The working flow and principle of the invention are as follows: when the upper shell 2 and the lower shell 1 are required to be connected, the upper shell 2 is placed at the top of the lower shell 1, the second thread 409 of the inner wall of the movable cylinder 4 is meshed with the first thread 408 on one side of the movable plate 402 by rotating the movable cylinder 4 on the side wall of the upper shell 2, so that the upper shell 2 can be quickly installed at the top of the lower shell 1, the filter element 3 is more convenient to install by arranging a plurality of positioning columns 504 and arranging a plurality of positioning holes 508 in the filter element 3, the filter element 3 can be prevented from shaking in the shell, the filter element 3 can be fixed when the filter element 3 is installed in the shell by arranging a plurality of clamping grooves 507 and clamping pieces 506, the filter element 3 is more stably installed, and when maintenance is required to be performed in the shell or the filter element 3 is required to be replaced, the movable plate 402 slides in the annular groove 401 by reversely rotating the movable cylinder 4 and then pressing the connecting pressing piece 407, so that the first screw thread 408 on one side of the movable plate 402 is directly separated from the second screw thread 409 in the movable cylinder 4, thereby directly taking down the upper shell 2 from the top of the lower shell 1, enabling a user to detach the air filter more conveniently and quickly when the air filter has a problem, enabling the later maintenance of the air filter to be more convenient and comfortable to a certain extent, placing the lower shell 1 of one air filter on the top of the upper shell 2 of the other air filter to be connected when two or more air filters are required to be connected, then placing the connecting piece 6 at the bottom of the lower shell 1 into the connecting groove 602 in the upper shell 2, rotating the air filter at the top, the connecting plate 612 is turned into the fixing groove 603, and in the process, the connecting plate 612 presses down the positioning fixing piece 604 in the fixing groove 603 again, and when the connecting plate 612 is completely located in the fixing groove 603, the positioning fixing piece 604 can be sprung up to be clamped in the positioning fixing hole 601 in the connecting plate 612 under the action of the fourth spring 607 to finish splicing of the two air filters.

Claims (10)

1. Easy-to-maintain detachable spliced air filter applied to an air filter, the filter having a housing wherein the housing comprises an upper housing (2) and a lower housing (1), a filter cartridge (3) being mounted inside the housing, characterized in that the air filter comprises:
the easy-to-detach mechanism is arranged between the upper shell (2) and the lower shell (1) and is used for communicating the upper shell (2) with the lower shell (1);
the splicing mechanism is arranged in the upper shell (2) and at the bottom of the lower shell (1) and is used for splicing the air filter;
the fixing mechanism is arranged inside the lower shell (1) and the upper shell (2) and is used for installing the filter element (3) in the shell;
the sealing component is arranged in the fixing mechanism and is used for sealing mechanical energy between the filter element (3) and the shell;
the quick detachable mechanism comprises a movable barrel (4), a movable plate (402) and a connecting pressing piece (407), the movable barrel (4) is rotationally connected to the side wall of the upper shell (2), an annular groove (401) is formed in the lower shell (1), the movable plate (402) is slidably connected to the top of the annular groove (401), a movable groove (406) is formed in the bottom of the annular groove (401), the connecting pressing piece (407) is slidably connected to the inside of the movable groove (406), the connecting pressing piece (407) is fixedly mounted to the bottom of the movable plate (402), a plurality of connecting rods (403) are fixedly connected to one side of the movable plate (402), a plurality of through holes (404) are formed in the inner portion of the lower shell (1), a plurality of connecting rods (403) are matched with the plurality of connecting rods (403), the connecting rods (403) are slidably connected to the inner sides of the through holes (404), a first thread (408) is formed in the other side of the movable plate (402), a second thread (409) is formed in the inner wall of the movable barrel (4), and the first thread (409) is matched with the second thread (409).

The easy-to-maintain removable splice-style air filter of claim 1 wherein: the side wall of the connecting rod (403) is fixedly provided with a first spring (405), the first spring (405) is located between one side of the movable plate (402) and one side of the annular groove (401), the first spring (405) is provided with a plurality of conical springs, and one end of the connecting rod (403) is fixedly provided with a limiting plate (4031).

The easy-to-maintain removable splice-style air filter of claim 1 wherein: the movable plate (402) and the connecting pressing pieces (407) are all provided with a plurality of movable plates (402) and the connecting pressing pieces (407) are arc-shaped pieces, and the connecting pressing pieces (407) are positioned at the bottom of the movable cylinder (4).

The easy-to-maintain removable splice-style air filter of claim 1 wherein: the fixing mechanism comprises a first limiting ring (5) and a second limiting ring (501), wherein the first limiting ring (5) is fixedly installed inside the upper shell (2), the second limiting ring (501) is fixedly installed inside the lower shell (1), a positioning column (504) is fixedly installed inside the second limiting ring (501), a plurality of positioning columns (504) are arranged, a plurality of second springs (505) are fixedly installed on the side walls of the positioning columns (504), clamping pieces (506) are installed inside the lower shell (1), and a plurality of clamping pieces (506) are arranged.

The easy-to-maintain removable splice-style air filter of claim 4 wherein: the movable cavity (5061) is formed in the lower shell (1), a third spring (5062) is fixedly arranged in the movable cavity (5061), the clamping piece (506) is fixedly arranged in the third spring (5062), the clamping piece (506) is movably connected in the movable cavity (5061) through the third spring (5062), and one end of the clamping piece (506) is located in the lower shell (1).
