In order to improve stability of the film roll 3 during unreeling, referring to fig. 4 and 5, a cloth pressing roller 46 is arranged at a position, close to the mounting column 2, of the rotating disc 4, the cloth pressing roller 46 is arranged in parallel with the film roll 3, an angle driving assembly is arranged on the rotating disc 4, the angle driving assembly can drive the cloth pressing roller 46 to perform angle conversion, the cloth pressing roller 46 is abutted against the film roll 3, then films at the output end of the film roll 3 are flattened, and the phenomenon of film wrinkling is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the angle driving assembly includes a connection rotating shaft 71, a mounting rotating plate 72, a cloth pressing roller mounting seat 73, a mounting rotating shaft 74, and an angle modulation driving cylinder 75, wherein the connection rotating shaft 71 is fixed at one side of the mounting bracket 42, the mounting rotating plate 72 is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 42, the cloth pressing roller mounting seat 73 is fixed at one end of the mounting rotating plate 72 close to the mounting post 2, the middle part of the cloth pressing roller mounting seat 73 is provided with the cloth pressing roller 46, in the embodiment of the application, the cloth pressing roller 46 includes a roller body and a roller core, the roller body is arranged on the outer wall of the roller core, the roller core is spliced with the cloth pressing roller mounting seat 73, the mounting rotating shaft 74 is fixed at one end of the mounting rotating plate 72 far from the cloth pressing roller mounting seat 73, so that the extending direction of the mounting rotating shaft 74 is consistent with the extending direction of the cloth pressing roller 46, the angle modulation driving cylinder 75 is fixed at the side wall of the mounting bracket 42, and the output end of the angle modulation driving cylinder 75 is rotatably connected with the mounting rotating shaft 74.
By starting the angle adjusting driving cylinder 75, the worker can rotate the installation rotating plate 72 around the connection rotating shaft 71, and at the same time, the cloth pressing roller installation seat 73 drives the cloth pressing roller 46 to rotate, so that the cloth pressing roller 46 is easily abutted against the outer wall of the film roll 3.
In order to further improve stability of the film roll 3 during unreeling, referring to fig. 5, the cloth pressing roller mounting seat 73 is a rectangular seat, the middle part of the cloth pressing roller mounting seat 73 is provided with a mounting groove 731 in a penetrating manner, a mounting sliding rod 732 is fixed along the length direction of the mounting groove 731, the outer wall of the mounting sliding rod 732 is slidably connected with a mounting block 733, two ends of the mounting sliding rod 732 are sleeved with a reset spring 734, the reset spring 734 has good reset and damping functions, a noise reduction effect can be achieved, the mounting block 733 can be placed in the middle position of the mounting sliding rod 732, and the end part of the cloth pressing roller 46 is connected with the mounting block 733 in an inserting manner, namely, the cloth pressing roller 46 is always abutted against the outer wall of the film roll 3, so that the film roll 3 with different diameter sizes can be better adapted, and production flexibility is improved.
The implementation principle of the winding press roller device of the coating machine provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows:
when the worker inserts the film roll 3 into the mounting columns 2, the ejector cylinder 22 is started first to enlarge the distance between the two mounting columns 2 which are just opposite to each other, then the two ends of the film roll 3 are aligned with the two mounting columns 2 respectively, and then the ejector cylinder 22 is started to insert the mounting columns 2 into the matching grooves 31 of the film roll 3 which are close to the mounting columns, so that the film roll 3 is mounted.
Then, the driving bevel gear 65 is driven by the starting motor 64 to rotate, the driving bevel gear 65 can drive the second bevel gear 63 to rotate, then the second bevel gear 63 drives the first bevel gear 61 and the transmission shaft 62 to rotate, the first bevel gear 61 drives the transmission rod 52 to rotate, the second straight gear 53 drives the first straight gear 51 and the ball screw 44 to rotate, the moving block 45 can drive the mounting bracket 42 to horizontally move along the ball screw 44, and meanwhile, the mounting sliding block drives the mounting bracket 42 to horizontally move synchronously along the mounting sliding rail 41, so that the adjustment of the horizontal distance position between the cloth pressing roller 46 and the film roll 3 is realized.
Finally, the angle adjusting driving cylinder 75 is started, the mounting rotating plate 72 can rotate around the connecting rotating shaft 71, and meanwhile, the cloth pressing roller mounting seat 73 drives the cloth pressing roller 46 to rotate, so that the cloth pressing roller 46 is easily abutted against the outer wall of the film roll 3.
Example 2:
the difference from example 1 is that the mounting post 2 is connected to the film roll 3 in a different manner.
Referring to fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present application, the inside of the mounting post 2 is hollow, so that the structure of the mounting post 2 is lighter, the end portion of the mounting post 2 is provided with a through hole 27 therethrough, when a worker assembles the film roll 3 on the mounting post 2, the ejector cylinder 22 is started to increase the distance between the two mounting posts 2 which are just opposite to each other, the end circular shaft of the film roll 3 is aligned with the mounting post 2, then the ejector cylinder 22 is started, and the end circular shaft of the film roll 3 is inserted into the through hole 27, thereby completing the installation of the film roll 3.
