Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below in conjunction with figures 1-2.
The embodiment of the application discloses a control method of an automatic countercurrent extraction device for extracting red sage root. The method is applied to an automatic countercurrent extraction control system, and the specific steps of the extraction process of the red sage root are as follows: 1) Weighing and proportioning: weighing a prescribed amount of radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. 2) Pretreatment: pulverizing Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, and sieving with 0.8 cm-1.2 cm sieve. 3) Extracting: taking crushed red sage root medicine, adding 85% ethanol in an amount which is 3 times the weight of the medicine, controlling the solvent to be between 40 and 60 ℃ stably, soaking for 1 hour, putting wet material flow into a countercurrent extractor, starting the countercurrent device, continuously adding fresh 85% ethanol, controlling the temperature of the solvent to be between 50 and 5 ℃, controlling the adding amount of the solvent to be 6 to 10 times the weight of the medicine, and collecting an extraction solution at the tail end of the equipment for standby. 4) Concentrating: concentrating the extractive solution in a concentrator at-0.04-0.08 mpa and 50-75deg.C under vacuum to 300L, adding 300-500L purified water, concentrating to 300L again, and repeating the above steps for 2-3 times until the material liquid has no ethanol smell, and releasing the material liquid for use. 5) And (3) cooling: cooling the concentrated solution to 4deg.C in a refrigerator, and standing for 16-20 hr. 6) Separating: a large amount of sediment is arranged at the bottom of the feed liquid, and supernatant fluid is taken for standby. 7) Vacuum drying: taking out the precipitate, loading into a vacuum drying oven, and vacuum drying at 50+ -2deg.C for 12 hr at vacuum degree of 0.06-0.09 mpa. 8) Crushing: and (3) performing related operations according to the crushing station operation rules, taking the dry paste powder obtained by drying, and crushing in a built-in 60-mesh crusher.
As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
s10, controlling a first detector to detect the salvia miltiorrhiza extracting solution.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first detector is a spectrum detector, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system detects the red sage root extracting solution by using the first detector, and accurately identifies the existence of the element according to the characteristic spectrum corresponding to the element contained in the red sage root extracting solution, and the intensity of the spectral line is related to the content of the element in the red sage root extracting solution, so that the first detecting solution uses the intensity of the spectral line corresponding to the element to determine the content of the element. If the worker needs to determine whether the extraction process of the red sage root reaches the end point, the worker starts the automatic countercurrent extraction control system, sends an instruction for starting the first detection process to the control center of the automatic countercurrent extraction control system through external input equipment such as a keyboard, a mouse and the like, and controls the first detector to execute detection operation after receiving the starting instruction.
S20, obtaining the content of the first element corresponding to each element in the red sage root extract.
Specifically, after the first detector completes the detection process of the red sage root extracting solution, the obtained detection result is returned to the control center of the automatic countercurrent extraction control system, and the detection structure result comprises element names and corresponding first element content.
S30, searching the corresponding first element content according to the preset effective element name.
Specifically, since the extract of red sage root not only includes the extract of red sage root required by the staff but also includes a solvent for dissolving the extract of red sage root, in this embodiment, the solvent is an ethanol solution. Therefore, the element names contained in the detection result fed back by the first detector are not all elements corresponding to the red sage root extract, and the automatic countercurrent extraction control system searches the first element content corresponding to the element name consistent with the effective element name in the detection result according to the preset effective element name, wherein the effective element name is the element contained in the red sage root extract.
S40, comparing the content of the first element with the end point value of the corresponding element standard range.
Specifically, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system judges whether the salvia miltiorrhiza extraction process reaches the end point or not mainly according to whether the content of the salvia miltiorrhiza extract in the salvia miltiorrhiza extract reaches the standard or not, so that the automatic countercurrent extraction control system compares the content of a first element corresponding to an effective element with the end point value of an element standard range preset in the automatic countercurrent extraction control system to judge whether the content of the effective element is within the element standard range or not, and it is required to explain that the content of each element in the salvia miltiorrhiza extract is different, so that the element standard ranges corresponding to the different content of the effective element are also different.
S50, controlling the automatic countercurrent extraction device to stop the liquid adding operation.
Specifically, if the content of the first element corresponding to the effective element name is within the corresponding element standard range, it indicates that the content of the extract of the root of red-rooted salvia in the extract of the root of red-rooted salvia has reached the standard, and no fresh solvent is needed to be added into the countercurrent extractor, the worker can collect the extract solution at the tail end of the automatic countercurrent extraction device. Because the color of the red sage root extract is reddish brown, the color of the red sage root extract is also reddish brown, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system utilizes the first detector to identify the element content in the red sage root extract according to the color of the red sage root extract, further judges whether the extraction process of the red sage root is finished or not, replaces a manual identification mode, is more scientific and accurate in judging the extraction end point, reduces the situation that the worker adds excessive solvent into the red sage root extract due to inaccurate grasp of the extraction end point, and further causes solvent waste, and if the solvent content in the red sage root extract is excessive, excessive extraction is easily caused, partial substances in the red sage root extract can be degraded, and the quality of the extracted red sage root product is adversely affected.
In one embodiment, in order to further improve the accuracy and scientificity of the endpoint determination in the process of extracting the root of red-rooted salvia, the automatic countercurrent extraction device is controlled to stop the liquid adding operation, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
the automatic countercurrent extraction control system controls the second detector to detect the red sage root extracting solution again after the first detector judges the content of the red sage root extract in the red sage root extracting solution to be qualified; in this embodiment, the second detector may be a spectrophotometer.
After the second detector completes the measurement of the content of the red sage root extract, a second detection result is generated according to each element in the obtained red sage root extract and the corresponding content of the second element, and the second detection result is returned to the control center of the automatic countercurrent extraction control system. After receiving the second detection result, the control center of the automatic countercurrent extraction control system inquires the second element content corresponding to the effective element name in the second detection result, and compares the inquired second element content with the end point value of the corresponding element standard range in sequence, if the effective element content is within the corresponding element standard range, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system controls the automatic countercurrent extraction device to stop the liquid adding operation, and the staff can start to collect the red sage root extract in the automatic countercurrent extraction device; if the content of the effective element is outside the corresponding element standard range, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system generates an action signal, wherein the action signal comprises a charging instruction for controlling the automatic countercurrent extraction device to execute a charging action and a charging instruction for controlling the automatic countercurrent extraction device to execute a charging action.
If the content of the effective elements in the second detection result is lower than the corresponding element standard range, the content of the red sage root extract in the red sage root extract cannot reach the standard, and probably because the solvent addition amount is too much, the red sage root medicinal material amount is smaller than the solvent amount, so the automatic countercurrent extraction control system can control the automatic countercurrent extraction device to execute the feeding operation, and the red sage root and Chinese yam material amount for preparing the red sage root extract is matched with the solvent amount; if the content of the effective elements in the second detection result is higher than the corresponding element standard range, the content of the red sage root extract in the red sage root extract is higher than the standard, and the content of the red sage root extract in the red sage root extract is possibly lower than the solvent content because of the excessively low solvent addition, so that the automatic countercurrent extraction control system can control the automatic countercurrent extraction device to perform liquid adding operation, and the content of the red sage root extract used for preparing the red sage root extract is matched with the solvent content. It should be noted that, when the first detection result shows that the concentration of the extract of red sage root in the extract of red sage root is abnormal, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system will also control the automatic countercurrent extraction device, and the control strategy is consistent with the control method, which will not be described herein. When the concentration of the red sage root extract in the red sage root extract is problematic, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system immediately controls the automatic countercurrent extraction device to take corresponding measures, so that the red sage root extraction process can be smoothly carried out, and the applicability of the automatic countercurrent extraction control system is improved.
In one embodiment, to ensure the extraction effect of the radix salviae miltiorrhizae, after controlling the automatic countercurrent extraction device to extract the radix salviae miltiorrhizae extract, the following steps may be further performed:
the automatic countercurrent extraction control system controls the automatic countercurrent extraction device to reduce the extraction speed and slow down the flow rate of the red sage root extracting solution if the detected flow rate information is higher than a preset first flow rate value; if the detected flow velocity information is lower than the first flow velocity value, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system compares the flow velocity information with a preset second flow velocity value, and if the flow velocity information is lower than the second flow velocity value, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system controls the automatic countercurrent extraction device to increase the extraction velocity, so that the flow velocity of the red sage root extract is increased. The flow rate of the red sage root extracting solution can affect the extraction of the red sage root medicinal material, for example, the flow rate of the red sage root extracting solution is too slow, which easily causes the red sage root medicinal material to be deposited at the bottom of the countercurrent extractor and is not easy to be fully fused with the solvent. Therefore, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system monitors the flow rate of the salvia miltiorrhiza extracting solution, thereby being beneficial to improving the effect of extracting the salvia miltiorrhiza medicinal material.
In one embodiment, to control the energy consumption of the automatic countercurrent extraction control system, the first detector is controlled to detect the extract of red sage root, which may be specifically executed as the following steps:
the automatic countercurrent extraction control system starts a timing function immediately after receiving a starting instruction, correspondingly generates a timing time value, and after timing starting, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system needs to compare the generated timing time value with an extraction time value preset in the automatic countercurrent extraction control system in real time; if the timing time value reaches the extraction time value, the automatic countercurrent extraction control system starts the first detector to control the first detector to detect the salvia miltiorrhiza extracting solution. It should be noted that, the extraction time value herein is obtained by averaging the historical data of the time spent in the extraction process of the root of red-rooted salvia by the automatic countercurrent extraction control system, and is in accordance with the actual situation. Since the extraction of the red sage root takes a certain time, the extraction process of the red sage root does not reach the extraction end point within a period of time after the automatic countercurrent extraction device is started, and the first detector does not need to detect the concentration of the red sage root extract in the automatic countercurrent extraction device during the period of time. Controlling the detection time of the first detector is beneficial to reducing the times of ineffective detection of the first detector, thereby reducing the energy loss of the whole automatic countercurrent extraction control system.
