It is therefore intended that the following claims be interpreted as including the preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present application without departing from the spirit or scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims and the equivalents thereof, the present application is intended to cover such modifications and variations.
Claims (11)
1. The enterprise income tax management system is characterized by comprising a system management module, a basic management module, a data center module, a standing book management module, a flow management module and a follow-up management module;
the system management module is used for isolating enterprise multilevel, multi-mechanism, multi-user, multi-role and menu authorities;
the basic management module is used for intensively presetting relevant attribute information of a tax-paying main body, intensively presetting and maintaining policy reduction and exemption, subject information list and various information of an external access system applicable to all institutions;
the data center module is used for integrating various data used for the enterprise income tax prepayment declaration and the annual remittance collection;
the ledger management module is used for setting a plurality of ledgers to adapt to corresponding reporting services according to tax payer types, reporting modes, reporting categories, tax-paying main body types and other subdivision dimensions;
the flow management module is used for controlling reporting progress and flow state;
the follow-up management module is used for managing the whole life cycle of the income tax of the enterprise.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the system management module is a basic module opened to an administrator and comprises an organization management module, a role management module, a user management module, a menu management module and a system monitoring module.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the basic management module is an initialization module which is opened to a salesman and comprises a tax payment main body setting module, a policy reduction and exemption management module, a subject information table module, a declaration item module and an access system management module.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the relevant attribute information of the tax-paying body comprises, but is not limited to, information such as a tax-paying body accounting system, a collection mode, an enterprise type, an enterprise belonging industry, a reporting mode, a reporting category, a reporting period, a applicable account, and the like, and the enterprise income tax declaration items corresponding to each tax-paying body.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the data center module is configured to integrate data for a corporate income tax prepayment declaration and an annual remittance clearance payment, and comprises:
the data center module is used for checking, cleaning and screening various data to different degrees;
the data sources of the various data include, but are not limited to: external system data pushing, external system data extracting, excel data importing and system manual new adding.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the data center module comprises a financial data module, an asset management module and a research and development expenditure management module;
the financial data module is used for laterally expanding various financial tables of the billing vouchers according to different industries, including but not limited to a subject balance table, an asset liability table and a profit table.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the asset management module is used for calculating and upgrading depreciation and amortization according to asset cards, accounting depreciation information and preset depreciation rules imported by the enterprise asset system, and taking the result as a main data source for prepayment and remittance and clearing-up asset depreciation and amortization;
the asset management module comprises an asset class setting module, an depreciation rule maintenance module, an asset card management module, a counting depreciation amortization module and an intangible asset amortization module formed by research and development activities.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the research and development expense management module is used for setting, integrating and carding according to a research and development expense order time account imported by the enterprise financial system and a preset research and development expense subject comparison and research and development project, and is used as a main data source for deducting detailed information by adding and calculating research and development fees for prepayment in a period of time of symptoms and annual remittance, and corresponding special modules can be expanded and accessed according to different industry requirements, and formed declaration preparation data are stored in a tax-paying main part and a period of time;
the research and development expense management module comprises a research and development expense order time account module, a research and development expense subject module and a research and development project management module.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the ledger management module comprises a ledger template and a ledger, wherein the ledger is subjected to personalized expansion after a corresponding ledger template is selected so as to meet various reporting scenes of different tax-paying subjects.
10. The system of claim 6, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the flow management module comprises a tax calculation module, a task auditing module and a reporting payment module;
the tax calculation is used for newly adding tax calculation tasks, the preparation data can be automatically converted into the machine account manuscript data, and can be manually adjusted, and the statement data and the statement layout file can be generated in real time according to a preset formula of the machine account;
the task audit and the declaration payment are used for enabling business personnel and management personnel to carry out strict operations and reverse operations of transacting, auditing, declaring, distributing tax, paying and completing tax confirmation on the tax flow.
11. The system of claim 6, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the follow-up management module comprises a tax management module, a declaration data quality detection module, a self-checking management module and a file management module;
the tax management module is used for managing the tax associated accounts, tax details, tax application, tax confirmation, payment progress and tax account setting flow in enterprises;
the reporting data quality detection is used for giving early warning to the filling value and the business risk point in the reporting form and giving improvement opinion to enterprise behaviors;
the self-checking management module is used for managing the operation of the issued notification bill, the self-checking of the enterprise, the tax payment bill and the reporting condition when the enterprise is included in the self-checking enterprise list or the key checking enterprise list by the tax bureau;
the file management module is used for storing files and classifying and inquiring the account manuscripts, the declaration form and other reserved searching data generated in the task process by the tax-calculating task dimension.
