Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a service order payment method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method includes:
s1, receiving a service order of a user, wherein the service order comprises order information and geographic position information;
s2, checking the order information and the geographic position information through a payment approval model;
and S3, paying to a payee of the service order according to the verification result of the service order.
In the payment of business orders of enterprises, the traditional payment mode mainly comprises the steps that staff pay the business orders in advance, then staff submit bills to an auditing department (finance) for auditing, and the auditing department (finance) pays corresponding fees to the staff after the auditing is passed.
Based on this, this application carries out automatic approval check through approval check-up model through the business order that the user sent, then exports payment identification information according to the check-up result to pay to merchant (payee), through the automatic approval check-up in advance, when improving user's use experience, improves approval and supervision efficiency. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the present application includes:
s1, receiving a service order of a user, wherein the service order comprises order information and geographic position information;
first, the corporation will pre-assign the relevant user the payment rights of that user, including the payment quota and the payable business class.
Secondly, before the user uses the system, the user needs to register; after perfecting the personal information of the user and associating the business where the user is located, the payment allowance and the payable business category of the user are obtained/synchronized. The payment service order may be applied after completion of the associated business. Herein, the "user" in the present specification refers to a user who can apply for payment of a service order. The "enterprise self-setting" described below refers to the personalized setting of the system by the enterprise-related responsible personnel according to the instructions of the manager in the enterprise.
Because the real-time geographic position of the user is one of the processes of the system for checking and approving the service order, the system is applied to the mobile terminal with the function of collecting the geographic position information in real time, and the mobile terminal can be a mobile phone or a tablet personal computer, so that the user can carry the mobile terminal conveniently, and the user can apply for payment of the service order in a certain service scene conveniently.
The order information of the business order in the application is not information generated after the business transaction is successful, but the order information related to the business is input by the user before paying the business. Specifically, according to the application operation of the user, the new service order page is skipped to enable the user to input the order information of the current service transaction. In one embodiment of the present specification, the user's application operation includes clicking a new button, which is used to jump to a new service order page.
In order to improve the accuracy of the approval checking model, the order information comprises an order number, an applicant, a business category, a payment item and a business amount. The order number is automatically generated and used as a unique identification code of each service order, and is correlated with the specific content of the service order; in one embodiment of the present description, the order number includes a user identification code, an order creation time, and a serial number. The user identification code is an identification code automatically allocated to the user by the system or an identification code set by the enterprise so as to distinguish different service orders.
The applicant defaults to a user who newly builds a service order, in one embodiment of the present specification, the applicant column defaults to the user who logs in by the current system, and the "applicant" column is set to be unchangeable, so as to prevent enterprise staff from paying the service order by using the names of other users, consuming payment limits of other users, causing that actual order information is inconsistent with order information recorded by the user, and further causing a traceability problem in the later stage.
The business category and the payment item are preset, wherein the payment item is a sub-category corresponding to each business category, and each business category corresponds to a business scene. The sub-category of each business category includes at least one payment item.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the business category is a medical service, the corresponding business scenario is a hospital, and the payment types include: registration fees, diagnostic fees, and the like.
The service amount is manually entered by the user and the verification of the actual payment amount is a post verification.
In order to facilitate the restoration of the real service scenario, the user is prevented from forging the service order, and the real-time geographic position information of the user can be acquired. In one embodiment of the present description, the real-time geographic location information of the user is collected after the user fills in and submits the order information for the current transaction. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a scene analysis library is constructed, and service categories are in one-to-one correspondence with service scenes, so as to determine a preset service scene corresponding to the service categories through the service categories.
S2, checking the order information and the geographic position information through a payment approval model;
because the system is pre-approval, the qualification of each business order needs to be approved. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s21, judging whether the service order of the user accords with a preset service condition according to the order information;
each item of order information is examined in the specification, specifically:
s211, checking whether an order number of order information is unique;
because the order numbers are associated with the service orders one by one, if the order numbers are repeated, the association between the order numbers and the service orders is disordered, and effective post supervision cannot be implemented. Therefore, whether the order number of the order information is unique is checked, if yes, the order number approval result is passed, and if not, the order number approval result is not passed.
S212, judging whether the user is a preset user or not;
considering staff leave, vacation and the like, the association relationship between the user and the enterprise may not be independently unbind, and the user can establish a service order through the system. However, after employee leave or during vacation, the generated transaction does not belong to the range of reimburseable enterprises in most cases, so as to avoid funds loss of the enterprises, the system updates the job status of the employees in real time, and when performing approval verification, the user is judged whether to be a preset user or not, if yes, the user approval result is passed, and if not, the user approval result is not passed. The preset user is a user with a normal job-related state.
S213 judges whether the payment item selected by the user is a payable payment item of the user;
because the business order is essentially in the range of the business reimbursement, the business is required to set the payable payment items by itself in advance, and even different payable payment items can be set for each user. In order to improve the approval accuracy, when the approval verification is performed, whether the payment item selected by the user is a payable payment item of the user is judged, if yes, the payment item approval result is not passed, and if not, the payment item approval result is not passed, and the payment item approval result exceeds the preset payable payment item range, so that the payment item approval result is manually approved.
S214, judging whether the business amount is within the preset reimbursement limit.
In order to effectively implement the fee control, the enterprises set the payment limits of the users by themselves, and preferably, the corresponding payment limits are determined according to different payable payment items. When approval verification is carried out, determining a preset reimbursement limit of the user according to the payment item; and judging whether the business amount belongs to the range of the preset reimbursement limit. The payment allowance of the user can be a monthly payment allowance or a annual payment allowance. And the preset reimbursement limit of the user is a payment limit corresponding to the current payment project. If the business amount is smaller than or equal to the preset reimbursement amount, namely whether the business amount is within the preset reimbursement amount or not, the business amount approval result is passed; if the business amount is greater than the preset reimbursement amount, that is, the business amount does not belong to the preset reimbursement amount, the business amount approval result is that the business amount does not pass, and manual approval is needed, so that the cost control is accurately implemented.
S22, judging whether the service order of the user accords with a preset scene condition according to the geographic position information.
In order to improve the accuracy of approval verification, the safety of enterprise funds in terms of employee reimbursement and the like is ensured, geographical position information can be obtained, and whether a user is on site or not is predicted.
Specifically, S221 determines, according to the service category of the order information, a preset scene type corresponding to the service order;
because each business category corresponds to one preset scene type in the scene analysis library, the corresponding preset scene type can be rapidly determined according to the business category of the order information of the user.
S222, determining a first scene type corresponding to the geographic position information according to the geographic position information, and judging whether the first scene type is matched with the preset scene type.
Specifically, the scene analysis library records a plurality of address categories, wherein the address categories comprise effective transaction areas, and the effective transaction areas comprise: hospitals, malls, supermarkets, etc.; address categories are associated with business categories, one for each address category, e.g., address category "hospital" for "hospitalization services" in the business category. The address category also comprises an invalid transaction place so as to quickly determine whether the geographical location information corresponds to the valid transaction place or not, and the speed of approval checking is improved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, according to the geographic location information, determining a current transaction address where a user is located, extracting a keyword of the current transaction address, matching an address category, determining an actual service category corresponding to the address category, and determining a first preset scenario corresponding to the actual service category. In another embodiment of the present description, the scene analysis library stores all the current geographical location information, and the address category is determined for each address in advance and updated periodically. And determining an address category corresponding to the geographic position information according to the geographic position information, and further determining an actual service category corresponding to the address category and a first preset scene corresponding to the actual service category.
Judging whether the first scene type is matched with the preset scene type or not; if the geographic location information is matched with the service category selected by the user, the position approval result is passed, and if the geographic location information is not matched with the service category selected by the user, the position approval result is not passed.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the time for acquiring the geographic location information may be automatically acquired when switching to the new service order page, or a receiving button is set on the new service order page, and real-time geographic location information is received based on the selection of the user.
To enhance approval verification of the user's real-time geographic location information, in one embodiment of the present description, a geographic location information review is automatically obtained upon payment to the payee of the business order. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, a scene photo taken by the user is obtained, and whether the scene photo matches the geographic location information is determined. And a shooting function is provided, so that a user uploads at least one scene photo in real time. Specifically, the user may be required to take a photograph of a fixed location, for example, the user may be required to take a photograph including the name of the current transaction location, identify the name of the current transaction location in the photograph by a text recognition technique, and determine whether the scene photograph matches with the geographic location information.
Of course, the user may be required to shoot a location with a significant identifier of the current transaction location, such as a gate of the current transaction location, identify the significant identifier of the current transaction location in the photo by using a picture identification technology, and determine whether the scene photo is matched with the geographic location information. .
And S3, paying to a payee of the service order according to the verification result of the service order.
If one examination and approval result does not pass in the examination and approval verification process, the verification result of the service order is that the examination and approval result does not pass, the service order cannot be paid, and a specific reason that the examination and approval result does not pass is fed back. If all the approval results pass in the approval verification process, the verification result of the service order is that the approval result passes, and the service order can be paid.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, if the verification result of the service order is passed, the approval verification result is stored and a payment two-dimensional code is generated, so that the user can realize payment by displaying the payment code and by scanning the code, and during payment, the amount is directly transferred from the designated account of the enterprise, without the user using a personal account for payment, and the user using experience is improved.
The check of whether the actual payment amount matches the business amount input by the user is a post check, if the related inspector finds that a certain order has a problem, the related user is required to give a reasonable reason. Generally, the business amount entered by the user coincides with the actual payment amount of the business order. However, due to a mistake of the user or other reasons, the business amount input by the user may not be consistent with the actual payment amount of the business order, and therefore, after the business order payment is completed, the order payment information is acquired, and whether the actual payment amount is consistent with the business amount is determined. If the user is found to be maliciously consumed through manual inspection, strict post-hoc remedial measures can be taken to try to avoid situations where the business amount does not coincide with the actual payment amount of the business order.
