The lumbar cistern reservoir cerebrospinal fluid drainage and injection device according to claim 1, further comprising a catheter guide puncture needle comprising a core needle and a needle cannula movably sleeved on an end of said core needle, said catheter guide puncture needle being adapted to penetrate from the waist to a predetermined position after an anesthetized patient to establish a passageway for said catheter to pass along said needle cannula to the subarachnoid space after said core needle is withdrawn.

The lumbar cistern reservoir cerebrospinal fluid drainage and injection device according to claim 3, further comprising a guidewire comprising a core wire and a wire wrap disposed on said core wire, said guidewire being movably inserted within said catheter for supporting said catheter as it is passed along said needle cannula to the subarachnoid space.
5. The lumbar cistern reservoir cerebrospinal fluid drainage and injection device according to claim 1, further comprising a tunneling needle for establishing a subcutaneous tunnel and drawing said catheter along said subcutaneous tunnel to said injection site.
6. The lumbar cistern reservoir cerebrospinal fluid drainage and injection device according to claim 1, further comprising a atraumatic injection needle for penetrating said self-sealing elastic member and extending into said injection cavity for drainage or administration of cerebrospinal fluid.
7. The lumbar cistern cerebrospinal fluid drainage and injection device according to claim 6, wherein said atraumatic injection needle comprises a connecting seat, an injection needle tube in communication with said connecting seat, and a protective sleeve sleeved on said injection needle tube.
8. The lumbar reservoir cerebrospinal fluid drainage and administration device according to claim 6, wherein said injection seat is provided with a puncture limiter for limiting said injection needle from puncturing said injection seat when said injection needle pierces said self-sealing elastic member.
9. The lumbar cistern cerebrospinal fluid drainage and injection device according to claim 7, wherein said atraumatic injection needle is of a curved or straight configuration and the bevel of its needle tip is parallel to the axis of the needle tube.
10. The lumbar cistern reservoir cerebrospinal fluid drainage and injection device according to claim 1, wherein said catheter has an administration end, said administration end of said catheter having a plurality of evenly spaced administration holes.
