3. The method according to claim 2, further comprising, after sharing only usage rights of the recipe to the shared party:
binding the account of the party to be shared with the account of the party to be shared.

and the third sharing unit is used for transferring the usage rights of the menu of the sharing party to the shared party in the residual duration under the condition that the menu sharing instruction or the menu sharing request only comprises the usage rights of the menu and the menu rights owned by the sharing party are unlimited in the use times in the set duration.
9. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium has stored therein a computer program, wherein the computer program is arranged to execute the method of any of the claims 1 to 6 when run.
