技术领域
本发明涉及面膜片材料,具体涉及一种基于山茶花的三层弹力复合提拉膜布和加工方法。
背景技术
沥青防水卷材是指以沥青材料、胎料和表面撒布防黏材料等制成的成卷材料,无纺布又称不织布,是通过纤维铺网,梳理成型,再进行机器水刺而成的膜布,它的织理结构,主要依靠机器完成,对于纤维特性要求长度不得高于51mm,基本是38mm,旦数基本在0.6-1.56dtex。且目前的水刺膜布,基本都属1层。布面的缠结度及物性指标是否达标,主要还是依靠纤维及生产参数。
目前在水刺生产单元内,植物纤维的物性指标无疑是最低的。不止在面膜板块,在纺织板块,植物纤维永远是最吃香的,它所代表的是:天然、可降解、无污染等各种天然信息。而植物纤维因为被人工植入所对标的天然植物油或添加标本后,在水刺生产时,导致纤维整体硬度下降,生产时缠结效果低,水刺生产参数降低。但往往带有软、贴、天然的产品特别吸引客户。
随着社会的日益发展,人们对于美容产品的要求也在不断地提高。现有技术为了满足市场消费者的需求,只能不断尝试从精华,从包材成品等方面降本。从而导致现在很多的产品,需要达到单层使用的标准,才能满足客户的要求。
本申请人在现有面膜产品中采用了山茶花膜布单层结构,该结构容易变形折叠而难以分离;另外,因为山茶花膜布纤维本身软、贴的特性而造成的难打开的现象,即难以从面部分离或者折叠后不易分离。
发明内容
为解决上述技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种对于单层的山茶花膜布进行改进以得到易于分离并且保持了山茶花膜布的柔软的性质。
本发明提供的一种三层弹力复合提拉膜布,其依次包括第一外层、中间层和第二外层,所述第一外层和第二外层为植物纤维膜布,中间层为弹力布:

S1:领料,将需要用到的纤维,提前领料出库,为后续生产做准备;
S2:纤维投料,去除纤维原料包装,进行外观检查,检查后投入到设备中;
S3:开松混合,将纤维分散放入投料单元,纤维由投料口缓送输入管道,进行开松混合;
S4:AB双梳理,纤维进入梳理铺网单元,自动分配进入双铺网单元;
S5:并网,使纤维在斜网成形器中均匀分散布纤、沉降、成型,得到杂乱排列的纤维三维网状结构,为后道水刺缠结提供结构保障;
S6:水刺,利用致密微细的水针对纤维网层进行高压水刺缠结加固,使纤维发生位移、穿插、缠结,保障最终产品的物理强力;
S7:后整理,通过后整理将三维网进行二次压合,去除水刺后的一部分游离水,减少水分,使复合产品更有紧实感;
S8:烘燥,对水刺后的纤网加热烘干,使其纤维内部及相互之间形成稳态结构,并使整理剂发挥相应作用;
S9:成卷,按定长装置控制的长度卷绕成筒;
S10:检验分切,将成品按要求复检,分切;
S11:包装,将成品按要求,然后入库。

第一实施例:
本发明提供的一种三层弹力复合提拉膜布,其依次包括第一外层、中间层和第二外层,所述第一外层和第二外层为植物纤维膜布,中间层为弹力布。
第二实施例:
所述第一外层和第二外层为山茶花纤维层。本发明利用三层水刺技术得到A+B+A结构类型的三层弹力复合提拉膜布,A则为山茶花纤维,B为弹力布。本发明的产品的适用范围:面膜板块;可适用人群:所有人群;产品性质:弹力、提拉,紧致皮肤。
本发明的三层弹力复合提拉膜布为面膜片,所述面膜片的重量为90克,所述山茶花纤维层的重量为22.5克,所述中间层的重量为45克。优选地,所述第一外层和第二外层的重量相同,且所述第一外层和中间层的重量比例为1:2。
第三实施例:
本发明提供的三层弹力复合提拉膜布,所述弹力布为改进型弹力布,所述弹力布的成分包括棉、橡筋和聚酰亚胺纳米粒,棉的重量比例为95%-98%,橡筋的比例为1%-3%,剩余为聚酰亚胺纳米粒。在具体的实施例中,棉的重量比例为98%,橡筋的比例为1%,剩余为聚酰亚胺纳米粒;或者棉的重量比例为97%,橡筋的比例为1.5%,剩余为聚酰亚胺纳米粒;
聚酰亚胺纳米溶液的制备过程为:
步骤1:按照聚酰亚胺与水质量比1:10的比例分别称取,备用;
步骤2:将步骤1称取得到的聚酰亚胺纳粉末加入去离子水中,充分搅拌分散,得到溶液,备用;另外也可以采用现有的其它技术制备得到聚酰亚胺纳米粒溶液;
把棉和橡筋编织成弹性层体,然后经过聚酰亚胺纳米溶液进行浸渍,取出后沥干并烘干以得到改进型弹力布。
具体实施例中,山茶花弹力布成品克重值为90克,其中中间层的弹力布为45克,两边锁水层各为22.5克。弹力布为改进型弹力布产品,普通现有的弹力布不仅弹性松软,而且密度低,对于复合来说并不适合。水刺生产过程中,弹力的收缩比例要求50%,基本的成品中间层如果为45克,那收缩前的克重则为90克,且收缩后平方克重增加一倍。

而以我们生产上表可知:三层生产的水压要求为110pa,而只有改进型弹力布的受压值明显>110。且受压值,就是它的可控压性,如果低于机器的水压值,生产时机器会自动报警,且自动停止。

将后整理工序去掉,其他正常工序不变,而后整理在生产过程中的重要性主要体现在:布面实质收缩及布面二次紧实性操作。缺少后整理的工序后,出来布则可能会有复合紧实不够,克重分布不均,收缩性无法达到。干态下复合面容易撕开,浸泡含有化学成分的精华液15分钟后,则会直接冲散掉。
弹力值直接为0;布面贴合性无;且中间层为直接融化掉。因此该方案并不可取。
第四实施例:
本发明提供的一种三层弹力复合提拉膜布的加工方法,其包括下面的步骤:
S1:领料,将需要用到的纤维,提前领料出库,为后续生产做准备;

本实施例的工艺升级,由此提供了一种涉及山茶花高性能材料的生产技术。此次工艺采用的三层结构依次为亲肤层、锁水层和亲肤层,所述亲肤层采用的是超柔软的山茶花天然植物纤维材质。通过增加并网及后整理环节,解决了现有面膜布复合不紧实的问题。也使原本并没有任何弹力性质的山茶花膜布,达到了可以四面弹的效果,从而让使用者有更紧致提拉的贴合感。

弹力布因为布面本身特性的关系,在上机时并没有很好的把控性,为了更好的使其水刺穿透,我们在水刺单元部分,通过增加水刺头、水针板及水针板的清洗频率,同时也因其特殊性,我们针对其定制了特殊孔径的针板,针对弹力纤维网进行预湿和增加缠结效率,且将我们的常规水刺生产参数进行调整:从水刺加压、生产速度降低等步骤,避免因为水针板堵塞造成的压力波动并使用尽量小、而刺数多的水刺压力进行缠结,较好地解决了三维网在水刺高压单元因为水针板堵塞而导致的断层等问题。

S7:后整理,通过后整理将三维网进行二次压合,去除水刺后的一部分游离水,减少水分,使复合产品更有紧实感;
S8:烘燥,对水刺后的纤网加热烘干,使其纤维内部及相互之间形成稳态结构,并使整理剂发挥相应作用;
S9:成卷,按定长装置控制的长度卷绕成筒;
S10:检验分切,将成品按要求复检,分切;
S11:包装,将成品按要求,然后入库。
