The steering wheel system with the light-emitting module is formed by assembling the light-emitting module and the steering wheel which is coated by foam materials, leather materials and the like, the light-emitting module and the steering wheel are assembled conveniently and stably through the matched assembly parts and the matched assembly parts, the assembled steering wheel system is stable in assembly, smooth in touch feeling, the use experience is improved, and the process flow is simplified. The light emitting module, the steering wheel system with the light emitting module, and the manufacturing method thereof will be described in detail.
Fig. 1 illustrates a perspective structure of a light emitting module in an embodiment, fig. 2 illustrates a partial sectional structure of the light emitting module, and the light emitting module 100 for a steering wheel, which is illustrated in combination with fig. 1 and 2, includes: a light source assembly 110; the light shield 120 is arranged on the light source assembly 110 in a covering manner and is used for transmitting the light beam of the light source assembly 110; the fitting part 130, the light source assembly 110 and the light cover 120 are disposed on the fitting part 130, and the fitting part 130 includes at least one fitting 131, and the at least one fitting 131 is disposed at the bottom of the light emitting module 100 for connecting the light emitting module 100 to a steering wheel.
In one exemplary embodiment, the light source assembly 110 may be formed as a PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly, printed circuit board with electronic components attached) structure. The light source assembly 110 may specifically include: a circuit board 111; the light sources 112 are disposed on the circuit board 111 and electrically connected to the circuit board 111. In this embodiment, the circuit board 111, i.e. a PCB circuit board, and the plurality of Light sources 112 may be LED (Light-Emitting Diode) bead arrays, or other suitable electronic Light sources.
In an exemplary embodiment, the mask 120 may be disposed on an edge of the circuit board 111, and a surface of the mask 120 may form a light emitting surface in whole or in part for light beam transmission of the light source assembly 110. For example, the light cover 120 may form a light emitting surface on the top surface thereof, so that the light emitting module 100 forms a light emitting module with a light permeable top surface; the light cover 120 may also form light emitting surfaces on the top surface and the side surface, so that the entire surface of the light emitting module 100 can be transparent. The light-emitting surface may be fully transparent or partially transparent, as long as light-transmissibility is achieved.
Further, in an exemplary embodiment, the mask 120 may further include: the light homogenizing structure 121 is disposed between the light source module 110 and the light emitting surface of the light cover 120. The light homogenizing structure 121 can adjust the light emitted by the light source assembly 110, so that the light is refracted, reflected, scattered, etc. in different directions, and an optical diffusion effect is achieved, so that the brightness of the outgoing light is more uniform. The light homogenizing structure 121 may be added with a material such as an existing light diffusing agent, and is filled in a space between the light emitting surface of the light cover 122 and the light source assembly 110. The light uniformizing structure 121 may also employ an optical structure such as a light uniformizing sheet or a prism. The light uniformizing structure 121 and the mask 122 may be integrally disposed, for example, the mask 122 may be formed as a structure having a light-transmitting surface and a light uniformizing middle portion; alternatively, the light uniformizing structure 121 and the mask 122 may be separately and independently disposed.
In one exemplary embodiment, the edge of the light cover 120, the edge of the light source assembly 110 (which may be specifically the edge of the circuit board 111), and the fitting portion 130 are hermetically connected such that the light emitting module 100 forms a hermetically sealed whole. The sealing connection can be realized by ultrasonic welding or laser welding. The light emitting module 100 formed as a sealed whole can sufficiently protect the internal light source assembly 110 and facilitate transfer and transportation. Thus, the light emitting module 100 can be manufactured and formed as a separate component in a workshop suitable for electronic products, and then transferred and transported for assembly with a steering wheel. Since the light emitting module 100 is formed as a single unit, the assembly environment is relatively low, can be performed in a steering wheel production shop, or in other conventional workshops, and is suitable for mass production.
The light emitting module 100 may be integrally formed in a strip-type structure with a certain arc to be adapted to the shape of the steering wheel skeleton. The light emitting module 100 is connected to the steering wheel through at least one fitting 131 provided at the fitting portion 130 thereof. The assembly part 131 is arranged at the bottom of the light emitting module 100, so that the assembly between the light emitting module 100 and the steering wheel can be realized in a vertical insertion mode, and the assembly is convenient and efficient. In addition, the vertical insertion type assembly structure does not need to arrange assemblies on the side surface or other light emergent surfaces of the photomask 120, so that the photomask 120 can be formed into a structure with the whole appearance surface being fully transparent, and light emergent can not be blocked.
The connection between the light emitting module 100 and the steering wheel may be specifically realized by means of a buckle, a screw connection, or the like. In one exemplary embodiment, the mounting portion 130 of the light emitting module 100 includes at least one clip for clipping the light emitting module 100 to a steering wheel.
Fig. 3 shows an enlarged structure of one fitting member 131 in fig. 1, and as shown in conjunction with fig. 1 to 3, the fitting member 130 includes: the plurality of the snaps 141, each of which 141 may be formed as one fitting 131, or each of which 141 is circumferentially spaced apart to form one fitting 131. In the present embodiment, each fitting 131 includes a pair of buckles 141, but not limited thereto. Each of the clips 141 is provided with a lever portion 142 protruding from the fitting portion 130 and a clip portion 143 formed at a free end of the lever portion 142, the clip portion 143 being provided with a guide surface 143a for guiding the clip 141 to be pressed into the mounting hole of the steering wheel and a fastening surface 143b for fastening an end surface of the mounting hole.
The specific structure of the catch 141 is not limited to that shown in fig. 1 and 3. In other embodiments, the catch 141 may be formed in any structure suitable for assembling the lighting module 100 with a steering wheel. The installation position of the catch 141 is not limited to that shown in fig. 1 and 3. For example, in one embodiment, the catch 141 may be provided on the steering wheel and a structure that mates with the catch 141 is provided at the bottom of the lighting module 100.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 3, in the case where each fitting 131 includes a plurality of snaps 141, when a fitting 131 is fitted to a corresponding mounting hole, the snap portions 143 of the plurality of snaps 141 in the fitting 131 gather toward the central axis of the fitting 131, and the snap portions 143 are easily and smoothly pressed into the mounting hole in conjunction with the guide of the guide surface 143 a; when a fitting 131 is assembled into the corresponding mounting hole, the fastening portions 143 are restored to the initial state, so that the rod portions 142 of the fasteners 141 are in interference fit with the wall of the mounting hole, and the fastening surface 143b of each fastener 141 abuts against the end surface of the mounting hole, so as to realize stable connection between the light emitting module 100 and the steering wheel.
Further, in one exemplary embodiment, the fitting part 130 is provided with a first electrical connection part 133 for electrically connecting the light emitting module 100 with the steering wheel, and the first electrical connection part 133 is used to form a circuit for supplying power to the light source assembly 110 so that the light source assembly 110 emits light. When the light emitting module 100 is assembled with the steering wheel in place, the first electrical connection portion 133 of the light emitting module 100 makes electrical contact with a corresponding electrical connection portion of the steering wheel, so that the light emitting module 100 is electrically connected with the steering wheel.
The first electrical connection part 133 is co-located with the fitting 131 at the bottom of the light emitting module 100. When the light emitting module 100 is conveniently assembled to the steering wheel in a vertical insertion manner through the assembly member 131, the first electrical connection portion 133 can also smoothly electrically contact with a corresponding electrical connection portion of the steering wheel, and the power supply circuit of the light source assembly 110 is conducted. The whole assembly process does not need complex wiring processes such as fixed wire harnesses, and the like, and the cooperation of the structure and the conduction of the circuit can be simultaneously realized directly through a vertical insertion mode.
In other embodiments, the lighting module 100 may also employ a separate power source independent of the steering wheel system power supply, and a new lighting module 100 may be replaced when the power source is exhausted. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the connection of the lighting module 100 to the steering wheel is a detachable connection; therefore, by the detachable connection between the light emitting module 100 and the steering wheel, a new independent power supply can be replaced for the detached light emitting module 100.
The detachable connection between the light emitting module 100 and the steering wheel may be achieved by means of the above-described snap connection, screw connection, etc. Of course, the connection between the light emitting module 100 and the steering wheel may be a non-detachable fixed connection, so as to ensure a stable connection between the light emitting module 100 and the steering wheel, and prevent damage to the steering wheel when the light emitting module 100 is detached.
Further, in an exemplary embodiment, to ensure that the assembly portion 130 is assembled with the steering wheel, to avoid loosening the light emitting module 100 due to improper installation, the assembly portion 130 may further include: one or more position detection points 144, the power supply loop of the light source module 110 is turned on when the one or more position detection points 144 are installed at the correct position of the steering wheel.
Specifically, as shown in connection with fig. 1 to 3, the side wall of one or more fittings 131 of the fitting portion 130 is provided with a first position detection point 144 that can be in electrical contact with a corresponding mounting hole of the steering wheel (correspondingly, the side wall of the mounting hole is provided with a second position detection point that can be in electrical contact with the corresponding fitting 131); when the assembly portion 130 is assembled with the mounting hole of the steering wheel, the first position detection point is electrically contacted with the corresponding second position detection point, so that the power supply circuit of the light source assembly 110 is conducted. At this time, whether the assembly of the assembly portion 130 of the light emitting module 100 with the mounting hole of the steering wheel is completed may be detected by operating the related button on the steering wheel to test whether the light source assembly 110 emits light.
In a specific embodiment, the first position detection point 144 may be provided for each fitting 131 of the fitting 130, so that when each fitting 131 is properly fitted with the corresponding mounting hole, the power supply circuit of the light source assembly 110 can be conducted to ensure that the light emitting module 100 is loosened due to the individual fitting 131 being not in place.
Fig. 4 shows a partial structure of a steering wheel in an embodiment, fig. 5 shows a partial structure of a steering wheel skeleton, fig. 6 shows a structure of a mounting portion, and a steering wheel to which a light emitting module can be assembled, as shown in conjunction with fig. 4 to 6, includes: steering wheel armature 210; and a mounting part 220 provided on the steering wheel frame 210, the mounting part 220 being used for mounting the light emitting module so that the light emitting module is connected to the steering wheel through a mounting part at the bottom thereof.
The structure of the light emitting module can be described with reference to any of the above embodiments, and features and principles described with respect to the light emitting module of any of the above embodiments can be applied to the following embodiments. In the following embodiments, the description of the features and principles of the light emitting module that have been explained will not be repeated.
In an exemplary embodiment, the mounting portion 220 is provided with at least one mounting member 223 that mates with a fitting provided by a fitting portion of the light emitting module. For example, the assembly of the light emitting module is specifically a buckle, and the mounting piece 223 provided on the mounting portion 220 is specifically a mounting hole for the buckle to be clamped.
In one exemplary embodiment, the mounting portion 220 may be integrally manufactured on the steering wheel frame 210 as long as mounting holes for the light emitting module to be assembled are reserved. Alternatively, the mounting portion 220 may be fastened to the steering wheel frame 210 by a fastener.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, a groove 211 may be provided on the steering wheel frame 210, and the mounting portion 220 is fixed in the groove 211. The mounting portion 220 may be formed in an alternate concave-convex plate type structure, the concave surface of which is provided with the through-hole 224, and the corresponding position of the groove 211 is provided with the screw hole 212, so that the mounting portion 220 and the steering wheel frame 210 are fastened by bolts. The convex surface of the mounting portion 220 is provided with a mounting piece 223, i.e., a mounting hole. An accommodating space for assembling the assembly part of the light emitting module is reserved between the convex surface and the groove 211, for example, when the assembly part adopts the buckle 141 shown in fig. 3, an accommodating space for extending the buckle part 143 of the buckle 141 is reserved between the convex surface and the groove 211.
Further, in an exemplary embodiment, the mounting part 220 is provided with a second electrical connection part 221 corresponding to the first electrical connection part of the light emitting module for electrically connecting the steering wheel with the light emitting module. When the mounting portion 220 is assembled to the steering wheel frame 210, the second electrical connection portion 221 may be electrically connected to a control device in the center of the steering wheel frame 210 through an internal wiring.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, corresponding to the first position detection points provided on the side wall of each mounting member 131 of the light emitting module, second position detection points (not specifically shown) may be provided on the hole wall of each mounting member 223; when the assembly 131 and the mounting member 223 are assembled in place, the first position detection point is connected with the second position detection point, and when all the matched first position detection points are connected with the second position detection points, the second electric connection part 221 can be connected with the first electric connection part of the light emitting module, so that the power supply loop of the light emitting assembly is conducted.
Through the separate position detection points set by the assembly member 131 and the mounting member 223, the correct assembly of the light emitting module and the steering wheel can be ensured, and the stable connection of the light emitting module and the steering wheel can be realized.
Further, in an exemplary embodiment, referring to the structure of the steering wheel coated with the wrapping material shown in fig. 7, the steering wheel 200 of the light emitting module may be assembled with all the wrapping material 230 required for the steering wheel 200 coated on the portion of the steering wheel skeleton except the mounting portion 220 (and the central control region). For example, for a dermal steering wheel, the wrap 230 comprises at least a foam material and a leather material from the inner layer to the outer layer.
