Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
Technical terms related to the embodiments of the present application will be described below:
1. social clients:
a social client may refer to a social APP (Application) corresponding to a server that provides local services to social users, which may include, but is not limited to: instant messaging APP, map social APP, content interaction APP, game social APP, and the like; social clients may also refer to social-enabled websites, such as social websites, forums, etc., corresponding to servers that provide local services to social users.
2. Social session:
the social clients support social sessions, which may include individual sessions and group chat sessions. An individual session refers to a social session in which two social users participate for information exchange between the two social users. Group chat sessions refer to social sessions in which multiple (greater than two) social users participate for the exchange of information between the multiple social users. It should be appreciated that the social session may include a managing user and a member user, where the managing user refers to a user with management rights for the social session, and for example, the managing user may be a creator or administrator in a group chat session; the member users are users that do not have the administrative rights for the social session. The management rights of a social session may be divided into rights to manage users in the social session and rights to manage information in the social session, where the rights to manage users in the social session include, but are not limited to: (1) rights to control the number of users in a social session, such as adding new member users or deleting existing member users in a social session; (2) and managing the user rights in the social users, for example, distributing management rights to a member user in the social session, so that the member user is changed into the management user. Rights to manage information in a social session include, but are not limited to: (3) permissions to audit information in a social session, e.g., audit whether the format of the information in the social session meets the format requirements, whether the content meets the theme requirements, etc.; (4) rights to modify information in a social session, e.g., when a piece of information is found to be unsatisfactory, the information may be deleted in the social session; or when the content of a piece of information in a certain social channel is found not to meet the theme requirement of the social channel, the information can be changed to a social channel with another theme requirement matched with the content of the piece of information. It should be noted that, when the number of people participating in a social session exceeds a threshold number of people (e.g., 10 ten thousand), the social session may also be referred to as a super community.
3. Social channels:
a social session may contain one or more social channels, meaning space allocated for the purpose of centrally discussing a topic, that provides an operator with a standing social channel operating matrix that provides diverse interest communication services for a community of interests. Social channel types may include, but are not limited to, text types, audio-video types, live types, mixed types, and so forth. A text-type social channel may post text content within the social channel. An audio-video type social channel may post content including audio-video within the social channel. A live type of social channel may post live content within the social channel. A mixed type of social channel may allow for posting of various forms of content within the social channel, where forms may include, but are not limited to: text form, audio-video form, picture form, live broadcast form; for example, a mixed type social channel may allow posting of both literal content only information and audiovisual content only information within the social channel, as well as pictorial content only information; it also allows to distribute information containing both text content and audio-visual content, even live content, or information containing both pictures and text content, etc.
Similar to a social session, a social channel may contain one or more social users that may be categorized into channel owners (also called creators), administrators, and members according to the administrative rights to the social channel; where a channel owner refers to a creator of a social channel, typically, there is only one creator of a social channel, and the creator has all the administrative rights (or highest administrative rights) to the social channel, where the administrative rights to the social channel may include, but are not limited to, at least one of: rights to manage social channels (e.g., create, transfer, break up social channels, manage members and messages within social channels, etc.), rights to manage sub-channels (e.g., create, edit, delete, sort sub-channels, manage members and messages of sub-channels, etc.), rights to audit, manage topic information published in social channels, etc. Administrators are divided into channel administrators and sub-channel administrators, wherein the channel administrators are one or more social users designated by a creator from all social users of a social channel, who have partial administrative rights for the social channel; the channel manager has partial (or next highest) administrative rights to the social channel, such as: rights to manage members and messages in a social channel, and rights to audit and manage topic information published in the social channel; etc. The creator and channel manager together manage the social channels.
Unlike a common social group, each social channel may include one or more sub-channels, thereby providing different forms of communication interaction scenarios for social users within the social channel; for example, the sub-channel may be a text sub-channel, a voice sub-channel, a live sub-channel, etc. The creator or channel manager may create and delete sub-channels, edit sub-channel names, manage the visible range and social grouping ordering of sub-channels, and the like. Also, the number of social users in each sub-channel may not be limited, i.e., the number of social users in a social channel may be greater than the maximum number of social groups. A sub-channel manager is a social user having one or more of the management rights of the sub-channel, designated by a creator or a channel manager from among social users in the sub-channel of the social channel; the sub-channel manager has management authority for the corresponding sub-channel, for example: a sub-channel manager of the XX sub-channel has the management authority of the XX sub-channel; the sub-channel manager of the YY sub-channel has the management authority of the YY sub-channel. Here, the management authority of the sub-channel may include, but is not limited to: rights to manage members and messages in the sub-channels, rights to audit, manage topic information published in the sub-channels, and the like.
4. Identity group:
the identity group refers to a group of members in a social channel, that is, one identity group can comprise one or more members, all members in the same identity group have identity labels of the belonging identity group, and all members in the same identity group have the authority of the belonging identity group; for example: the social channels comprise an administrator identity group, and all channel administrators of the social channels are included in the administrator identity group, so that the channel administrators have 'channel administrator' identity labels, and all the channel administrators have the same management authority of the social channels; and the following steps: the social channel comprises a sub-channel manager identity group, wherein the sub-channel manager identity group comprises a plurality of sub-channel managers of the social channel, and the sub-channel managers all have sub-channel manager identity labels and all have the same management authority of corresponding sub-channels. And the following steps: the social channel comprises an identity group named as 'king XXxx', wherein the identity group comprises N (N is a positive integer) members and has viewing authority for the music sub-channel, and then the N members all have the 'king XXxx' identity tag and have the viewing authority for the music sub-channel.
The embodiment of the application provides a management scheme for social channels, which comprises the following steps: displaying a service page of a social channel; a first identity group is created in the social channel, the first identity group supporting the addition of one or more members. By the method for creating the identity group, social users in the social channels can be grouped and managed, and management levels in the social clusters can be richer and hierarchical; in addition, the permissions of the first identity group in the social channel may be configured; wherein each member in the first identity group has the authority that the first identity group is configured; because the embodiment of the application supports the permission configuration of the identity groups, differentiated permission can be given to each identity group in the social channels through differentiated configuration, so that the distribution of the social channels is realized, and healthier growth of social clusters is facilitated; and the authority configuration of the identity group can realize the batched authority assignment of the members in the identity group, thereby realizing the batched management of the members in the social channel. In addition, the first identity group can be displayed in the social channel, so that the external display effect of the first identity group in the social channel can be enhanced, and more recognition feeling is brought to the members in the identity group; therefore, the scheme of the embodiment of the application enriches the management mode of the social channels by introducing the identity group mechanism, can realize subdivision of management authorities in the social channels, is autonomous in partition and efficient in management, effectively reduces the management cost and the operation cost of the social channels, and can be well adapted to a large-scale social cluster scene.
Next, a related description is made of the social channel management system provided in the present application.
Referring to fig. 1a, fig. 1a is a schematic structural diagram of a social channel management system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1a, the social channel management system may include, but is not limited to: at least one terminal device 101, at least one Interface Server (Interface Server) 102, a logical Server cluster (Logic Server Cloud) including at least one logical Server (Logic Server) 103 in this Logic Server Cloud, and a data center Server cluster (Data Center Cloud) including at least one data center Server (Data Center Server) 103 in this Data Center Cloud. The number of terminal devices 101, interface servers 102, logic servers 103, and Data Center Server is not limited in this application. In addition, the terminal device 101 may be a terminal device used by a management user (including a creator, a channel manager, or a sub-channel manager), and the terminal device 101 may also be a terminal device used by a member user. Any terminal device 101 may be directly or indirectly connected to the interface Server102 through a wired or wireless communication manner, and may perform information interaction between the interface Server102 and other servers (such as Logic Server103 or Data Center Server 104) connected to the interface Server 102. Wherein:
The terminal device 101 is provided with a social client, where the terminal device 101 may include, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a smart wearable device, etc., and a display device is often configured in the client, where the display device may be a display, a display screen, a touch screen, etc., and the touch screen may be a touch screen, a touch panel, etc.
The Interface Server102, the Logic Server103, and the Data Center Server may be independent physical servers, or may be a Server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or may be a cloud Server that provides cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, CDNs (Content Delivery Network, content distribution networks), and basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligence platforms.
The Interface Server102 is used as a cluster mode access point and is responsible for maintaining long link with the terminal equipment 101, and performs request interaction with the terminal equipment 101 through an encryption protocol. In one possible implementation manner, the Interface Server102 may receive the interaction request sent by the terminal device 101, and forward the request to the Logic Server103 for processing; receiving a response packet returned after the Logic Server103 processes the request, and returning the response packet to the terminal equipment 101; thereby enabling interaction between the terminal device 101 and the Logic server.
Logic Server Cloud adopts a cloud cluster mode, which refers to a cluster mode constructed based on cloud technology, namely, at least one Logic Server103 is constructed into a cluster based on cloud, and services are provided together in the cloud cluster mode. In one possible implementation, logic Server Cloud is responsible for business logic for social channel related functions, such as: performing service processing in response to a service request of the terminal device 101; or profile information of the social channels (e.g., information of names, IDs, etc. of the social channels) is stored in Data Center Server by channel number dimension.
Data Center Cloud employs a cloud-cluster model, i.e., at least one Data Center Server is clustered based on cloud construction, with services being provided jointly in the cloud-cluster model. In one possible implementation, data Center Cloud may provide multiple dimensions of storage modes and interfaces to external opens up new, delete, modify, read, etc. For example, profile information for social channels is typically: the data storage is carried out in a mode of } - $ { sub-channel number } - $ { data }; the profile information of the social channel can be read from Data Center Cloud through the open reading interface of Data Center Cloud.
In one possible implementation, please refer to fig. 1b, fig. 1b is an interaction schematic diagram of a social channel management flow provided in an embodiment of the present application. Next, in conjunction with fig. 1b, "function flow of adding, deleting, modifying identity group association relationship, identity group information", "function flow of reading identity group association relationship, function flow of reading identity group information", and "flow of reading identity group viewing/speaking right" will be described correspondingly:
1) Functional flow of adding, deleting and modifying identity group association relation and identity group information: (1) the management user (such as creator, channel manager, sub-channel manager) of the social channel edits the identity group member list and the identity group information in the social client, and then packages the edited identity group member list and the identity group information through an encryption algorithm to generate a first request packet, wherein the first request packet carries an identification (such as a name, an ID and the like) of the requester. (2) The managing user of the social channel sends the first request packet to the Interface Server102 through the terminal device 101 (running with the social client). (3) The Interface Server102 forwards the first request packet to the Logic Server 103. (4) After receiving the first request packet, the Logic Server103 may perform an authentication operation on the first request packet, where the authentication operation is used to identify whether a requester of the first request packet is a management user of the social channel, and identify that identity group information in the first request packet meets a national civilization standard; if the authentication is successful, that is, the requester of the first request packet is the management user of the social channel, and the identity group information in the first request packet accords with the national civilization standard, the Logic Server103 packages the first request packet and writes the first request packet into Data Ce nter Server. (5) Data Center Server the following steps are adopted in Data Center Server: the data storage is performed in the format of $ { channel number } - $ { identity group number } - $ { data }. Wherein the channel number refers to an identification of the social channel (e.g., an ID of the social channel); the identity group number refers to an identification (e.g., name, ID, etc.) of the identity group in the social channel. (6) Data Center Server104 after the identity group information is successfully stored, a notification message of the successful storage is returned to the Interface Server102, the notification message of the successful storage is forwarded to the social client by the Interface Server102, and then the identity group member list and the identity group information can be displayed in the Interface of the social client.
2) And the functional flow of reading the association relation of the identity group and the information of the identity group information is as follows: (1) any member in the social channel generates a second request through an encryption algorithm and packages the second request to obtain a second request package. Wherein the second request is used for requesting to read the identity group information, and the second request packet carries the identification (such as name, ID, etc.) of the requester. Any member within the social channel then sends a second request packet to the Interface Server102 via the terminal device 101 (running with the social client). (2) Interface Ser ver102 forwards the second request packet to Logic Server 103. (3) After receiving the second request packet, the Logic Server 103 may perform an authentication operation on the second request packet, where the authentication operation is used to identify whether the requester of the second request packet is a member in the social channel; if the authentication is successful, that is, it is confirmed that the requester of the second request packet is a member in the social channel, the Logic Server 103 follows from Data Center Server: the { channel number } - $ { identity group number } acquires data (e.g., identity group data information). Wherein the channel number refers to an identification of the social channel (e.g., an ID of the social channel); the identity group number refers to an identification (e.g., name, ID, etc.) of the identity group in the social channel. (4) The Logic Server 103 returns the acquired identity group information to the Interface Server102, and the acquired identity group information is forwarded to the social client by the Interface Server102, and then the identity group information can be displayed in the Interface of the social client.
3) Flow of reading identity group viewing/speaking rights: (1) after the members in the social channel log in the social client, a third request is generated, wherein the third request is used for requesting to acquire a 'sub-channel list which can be viewed by me', 'sub-channel list which can be spoken by me'. And packaging the third request through an encryption algorithm to obtain a third request packet, wherein the third request packet carries an identifier (such as a name, an ID and the like) of a requester, and then any member in the social channel sends the third request packet to the Interface Server102 through the terminal equipment 101 (running with a social client). (2) The Interface Server102 forwards the third request packet to the Logic Server 103. (3) After the Logic Server 103 receives the third request packet, authentication operation may be performed on the third request packet, and after authentication confirms that the requester of the third request packet is a member in the social channel, the Logic Server 103 obtains the viewing authority corresponding to the identity group where the member of the social channel is located from D ata Center Server according to $ { channel number } $ { identity group number }, and screens out the sub-channel list that the member can view and the sub-channel list that the member can speak. (4) The Logic Server 103 returns the filtered "viewable sub-channel list" and "talking sub-channel list" of the member to the Interface Server102, and the Interface Server102 forwards the sub-channel list to the social client, and then the sub-channel list (including viewable sub-channel list and talking sub-channel list) can be displayed in the Interface of the social client.
It will be appreciated that in the specific embodiments of the present application, data related to user information (e.g., names, IDs, etc. of members in social channels) is referred to, and when the above embodiments of the present application are applied to specific products or technologies, user permissions or consents need to be obtained, and the collection, use, and processing of related data (e.g., social channel profile information, identity group profile information, etc.) need to comply with relevant laws and regulations and standards of the relevant countries and regions.
By the social channel management system provided by the embodiment of the application, social users in the social channels can be grouped and managed in an identity group mode, so that management levels in a social cluster are richer and hierarchical; in addition, the permission of the configuration and viewing identity group in the social channel can be supported; wherein each member in the identity group has the authority that the identity group is configured; therefore, differentiated rights can be given to each identity group in the social channels through differentiated configuration, so that the distribution of the social channels is realized, and healthier growth of the social clusters is facilitated; and the authority configuration of the identity group can realize the batched authority assignment of the members in the identity group, thereby realizing the batched management of the members in the social channel. In addition, the external display effect of the identity group in the social channel can be enhanced, so that more recognition feeling is brought to the members in the identity group; moreover, the member can be guided and encouraged to flexibly switch among the identity groups based on various rules by setting the allocation rules of the identity groups so as to obtain social satisfaction; therefore, the scheme of the embodiment of the application enriches the management mode of the social channels by introducing the identity group mechanism, can realize subdivision of management authorities in the social channels, is autonomous in partition and efficient in management, effectively reduces the management cost and the operation cost of the social channels, and can be well adapted to a large-scale social cluster scene.
Next, a detailed description is given of a social channel management method provided in an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a social channel management method according to an embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the method for managing social channels may be performed by a computer device, which may be the terminal device 101 in the social channel management system shown in fig. 1 a. As shown in fig. 2, the social channel management method may include the following steps S201 to S204:
s201: and displaying the service page of the social channel.
A service page of a social channel may refer to any page of the social channel, including, but not limited to: homepage of social channel, channel setup page, member list page, identity group management page, etc. In one embodiment, the service page displayed in step S201 may be the identity group management page S10 as shown in fig. 2. In another embodiment, the service page displayed in step S201 may be a setup page of a social channel as shown in fig. 3 a.
S202: a first identity group is created in the social channel, the first identity group supporting the addition of one or more members.
In one possible implementation, the service page is an identity group management page of the social channel, and an identity group creation entry is set in the identity group management page. When the identity group creation portal is triggered, the creation of a first identity group in the social channel is triggered. Wherein the identity group creation portal may include, but is not limited to: identity group creation options, identity group creation buttons, etc. For example, the identity group management page may refer to a page S10 shown in fig. 2, where the identity group management page S10 is provided with an identity group creation option 101, and when the user selects (for example, clicks, double clicks, long clicks, etc.) the identity group creation option 101, then the identity group creation entry is triggered.
In another possible implementation, the service page is a setup page of a social channel, where an identity group creation portal, such as identity group creation button 301, is provided as shown in fig. 3 a. It should be noted that the identity group creation portal may be directly or indirectly displayed in the setting page. By direct display is meant that the identity group creation portal is exposed in the setup page where it can be operated directly. As shown in fig. 3a, the identity group creation portal 301 is directly set in the setting page, and the identity group creation portal 301 may be directly selected in the setting page.
By indirectly displaying, the identity group creation portal is arranged in a lower sub-page of the setting page, and the identity group creation portal can be displayed only by touching the lower sub-page first. For example, referring to fig. 3b, fig. 3b is a schematic view of a scenario of an identity group creation portal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3b, the identity group creation portal cannot be directly observed in the setup page, and the user can click on the identity group management option 3011 in the setup page S301 and then go into the lower sub-page of the service page S301 (i.e., the identity group management page S302) before the identity group creation portal 3021 can be displayed in the identity group management page S302.
In this embodiment of the present application, whether the identity group creation portal is directly or indirectly set in the setting page, where the identity group creation portal is located in the setting page may be set as required, where the identity group creation portal may be located in any position in the setting page, or may be a position specified by a user; the present application is not limited thereto.
In another possible implementation, the service page is any page in a social channel. When an identity group creation touch signal exists in the service page, the first identity group is triggered to be created in the social channel. Wherein, the creating the touch signal by the identity group comprises: any of a single tap gesture, a double tap gesture, a hover gesture.
In one possible implementation, creating a first identity group in a social channel may include: displaying a configuration page of the first identity group; editing attribute information of the first identity group in a configuration page, wherein the attribute information comprises any one of the following items: name, color of appearance, display form. For example, referring to the page S20 shown in fig. 2, the page S20 may be a configuration page of the first identity group. As shown in page S20 of fig. 2, the configuration page of the first identity group may include at least one attribute editing item of the first identity group, where the attribute editing item may include, for example: a name setting item 201, an explicit color setting item 202, a display form setting item 203, and the like. Wherein the user may edit the name of the first identity group in the name setting item 201, for example, the edited name of the first identity group may be "god group"; the user may edit the apparent color of the first identity group in the apparent color setting item 202, e.g., the apparent color may be "orange"; the user may select whether to display the edited name, the apparent color, and other information of the first identity group in the member list separately in the display form setting item 203, specifically, the display form setting item 203 may include a switch control, and if the user clicks to open the switch control, the name and the apparent color representing the first identity group edited by the user may be displayed in the member list separately; if the user clicks to close the switch control, the name and the apparent color of the first identity group edited by the representative user are not separately displayed in the member list.
In one possible implementation, a member addition option may also be included in the configuration page, through which one or more members may be added to the first identity group. For example, referring to fig. 4a, fig. 4a is a schematic diagram of a page with members added according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4a, the page S401 in fig. 4a may be a configuration page of the first identity group, where a member adding option 4011 may be included in the configuration page of the first identity group, for example, the member adding option may be a member adding button specifically. After the user clicks on the member addition option 4011, a member selection list S402 may be popped up, where one or more members in the social channel are displayed in the member selection list S402, for example, the member selection list may be displayed in: user 1, user 2, user 3, user 4, user 5, user 6, user 7, user 8, etc. The user may select a target member that needs to be added to the first identity group in the member selection list S402, where a single selection or multiple selections may be supported in the member selection list S402, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, user 3, user 4, user 5, user 6 may be selected, then user 3, user 4, user 5, user 6 are added to the first identity group. Further, after the members are successfully added to the first identity group, the selected target member may also be displayed in the configuration page, as shown in page S403.
In addition, after members are successfully added to the first identity group, deletion of members of the first identity group may also be supported. Referring to fig. 4b, fig. 4b is a schematic diagram of a deletion member page according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4b, after the first identity group is successfully created and members are successfully added to the first identity group, the successfully created first identity group may be displayed in the identity group management page S404, for example, the created first identity group is "god group". Then, the user may select (e.g., click, double click, long press, etc.) a first identity group in the identity group management page S404, and then output a member editing page S405. In which one or more members that have been successfully added, such as user 1, user 2, user 3..user 7, etc., included in the first identity group are displayed in the member editing page S405. And, the member editing page S405 includes a member editing option 4051 for removing members in the first identity group. For example, if the user clicks on member edit option 4051, user 1 may be removed from the first identity group.
In this way, after creating the corresponding identity group in the social channel, the corresponding identity group may be allocated to the user according to the user preference and the management appeal, for example, the user 1 prefers to exercise, and then the user 1 may be added to the identity group related to exercise; as another example, user 2 loves for a trip, user 2 may be added to the group of identities associated with the trip. In the same social channel, the user can unlock the sub-channels interested by the user according to own preference, so that the content displayed by the same social channel can be different for different identity group members, namely the content which is presented and more attractive to the user, and the user experience can be improved.
S203: and configuring the authority of the first identity group in the social channel, wherein each member in the first identity group has the authority of the first identity group configured.
In one possible implementation, configuring the permissions of the first identity group in the social channel may include: firstly, displaying a configuration page of a first identity group, wherein authority options are arranged in the configuration page; then, when the rights option is selected, displaying a sub-channel list of the social channel; then, the authority of the first identity group is set according to the selected sub-channel in the sub-channel list. Wherein the rights to which the first identity group is set include any one of: viewing authority, speaking authority and management authority of the selected sub-channels; the rights of the first identity group support modification.
For example, referring to fig. 5a, fig. 5a is a schematic page diagram of a configuration authority provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5a, a permission option is set in the configuration page S501 of the first identity group, where the permission option may include, but is not limited to: viewing rights option 5011 and talk rights option 5012. Wherein, the view rights option 5011 may be used to set the rights of the sub-channels that the members in the first identity group can view; the talk burst authority option 5012 may be used to set the authority of the sub-channels in which members of the first identity group may talk. When the user clicks on the view rights option 5011, a sub-channel list of social channels may be displayed, which may be as shown on page S502. For example, the sub-channel list S502 includes 5 sub-channels of social channels: sub-channel 1, sub-channel 2, sub-channel 3, sub-channel 4, sub-channel 5. In addition, a modification option 5021 is set in the subchannel list S502, and when the user clicks the modification option 5021, a subchannel editing page S503 may be output, where the user is supported to modify the viewing authority of the first identity group in the subchannel editing page S503. For example, the user may select sub-channel 3, sub-channel 4, and sub-channel 5 in the sub-channel editing page S503 as the viewing rights of the first identity group, that is, any member of the first identity group has the right to view all the contents in sub-channel 3, sub-channel 4, and sub-channel 5. For sub-channel 1 and sub-channel 2, sub-channel 1 and sub-channel 2 are not public sub-channels to the members of the first identity group, i.e. members of the first identity group cannot view any content of sub-channel 1 and sub-channel 2, since the user has not selected them.
For example, please refer to fig. 5b, fig. 5b is a schematic diagram of a page of another configuration authority provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5b, a permission option is set in the configuration page S504 of the first identity group, where the permission option may include, but is not limited to: viewing rights option 5011 and talk rights option 5012. Wherein, the view rights option 5011 may be used to set the rights of the sub-channels that the members in the first identity group can view; the talk burst authority option 5012 may be used to set the authority of the sub-channels in which members of the first identity group may talk. When the user clicks on the talk burst authority option 5012, a sub-channel list of social channels may be displayed, which may be as shown in page S505. For example, the sub-channel list S505 includes 5 sub-channels of social channels: sub-channel 1, sub-channel 2, sub-channel 3, sub-channel 4, sub-channel 5. In addition, a modification option is set in the sub-channel list S505, and when the user clicks the modification option, a sub-channel editing page S506 may be output, where the modification of the speaking right of the first identity group by the user is supported in the sub-channel editing page S506. For example, the user may select sub-channel 1, sub-channel 2, and sub-channel 3 in the sub-channel editing page S506 as the speaking right of the first identity group, that is, any member of the first identity group has the right to speak in sub-channel 1, sub-channel 2, and sub-channel 3. For sub-channel 4 and sub-channel 5, since the user does not select, sub-channel 4 and sub-channel 5 are non-speakable sub-channels for members of the first identity group, i.e., members of the first identity group cannot speak in sub-channel 4 and sub-channel 5, but members of the first identity group can view the speech content of other members in sub-channel 4 and sub-channel 5.
Further, by setting the viewing authority, the speaking authority, and the management authority to the first identity group, various combinations of the viewing authority, the speaking authority, and the management authority can be realized. For example, an XX school organization prepares to hold a lecture on-line, then a text sub-channel (e.g., "XX school on-line lecture") may be created, and then a plurality of different identity groups may be created for the text sub-channel by embodiments of the present application, including, for example, but not limited to: teacher identity group, student identity group and parent identity group. Further, when configuring the rights for different identity groups, it may include: the checking authority of the text sub-channel is opened to the student identity group, the teacher identity group and the parent identity group; but the speaking right of the text sub-channel is only opened to the teacher identity group; and the management authority of the text sub-channel is only opened to the teacher identity group. That is, in the sub-channel, each member of the teacher identity group, each member of the parental identity group, and each member of the student may have viewing rights for all content included in the text sub-channel; the members of the teacher identity group can speak in the text sub-channel, and each member of the parent identity group and each member of the students do not have speaking rights in the text sub-channel, so that the speaking contents of the members of the teacher identity group can only be checked; and members of the teacher-id group have administrative rights to the text sub-channel (e.g., any member of the teacher-id group may audit other members who want to join the text sub-channel, remove members of the text sub-channel, etc.). As another example, if an XX company organization is ready to hold a live broadcast on-line, then one live sub-channel may be created (e.g., "XX company on-line live"), and then multiple different identity groups may be created for the text sub-channel by embodiments of the present application, including, for example, but not limited to: a host identity group, an administrator identity group, and a fan identity group. Further, when configuring the rights for different identity groups, it may include: the viewing authority of the live broadcast sub-channel is opened to the anchor identity group, the manager identity group and the vermicelli identity group; but the speaking right of the live broadcast sub-channel is only opened to the anchor identity group and the manager identity group; and the management authority of the live broadcast sub-channel is only opened to the main broadcast identity group and the manager identity group. In addition, the speaking right for the anchor identity group may specifically include: text, pictures, voice, video and other contents can be released in the live broadcast sub-channel; the speaking right for the administrator identity group may specifically include: only text content is allowed to be released in the live sub-channel. And, the management authority for the anchor identity group may specifically include: any member of the vermicelli identity group and the administrator identity group can be managed in the live sub-channel; the management authority for the administrator identity group may specifically include: only any member of the fan-identity group is managed in the live subchannel.
In this manner, after the first identity group is created, the first identity group may be set with corresponding permissions including, but not limited to: viewing rights of the sub-channels, speaking rights of the sub-channels, and the like. Any member in the first identity group can have the authority set for the first identity group (such as the viewing authority of the sub-channel and the speaking authority of the sub-channel), compared with the case that each member in the social channel needs to be set with the corresponding authority alone, the embodiment of the invention can realize batch setting and management of the authorities for the same identity group, thereby greatly reducing the operation cost of managing the social channel. In addition, different identity groups can be endowed with different viewing, speaking and management authorities, so that each identity group can have different growth experiences in social channels. The user can obtain the identity of the social channel by obtaining the identity groups, and the hierarchical relationship among the identity groups can also enable the user to have a growing target and switch among the identity groups to obtain the satisfaction.
S204: a first identity group is displayed in the social channel.
In one possible implementation, the service page is an identity group management page of the social channel, in which an identity group list is displayed, the identity group list containing one or more identity groups in the social channel. Then displaying the first identity group in the social channel may include: and adding the first identity group to the identity group list for display. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the service page is an identity group management page S10 of a social channel, an identity group list is displayed in the identity group management page S10, and one or more identity groups including the social channel in the identity group list, for example, the identity group list may specifically include: creator identity group, channel manager identity group, sub-channel manager identity group, and generic membership group. Through the above steps, after the first identity group (e.g., "god group") is successfully created for the social channel, the "god group" identity group 401 may be added to the identity group list for display as shown in page S40.
In one possible implementation manner, if the first identity group contains the target member, adding a first identity tag to the target member, where the first identity tag is used to mark that the target member belongs to the first identity group; and displaying the first identity tag of the target member. The displaying the first identity tag of the target member may include the following cases:
(1) and displaying the first identity tag of the target member in the member list page of the social channel. For example, referring to fig. 6a, fig. 6a is a schematic diagram of a member list page according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6a, the member list page displays one or more members included in the social channel. If the target member is added to the first identity group and the first identity group is a "god group" identity group, the first identity tag added for the target member may be a "god group". Then, a first identity tag 6011 of the target member may be displayed in the member list page as shown in fig. 6 a.
(2) And displaying the first identity tag of the target member in a conversation page of the social channel. For example, referring to fig. 6b, fig. 6b is a schematic diagram of a session page of a social channel according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6a, the session page may display a session message generated by a member in a social channel conducting a social session. If the target member belongs to the first identity group and the first identity group is the "god group" identity group, the first identity tag added to the target member may be the "god group". Then, if the target member sends out the session message in the session page, the first identity tag 6021 of the target member may be displayed in the session page as shown in fig. 6 b.
(3) And displaying the first identity tag of the target member in the data card page of the target member. For example, referring to fig. 6c, fig. 6c is a schematic diagram of a target member data card page according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 6c, the data card page may have the data information of the target member displayed therein. If the target member belongs to the first identity group and the first identity group is the "god group" identity group, the first identity tag added to the target member may be the "god group". Then, if the first identity tag 6031 can be displayed in the data card page of the target member.
In one possible implementation, the target member's data card page includes an identity group editing option. Responding to triggering operation aiming at identity group editing options, outputting an identity group list, wherein one or more identity groups included in the social channels are displayed in the identity group list; in response to a selection operation of the target identity group, for example, please refer to fig. 7a, fig. 7a is a page schematic diagram of an edit identity group provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7a, the target member' S data card page S701 may include an identity group edit option 7011, and the user may click (e.g., click, double click, long press, etc.) on the identity group edit option 7011 and then output an identity group list. The identity group list may be as shown in the page S702, where S702 in the identity group list displays one or more identity groups included in the social channel. For example, a "small cantaloupe" identity group, a "hami melon" identity group, a "god" identity group, and a "now go to a dry meal bar" identity group. Each identity group corresponds to an edit option and the user may select one or more target identity groups in the identity group list S702 and then add target members to the target identity groups. For example, the target identity group selected in S702 in the identity group list may be: the identity group of the little sweet potato and the identity group of the instant dry rice bar. Then, in response to a selection operation of the target identity group, after the target member is added to the target identity group, a target identity tag corresponding to the selected target identity group may be displayed in the data card page of the target member. After the target user is added to the target identity group as shown in the data card page S703, a first identity tag "god group" and target identity tags "little sweet potato" and "now go to the dry rice bar" are displayed in the data card page S703 of the target user (i.e., user 1).
In another possible implementation, the target member's data card page includes an identity group editing option. Responding to triggering operation aiming at identity group editing options, outputting an identity group list, wherein one or more identity groups included in the social channels are displayed in the identity group list; the target member is removed from the first identity group in response to the removing operation of the first identity group. For example, please refer to fig. 7b, fig. 7b is a schematic diagram of another page of the edit identity set according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7b, the target member' S data card page S704 may include an identity group edit option 7011, and the user may click (e.g., click, double click, long press, etc.) on the identity group edit option 7011 and then output an identity group list. The identity group list may be as shown in the page S705, where one or more identity groups included in the social channel are displayed in the identity group list S705. For example, a "small cantaloupe" identity group, a "hami melon" identity group, a "god" identity group, and a "now go to a dry meal bar" identity group. Each identity group corresponds to an edit option, then the target member may be removed from the first identity group in response to a removal operation of the first identity group in S705 in the list of identity groups. For example, if the target member belongs to the first identity group, then a "godet" removal operation may be performed in the identity group list S705. Then, in response to a removal operation on the target identity group, the target member is removed from the first identity group. After the target user is removed from the first identity group, the first identity tag "Datagram group" is no longer displayed in the target user (i.e., user 1) in the data card page S703, as indicated by the data card page S706.
In one possible implementation, the social channel further includes a second set of identities. The first identity group has a first priority, and the second identity group has a second priority; the first identity group and the second identity group both comprise target members, and the target members are provided with a first identity tag and a second identity tag. Then, the first identity tag and the second identity tag of the target member may be displayed in order of high or low between the first priority and the second priority. The priority of each identity group can be set by a creator, a channel manager or a sub-channel manager, and the higher the priority of the identity group is, the higher the arrangement of the display sequence of the identity tags corresponding to the identity group is; specifically, the first identity tag and the second identity tag of the target member may be arranged and displayed in the data card page of the target member. For example, referring to fig. 8a, fig. 8a is a schematic diagram of a page displaying an identity tag according to an embodiment of the present application. The page S801 shown in fig. 8a may be a data card page of a target member, where the first identity group is assumed to be a "god group" identity group, and the second identity group is assumed to be a "sweet potato" identity group; and the first identity group and the second identity group each comprise a target member. Then, the first identity tag 8011 possessed by the target member (e.g., user 1) may be "god group", and the second identity tag 8012 possessed by the target member may be "small sweet potato". And, the first priority of the "god group" identity group is higher than the second priority of the "little sweet potato" identity group; then, in the data card page S801 of the target member shown in fig. 8a, the first identification tag 8011 of the target member is arranged in the left side of the second identification tag 8012 in the order from left to right. For another example, referring to fig. 8b, fig. 8b is a schematic diagram of another page displaying an identity tag according to an embodiment of the present application. The page S802 shown in fig. 8b may be a target member data card page, and as shown in fig. 8b, the target member data card page S802 includes first identification tags 8021 of the target member arranged above second identification tags 8022 in the order from top to bottom.
In one possible implementation, the social channels include one or more identity groups therein; each identity group has a respective priority, the priority of each identity group can be set by a creator, a channel manager or a sub-channel manager, and when one or more identity groups are arranged and displayed according to the order of the priority from high to low, the higher the priority of the identity groups is, the more the display order of the identity groups is arranged; in particular, the ranking display one or more identity groups may include, but is not limited to: displaying one or more identity groups in a member list page of the social channel in an arrangement way; one or more identity groups are displayed in an array in an identity group management page of the social channel, and the like. For example, referring to fig. 8c, fig. 8c is a schematic diagram of a page displaying an identity group in an arrangement according to an embodiment of the present application. The page S803 in fig. 8c may be a member list page of a social channel, where the social channel may include: creator identity group, channel manager identity group, sub-channel manager identity group, god group identity group. Then, according to the priority of each identity group, the priority order of the identity groups is assumed to be: creator identity group > channel manager identity group > sub-channel manager identity group > god group identity group. Then, taking the order of top-down as an example, the creator id group, the channel manager id group, the sub-channel manager id group, and the god group id group are displayed in the order of top-down priority, for example, the member list page S803 shows that the creator id group 8031 is displayed on the channel manager id group 8032, the channel manager id group 8032 is displayed on the sub-channel manager id group 8033, and the sub-channel manager id group 8033 is displayed on the god group id group 8034. As another example, page S804 in fig. 8c may manage pages for an identity group of a social channel, which may include: creator identity group, channel manager identity group, sub-channel manager identity group, god group identity group, and general membership group. Then, according to the priority of each identity group, the priority order of the identity groups is assumed to be: creator identity group > channel manager identity group > sub-channel manager identity group > god group identity group > general membership group. Then, the identity groups may be displayed in a top-bottom display manner in order of priority from high to low. As shown in the identity group management page S804, the creator identity group 8041, the channel manager identity group 8042, the sub-channel manager identity group 8043, the god group identity group 8044, and the general membership group 8045 are displayed in a display manner arranged up and down.
In one possible implementation, the social channels include a management class identity group. In particular, the management class identity group in a social channel may include: creator identity group, channel manager identity group, sub-channel manager identity group. And, the management class identity group is associated with management rights to the social channels. It will be appreciated that the creator identity group of a social channel includes a member that is the creator of the social channel; one or more members may be included in the channel management identity group, which may be channel administrators of social channels set by the creator; one or more members may be included in the sub-channel administrator identity group, which may be an administrator of the sub-channel of the social channel set by the creator or channel administrator (which may be referred to as a sub-channel administrator). For example, referring to fig. 9a, fig. 9a is a schematic page diagram of a management class identity group according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9a, page S901 may be an informational page of a creator of a social channel. The page S901 may have the following displayed therein: the creator's avatar, nickname, an explicit indication of the creator of the social channel (e.g., creator), an explicit color (e.g., orange), etc. In addition, the page S901 may further display a management right corresponding to the creator, where the creator of the social channel has the highest management right, viewing right, and speaking right for the social channel. The management rights possessed by the creator (i.e., the first management rights associated with the creator identity group) herein include, but are not limited to: managing social channels (allowing creation, editing, deletion, sorting of sub-channels, adding channel robots, etc.), managing all sub-channels of the social channels (allowing editing of individual sub-channel profile information, setting of permissions, managing members and messages), managing members of the social channels (allowing auditing members to join, remove members, setting of channel administrators and sub-channel administrators), dismissing social channels; allowing viewing of all sub-channels, allowing speech in all sub-channels. The creator has only one and neither the default permissions nor the explicit information can be modified, and the creator's default permissions and explicit information are changed when the social channel is transferred to other users.
As another example, page S902 shown in fig. 9a may be an information page of a channel manager of a social channel. The page S902 may have the following displayed therein: the channel manager's head print, nickname, an explicit indication of the channel manager (e.g., channel manager), an explicit color (e.g., blue), etc. In addition, the page S902 may also display a management right corresponding to the channel manager. Wherein the channel manager has the second only to the creator, the management rights corresponding to the channel manager (i.e. the second management rights associated with the channel manager identity group) may include, but are not limited to: managing social channels (allowing creation, editing, deletion, sorting of sub-channels, adding channel robots, etc.), managing all sub-channels of the social channel (allowing editing of individual sub-channel profile information, setting of permissions, managing members and messages), managing members of the social channel (allowing auditing members to join, remove members, setting of sub-channel administrators; allowing viewing of all sub-channels, allowing speaking in all sub-channels).
Also as shown in FIG. 9a, page S903 may be an informational page of a sub-channel manager of a social channel. The page S903 may have the following displayed therein: the channel manager's head portrait, nickname, an explicit indication of the channel manager (e.g., sub-channel manager), an explicit color (e.g., green), etc. In addition, the page S902 may also display a management right corresponding to the channel manager. Wherein the sub-channel manager has administrative rights to the designated sub-channel as compared to the creator and channel manager, the designated sub-channel herein may include, but is not limited to: text sub-channels, forum sub-channels, voice sub-channels, live sub-channels, application sub-channels, etc. The administrative rights corresponding to the sub-channel administrator (i.e., the third administrative rights associated with the sub-channel administrator identity group) may include, but are not limited to: the management sub-channel (allowing editing of various sub-channel material information, setting of rights, management of members and messages), and the rights to view and speak in the current sub-channel. Neither the rights nor the explicit information of the sub-channel manager identity group may be modifiable, but members may be added to the managed sub-channel or members already within the sub-channel manager identity group may be managed.
In one possible implementation, the social channels include a management class identity group and a non-management class identity group. Then the management class identity group and the non-management class identity group may be displayed differently. Wherein, the distinguishing display includes: the display form of the management identity group is different from the display form of the non-management identity group; the display color of the identity information of the management type identity group is different from the display color of the identity information of the non-management type identity group. It will be appreciated that the management class identity group and the non-management class identity group may be displayed differently in any page of the social channel. For example, the administrative class identity group and the non-administrative class identity group may be displayed differently in an identity group management page of a social channel, as shown in a page S804 in fig. 8c, where the administrative class identity group (e.g., creator identity group, channel manager identity group, sub-channel manager identity group) and the non-administrative class identity group (e.g., god group identity group and general membership group) are displayed in the identity group management page S804. Then, the display color of the creator identity group may be displayed as "orange"; the display color of the channel manager identity group may be displayed as "blue"; the display color of the channel manager identity group may be displayed as "green"; the display color of the godet identity group may be displayed as "yellow"; the display color of the general membership group may be displayed as "black". In addition, the display form may specifically include a display font of identity information, for example, a display font of identity information of a management class identity group may be displayed as "regular script", a display font of identity information of a non-management class identity group may be displayed as "Song Ti", and the like.
It will be appreciated that if the number of members included in a social channel exceeds a threshold number of people (e.g., 10 thousands, or 100 thousands), the social channel may be referred to as a super community. In this embodiment of the present application, an identity group may be created in a super community, and members in the super community are grouped by managing the created identity group, and fig. 9b is a schematic diagram of the super community provided in this embodiment of the present application. The architecture diagram can divide the members in the super community into: a management class identity group, other identity groups, a general membership group, etc. The creator shown in fig. 9b can lower the management authority to the channel manager and the sub-channel manager, so that the channel manager and the sub-channel manager realize the management and autonomy of the sub-channels; in addition, the identity group with the management authority (such as creator identity group, channel manager identity group and sub-channel manager identity group) can perform grouping management on the members, and endow the members with different viewing authorities, speaking authorities and the like. By creating the identity group, the hierarchical level of the super community can be clear, the operation cost is reduced for the manager (including creator, channel manager and sub-channel manager) of the super community, the management efficiency is improved, and the members can communicate in a multithreading way and actively split in the respective sub-channels.
In this way, the social channels can include management type identity groups (for example, the management type identity groups can include creator identity groups, channel manager identity groups and sub-channel manager identity groups), the creator in the creator identity groups can issue the owned management authority to any channel manager in the channel manager identity groups and any sub-channel manager in the sub-channel manager identity groups, the centralized authority management can be transferred to the split authority management, and each sub-channel of the social channels can realize the partition autonomous and efficient management, so that the operation pressure and the cost of the creator of the social channels are reduced. Further, a plurality of identity groups are created in the social channel, different authorities can be configured for different identity groups, and therefore personalized and differentiated contents can be better operated by each partition based on the different identity groups.
In one possible implementation, an allocation rule of the first identity group is set, where the allocation rule is used to define a claim rule for adding members to the first identity group; alternatively, the allocation rule is used to define an exit rule for the first identity group removal member. And when the allocation rule of the first identity group is met, executing member change operation on the first identity group. The claim rules include any of the following: the method comprises the steps of calling a channel management robot of a social channel, providing a joining request, executing a designated task and reaching an activity threshold required by a first identity group; the exit rules include any of the following: the channel management robot of the social channel is called and an exit request is provided; an exit request is sent. The manner of setting the allocation rule of the first identity group may include, but is not limited to: the allocation rule of the first identity group is set according to the command, the allocation rule of the first identity group is set according to the appointed task, and the allocation rule of the first identity group is set according to the activity. The following describes the allocation rule for setting the first identity group in detail in the following three ways with reference to the accompanying drawings:
(1) Setting an allocation rule of the first identity group according to the command:
referring to fig. 10a, fig. 10a is a schematic diagram of a page for setting grouping rules according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10a, the social channel is provided with a channel management robot, and the page S1001 shown in fig. 10a may be a setup page of the channel management robot of the social channel, and at least one function setup item of the channel management robot may be included in the setup page S1001 of the channel management robot. For example, a group welcome function setting item 10011, a hierarchy function setting item 10012, and an identity group allocation function setting item 10013 may be included. Wherein the identity group allocation function setting item 10013 may be used to set allocation rules for an identity group (e.g., a first identity group). If the user clicks (e.g., single click, double click, long press, etc.) on the identity group allocation function setting item 10013, an identity group allocation page S1002 may be displayed. At least one allocation option is displayed in the identity component allocation page S1002, for example, the allocation option may be the per-command allocation option 10021. If the user clicks the command-by-command allocation option 10021, a set page S1003 of the command-by-command allocation identity group may be output, and a switch control 10031 is set in the set page S1003 of the command-by-command allocation identity group, and if the user clicks the switch control 10031, the user selects an allocation rule of the command-by-command allocation identity group.
Next, referring to fig. 10b, fig. 10b is a schematic diagram of another page for setting grouping rules according to an embodiment of the present application. If the user selects to open the switch control 10031 in the set page S1003 of the group of identities allocated by command, the set page S1004 of the group of identities allocated by command may be displayed. In this page S1004, a command setting input box option 10041 is included. The user may enter allocation rules that the user wants to set for the identity group in the command setup input box option 10041. Specifically, as shown in page S1004, the set allocation rule may include: the claim rule for adding a member to the identity group, for example, the claim rule may be: "@ channel management robot claims identity group names. And, exit rules for removing members for an identity group, e.g., the exit rules may be: "@ channel management robot exits identity group name.
Further, the allocation rules set in the command set input box option 10041 in page S1004 may be applicable to one or more identity groups in the social channel. As shown in fig. 10b, in page S1005, the user may select an identity group available for claim by a member in the social channel in selection box 10051, for example, a god group identity group, a small sweet potato identity group, a cantaloupe identity group, and a small jingle identity group may be selected as the identity groups available for claim by the member in the social channel. Meanwhile, it is also possible to set in the page S1005 that the member in the social channel is allowed to claim a plurality of identity groups. For example, a flowchart of a user selecting an identity group for being claimed by a member in a social channel may be specifically shown in fig. 10c, and fig. 10c is a page diagram of selecting an identity group according to an embodiment of the present application. An identity group add button 10042 may be included in the page as shown in fig. 10c, and after clicking on the identity group add button 10042, the user may select one or more identity groups available for claim by an adult in the social channel. That is, in the page S1004, allocation rules may be set for one or more identity groups included in the social channel at the same time, for example, the social channel includes a first identity group and a second identity group, and then in the page S1004, respective corresponding allocation rules may be set for the first identity group and the second identity group at the same time. For example, for a first identity group (e.g., a god group identity group), the claim rules for its corresponding first identity group are: "@ channel management robot claim a god group", the exit rule of the first identity group is: the "@ channel management robot exits the god group. As another example, for a second identity group (e.g., a small sweet potato identity group), the claim rules for its corresponding second identity group are: the "@ channel management robot claims the sweet potato", and the exit rule of the first identity group is: the "@ channel management robot exits the small sweet potato).
Still further, after setting corresponding allocation rules for a plurality of identity groups of the social channels, sub-channels that can be validated may also be selected for the allocation rules. For example, in the page S1005, the user may select a sub-channel in which the allocation rule may be validated in the selection box 10052, for example, may select a sub-channel 1, a sub-channel 2, a sub-channel 3, and a sub-channel 4 as the sub-channels in which the allocation rule set as described above may be validated. For example, a flowchart of selecting a sub-channel that can be validated by a user for the allocation rule may be specifically shown in fig. 10d, and fig. 10d is a schematic page diagram of selecting a sub-channel according to an embodiment of the present application. A sub-channel addition option 10043 may be included in the page as shown in fig. 10d, and after the user clicks on the sub-channel addition option 10043, one or more sub-channels that may be validated may be selected for the allocation rule.
In one possible implementation, after the allocation rule of the first identity group is set according to the command, please refer to fig. 10e, fig. 10e is a schematic page diagram of a member claim identity group provided in an embodiment of the present application. For example, as shown in fig. 10e, the page S1006 in fig. 10e may be a session page of a social channel, in which session page S1006, the user 1 may send a session message, which may be used to evoke a channel management robot of the social channel and make a request to join a first identity group (e.g., the first identity group may be a god group identity group), for example, the session message 10061 may be: the @ channel management robot claimed a god group. Then, the channel management robot of the social channel may respond to the join request of user 1 and reply to the message 10062: user 1 has successfully obtained the godgroup identity set, i.e. user 1 has successfully added to the first identity set and a first identity tag is added to user 1 (e.g. the first identity tag is the godgroup). Subsequently, if the user 1 sends the session message again, the first identity tag 10063 of the user 1 may be displayed in the session page S1006. As another example, referring to the session page S1007, after the user 1 is added to the first identity group, in the session page S1007, the user 1 may send a session message, where the session message may be used to evoke the channel management robot of the social channel and make a request to exit the first identity group (e.g., the first identity group may be a god group identity group), for example, the session message 10071 may be: the @ channel management robot exits the godet group. Then, the channel management robot of the social channel may respond to the exit request of user 1 and reply to the message 10072: user 1 has successfully exited the god group identity group, i.e. user 1 is removed from the first identity group. Subsequently, if the user 1 sends the session message 10073 again, the first identity tag is no longer displayed in the session page S1007.
In another possible implementation, please refer to fig. 10f, fig. 10f is a schematic page diagram of another member claim identity group provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in page S1008 in fig. 10f, the user may enter a conversation message in the chat input box, which conversation message 10081 may be used to evoke the channel management bot of the social channel and to make a request to join the first identity group (e.g., the first identity group may be a god group identity group). Then, after the user issues the session message 10081, the selection panel 10091 as shown in the page S1009 may be popped up. The user can quickly select the first identity group to be added in the selection panel, and the user is added to the first identity group in response to the selection operation of the user (if the user selects the god group identity group).
(2) Setting an allocation rule of a first identity group according to a designated task:
referring to fig. 11a, fig. 11a is a schematic diagram of another page for setting grouping rules according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11a, the social channel is provided with a channel management robot, and the page S1101 shown in fig. 11a may be a setup page of the channel management robot of the social channel, and at least one function setup item of the channel management robot may be included in the setup page S1101 of the channel management robot. For example, an identity group allocation function setting item may be included. Wherein the identity group allocation function setting item may be used to set allocation rules for an identity group (e.g., a first identity group). If the user clicks on the identity component assignment function setting item, an identity component assignment page S1102 may be displayed. At least one allocation option is displayed in the identity component allocation page S1102, for example, the allocation option may be the expressed allocation option 11021. If the user clicks the allocation option 11021 according to the expression form, a setting page S1103 for allocating the identity group according to the expression form may be output, and a switch control 11031 is set in the setting page S1103 for allocating the identity group according to the expression form, and if the user clicks the switch control 11031, the allocation rule for setting the identity group according to the expression form is selected by the representative user.
It is understood that association between different expression forms and different numbers may be established. For example, smiling expressions may establish an association with the number "1"; as another example, a break-in expression may establish an association with the number "2"; also, for example, the pyridine expression may be associated with the number "3", and so on. Next, referring to fig. 11b, fig. 11b is a schematic page diagram of another set grouping rule according to an embodiment of the present application. The user may customize the corresponding allocation rule for the identity group (e.g. the first group of identities) of the social channel, e.g. the allocation rule may be a claim rule, as shown in page S1104 in fig. 11b, in which page S1104 the user may input prompt text in input box 11041, e.g. the prompt text may be: "welcome to XX channel, you can click on the following expression to freely select favorite identity group ao-". The user may also set specific claim rules in the input box 11042 in page S1104, for example, the set claim rules may be: selecting "1" (wherein selecting the number "1" represents the user selecting smiling expression), a "god group" identity group may be retrieved; selecting "2" (wherein selecting the number "2" represents the user selecting a graining expression), the "little sweet potato" identity group may be retrieved; selecting "3" (wherein selecting the number "3" represents the user selecting the thread expression) may result in the acquisition of the "cantaloupe" identity group. At the same time, the user may also fit the above-mentioned pick-up rule with a corresponding picture in option 11043 in page S1104. The user may set in option 11044 in page S1104 to allow multiple selections of members within the social channel, i.e., to allow members within the social channel to simultaneously select multiple numbers to simultaneously pick up multiple identity groups. And, the user can also select a sub-channel to which the above-described retrieval rule applies in the option 11045 in the page S1104. For example, as shown in a page S1105 shown in fig. 11b, a user-set acquisition rule, a corresponding map, and a sub-channel (e.g., sub-channel 1) to which the acquisition rule may be applied are displayed in the page S1105.
Further, after the user completes the setting of the allocation rule, the set allocation rule may be previewed. Referring to fig. 11c, fig. 11c is a schematic page diagram of a preview allocation rule according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in a page S1106 in fig. 11c, a preview control 11061 is provided in the page S1106, and the user can click on the preview control 11061 and display a preview detail page S1107, and can preview the detail information of the allocation rule set as described above in the preview detail page S1107. As shown in a page S1107 in fig. 11c, a prompt text (for example, "welcome to XX channel, you can click on the following expressions to freely select favorite identity groups k to k") related to the allocation rule is displayed in the page S1107, and allocation rules respectively set by the user for one or more identity groups are attached under each allocation rule, and corresponding descriptive text is attached under each allocation rule. For example, allocation rule 1 may be: selecting the number 1 to obtain the god group identity group, wherein the corresponding description text is as follows: selecting the god group identity group can turn your nickname into a lovely green. As another example, allocation rule 2 may be: selecting the number 2, and acquiring the identity group of the small sweet potatoes, wherein the corresponding description text is as follows: this can become very intelligent if you choose to do so. Also, for example, allocation rule 3 may be: selecting a number 3, and acquiring a Hami melon identity group, wherein the corresponding description text is as follows: are well known.
In addition, referring to fig. 11d, fig. 11d is a schematic page diagram of another preview allocation rule according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11d, after clicking on the preview control in page S1106, the user may display a preview details page as shown in page S1108, the preview details page S1108 also displaying prompt text regarding allocation rules, and allocation rules set by the user for one or more identity groups, respectively. The preview detail page S1108 displays more prompt text, so that no corresponding descriptive text is attached under each allocation rule. For example, the prompt text is: "welcome to XX channel, you can click on the following expressions to freely select favorite identity groups auro, these identity groups can dye different colors to the nicknames of everyone, and the god group identity groups can change your nicknames into lovely green. The red and yellow color will make you stand out in the group-! (radio) ".
(3) Setting an allocation rule of a first identity group according to the activity level:
in one possible implementation, the identity group to which the user belongs in the social channel can be flexibly changed according to the liveness of the user in the social channel. Specifically, a corresponding liveness threshold may be set for the first identity group, for example, if liveness of the user in the social channel reaches the liveness threshold of the first identity group, the user may be added to the first identity group. Wherein, the evaluation index for determining the liveness of the user in the social channel can include, but is not limited to: the number of utterances of the user in the social channel, the length of time the user is online in the social channel, the frequency of interactions of the user with other members in the social channel, and so forth. For another example, a user may be removed from the first identity group if the user is already a member of the first identity group, but the user's liveness in the first identity group is below the liveness threshold of the first identity group. Wherein, the evaluation index for determining the activity of the user in the first identity group may include, but is not limited to: the number of utterances of the user within the first identity group, the length of time the user is online within the first identity group, the frequency of interaction of the user with other members within the first identity group, and so forth.
It can be understood that different liveness thresholds can be set for different identity groups in the social channel, and the identity group to which the user belongs can be flexibly changed according to the liveness of the user in the social channel, so that real-time dynamic adjustment of the members in the identity group can be realized, and the members in the identity group are encouraged to participate in interaction in the identity group, thereby improving the liveness of the identity group and meeting the growth requirement of the social channel.
In one possible implementation, if there is a message of interest for the first identity group, all members of the first identity group display a reminder of interest regarding the message of interest. Wherein the attention message may comprise a special alert message. For example, referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a session page according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 12, the creator of the social channel (or channel manager, sub-channel manager) may send a focus message for the first identity group (e.g., the focus message @ god group is about to be in a meeting room) in a session page S1201 of the social channel, such that a special alert message can be sent to members of the first identity group (e.g., including user 1, user 2, and user 3) by @ the first identity group (e.g., god group). This way of the Ait (@) identity group is a way between the @ staff member and the @ designated member, by which the message of interest to the members of the designated identity group can be sent more accurately, in a smaller range, and without interfering with other members.
In another possible implementation, if there is a message of interest for the first identity group, all members of the first identity group display a reminder of interest regarding the message of interest. Wherein the attention message may also include a private message. Specifically, the creator, channel manager or sub-channel manager of the social channel can send private message to the members of the appointed identity group through the channel management robot, and the private message can be effectively sent to the corresponding users in the social channel through the similar mass-sending capability, so that interference to other users is avoided; at the same time, operators of the social channels can conveniently conduct some operation behaviors in this way, such as directional activation of inactive members in the social channels, directional reminding of members in the identity groups participating in the activities, and the like. In this way, batch management can be performed by adding multiple members to a specified identity group, i.e., private messages can be sent to the identity group in batches, @ the identity group, etc., thereby reducing the operating pressure of the social channels.
In a specific example, for a Key client (Key Account, KA) community (also referred to as a super community) including 10 ten thousand or more members, 1 creator, 50 channel administrators, and 100 sub-channel administrators may be set by adopting the scheme of the embodiment of the present application, so that the creator may master the location of the community, the channel administrators manage users, contents, etc. of the whole community, and the 100 sub-channel administrators individually operate independent sub-channels to implement partition autonomy. Further, the rest members are provided with 20-30 identity groups according to each label, and different viewing rights and speaking rights of the identity groups can be given according to the positioning of different identity groups in communities, so that each identity group can see the corresponding sub-channel, guide and shunt are preferred, the chat experience of users is guaranteed, and the basic active surface is enlarged.
In the embodiment of the application, the social users in the social channels can be grouped and managed in an identity group mode, so that the management level in the social clusters is richer and hierarchical; in addition, the permission of the configuration and viewing identity group in the social channel can be supported; wherein each member in the identity group has the authority that the identity group is configured; therefore, differentiated rights can be given to each identity group in the social channels through differentiated configuration, so that the distribution of the social channels is realized, and healthier growth of the social clusters is facilitated; and the authority configuration of the identity group can realize the batched authority assignment of the members in the identity group, thereby realizing the batched management of the members in the social channel.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a social channel management device according to an embodiment of the present application. The social channel management apparatus 1300 may be applied to a computer device in an embodiment of the method corresponding to fig. 2. The social channel managing apparatus 1300 may be a computer program (including program code) running in a computer device, for example, the social channel managing apparatus 1300 is an application software; the device can be used for executing corresponding steps in the method provided by the embodiment of the application. The social channel management apparatus 1300 may include:
a display unit 1301 configured to display a service page of a social channel;
a creating unit 1302, configured to create a first identity group in the social channel, where adding one or more members is supported in the first identity group;
the management unit 1303 is configured to configure rights of a first identity group in the social channel, where each member in the first identity group has the rights configured by the first identity group; the method comprises the steps of,
the display unit 1301 is further configured to display the first identity group in the social channel.
In one possible implementation, the service page is an identity group management page of a social channel; an identity group creation inlet is arranged in the identity group management page; when the identity group creation portal is triggered, the creation of a first identity group in the social channel is triggered.
In one possible implementation, the service page is any page in a social channel; triggering to create a first identity group in a social channel when an identity group creation touch signal exists in a service page;
the creating of the touch signal by the identity group comprises the following steps: any of a single tap gesture, a double tap gesture, a hover gesture.
