In the embodiment 1, the modified acrylic emulsion is 60kg, the pigment and filler is 26.2, the content of the functional filler is 1kg, the content of the functional auxiliary agent is 2kg, the content of the pigment and filler is the highest in the embodiment 1-4, and the content of the functional filler and the content of the functional auxiliary agent are the lowest, so that the contrast ratio is the highest, but the self-cleaning performance and the stain resistance of the special paint for the water tank are the lowest.
In the modified acrylic emulsion in the example 2, the pigment and filler is 24.2, the functional filler is 2kg, the functional additive is 3kg, and the content of the functional filler and the functional additive is improved compared with the example 1, so that the self-cleaning performance and the stain resistance of the special paint for the water tank are improved.
The content of the functional filler and the functional auxiliary agent in the example 3 is unchanged, the modified acrylic emulsion is 65kg, the pigment filler is 19.2, and the self-cleaning performance, the stain resistance and the example 2 of the special paint for the pool are consistent, but the glossiness is the best.
In the example 4, the modified acrylic emulsion is 65kg, the pigment and filler is 17.2, the content of the functional filler is 3kg, the content of the functional auxiliary agent is 4kg, the functional filler and the functional auxiliary agent are respectively increased by 1kg compared with the example 3, the pigment and filler are reduced by 2kg compared with the example 3, and as a result, the self-cleaning performance and the stain resistance of the special paint for the water tank are both obviously improved, and the glossiness is obviously reduced.
The comprehensive analysis of the examples 1-4 shows that the self-cleaning performance and the stain resistance of the special paint for the water tank are obviously improved within a reasonable range along with the improvement of the functional filler and the functional auxiliary agent, and the glossiness of the special paint for the water tank is firstly maximized and then reduced along with the decrease of the pigment and filler content.
Through the special stain-resistant self-cleaning water pond paint and the preparation method thereof, the water paint has good stain resistance, can play a role in self-cleaning, has strong hardness, adhesive force and covering power, high water resistance and acid-alkali resistance, can keep long-time non-color change and drop, and has long service life and good attractive effect.

Claims (10)

1. The special stain-resistant self-cleaning paint for the water pool is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-65 parts of modified acrylic emulsion, 17.2-26.2 parts of pigment and filler, 1-3 parts of functional filler, 2-4 parts of functional auxiliary agent, 0.2 part of combined auxiliary agent, 10 parts of water and 20-30 parts of bentonite;
wherein the modified acrylic emulsion is polymerized by fluorine-containing acrylate monomers, alkenyl silane and acrylic monomers with the mass ratio of 8-14:10-20:75-85.
2. The special stain-resistant self-cleaning water pool paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pigment and filler comprises titanium dioxide, talcum powder and sodium thiosulfate in a mass ratio of 10-16:60-100:6-10.
3. The stain resistant self-cleaning pool paint of claim 1, wherein the fluoroacrylate monomer is selected from at least one of hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, hexafluorobutyl acrylate and trifluoroethyl methacrylate.
4. The stain resistant self-cleaning pool specialty paint of claim 1, wherein said alkenyl silane is selected from at least one of propenyl trimethoxysilane, vinyl triethoxysilane, and gamma methacryloxy trimethoxysilane.
5. The stain resistant self-cleaning sink specific paint of claim 1, wherein the functional filler is rice husk ash, wherein the rice husk ash has an average particle size of 50-100nm.
6. The stain resistant self-cleaning pool special paint and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the functional auxiliary agent is an aqueous nano stain resistant auxiliary agent.
7. The stain resistant self-cleaning pool paint of claim 1, wherein the combination aid is a combination of film forming aid, dispersant, defoamer, pH adjuster, wetting agent, leveling agent and thickener mixed together in a ratio of 1:1.5:1.3:2:2:5:3.
8. The stain resistant self-cleaning pool paint of claim 7, wherein the film forming aid is at least one of propylene glycol methyl ether, propylene glycol butyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether and dipropylene glycol butyl ether;
wherein the dispersing agent is polycarboxylate sodium salt, and the defoaming agent is at least one of organic silicon surfactant and mineral oil;
wherein the pH regulator is alcohol amine;
wherein the wetting agent is at least one of polyether modified siloxane compound, anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant;
wherein the leveling agent is polyurethane;
wherein the thickener is polyacrylic acid.
9. A method for preparing the special stain-resistant self-cleaning pond paint according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the following steps:
1) Stirring the modified acrylic emulsion to obtain a stirring solution;
2) Under the stirring state, pigment filler, functional filler and the stirring liquid are mixed for the first time according to the raw material components to obtain mixed liquid;
3) And carrying out secondary mixing on the functional auxiliary agent, the combined auxiliary agent, the water and the mixed liquid to obtain the stain-resistant self-cleaning special paint for the water pool.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein the stirring is at least the following conditions: the stirring speed is 500-600r/min, and the stirring time is 5 minutes;
