data in a cached manner.
Therefore, the management of business decisions aiming at different business scenes is realized. Steps 310 to 320 are performed each time a business decision needs to be invoked for a business scenario.
Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of a service decision management apparatus 400 according to an embodiment of the invention. The apparatus 400 includes a target traffic scenario determination module 410 and a traffic decision lookup module 420 coupled in sequence.
The target service scenario determining module 410 is adapted to respond to a service decision invoking request sent by a client in communication connection with the target service scenario determining module, and parse the service scenario from the service decision request as a target service scenario.
The service decision searching module 420 is adapted to search for a service decision matching the target service scenario determined in the target service scenario determining module 410 and send to the client.
It should be noted that, the working principle of the service decision management apparatus 400 is similar to that of the service decision management method 300, and the relevant points are referred to the description of the service decision management method 300, and are not repeated here.
As can be seen from the above, the service decision management method provided by the present invention is suitable for responding to a service decision call request sent by a client in communication connection with the service decision management method, resolving a service scenario from the service decision request, searching a service decision matching with the target service scenario as a target service scenario, and sending the service decision to the client. Therefore, by combining with the actual service scenario, the service decision management method provided by the invention can directly acquire the service decision corresponding to the target service scenario from the pre-configured service decisions, and quickly return the corresponding service decision for the service decision calling request of the client, thereby enabling the service decision conforming to the service scenario to be issued and validated in time and improving the service decision processing efficiency.
And secondly, by combining an actual service scene, abstracting three logic relations of the service scene, a service base decision and a rule, defining the service decision of a specific service scene and disassembling functions systematically by maintaining the three logic relations of the service scene, the service base decision and the rule, and clearly modifying the relations among the three, thereby enabling the process of modifying the service decision of each service scene to be independently carried out without mutual influence.
And the policy data in the database is stored in the decision server, so that the client does not need to acquire from the database when requesting to call the service decision from the decision server, but directly acquires from the local, thereby shortening the time for acquiring the service decision and improving the acquisition efficiency of the service decision. And the policy data can be obtained without accessing the database, so that the hardware resources occupied by accessing the database are reduced, and the resource utilization rate is improved.
