(4) The femoral head surface replacement positioning device comprises at least two adjusting discs 20 with different structures, a plurality of adjusting holes 21 on the at least two adjusting discs 20 are arranged identically, so that compared with the adjusting disc positioned above, an included angle between the axis of the adjusting hole 21 of the adjusting disc 20 positioned below and the axis of the central hole 12 has a larger angle adjusting range, compared with the adjusting disc positioned below, an included angle between the axis of the adjusting hole 21 of the adjusting disc 20 positioned above and the axis of the central hole 12 has higher angle adjusting precision, and therefore, the proper adjusting disc 20 can be selected according to clinical manifestations of femoral heads.

Claims (12)

1. A femoral head resurfacing positioning device, comprising:
the lower end of the locating frame (10) is provided with an installation part (11) which can be attached to the femoral neck, and the upper end of the locating frame (10) is provided with a central hole (12);
the adjusting disc (20) is arranged at the upper end of the positioning frame (10), at least two adjusting holes (21) are formed in the adjusting disc (20), the Kirschner wire (30) can be installed in the center hole (12) and the adjusting holes (21), the axis of the adjusting holes (21) is intersected with the axis of the center hole (12), and the intersection point of the axis of the adjusting holes (21) and the axis of the center hole (12) is located below the adjusting disc (20).
2. The femoral head resurfacing positioning device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the adjustment holes (21) are provided in the adjustment plate (20), and the axes of the plurality of the adjustment holes (21) and the central hole (12) intersect at the same point.

The femoral head resurfacing positioning device according to claim 2, wherein the adjustment disc (20) is provided with at least two adjustment hole groups (22), the at least two adjustment hole groups (22) being arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the central hole (12), each adjustment hole group (22) comprising at least two adjustment holes (21) arranged at intervals along the radial direction of the central hole (12).

The femoral head resurfacing positioning device according to claim 2, wherein the projection of the adjustment disc (20) in the axial direction of the central bore (12) is of a semi-circular configuration, the adjustment disc (20) being located on the front side of the axis of the central bore (12).
5. The femoral head resurfacing positioning device of claim 4 wherein said adjustment plate (20) extends spherically, the middle portion of said adjustment plate (20) protruding upward.
6. The femoral head resurfacing positioning device according to claim 5, wherein said femoral head resurfacing positioning device comprises at least two of said adjustment discs (20), at least two of said adjustment discs (20) being spaced apart along the axis of said central bore (12) and being detachably connected to said spacer (10), the axis of said central bore (12) and the axis of a plurality of said adjustment bores (21) of each of said adjustment discs (20) intersecting the centre of sphere of said adjustment disc (20).

The femoral head resurfacing positioning device according to claim 5, wherein said femoral head resurfacing positioning device comprises at least two of said adjustment discs (20), said at least two adjustment discs (20) being spaced along the axis of said central bore (12) and being removably connected to said spacer (10), the axes of a plurality of said adjustment bores (21) of all of said adjustment discs (20) intersecting at the same point.

The femoral head surface replacement positioning device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein at least two dismounting portions (13) are provided at intervals along the axis of the central hole (12) at the upper end of the positioning frame (10), and the adjustment plate (20) is detachably fitted to one of the dismounting portions (13).
9. The femoral head resurfacing positioning device according to claim 8, wherein a distance between two adjacent detachable portions (13) in an axial direction of the central hole (12) is between 2mm and 5 mm.
10. The femoral head resurfacing positioning device according to any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the spacer (10) comprises:
the mounting part (11) is arranged at the lower end of the frame body (14), and the adjusting disc (20) is arranged at the upper end of the frame body (14);
the central shaft (15) is arranged at the upper end of the frame body (14) in a penetrating mode and is in threaded fit with the frame body (14), and the central hole (12) is formed in the central shaft (15).
11. The femoral head resurfacing positioning device of claim 10 wherein said frame (14) comprises:
an arc-shaped base (141), the front side of the arc-shaped base (141) being provided with an opening structure (1411) to form the mounting portion (11);
the installation arm (142), the lower extreme of installation arm (142) with the rear side of arc base (141) is connected, adjustment disk (20) set up the upper end of installation arm (142), center pin (15) wear to locate the upper end of installation arm (142) and with installation arm (142) screw-thread fit.
12. The femoral head resurfacing positioning device of claim 11 wherein,
the rear side of the arc-shaped base (141) is provided with a first slot (1412) in a penetrating manner along the front-rear direction, the lower end of the mounting arm (142) is provided with a second slot (1421) in a penetrating manner along the front-rear direction, the extending direction of the first slot (1412) is the same as the extending direction of the second slot (1421), the first slot (1412) is communicated with the second slot (1421), and the outer side wall of the arc-shaped base (141) is provided with a lug (1413); and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the outer side wall of the arc-shaped base (141) and the outer side wall of the mounting arm (142) are respectively provided with a marking line (143), and the upper end of the mounting arm (142) is also provided with a marking protrusion (144) protruding out of the outer side wall of the mounting arm.
