It will be appreciated that when the rail 6 is a profiled rail, as shown in figure 5, the cross section of the second rail head 62 is profiled as well. In this application environment, the second groove 122 may be designed as a profiled groove that mates with the second rail head 62. Thereby ensuring the installation effect of the clamping rail seat 1 and the special-shaped rail.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the clamping rail seat 1 further includes a bolt 13 and a nut 14, the wall of the fixing seat 11 for forming the clamping groove 111 is provided with a first via 114, the protruding portion 121 is provided with a second via 123 matched with the first via 114, and the bolt 13 sequentially penetrates the first via 114 and the second via 123. At least part of the bolt 13 protrudes outside the fixed seat 11 and the movable seat 12, and the nut 14 is connected with at least part of the bolt 13.
The relative positions of the fixed seat 11 and the movable seat 12 are defined by the bolts 13 and the nuts 14, so that the tightness of the first groove 112 and the second groove 122 matched with the rail head is ensured, and the installation effect of the clamping rail seat 1 on the steel rail 6 is ensured. In addition, the bolt 13 and the nut 14 improve the connection firmness of the fixed seat 11 and the movable seat 12, and are convenient to detach.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the flexible member 3 includes a cable chain 31, the connecting member 4 includes a plurality of hooks 41, a first end of the cable chain 31 is connected to a circumferential surface of the wheel disc, a second end of the cable chain 31 is connected to each of the plurality of hooks 41, the wire rope 7 has a loop 72 wrapping the circumferential surface of the hook head 71, the loop 72 is provided with a plurality of C-shaped rings 73 distributed at intervals along a contour direction of the hook head 71, and the number of C-shaped rings 73 and the hooks 41 are equal and correspond to each other, and the hooks 41 are adapted to be connected to the corresponding C-shaped rings 73.
Thereby, the hook 41 achieves the effect of being connected with the hook head 71 by the C-shaped ring 73, and in addition, the connection of the hook 41 and the C-shaped ring 73 is easy to detach, thereby facilitating the removal of the hook 41 head. The design of the plurality of C-rings 73 of the plurality of hooks 41 promotes the reliability of the connection of the hooks 41 and the hook heads 71.
Specifically, the C-ring 73 is welded to the loop 72.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the labor-saving member 5 includes a rocker arm 51 and a rocker arm 52, the rocker arm 51 extending in a radial direction of the wheel disc, a first end of the rocker arm 51 being connected to the wheel disc, and the rocker arm 52 being connected to a second end of the rocker arm 51 and extending in an axial direction of the wheel disc.
Therefore, an operator holds the rocking handle 52, and drives the wheel disc to rotate through the rocking arm 51, so that the labor-saving effect is realized, and the labor intensity is reduced.
Specifically, a first end of the rocker arm 51 is connected to the center of the wheel disc.
It will be appreciated that the length of the rocker arm 51 is much greater than the radius of the wheel disc, whereby the rocker arm 51 and wheel disc form a laborsaving lever, thereby reducing the expenditure of manpower on the rocker arm 52.
Alternatively, the labor-saving member 5 comprises a second driving device which is mounted on the support frame 21 and is in transmission connection with the wheel disc.
The second driving device is used for driving the wheel disc to rotate.
Specifically, the second driving device comprises a second motor, so that the wheel disc is driven to rotate by utilizing electric power, the manpower expenditure is further reduced, and the working strength is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A hook remover comprising:
the clamping rail seat is suitable for being detachably mounted on a steel rail of a track;
a lifting device pivotally connected to the clamp rail seat, the lifting device having a first pivot position in which the lifting device is spaced apart from the wire rope in the width direction of the rail and a second pivot position;
the first end of the flexible piece is connected with the lifting device, the second end of the flexible piece is connected with the connecting piece, the flexible piece can be retracted and released on the lifting device so that the height of the connecting piece can be adjusted, and when the lifting device is positioned at the second pivoting position, the connecting piece is positioned above the hook head of the steel wire rope and is suitable for being connected with the hook head of the steel wire rope; and
the labor-saving piece is arranged on the lifting device and is suitable for driving the flexible piece to retract and release.
2. The hook picking device of claim 1, wherein the lifting device comprises:
the support frame is pivotally connected with the clamping rail seat; and
the wheel disc is rotatably mounted on the supporting frame, the flexible piece is wound on the wheel disc, and the first end of the flexible piece is connected with the peripheral surface of the wheel disc.
3. The hook remover of claim 2, wherein said support bracket comprises:
the vertical rod extends in the height direction of the steel rail, the bottom end of the vertical rod is pivotally connected with the top end of the clamping rail seat around a first axis, the first axis extends in the height direction of the steel rail, the wheel disc is rotatably arranged at the top end of the vertical rod around a second axis, and the second axis is perpendicular to the first axis;
the transverse arm extends in the horizontal direction of the steel rail, a first end of the transverse arm is connected with the top end of the vertical rod, the extending direction of the transverse arm is consistent with that of the steel rail at the first pivot position, and the width direction of the transverse arm is consistent with that of the steel rail at the second pivot position; and
the pulley is rotatably arranged at the second end of the cross arm around a third axis, the third axis is parallel to the second axis, and the middle part of the flexible piece is lapped on the pulley.
4. A hook picking device according to claim 3, wherein the lifting device further comprises:
the ratchet wheel is coaxially connected with the wheel disc;
a pawl adjacent the ratchet wheel and having a first end pivotally mounted to the upright and a second end mated to the ratchet wheel; and
and the elastic piece is connected with the pawl and the vertical rod and presses the pawl towards the ratchet wheel.
5. The hook remover of claim 4, wherein said resilient member comprises:
the first end of the pawl is pivotally arranged on the vertical rod through the rotating shaft; and
the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and two ends of the torsion spring are respectively connected with the vertical rod and the pawl.
6. A hooking device according to claim 3, characterised in that the lifting device further comprises a swivel base having a rotatable bearing, the swivel base being mounted to one of the upright and the clamp rail base, the bearing being connected to the other of the upright and the clamp rail base;
or, the lifting device further comprises a first driving device, and the first driving device is installed on one of the upright rod and the clamping rail seat and is in transmission connection with the other of the upright rod and the clamping rail seat.
7. The hook remover of claim 6, wherein the rail mount comprises:
the steel rail comprises a rail head, the rail head comprises a first rail head adjacent to the inner side of the rail and a second rail head deviating from the inner side of the rail, the fixing seat is provided with a clamping groove and a first groove, the first groove is matched with one of the first rail head and the second rail head, and the bottom end of the vertical rod is pivotally connected with the top end of the fixing seat through the rotating seat; and
the movable seat is provided with a protruding part and a second groove, the second groove is matched with the other one of the first rail head part and the second rail head part, and the protruding part is detachably clamped in the clamping groove.
8. The hook remover of claim 7, wherein said clip track base further comprises:
the fixing seat is used for forming a first through hole in the wall of the clamping groove, the protruding portion is provided with a second through hole matched with the first through hole, and the bolt sequentially penetrates through the first through hole and the second through hole; and
and at least part of the bolt protrudes out of the outer sides of the fixed seat and the movable seat, and the nut is connected with at least part of the bolt.

The hooking device according to claim 2, wherein said flexible member comprises a chain, said connecting member comprises a plurality of hooks, a first end of said chain is connected to a peripheral surface of said wheel disc, a second end of said chain is connected to each of said plurality of hooks, said wire rope has a loop covering a peripheral surface of said hook head, said loop is provided with a plurality of C-shaped rings spaced along a contour direction of said hook head, said C-shaped rings and said hooks are equal in number and in one-to-one correspondence, and said hooks are adapted to be connected to respective said C-shaped rings.
10. The hook assembly of claim 2 wherein said labor saving member includes a rocker arm and a rocker arm, said rocker arm extending radially of said wheel disc, a first end of said rocker arm being connected to said wheel disc, a second end of said rocker arm being connected to said rocker arm and extending axially of said wheel disc;
or, the labor-saving piece comprises a second driving device, and the second driving device is installed on the supporting frame and is in transmission connection with the wheel disc.
