Detailed Description
In view of the fact that existing part trimming tools require constant adjustment to accommodate different edge trimmings of the part, the present invention provides a part trimming tool that is capable of trimming at least two different edges of the part without adjusting the tool. The improved part relates to a tool bit rotatable about a first axis in a part trimming tool, said tool bit having, in sequence along the first axis:
a first rotating part having a first blade mounting groove in which the first blade is fixed to form a first cutting angle,
the second rotating part is provided with a second blade mounting groove, and the second blade is fixed in the second blade mounting groove to form a second cutting angle.
Thus, the tool bit of the above-mentioned part deburring tool can form two different cutting angles corresponding to the edge angle of the part. When the corresponding edges are required to be cut, the edges of the part are only required to be aligned with the first rotating part and the second rotating part for cutting and trimming, the step of adjusting the whole part trimming cutter is omitted, and the processing efficiency is improved.
One of the first rotating parts may be a first cylinder with a central axis coaxially arranged with the first axis, and one of the second rotating parts may be a second cylinder with a central axis inclined to the first axis. The manner in which the two are machined is known, such as machining, injection molding, and the like. The cutting angles required for the machining of the parts should be determined in advance at the time of manufacture, and all the cutting angles thereof have been substantially determined after the cutter head has been manufactured, since the insert mounting grooves in which the inserts are mounted have been determined. As shown in fig. 2, a first rotating part 110 and a second rotating part 120 are sequentially arranged along a first axis α of the trimming tool for parts, the central axis of the first rotating part with a cylindrical body shape coincides with the first axis α, and the central axis β of the second rotating part with a cylindrical body shape is inclined with the first axis α to form a certain included angle. The angle of inclination may be arbitrarily selected, but it should preferably be ensured that it can be directly connected to the first rotating portion in the circumferential direction of the first axis at the time of selection, so as to increase the overall strength thereof, and when the connection cannot be directly made, a connecting portion can be added between the two for connection.
The first rotating part is provided with a first insert to form a first cutting angle, referring to fig. 3, the first insert mounting groove 112 penetrates from one side of the first rotating part 110 to the other side of the first rotating part, a first cutting opening 116 is formed at one side of the surface of the first rotating part 110, a first stud hole 114 is formed at one side of the first insert mounting groove 112, and a first stud 115 is mounted in the first stud hole 114. In this structure, the first blade 113 may be directly inserted into the first blade mounting groove 112 and is pressed and fixed by the first stud 115 at one side, the first blade edge 117 is slightly exposed from the first cutting opening 116 to realize the function of cutting along the first cutting angle, the edge 117 of the first blade and the edge of the first cutting opening 116 have the first gap 118, the first discharge groove 111 is opened at one side of the first rotating part, and the bottom of the first discharge groove 111 is communicated with the first gap 118. When the cutting edge 118 of the first blade cuts, the cut surplus material may enter the first discharge chute 111 through the first gap 118 and be discharged from the opening position of the first discharge chute 111.
The second rotating part is provided with a second blade in a structure similar to that of the first rotating part, and the central shaft beta of the second rotating part has an inclination angle with the first axis alpha of the composite trimming cutter, so that a second cutting angle can be formed after the second blade is provided, and the first rotating part and the second rotating part have different cutting angles. As shown in fig. 4, the second blade mounting groove 122 penetrates from one side of the second rotating part 120 to the other side of the second rotating part, a second cutting opening 126 is formed at one side of the surface of the second rotating part 120, a second stud hole 124 is formed at one side of the second blade mounting groove 122, and a second stud 125 is mounted in the second stud hole 124. In this structure, the second blade 123 may be directly inserted into the second blade mounting groove 122 and is pressed and fixed by the second stud 125, the cutting edge 127 of the second blade is slightly exposed from the second cutting opening 126 to realize the cutting function along the second cutting angle, the cutting edge 127 of the second blade and the edge of the second cutting opening 126 have the second gap 128, the second discharge groove 121 is opened on one side of the second rotating part, and the bottom of the second discharge groove 121 is communicated with the second gap 128. When the cutting edge 127 of the second blade cuts, the cut surplus material may enter the second discharge chute 121 through the second gap 128 and be discharged from the opening position of the second discharge chute 121.
In addition, the cutter head also has a connecting part connected with the conventional cutter body, and the cutter head is connected with the conventional cutter body through the connecting part and driven by a motor of the cutter body to rotate for cutting.
Therefore, when the edges of the parts with different angles are trimmed, the edges only need to be respectively moved to the first rotating part and the second rotating part of the cutter head to carry out rotary cutting, the whole of the composite trimming cutter is not required to be adjusted, and the processing efficiency is improved.
The examples of the present invention are intended to be illustrative only and not to limit the scope of the claims, and other substantially equivalent substitutions will occur to those skilled in the art and are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
