In one embodiment of the present invention, the pipe joint 350 has a connection section and a guide section, the axis of which is perpendicular, one end of the connection section is butted with the connection pipe 111, the other end of the connection section is communicated with one end of the guide section, the other end of the guide section is communicated with the water tank 370, and the seat body 310 is fixed to one end of the connection section near the guide section. Thus, when the water tank 370 is mounted to the dehumidifier body 10, the problem of inconvenience in mounting caused by the obstruction of the water tank 370 due to the excessively long pipe joint 350 can be avoided.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, an avoidance gap is provided on a side of the housing 330 close to the guiding section, so that the housing 330 can avoid the guiding section when the housing 330 is pressed, and the base can be disposed closer to the guiding section, so that the overall structure is more compact.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dehumidifier 100 further comprises a water level detecting device 40 for detecting the water level of the condensed water in the water tray 110 and transmitting a detection signal to the drainage device 20, so that the drainage device 20 drains water according to the water level detected by the water level detecting device 40. The drain device 20 starts draining when the condensed water in the water receiving disc 110 reaches the preset water level, so that overflow of the condensed water after reaching the maximum water level is avoided, and the drain device 20 is not started when the water level is insufficient, and the energy is saved.
The water level detecting device 40 is various, for example, the water level detecting device 40 adopts a pressure sensor, the pressure sensor is installed at the bottom of the water receiving tray 110, when the water level reaches a preset water level, the water pressure at the pressure sensor reaches a preset pressure value, and a detecting signal is sent out, so that the water draining device 20 drains water; preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the water level detecting device 40 includes a float 41, a limiting groove 115 is provided on an inner sidewall of the water receiving tray 110, the float 41 is positioned in the limiting groove 115 and can vertically move under the buoyancy of the condensed water, and the water draining device 20 is triggered when the float 41 is raised to a preset water level.
The float 41 is used as a conducting element, and when the reset reaches the preset water level, a circuit is conducted, so that the water draining device 20 starts to work; the light sensor may be disposed at a preset water level of the water receiving tray 110, and the light sensor is blocked when the float 41 reaches the preset water level, so that the light sensor generates a detection signal, and the specific modes of triggering the water discharge decoration by the float 41 are not particularly limited.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dehumidifier 100 further includes a water stop valve 50, a drain hole 112 is disposed at the bottom of the water tray 110, and a water tank 370 is disposed below the water tray 110 to receive the liquid flowing out from the drain hole 112; the water stop valve 50 comprises a support member 51, a bracket 52, a second reset member 53 and a sealing member 54, wherein the support member 51 is fixed on the water receiving disc 110, the bracket 52 is movably mounted on the water receiving disc 110, the bracket 52 is provided with a pressed end positioned at the bottom of the water receiving disc 110, a water supply tank 370 at the pressed end is propped against to drive the bracket 52 to move relative to the water receiving disc 110, two ends of the second reset member 53 are respectively connected with the support member 51 and the bracket 52, and the sealing member 54 is fixed on the bracket 52 and can seal the drain hole 112 when the second reset member 53 resets.
Through the above scheme, when the water tank 370 is not installed in place, the pressure-receiving end of the bracket 52 is not pressed, the sealing element 54 is fixed with the bracket 52 and seals the drain hole 112 under the action of the second reset element 53, and when the water tank 370 is installed in place, the pressure-receiving end is pressed, the bracket 52 moves, the sealing element 54 is separated from the drain hole 112, water in the water receiving disc 110 can flow into the water tank 370 from the drain hole 112, the condition that the water tank 370 is not installed and the drain hole 112 is opened is avoided, and condensate water is prevented from naturally flowing out of the drain hole 112.
The supporting member 51 may be a supporting rod, a supporting plate, etc., and the second restoring member 53 may be a spring, rubber, a magnetic member, etc., and the sealing member 54 is generally made of rubber, such as natural rubber, fluororubber, silicone rubber, etc., which is not particularly limited herein.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the supporting member 51 includes a cover 511, the cover 511 covers the bracket 52, the second restoring member 53 and the sealing member 54; the bracket 52 includes a slider 521 and a connecting piece 522, wherein the slider 521 is vertically slidably mounted on the water pan 110, and one end of the slider 521 extends to the bottom of the water pan 110, the other end of the slider 521 is fixed with one end of the connecting piece 522, and the other end of the connecting piece 522 extends along the direction close to the drain hole 112; the second restoring member 53 includes a second spring 531, where one end of the second spring 531 is fixed to a side of the connecting member 522 opposite to the sliding member 521, and the other end abuts against the inner side of the cover 511; the sealing member 54 includes a rubber block 541, and the rubber block 541 is fixed to a side of the connecting member 522 facing the drain hole 112. The device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, lower cost and high reliability.

Claims (10)

1. The drainage connector is used for communicating a water receiving disc of a dehumidifier with a water tank, wherein a connecting pipe is convexly arranged on the outer wall of the water receiving disc, a drainage hole is formed in the connecting pipe, and a clamping groove is formed on the outer wall of the connecting pipe;
the pipe joint is used for being inserted into a drain hole communicated with the connecting pipe;
the seat body is arranged on the side wall of the pipe joint, a yielding channel for the connecting pipe to extend in is formed between the seat body and the pipe joint, and the seat body is also provided with a movable channel communicated with the yielding channel;
the clamping assembly is arranged on the base body and part of the clamping assembly can move in the movable channel, and the clamping assembly is used for extending into the abdication channel and being clamped in the clamping groove so as to fix the drainage connector with the connecting pipe or withdraw from the abdication channel so as to separate the drainage connector from the connecting pipe;
the trigger piece is fixedly arranged on the base body and is used for triggering the sensing piece of the dehumidifier, so that the drainage device of the dehumidifier enters a state to be activated.

The drain connector of claim 1, wherein the clamping assembly comprises a first reset member, a housing and a locking member, wherein one end of the first reset member is connected with the seat body, and the other end of the first reset member is connected with the locking member and the housing;
the shell is movably sleeved outside the base, two butt joint parts are arranged in the shell, two ends of the locking piece are connected with the butt joint parts, the middle part of the locking piece is movably installed in the movable channel, so that the locking piece can move relative to the base under the drive of the shell, the yielding channel is retreated to avoid the connecting pipe, and after the acting force of the shell is withdrawn, the connecting pipe is reset under the action of a first resetting piece, stretches into the yielding channel, and can be clamped in the clamping groove to realize that the drainage connector is locked in the connecting pipe.
3. The drain fitting of claim 2, wherein the locking member includes a pin extending through the movable channel in a direction diagonally away from the drip pan in a direction away from the relief channel such that the pin is radially slidable within the movable channel;
the first reset piece comprises a first spring and a baffle ring, one end of the first spring is fixed on the base, the other end of the first spring is fixed on the bottom surface of the baffle ring, two sliding grooves are formed in the top surface of the baffle ring, two side walls of the sliding grooves in the axial direction of the pin column penetrate through the baffle ring, and two ends of the pin column correspondingly press against the groove bottom walls of the two sliding grooves and can slide radially in the sliding grooves;
the inner wall of the shell is provided with a step surface to form the butt joint part, and the step surface is connected with the top surface of the baffle ring and is used for downwards propping against the pin shaft.
4. A drain connector as defined in claim 3, wherein said pipe joint has a connecting section and a guide section having axes perpendicular thereto, one end of said connecting section being abutted against said connecting pipe, the other end of said connecting section being in communication with one end of said guide section, the other end of said guide section being in communication with said water tank, said seat being secured to one end of said connecting section adjacent said guide section.
5. The drain connector of claim 4, wherein a side of the housing adjacent the guide section is provided with a relief notch to relieve the guide section.
6. A dehumidifier, comprising: a dehumidifier main body, a drainage device and a water tank assembly; wherein,,
the dehumidifier main body comprises a frame and a heat exchanger, wherein the frame is provided with a water receiving disc, the water receiving disc is used for receiving condensed water generated by the heat exchanger, the outer wall of the water receiving disc is convexly provided with a connecting pipe, a drain hole is formed in the connecting pipe, the outer wall of the connecting pipe is provided with a clamping groove, the water receiving disc is also provided with an induction piece, and the induction piece is arranged close to the drain hole;
the drainage device is arranged on the rack and used for draining the liquid in the water receiving disc through the drainage hole;
the tank assembly comprising a tank and a drain fitting as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5; the drainage joint is communicated between the drainage hole and the water tank;
the drainage connector comprises a pipe joint, a seat body, a clamping assembly and a trigger piece;
the pipe joint is used for being inserted into a drain hole communicated with the connecting pipe;
the seat body is arranged on the side wall of the pipe joint, a yielding channel for the connecting pipe to extend in is formed between the seat body and the pipe joint, and the seat body is also provided with a movable channel communicated with the yielding channel;
the clamping assembly is arranged on the base body and part of the clamping assembly can move in the movable channel, and the clamping assembly is used for extending into the abdication channel and being clamped in the clamping groove so as to fix the drainage connector with the connecting pipe or withdraw from the abdication channel so as to separate the drainage connector from the connecting pipe;
the trigger piece is fixedly arranged on the base body and is used for triggering the sensing piece of the dehumidifier, so that the drainage device of the dehumidifier enters a state to be activated.
7. The dehumidifier of claim 6, wherein the drainage means comprises a water inlet assembly, a water pump and a drain pipe, wherein one end of the water inlet assembly extends into the water pan, the other end of the water inlet assembly is communicated with the water inlet end of the water pump, one end of the drain pipe is communicated with the water outlet end of the water pump, and the other end of the drain pipe is communicated with the drain hole.
8. The dehumidifier of claim 7, wherein the inlet assembly comprises a filter and an inlet tube, the filter being mounted to an end of the inlet tube.
9. The dehumidifier of claim 6, further comprising water level detection means for detecting a level of condensed water in the water tray and transmitting a detection signal to the drainage means so that the drainage means drains water according to the level detected by the water level detection means.
10. The dehumidifier of claim 9, wherein the water level detection means comprises a float, wherein a limit groove is provided in an inner side wall of the water receiving tray, the float is positioned in the limit groove and can vertically move under the buoyancy of the condensed water, and the float is raised to a preset water level to trigger the water discharge means.
