In another embodiment, the transparent window is fixedly embedded in the front end surface of the sealing baffle 202, and through the arrangement of the transparent window, the inside condition of the filter shell 2 is observed more intuitively, so that the convenience of the ball valve in use is greatly improved,
specific use and action of the embodiment: in the invention, when in use, the left water inlet of the filter shell 2 is connected with a water pipe through a flange, then the right water outlet of the valve body 1 is connected with the water pipe through the flange, then water flow enters the filter shell 2 through the left water inlet of the filter shell 2, impurities in the water are filtered out under the filtering action of the filter screen 206 in the filter shell 2, then the water flow continues to flow rightwards, flows into the left valve seat 103 through the left water inlet of the valve body 1, flows into the right valve seat 103 through the through hole on the ball body 6, and finally flows out through the right water outlet of the valve body 1;
when the flow rate of the water passing through the ball valve needs to be regulated, the upper end of the regulating screw 402 can be manually rotated, so that the regulating screw 402 can slowly move downwards with the flow regulating baffle 401 under the action of threads, the flow caliber of the through hole on the ball 6 can be accurately regulated, the ball does not need to be rotated to regulate the flow rate, and the accuracy of the ball valve in regulating the flow rate is improved; when the ball valve needs to be closed, the six-edge valve rod 3 can be directly rotated manually, namely the six-edge valve rod 3 can be rotated with the upper rotating shaft 603, the lengthening column 601 and the ball 6, so that the closing operation can be rapidly completed;
when the plug filtered by the filter screen 206 needs to be cleaned, the manual rotating shaft 704 is manually rotated, then the second bevel gear drives the first bevel gear and the driving disc 702 to rotate, the driving disc 702 drives the upper end of the connecting rod 703 to rotate, and then the other end of the connecting rod 703 drives the cleaning brush 701 to reciprocate up and down, so that impurities attached to the left end face of the filter screen 206 are cleaned, and the cleaning process is not required to be disassembled, so that the filter screen 206 is cleaned more simply and conveniently, and the filter screen cleaning device is simple in structure, low in cost and high in practicability.

A ball valve with an adjustable sealing pair, comprising: a valve body (1); flanges are arranged on the left water inlet and the right water outlet of the valve body (1), the left water inlet of the valve body (1) is connected with a filter shell (2) through the flanges, a manual cleaning part (7) is arranged inside the filter shell (2), and the flanges are arranged on the left water inlet and the right water outlet of the filter shell (2); the valve is characterized in that a ball body (6) is rotatably connected inside the valve body (1), an extension column (601) is arranged at the upper end of the ball body (6), and a flow regulating part (4) is arranged inside the ball body (6) and the extension column (601); the center part of the bottom end surface of the ball body (6) and the center part of the upper end surface of the lengthened column (601) are respectively provided with a rotating shaft (603), and the upper end of the rotating shaft (603) at the upper part is provided with a hexagonal valve rod (3).

A ball valve with an adjustable sealing pair as in claim 1, wherein: an upper rotary drum (101) and a lower rotary drum (102) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the valve body (1), a sealing bearing (104) is arranged in each of the upper rotary drum (101) and the lower rotary drum (102), and the inner rings of the two sealing bearings (104) are fixedly connected with the peripheral surfaces of the two rotating shafts (603) respectively; two valve seats (103) are symmetrically arranged in the valve body (1), the two valve seats (103) are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the sphere (6), and the two valve seats (103) are in spherical contact with the sphere (6).

A ball valve with an adjustable sealing pair as in claim 1, wherein: an access hole (201) is formed in the lower portion of the front end face of the filtering shell (2), and a sealing baffle (202) is connected to the front side of the access hole (201) through bolts; a frame-shaped sliding rail (203) is arranged at the lower end inside the filtering shell (2), and a strip-shaped through hole (205) is formed in the front end surface of the frame-shaped sliding rail (203); the filter screen plate (206) is connected to the inner side of the frame-shaped sliding rail (203) in a sliding mode, the fixed support plate (207) is installed at the upper end of the inner side of the frame-shaped sliding rail (203), and the threaded cylinder (204) is arranged in the middle of the left end face of the fixed support plate (207).

A ball valve with an adjustable sealing pair as in claim 3 wherein: a fastening screw is connected to the inside of the threaded cylinder (204) through threads, and the right end of the fastening screw penetrates through the fixing support plate (207); limiting holes are formed in the upper portion of the left end face of the filter screen plate (206).
5. A ball valve with an adjustable sealing pair as in claim 4 wherein: when the filter screen plate (206) is mounted on the inner side of the frame-shaped sliding rail (203), the right end of the fastening screw is inserted into a limiting hole formed in the filter screen plate (206).

A ball valve with an adjustable sealing pair as in claim 1, wherein: rectangular sliding grooves (602) are formed in the ball body (6) and the lengthened column (601); threaded through holes are formed in the center of the upper end face of the six-edge valve rod (3) and the center of the upper end face of the rotating shaft (603) at the upper part, and the two threaded through holes are located on the same axis.

A ball valve with an adjustable sealing pair as in claim 6 wherein: the flow regulating part (4) comprises a flow regulating baffle plate (401) and a regulating screw rod (402), the flow regulating baffle plate (401) is slidably connected inside the rectangular chute (602), and the height of the flow regulating baffle plate (401) is half of the height inside the rectangular chute (602); the middle part of the upper end surface of the flow regulating baffle plate (401) is rotationally connected with an adjusting screw (402), and a threaded through hole on the six-edge valve rod (3) and a threaded through hole on a rotating shaft (603) at the upper part are in threaded connection with the adjusting screw (402).

A ball valve with an adjustable sealing pair as in claim 3 wherein: the manual cleaning part (7) comprises a cleaning hairbrush (701), a driving disc (702), a connecting rod (703) and a manual rotating shaft (704), wherein the front end and the rear end of the cleaning hairbrush (701) are both connected with a vertical sliding rod in a sliding manner, and the two vertical sliding rods are fixedly connected to the left side of the frame-shaped sliding rail (203); the center part of the right end surface of the driving disc (702) is fixedly connected with a transverse rotating shaft, the transverse rotating shaft is rotatably connected inside the filtering shell (2), and the right end of the transverse rotating shaft is provided with a first bevel gear; the manual rotating shaft (704) is rotatably connected to the upper end inside the filtering shell (2), the manual rotating shaft (704) penetrates through the top end face of the filtering shell (2), a rotating hand wheel is arranged at the upper end of the manual rotating shaft (704), a second bevel gear is arranged at the lower end of the manual rotating shaft (704), and the second bevel gear is meshed with the first bevel gear; the edge of the left end face of the driving disc (702) is rotationally connected with a connecting rod (703) through a rotating shaft, and the other end of the connecting rod (703) is rotationally connected with the left end face of the cleaning brush (701) through the rotating shaft.
