As shown in fig. 1-7, in which the arrow direction in the drawing is the fluid flow direction, the present embodiment discloses a wet cleaning apparatus 100 including a cleaning liquid supply system and a dirt recovery system. The cleaning liquid supply system comprises a fluid dispenser for supplying cleaning liquid to the surface to be cleaned, which may be a water pump in general, and a fluid transport path 1 located downstream of the fluid dispenser, but of course the fluid dispenser may be other structures that can perform a dispensing function, not limited to electric or manual. In this embodiment, the fluid dispenser is an electromagnetic pump, and the electromagnetic pump is mounted in a water pump accommodating cavity defined by the housing. At least part of the fluid delivery path 1 comprises two mutually juxtaposed supply lines 11, the supply lines 11 being adapted to supply cleaning liquid to the surface to be cleaned, and a self-cleaning line 12, the self-cleaning line 12 being adapted to supply cleaning liquid to the air flow path of the dirt recovery system. Wherein the supply line 11 and the self-cleaning line 12 are in fluid communication with the fluid dispenser via a tee 5. In order to control the supply line 11 and the self-cleaning line 12, wherein the fluid transfer path further comprises two control valves 2, namely a first control valve 201 and a second control valve 202, respectively, the supply fluid flowing in from the supply inlet 111 of the supply line 11 flows through the first control valve 201 and the second control valve 202 in sequence and reaches the supply outlet 112 of the supply line 11, and the self-cleaning fluid flowing in from the self-cleaning inlet 121 of the self-cleaning line 12 flows through the first control valve 201 and the second control valve 202 in sequence and reaches the self-cleaning outlet 122 of the self-cleaning line 12; the first control valve 201 is configured to control opening/closing of one of the two of the supply line 11 and the self-cleaning line 12, and the second control valve 202 is configured to control opening/closing of the other of the two of the supply line 11 and the self-cleaning line 12.
In order to ensure the same water yield, a pipeline with the same pipe diameter is generally required, if a scheme disclosed in the CN209750919U patent is adopted, a single-channel plunger valve is respectively used for the supply pipeline 11 and the self-cleaning pipeline 12, the space for accommodating the valve is increased, and in order to ensure the air inlet effect, the volume of the whole accessory 4 is increased; if the volume of the whole accessory 4 is not changed, the space used by the air duct needs to be reduced, and the air inlet effect is affected. Meanwhile, the single-channel valve is adopted, so that the pipeline installation of the other channel is limited, and the whole installation is more complex. Therefore, in the present solution, the supply line 11 and the self-cleaning line 12 are integrated to one control valve 2, which can effectively reduce the occupied volume of the lines and valves, and ensure the suction efficiency of the suction channel 41 without increasing the diameter of the accessory 4 or the volume of the device. Furthermore, as the two pipelines are fixed by the valve, the installation is more convenient.
The dirt recovery system includes a sewage tank for recovering dirt, a blower for generating an airflow, and a suction duct. The suction duct comprises an air inlet and an air outlet, the air outlet being in communication with a fan inlet of the fan, the air inlet being connectable to the accessory 4 or being directly usable for cleaning a surface to be cleaned. The accessory 4 and the air inlet may be in fluid communication via an extension tube 3, and the extension tube 3 may be one or a combination of several of a hose 34, a rigid tube, a shrink tube or a folded tube, which are not limited in detail herein.
The extension pipe 3 defines an extension channel having a fluid inlet end 31 and a fluid outlet end 32 in the flow direction of the suction airstream, the fluid outlet end 32 being in fluid communication with the suction duct of the dirt recovery system; the attachment 4 is detachably connected to the fluid inlet end 31 of the extension tube 3. The accessory 4 defines a suction channel 41 and a receiving space 42 for receiving the self-cleaning portion, and the control valve 2 and the line may be arranged in the receiving space 42, the suction channel 41 and the receiving space 42 being relatively independent.
In one embodiment, the first control valve 201 is disposed inside the extension pipe 3; the second control valve 202 is arranged inside the accessory 4. The first control valve 201 can control the opening/closing of the supply line 11, and correspondingly, the second control valve 202 can control the opening/closing of the self-cleaning line 12, and during normal operation, the user needs to keep a certain distance from the front end of the accessory 4 when using the accessory 4, so that the first control valve 201 is more ergonomic and more labor-saving to use, and is arranged upstream of the second control valve 202. While the user does not need to exert effort when performing the self-cleaning operation, the second control valve 202 may be arranged relatively close to the front end of the accessory 4.
In another embodiment, the first control valve 201 and the second control valve 202 may be disposed inside the extension pipe 3, and the accessory 4 may be detachably connected to the extension pipe 3, so that when a product contains a plurality of accessories 4, the control valve 2 is not required to be disposed in each accessory 4, and only the pipeline in the accessory 4 is required to be communicated with the pipeline in the extension pipe 3 (generally, when the accessory 4 is communicated with the extension pipe 3, the pipelines are communicated together), so that the cost is effectively reduced, and each accessory 4 can realize a self-cleaning function.
Of course, in other embodiments, both the first control valve 201 and the second control valve 202 are disposed inside the accessory 4.
Referring to fig. 5-7, and also to fig. 1-4, the control valve 2 includes a valve body 20. The valve body 20 defines a relatively independent supply passage 203 and a self-cleaning passage 204 therein. The supply channel 203 and the self-cleaning channel 204 are arranged crosswise. Further, the control valve 2 further comprises a supply inlet conduit 205 and a supply outlet conduit 206 in fluid communication with the supply channel 203, and a self-cleaning inlet conduit 07 and a self-cleaning outlet conduit 208 in fluid communication with the self-cleaning channel 204. The supply inlet duct 205, the supply outlet duct 206, the self-cleaning inlet duct 07 and the self-cleaning outlet duct 208 are substantially at the same level. By this arrangement, the height of the entire control valve 2 can be further effectively reduced, the installation space thereof can be reduced, and the suction passage 41 can be maximized without increasing the volume of the attachment 4.
In one embodiment, extension tube 3 includes a connection portion 33 and a hose 34, connection portion 33 is generally composed of a hard material, and a portion of fluid delivery path 1 is disposed within hose 34, thereby making the overall product more aesthetically pleasing. This arrangement, in which the hose 34 is rotatable relative to the connection 33 in the direction of the axis of the hose 34, ensures that the user rotates the fitting 4 during use of the fitting 4, but the hose 34 is not rotated, is more convenient to use, and further, in order to prevent the fluid conveying path 1 within the hose 34 from being deformed by excessive rotation of the fitting 4 to cause blockage of the pipe, the rotation angle between the connection 33 and the hose 34 is less than 360 degrees.
Referring to fig. 8-14, reference may also be made to fig. 5, wherein the direction indicated by the arrows is the direction of fluid flow. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the control valve 2 for controlling the transfer of fluid comprises a valve body 20 defining two relatively independent first 21 and second 22 channels. The valve body 20 further includes a first inlet 211 and a first outlet 212 in fluid communication with the first passage 21, the fluid flowing from the first inlet 211 into the first passage 21 and then out of the first outlet 212. Meanwhile, the valve body 20 further includes a second inlet 221 and a second outlet 222 in fluid communication with the second passage 22, and fluid flows into the second passage 22 from the second inlet 221 and then flows out from the second outlet 222. The control valve 2 is configured to control opening/closing of one of the first passage 21 and the second passage 22. The other channel is a normally open channel. The first and second passages 21, 22 are arranged crosswise, the crosswise arrangement described herein referring to the fact that the projections of the first and second passages 21, 22 on a certain plane have an intersection, it being further understood that it is assumed that a plane is provided which can divide the control valve 2 in half, wherein the first inlet 211 and the second outlet 222 are on one side of the plane and the first outlet 212 and the second inlet 221 are on the other side of the plane. By arranging the two channels on the same valve body 20, the installation space of the control valve 2 can be saved, and the whole pipeline is more convenient to install.
In one specific embodiment (refer to fig. 8-14), the valve body 20 includes a cylindrical body 23, a valve cap 24, and a valve stem 25, the valve stem 25 being slidably received in the valve body 20, both ends of the valve stem 25 being provided with a first water stop 251 and a second water stop 252, respectively, a fluid passage 253 (a portion of the second passage 22) being defined between the first water stop 251 and the second water stop 252. The valve stem 25 is configured to be movable between an open position (see fig. 14) and a closed position (see fig. 13) to open and close the first passage 21. One end of the valve rod 25 is provided with a pressing key 26, a user can control the opening and closing of the second channel 22 by pressing the key 26, an elastic piece 27 is arranged between the pressing key and the columnar main body 23, the valve rod 25 is reset by means of the elastic force of the elastic piece 27 so as to realize the normally closed state of the first channel 21, specifically, one end, close to the pressing key, of the columnar main body 23 is provided with a guide column 28, a spring is arranged outside the guide column 28, and the valve rod 25 is reset by the spring. In one embodiment, the second water stop 252 is disposed close to the pressing key 26, the first water stop 251 is disposed away from the pressing key 26, a second sealing ring 254 is disposed between the second water stop 252 and the pressing key 26, the second sealing ring 254 is mounted on the valve rod 25, the second sealing ring 254 keeps sealing with the valve body 20 during the movement of the valve rod 25, and fluid leakage from the first passage 21 is prevented (when the guide post 28 is of a hollow structure and communicates with the first passage 21 of the valve body 20, the second sealing ring 254 keeps sealing with the interior of the guide post 28). A first sealing ring 255 is disposed between the first sealing member 251 and the second sealing member 252, the first sealing ring 255 is disposed in the fluid channel 253, when the first sealing member 251 abuts against the first sealing ring 255, a seal is formed between the first sealing member 251 and the first sealing ring 255, so that the fluid channel 253 is blocked, the first channel 21 is closed, and when the first sealing member 251 is far away from the first sealing ring 255, the first channel 21 is opened, and in other alternative embodiments, the second sealing ring 254 may be disposed on the valve rod 25, and the opening and closing of the first channel 21 are realized along with the movement of the valve rod 25.
The cylindrical body 23 defines a recess 231 (see fig. 11-14), both ends of the recess 231 being in fluid communication with the second inlet 221 and the second outlet 222, respectively, the recess 231 cooperating with the valve cover 24 to form part of the second passage 22; because the valve rod 25 is in a columnar structure, in order to match the valve rod 25, the whole valve body 20 is more compact in structure, the groove 231 is an arc-shaped groove 231, and the arc-shaped groove 231 is arranged around the axis of the valve rod 25; when the valve cover 24 is coupled to the cylindrical body 23, the groove 231 is sealed, and at this time, the second passage 22 is formed in the valve body 20.
Referring to fig. 11, in combination with other figures, the columnar body 23 has opposite first and second ends 233 and 234 along the axial direction of the valve stem 25, the first inlet 211, the first outlet 212, the second inlet 221, and the second outlet 222 are disposed near the first end 233, and the arc-shaped groove 231 is disposed near the second end 234; in this way, when the first inlet 211, the first outlet 212, the second inlet 221 and the second outlet 222 are substantially within the same height, it is possible to realize that the two channels are independent of each other and cross each other. Specifically, the same height may be understood as the first inlet 211, the first outlet 212, the second inlet 221, and the second outlet 222 being substantially at the same height along the height direction of the valve body 20, and it may be understood that the first inlet 211, the first outlet 212, the second inlet 221, and the second outlet 222 are substantially at the same height along the axis direction of the valve body 20 when the control valve 2 is a plunger valve, although the above description is not limited to the type of the control valve 2, and it is convenient to understand that the control valve 2 may be other types of valves, such as a stop valve, etc.
Further, the bottom wall 232 of the groove 231 is higher than the second inlet 221 and the second outlet 222, so that the intersection of the two channels is realized without affecting the flow rate of the control valve. Meanwhile, the first inlet 211, the first outlet 212, the second inlet 221, and the second outlet 222 are substantially within the same height. The height of the whole valve body 20 can be effectively reduced, and the space occupied by the control valve 2 can be reduced.
In one embodiment (referring to fig. 11), the outer diameter of the tube in the axial direction of the columnar body 23 is greater than half the height of the columnar body 23. In this way, the height of the whole valve body 20 is effectively reduced without reducing the radius of the pipe, thereby reducing the space occupied by the control valve 2.
With continued reference to fig. 8-14, the control valve 2 further includes a first inlet conduit 213 extending along the first inlet 211 and a first outlet conduit 214 extending along the first outlet 212; and a second inlet pipe 223 extending along the second inlet 221 and a second outlet pipe 224 extending along the second outlet 222; in one embodiment, the first inlet conduit 213 and the second outlet conduit 224 are disposed substantially coaxially; in another embodiment, the first inlet conduit 213 and the second outlet conduit 224 are disposed substantially coaxially and the second inlet conduit 223 and the first outlet conduit 214 are disposed substantially coaxially.
Further, for better mounting of the control valve 2 into the mounting space, the first inlet conduit 213 and the second inlet conduit 223 are arranged substantially parallel, optionally the first outlet conduit 214 and the second outlet conduit 224 are arranged substantially parallel. In this way, the whole control valve is elongated and has a lower height than a typical plunger valve, and is more suitable for installation in an accessory to ensure maximum suction passage in the accessory.
Since the second passage 22 is a normally open passage, for controlling the second outlet pipe 224, the outlet end of the second outlet pipe 224 is provided with a shut-off member configured to conduct the second outlet pipe 224 and the delivery pipe when the second outlet pipe 224 is in communication with the delivery pipe; the second outlet conduit 224 is closed when the second outlet conduit 224 is not in communication with the delivery conduit.
Referring to fig. 15, wherein the direction indicated by the arrow is the direction of fluid flow, in another embodiment, a control valve 2 for controlling fluid delivery includes a valve body 20 defining two relatively independent first and second passages. The control valve in the embodiment of fig. 15 differs from the control valve in the embodiment of fig. 8-14 only in that the first and second passages in this embodiment are not arranged crosswise, and that other structures within the valve may refer to the structures in the embodiment of fig. 8-14 (the same reference numerals). The first channel is provided at both ends thereof with a first inlet 211 and a first outlet 212 in fluid communication with the first channel, and fluid flows into the first channel from the first inlet 211 and then flows out from the first outlet 212. The second channel is provided at both ends thereof with a second inlet 221 and a second outlet 222 in fluid communication with the second channel, and fluid flows into the second channel from the second inlet 221 and then flows out from the second outlet 222. The control valve 2 is configured to control opening/closing of one of the first passage and the second passage. Meanwhile, the first inlet 211, the first outlet 212, the second inlet 221, and the second outlet 222 are substantially within the same height. The height of the whole valve body 20 can be effectively reduced, and the space occupied by the control valve 2 can be reduced.
In one specific embodiment, the valve body 20 includes a cylindrical body 23, a valve cap 24, and a valve stem 25, the valve stem 25 being slidably received in the valve body 20, both ends of the valve stem 25 being provided with a first water stop 251 and a second water stop 252, respectively, a fluid passage 253 (a portion of the second passage) being defined between the first water stop 251 and the second water stop 252. The valve stem 25 is configured to be movable between an open position and a closed position to open and close the first passage; one end of the valve rod 25 is provided with a pressing key 26, a user can control the opening and closing of the second channel by pressing the key 26, an elastic piece 27 is arranged between the pressing key and the columnar main body 23, the valve rod 25 is reset by means of the elastic force of the elastic piece 27 so as to realize the normally closed of the first channel, specifically, one end, close to the pressing key, of the columnar main body 23 is provided with a guide column 28, and the outer side of the guide column 28 is provided with a spring. In one embodiment, the second water stop 252 is disposed close to the pressing key 26, the first water stop 251 is disposed away from the pressing key 26, a second sealing ring 254 is disposed between the second water stop 252 and the pressing key 26, the second sealing ring 254 is mounted on the valve rod 25, the second sealing ring 254 keeps sealing with the valve body 20 during the movement of the valve rod 25, and fluid leakage from the first channel is prevented (when the guide post 28 is of a hollow structure and is in communication with the first channel of the valve body 20, the second sealing ring 254 keeps sealing with the interior of the guide post 28). A first sealing ring 255 is disposed between the first sealing member 251 and the second sealing member 252, the first sealing ring 255 is disposed in the fluid channel 253, when the first sealing member 251 abuts against the first sealing ring 255, a seal is formed between the first sealing member 251 and the first sealing ring 255, so that the fluid channel 253 is blocked, the first channel is closed, and when the first sealing member 251 is far away from the first sealing ring 255, the first channel is opened, and in other alternative embodiments, the second sealing ring 254 may be disposed on the valve rod 25, and the valve rod 25 moves to open and close the first channel.
The cylindrical body 23 defines a recess 231, the recess 231 having a second inlet 221 and a second outlet 222 in fluid communication, the recess 231 cooperating with the valve cover 24 to form part of a second passageway; because the valve rod 25 is in a columnar structure, in order to match the valve rod 25, the whole valve body 20 is more compact in structure, the groove 231 is an arc-shaped groove 231, and the arc-shaped groove 231 is arranged around the axis of the valve rod 25; when the valve cover 24 is coupled to the cylindrical body 23, the groove 231 is sealed, and at this time, a second passage is formed in the valve body 20.
In one embodiment, the outer diameter of the tube in the axial direction of the columnar body 23 is greater than half the height of the columnar body 23. In this way, the height of the whole valve body 20 is effectively reduced without reducing the radius of the pipe, thereby reducing the space occupied by the control valve 2.
The control valve 2 further comprises a first inlet conduit 213 extending along the first inlet 211 and a first outlet conduit 214 extending along the first outlet 212; and a second inlet conduit 223 extending along the second inlet 221 and a second outlet conduit 224 extending along the second outlet 222. In one embodiment, the first inlet conduit 213 and the first outlet conduit 214 are disposed substantially coaxially; in another embodiment, the first inlet conduit 213 and the first outlet conduit 214 are disposed substantially coaxially and the second inlet conduit 223 and the second outlet conduit 224 are disposed substantially coaxially.
Further, for better installation of the control valve 2 into the installation space, the first inlet conduit 213 and the second inlet conduit 223 are arranged substantially parallel, optionally the second outlet conduit 224 and the second outlet conduit 224 are arranged substantially parallel. Thus, the whole control valve 2 is equivalent to comprising two mutually parallel pipelines, so that the space can be effectively saved, and the installation is more convenient.
Since the second channel is a normally open channel, for controlling the second outlet pipe 224, the outlet end of the second outlet pipe 224 is provided with a stop configured to conduct the second outlet pipe 224 and the delivery pipe when the second outlet pipe 224 is in communication with the delivery pipe; the second outlet conduit 224 is closed when the second outlet conduit 224 is not in communication with the delivery conduit.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, but is intended to cover all equivalent structures described in the specification and drawings, or any other related art, directly or indirectly, as would be within the scope of the invention.
